Kelurahan is one of the government agencies which is the spearhead in administrative services to the wider community, the Kaliwungu subdistrict is an administrative part of the Kaliwungu sub-district, Semarang Regency which is located at Jl. Raya Ampel –Simo KM 8, in the service and processing of population administration data in the Kaliwungu village, they still use the conventional method, namely the data is still stored separately in books, this of course has weaknesses such as when looking for data records, difficulties in making reports population that cannot be obtained immediately and the process of data collection and storage of population archive data that is still stored and recorded manually. This research was conducted using the Research & Development Method through the system design stages which were validated by experts and product prototypes that were field tested by involving users. Making a prototype of an electronic filing system (e-filing) system application using the ALFRED method approach to analyze the system, the software used using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as a design medium and as a programming language, and a SQL Server database as a storage medium. The final result of this research is a product prototype of a filing system using an electronic filing system (e-filing) which has been declared to be functioning properly so that it can produce useful information for the archiving process up to the stage of making reports, which can be done quickly and accurately in accordance with established procedures. already exist, making it easier to re-access archives and provide public services with accurate and integrated information

Kegiatan pengabdian ini memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan perkembangan saraf motorik anak-anak difabel melalui kegiatan bercocok tanam melalui media tanam hidroponik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukakn di Yayasan Pembinaan Anak Cacat (YPAC) Surakarta dengan mengadakan kegiatan mengedukasi, prakktek, dan ppembinaan. Pentuk edukasi yang diberikan kepada mitra terfokus pada apa itu hidroponik, bagaimana cara merawat tanaman yang menggunakan media tanam hidroponik, bagaimana menyemai benih yang ada sehingga menjadi bibit yang bisa dipindahkan ke instalasi hidroponik, dan lainnya. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini dari kegiatan mengedukasi, praktek, dan pembinaan adalah memhaminya dan dapat mempraktekan ilmu yang didapat dengan baik, dan dapat membantu mereka untuk tetatp produktif dengan adanya kegiatan ini dimasa pandemi

Sistem persediaan merupakan salah satu fungsi manajerial yang sangat penting, karena mayoritas perusahaan melibatkan investasi besar pada aspek ini, demikian juga bagi PT Terboyo  yang banyak menggunakan persediaan dalam bidang perencanaan dan pengendalian produksinya. Metode Period Order Quantitymerupakan metode yang dapat membantu proses pengendalian persediaan bahan baku. Metode ini menggunakan pendekatan pada konsep jumlah pemesanan ekonomis yang dipakai pada setiap periode  yang bersifat permintaan diskrit atau beragam. Perhitungan metode period order quantity (POQ) menggunakan dasar pemesanan ekonomis yang nantinya akan digunakan sebagai data pendukung untuk menghitung interval pemesanan yang optimal. Sehingga perusahaan dapat mengurangi beban biaya yang dikeluarkan dalam melakukan pemesanan. Dilihat dari masalah tersebut , maka penulis perlu mendesain ulang atas sistem informasi stok barang dengan menggunakan sistem yang berbasis komputer, yaitu program Microsoft Visual Basic. Desain sistem menggunakan Qlient-Server yang terdiri atas desain input, desain sistem dan prosedur , serta desain output. Sistem baru ini diharapkan mampu mengatasi kelemahan sistem informasi yang digunakan sebelumnya..

Perkembangan zaman saat ini yang semakin global di tengah revolusi industry 4.0 dan Reformasi Birokrasi menuntut ASN memiliki kompetensi yang relevan dengan kemajuan zaman agar dapat memanfaatkan perubahan lingkungan menjadi suatu peluang dalam memberikan pelayanan dan perumusan kebijakan yang lebih berkualitas. Perubahan paradigma pengembangan kompetensi mampu mendukung terwujudnya Smart ASN untuk pemerintahan berkelas dunia. Reformasi Aparatur Sipil Negara merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam membangun birokrasi sesuai dengan  Grand  Design  Reformasi  Birokrasi.  Dalam  menajdikan  ASN bertaraf internasional ini tidaklah mudah karena harus didukung oleh semua pihak baik itu regulasi yang jelas dan juga kesadaran dari masing-masing individu ASN. Peningkatan kinerja dan pengembangan kompetensi disini memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam pelaksanaan menuju ASN bertaraf internasional karena kinerja dan komptensi inilah yang menjadi modal  dalam  pelaksanaan  pelayaanan  publik  yang  semakin  berkualitas sesuai tujuan Reformasi Birokrasi. Dalam menghadapi hal tersebut pemerintah memiliki program yang dinamakan 6P, yang masuk dalam Human Capital Management Strategy. Program 6P itu melingkupi perencanaan, perekrutan dan seleksi, pengembangan kapasitas, penilaian kinerja dan penghargaan, promosi, rotasi, dan karier, serta peningkatan kesejahteraan.

