This study aims to identify the dominant factor of the use of Indonesian rather than their own regional language and the role of parents in the language development of 4-year-old children. The increasing use of gadgets among all ages has had many influences on children, one of the 4-year-old children who has been studied, named Mufidah, tends to use Indonesian rather than Banjarese, this is a factor in the use of gadgets given by her parents. This study uses a qualitative approach, a research method that focuses on in-depth observation to understand a phenomenon or social symptom. The techniques used in data collection are by analyzing various sources, recording, and interviews. The results of the study show that although the use of Indonesian is more dominant than Banjarese, the role of parents must be active in minimizing the use of gadgets for children by limiting time and also supervising the selection of videos watched. With the active role of parents, it will certainly have a positive impact on children in the use of gadgets and vice versa if parents do not supervise their children when they use gadgets, it will have a negative impact on children.

Slang is an informal language that is the result of individual or group creativity that is accepted and used by the wider community. Slang language among Generation Alpha emerged as a result of interactions on social media with the previous generation, namely Generation Z. Data collection methods were carried out by reading, taking notes and recording (screenshots). Researchers also counted how many times the slang language appeared on social media from the most frequently to the least frequently used in October 2024. In that period, 3,728 mewing words, 3,410 sigma words, 3,038 sus words, 2,666 skibidi words, 2,275 slay words, 1,705 flexing words, 152 fanum tax words, and 90 words looksmaxing in posts and comments columns on X's social media in Indonesia. Slang is divided into four forms, namely abbreviations, interjections, funny mispronunciations, and shortened forms.

The rapid development of technology and social media has led to an increase in online gambling activities, with promotional advertisements on social media and streamer donation platforms serving as one of the main contributing factors. This study aims to analyze the impact of these advertisements on the rise of online gambling activities, with a legal perspective based on Article 27 Paragraph 2 of Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. This research employs a descriptive-analytical approach through regulatory analysis and case studies. The results indicate that the presence of online gambling advertisements on digital platforms violates existing legal provisions and has potential social impacts.

The Influence of Social Media on Tourist Interest in North Toraja. The purpose of this research is to determine whether social media has an impact on tourist interest in North Toraja. Data collection techniques in this study include documentation, observation, and questionnaires. The population in this research consists of tourists visiting tourist attractions in North Toraja, with a sample size of 85 respondents. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression test. The results of partial testing (t-test) indicate that the social media variable has an influence on tourist interest in North Toraja.

The rapid development of globalization today facilitates access to information circulating on social media, both positive and negative. This study examines the increasing cases of defamation in the digital age, focusing on legal protection aspects and rehabilitation efforts for victims. The purpose of this writing is to understand the role of the government and law enforcement authorities in addressing defamation offenses. Using a normative legal research method, it is concluded that: 1. To understand the forms of defamation offenses, 2. To determine the rights of victims of defamation. Protection and rehabilitation efforts for one's reputation are crucial in this era, considering the advancements in technology and the widespread occurrence of defamation.

Information is something that has a very high level of interest information in life. In line with the advancement of information and communication technology, new media has been created as an aspect of interaction and communication. In the process of communicating and disseminating information to the public, the internet becomes an indispensable thing. The reason is, the internet has an interesting program in the form of social media as a tool to spread information to the public. Facebook is one of the social media that people are interested in communicating and disseminating information. Facebook's social media provides a variety of feature options, such as status, photo and video sharing, user-created content. Status, photos, and videos features are commonly used to disseminate information. This form of information dissemination can be a digital design that includes graphic design, illustrations and communicative explanations. A communicative design is a design created to convey information. Where communicative design is absolutely necessary to disseminate information to the public. Communicative design contains valid, interesting, concise information but the information delivered remains easy to understand and clear. That's why information dissemination is well received by the public. This research aims to understand how communicative design should be used to optimize information dissemination on Facebook platforms and its impact on user responses to messages delivered to the Community.