Proses reformasi birokrasi yang dimulai dengan penyusunan Desain Besar (grand design) mengenai Reformasi Birokrasi 2010-2025 (Grand esign Administrative Reform 2010-2025) telah dituangkan ke dalam Peraturan Presiden No. 81 tahun 2010 dengan tujuan besarnya untuk menciptakan birokrasi berkelas dunia di tahun 2025. Reformasi birokrasi merupakan sebuah proses politik yang di desain untuk menyesuaikan hubungan antara birokrasi dan elemen-elemen lain dalam masyarakat, seperti masyarakat sipil dan swasta, maupun di dalam birokrasi itu sendiri. Dalam desain besar tersebut, Road Map reformasi telah dibagi ke dalam 3 (tiga) tahap setiap lima tahunan yang memuat sasaran-sasaran strategis. Tidak terasa Grand Design Reforrmasi Birokrasi tersebut telah memasuki pada tahap terakhir atau periode ketiga, pada periode terakhir ini sasaran yang ingin dicapai adalah peningkatan secara terus menerus kapasitas birokrasi sebagai kelanjutan dari reformasi birokrasi pada tahap II hingga akhirnya tujuan akhir untuk mewujudkan pemerintah kelas dunia. Namun banyak berpendapat bahwa pada Tahap I dan Tahap II dinilai belum ada dampak yang signifikan, apakah Reformasi Birokrasi di Indonesia bisa dikatakan “Jalan di Tempat”. Pada tahap ketiga iniKementerian PANRB mencanangan Reformasi Birokrasi Temtikdengan empat focus yaitu: 1. Pengentasan Kemiskinan; 2. Peningkatan Investasi; 3. Percepatan Prioritas Aktual Presiden; 4. Digitalisasi Administrasi Pemerintahan. Reformasi Birokrasi diharapkan menjawab keinginan dan amanat Bapak Presiden Joko Widodo untuk Reformasi Birokrasi yang berdampak pada masyarakat dan pembangunan.

ABSTRACT With the rapid development of technology, the role of information systems is very important. One of the organizations that feel the benefits of an information system is government agencies. The process of deleting fixed assets is still using Microsoft Excel so its performance is still not effective. The problem that arises is when recording assets that will be deleted but the physical condition of the assets does not exist and another problem is that there are still many unrecorded assets for deletion so that employees have to look for asset data and become ineffective. This problem can be solved by designing an information system for the disposal of fixed assets using the waterfall and web-based model, the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The method used is the UML (Unified Modelling System) system modelling, namely Activity Diagrams and Use Case Diagram. The design of this information system aims to assist BPKAD employees in handling the asset write-off process and producing the required reports.   Abstrak Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, peran sistem informasi menjadi sangat penting. Salah satu organisasi yang merasakan manfaat adanya sistem informasi yaitu instansi pemerintahan. Proses penghapusan pada aset tetap masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel sehingga kinerjanya masih belum efektif. Masalah yang muncul yaitu ketika pencatatan aset yang akan dilakukan penghapusan tetapi kondisi fisik asetnya tidak ada dan masalah lainnya yaitu masih banyak aset yang tidak tercatat untuk dilakukan penghapusan sehingga para pegawai harus mencari data aset tersebut dan menjadi tidak efektif. Masalah tersebut dapat diatasai dengan merancang sistem informasi penghapusan aset tetap dengan menggunakan model waterfall dan berbasis web, bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Metode yang digunakan  yaitu permodelan sistem UML (Unified Modelling Sistem) yaitu  Activity Diagram dan Use Case Diagram. Perancangan sistem informasi ini bertujuan untuk membantu pegawai BPKAD dalam menangani proses penghapusan aset dan menghasilkan laporan yang dibutuhkan.

Kinerja pegawai dalam sebuah perusahaan dapat dilihat dari pencatatan kehadiran atau presensi pegawai setiap harinya. Selama ini para pegawai  melakukan presensi kehadiran setiap harinya dengan menggunakan mesin presensi berupa fingerprint. Namun dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19 maka memunculkan permasalahan baru yaitu resiko penularan yang semakin besar menggingat mesin tersebut menggunakan sentuhan telunjuk tangan dalam melakukan pendeteksiannya. Selain itu juga selama pandemi perusahaan mewajibkan untuk bekerja dari rumah (Work From Home) sehingga sebagian besar pegawai tidak dapat masuk kerja untuk melakukan presensi. Dengan masalah tersebut, perusahaan membutuhkan solusi dimana pegawai dapat melakukan presensi tanpa harus bersentuhan dengan alat presensi serta aktifitas presensi dapat dilakukan dari rumah tanpa ada unsur kecurangan karena titip absen. Disisi lain perkembangan smartphone dirasa sangat pesat dibandingkan teknologi yang lainnya. Salah satu teknologi dalam smartphone yang sedang berkembang saat ini yaitu pemanfaatan kamera smartphone untuk scan QR Code. Dalam penggunaannya user cukup mengarahkan kamera smartphone nya ke arah tampilan QR Code yang ada pada layar situs WEB PT.Swakarya Insan Mandiri. Dengan menggabungkan platform QR Code dan WEB, diharapkan mampu mengatasi salah satu masalah presensi yang dialami  oleh perusahaan PT.Swakarya Insan Mandiri Semarang. Kedua  platform ini dibangun dengan bahasa permrogaman PHP dan penyimpanan data menggunakan MySql serta program tools MIT App Inventor. Hasil dari sistem ini yaitu presensi kehadiran pegawai menggunakan QR Code berbasis WEB yang dapat dilakukan di rumah dengan tujuan untuk mengatasi penularan dan penyebaran Covid-19.

Monitoring realizes efforts to improve the quality of health services. To obtain information on patient condition data during treatment. The monitoring process is done manually. So that it has an impact on the service and condition of the patient during treatment. The design of monitoring the patient's body temperature and heart during treatment with IoT can be controlled through the NodeMCU sensor ESP8266, MLX9014, MAX30100 sensor and Arduino IDE software program. Furthermore, it can detect the patient's temperature and the patient's heart rate during treatment. And processed by the NodeMCU ESP8266, the data from the two sensors is displayed on the SSD1306 OLED LCD and also to the smartphone of the medical officer on duty via Blynk. In order for the tool to work properly and optimally, it is necessary to adjust the pin placement so that it can work optimally. The problem of internet connection interference causes delays, resulting in a mismatch between the measurement of the test equipment and the standard tool. Data values are taken with an accuracy of 70%-93% for the MAX30100 sensor, for the temperature sensor it is close to optimal with a value that is read on a standard tool with an accuracy of 97%-99%.

Setting a strategy in running the existing system in the company, therefore it is very important for the company to evaluate the management control system which is one of the basic functions of management. The object of the research is PT. JNE Indonesia, especially at Cikuda Jatinangor agents. This study aims to determine the state of the control system in JNE in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of the study explain that the system that applies at JNE is still running well as evidenced by the absence of complaints from company employees, the implementation of activities that run normally, and the programs that are run in the midst of this pandemic do not make income decline JNE’s management performs the control systems very well, and ensures the security of packages that will be sent until they are received by costumers.

This research is descriptive research which aims to determine students' interest in participating in extracurricular activities at Nusawungu State Vocational School students. The design used in this research is associative research with descriptive analysis methods. The population is all Class 2 students of Nusawungu State Vocational School, the total population is 279 people. Samples were taken using the Stratified Proportional Random Sampling technique, namely a tiered random sampling method taken from 10% of the total population. So the sample used could be as many as 30 students. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis of descriptive data, percentage analysis using a computer application through the SPSS 16 program. Based on the results of validity and reliability tests, all data is declared reliable because the correlation value (Cronbach's Alpha) on average 0.830 is considered good for use. Normality test The data was also declared normal with an Asymp value = 0.974 (p>0.05). Thus, the results obtained can be concluded that students' interest in taking extracurricular sports lessons at the Nusawungu State Vocational School shows the high category with the results obtained being 78.53%.

The expected goal of this community service is that UMKM are able to understand the basics and regulations of taxation on UMKM so that UMKM business actors are able to fulfill their tax obligations. On the basis of the problems that occur with partners, this PKM program needs to be carried out by providing socialization regarding the existence of PP No. 23 of 2018 for MSMEs that have a turnover of below Rp. 4.8 billion in a year with a 0.5% tariff and only valid for 7 (seven) years. for private person and 3 years for UMKM entities. The method used is discussion and lecture. The service activities carried out by the PKM Team with the lecture and discussion methods have been able to add insight, motivation and understanding about the UMKM Final PPh in the future. UMKM actors are also expected to be disciplined and timely in reporting and paying and in accordance with applicable standards. And also with the UMKM tax incentives during the Covid 19 Pandemic, UMKM actors are expected to be able to use these incentives.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran (produk, harga, promosi dan tempat) terhadap perilaku pembeli mie Instan Produk Indofood, serta untuk mengetahui diantara variabel bebas (produk, harga, promosi dan tempat) yang mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan terhadap perilaku pembeli mie Instan Produk Indofood pada Toko Ina Tanah Grogot. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang berbelanja mie instan produk indofood pada toko Ina selama penelitian. Sampel yang diambil adalah  sebagian dari populasi yaitu 80 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik metode sampling insidental. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini yaitu produk, harga, promosi dan tempat/distribusi, sedangkan variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini yaitu perilaku pembeli. Untuk metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Dengan menggunakan program SPSS 15 dapat diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel ( 30.738  > 2.34) dengan hipotesis Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat  bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap perilaku pembeli. Selanjutnya dengan melihat besarnya koefisien determinasi (R2) Adjusted Squere diperoleh hasil sebesar 0.601 atau 60,1 % sedangkan sisanya sebesar 39.9 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Berdasarkan hasil uji – t diketahui bahwa variabel yang dominan mempengaruhi perilaku pembelian adalah variabel promosi (X3), dapat dilihat dari nilai unstandardized coefficients variabel promosi 0.530 atau nilai t hitung tertinggi yaitu 8,578 dibandingkan dengan variabel lainnya.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of business scale, age of the company, and the complexity of the task of managing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises on the use of accounting information systems. This research was conducted on the manager of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises furniture in Jepara Regency. Samples were obtained as many as 100 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study show that (1) Business scale has a positive effect on the use of accounting information systems. (2) Company age has no effect on the use of accounting information systems. (3) The complexity of the tasks of MSME managers has a positive effect on the use of accounting information systems.

This study aims to determine the effect of pentagon fraud on fraudulent financial reporting. Pentagon fraud is proxied by five variables, namely the pressure factor which is proxied by external pressure, the opportunity factor is proxied by the ineffective monitoring, the rationalization factor is proxied by the audit opinion, the competence factor is proxied by the change of directors and the arrogance factor is proxied by the dualism of positions which are hypothesized to affect the fraudulent financial reporting. Population in this study were property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2019. There are 36 company data with the number of observations for 4 years (2016-2019) as many as 144 research samples obtained by purposive sampling method. Methods of data analysis using the SPSS 26 program. Results of this study indicate that external pressures have a negative and significant effect on fraudulent financial reporting. Meanwhile, ineffective monitoring, audit opinion, change of directors and dualism of positions did not have a significant effect on fraudulent financial reporting.

Dalam suasana kelas yang menyenangkan dan efektif tentunya akan berpengaruh terhadap semangat dan keaktifan siswa dalam belajar di kelas. Dan hal ini tentunya tidak hanya guru sebagai pengelola kelas yang dapat menciptakan suasana kelas menjadi menyenangkan dan efektif, akan tetapi perlu adanya peran dari kepala madrasah dalam mengembangkan manajemen kelas. Fokus penelitian adalah: 1) Bagaimana peran supervisi kepala madrasah dalam mengembangkan manajemen kelas di MI Tawakkal Denpasar tahun pelajaran 2020/2021 ?, 2) Apa hambatan dan solusi kepala madrasah dalam mengembangkan manajemen kelas MI Tawakkal Denpasar tahun pelajaran 2020/2021? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui: 1) Peran supervisi kepala madrasah dalam mengembangkan manajemen kelas di MI Tawakkal Denpasar Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021, dan 2) Hambatan dan solusi kepala madrasah dalam mengembangkan manajemen kelas di MI Tawakkal Denpasar tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yakni dengan metode penyajian, penafsiran data terhadap faktor-faktor di lapangan. Untuk memperoleh data yang valid dan akurat, penulis menggunakan tiga teknik pengumpulan data, yaitu: wawancara, data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala madrasah telah menerapkan beberapa program tentang pengembangan manajemen kelas diantaranya yaitu di setiap sudut ruangan kelas memiliki perpustakaan kecil untuk meningkatkan minat baca siswa. Kemudian disetiap tahun pelajaran baru kepala madrasah mengadakan rapat kerja guru untuk membahas fungsi guru dan juga pembagian kelas, yang nantinya setiap guru ditugaskan untuk mengembangkan manajemen kelas. Dan di setiap awal semester terdapat lomba antar kelas, jadi akan diseleksi mana kelas yang menarik dan menyenangkan di antara kelas bawah yaitu kelas 1, 2, 3 dan kelas atas yaitu 4, 5, 6 yang nantinya pemenangnya akan diberikan reward oleh kepala madrasah. Dengan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini diharapkan peran supervisi kepala madrasah dalam mengembangkan manajemen kelas di MI Tawakkal Denpasar semakin optimal, dan kendala-kendala yang dihadapi segera dapat diatasi.

This study aims to examine the phenomenon of debt in state enterprises (BUMN) which is excessive without being followed by an increase in profitability. The sample used is state-owned enterprises (BUMN), the various business sectors for the 2015-2018 period. Using purposive sampling got 137 samples and data processing using the IBM SPSS series 23 program. The result is that debt policy has a negative impact on profitability; it does not prove liquidity to affect profitability. It does not prove liquidity to determine dividends. Debt policy has a negative effect on dividends, and profitability has a positive effect on dividends.

Current technology has developed rapidly, computers are one of them. Almost all types of jobs require a computer to complete the task. In the field of computer education it is also very helpful, especially in terms of payroll services for teachers and employees who work as educators. MTs NU Jogoloyo Wonosalam Demak as an institution that has a large number of teachers and employees, besides that every day attendance officers are absent which results in difficulties in making payroll reports, especially recording and reporting still using manual methods so it takes longer time to record and deliver. report. In addition, sometimes there is a misunderstanding between attendance officers and teachers and employees regarding remuneration at the end of the month. In solving this payroll problem, the writer uses the Research and Development (R & D) method, while making applications can use high-level programming languages ​​such as Microsoft Visual Basic Ver 6.0. and SQL Server 2000 for data base management. Payroll applications are needed to simplify transactions and reporting on a monthly basis. Puerperal gymnastics is a series of body movements performed by maternal postpartum that aims to restore and maintain muscle strength associated with childbirth. Results of preliminary studies commencing on January to April 2016, there are six post-partum mothers experience postpartum hemorrhage. A puerperal gymnastics counseling to postpartum mothers has been done but not all postpartum mothers doing gymnastics parturition. This is due to postpartum mothers are not unaware that puerperal gymnastics will affect the muscles needs for oxygen, blood flow becomes smooth so it can help the process of health recovery after childbirth. The purpose of this study is to find the effect of puerperal gymnastics to involution of uterus to primipara maternal in Majalaya Hospital Bandung District in 2016. The type of research is a quasi-experimental design with posttest only non-equivalent control group method. Sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling with the number of sample in this study as many as 20 people. From the results, it is found that an average reduction of TFU intervention group is 6.3 cm while the control group is 9.6 cm. Statistical test results of T-Independent Samples Test are t count = 8.222, t table = 1.734 which means t count > t table and sig.t count ρ Value (0.000<0.05) and there are differences in the effect of puerperal gymnastics to the involution of uterus to the primipara maternal in Rose Room of Majalaya Hospital 2016, seen from the decline of TFU between the puerperal gymnastics intervention group and the control group that does not given puerperal gymnastics. Advice for the health workers in the Rose Room is to make SOP of puerperal gymnastics and implement puerperal gymnastics by implementing puerperal gymnastics programs of postpartum mothers which is beneficial to the healing process of self-postpartum.

Traditional houses scattered with various unique forms in the territory of Indonesia reveal a distinctive and unique local cultural identity in their states and display the richness of the traditional culture of the Indonesian nation. The diversity of traditional houses in this archipelago has a high artistic feel in architectural forms, motifs, and similarities in philosophy. Still, it is rich in architectural structures that differ from one place to another. The traditional housing group for the Sentani tribe in Ifale village is formed from the unity of three different kinship groups of indigenous peoples. The three kinships live one life together as the traditional Sentani people and still maintain the ancestral traditions passed down from generation to generation by adjusting to current life developments. The traditional house of the Sentani indigenous people has changed with the entry of knowledge and changes in people's lifestyles. The shift in housing does not affect the existence of their traditional residence, a nation's wealth that must be maintained and protected. This study aimed to study changes in building traditional Sentani houses on Lake Sentani in Jayapura Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive in conducting data analysis using qualitative methods (field data) and quantitative (excel program and SPSS). The study results show that changes in the way of building the traditional houses of the indigenous people of the Senani tribe towards the process of building and using house construction for the period 1907-1925 and 2021 have changed from places formed by their ancestors to modern traditional houses. These changes are influenced by the increase in community economic growth, public awareness of environmental and human health, and construction use following the latest developments in construction technology.