Social media has become an important tool in disseminating health information to the public. This study aims to analyze the influence of social media on the effectiveness of health socialization campaigns in Indonesia. Using survey methods and in-depth interviews, the results of the study indicate that platforms such as Instagram and TikTok are more effective in reaching the younger generation than traditional media. Interactivity and visualization factors of content play an important role in increasing public understanding and participation.

This study evaluates the effectiveness of using infographics in conveying environmental issues, such as waste management and climate change. Quantitative methods were used to measure the level of public understanding before and after exposure to infographics. The findings show that attractive and simple data visualization significantly increases public knowledge and awareness of the importance of environmental conservation.

Among social media users x is one of the popular platforms. The x application plays a significant role in dissemination and development that not only becomes a medium for spreading news but also becomes an ecosystem that supports evolution and adaptation. Through interaction and creativity contribute to dynamics, making application one of the major factors in development in the digital age. In this article, the writer reviewed social media users x. this study aims to identify the types of times in which they often use and to understand their context. Through qualitative approaches data is collected from the posts of social media users x and analyzed using the method of analyse analysis. Results. Research shows that social media USES a lot of information about other news items. Much about applications x:slang, viral news, online loan services (pinjol), and so forth, takes serious action from governments, communities, and parents to address this problem. Social media plays a very important role in the digital age, referring to the use of social media platforms to interact and communicate with others. There are positive effects on social media x (facilitating interaction and expanding association, there are many viral things), but it can also have a negative effect like spreading false information.

This research is motivated by the rapid development of technology and the digital world, particularly social media, which has influenced almost all aspects of life, including education. This development necessitates educators to explore more engaging learning media for students to enhance learning efficiency. This research employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data was obtained from secondary data sources and public data sources. Secondary data sources include journal articles, while public data sources comprise publicly available data such as photos, videos, and others. The findings of this research provide recommendations of several Instagram accounts that can be used as supplementary learning references for students. This is aimed at making Indonesian language learning more engaging for students.

This research aims to analyze the role of sharia economics in the management of social media-based Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). The development of information technology, especially social media, has opened up new opportunities for MSMEs to access wider markets. However, amidst the dynamics of the digital market, the application of sharia economic principles in managing social media-based MSMEs is very important to maintain business sustainability and ensure fair and transparent transactions.. By implementing business models such as mudharabah and musyarakah, social media-based UMKM can optimize financing potential without dependence on interest, as well as strengthen relationships with customers through ethical transactions. The research results show that the application of sharia economics in managing social media-based MSMEs not only improves business performance, but also has a positive impact on brand strengthening, customer loyalty and social empowerment. However, the main challenge in implementing sharia economics in social media-based MSMEs lies in the limited education and understanding among business actors.

This study aims to analyze the E-Relationship Marketing strategy implemented by PT. Travel Al-Amar Madani Masyhur Medan through social media in an effort to maintain pilgrim loyalty amidst the increasingly competitive Umrah travel industry in the digital era. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with management and pilgrims, observation of social media activities (Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp), and documentation. Data analysis used data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results show that the implementation of E-Relationship Marketing is carried out through four main dimensions: service personalization, digital community building, responsive interaction, and consistency of Islamic brand character. The use of social media is proven effective in increasing trust and emotional closeness of pilgrims, leading to loyalty in the form of repeat orders and recommendations (advocacy). The main obstacle found is the digital literacy gap among elderly pilgrims, which the company addressed through simpler and more intensive communication approaches on the WhatsApp platform.

In today's digital era, social media has become an important space for the public to express their opinions, including assessing film adaptations. This study examines audience criticism of the Indonesian version of the film adaptation of A Business Proposal that has spread on social media. Audience criticism focuses heavily on inconsistencies with the original version, acting quality, and technical aspects such as cinematography and directing. Factors that have influenced this criticism include audience perceptions of the original work, expectations of characters and stories, and the influence of discussions that have developed virally on social media. Massive criticism has an impact on audience interest, promotional strategies, and becomes evaluation material for filmmakers in developing better adaptations in the future. Social media is not only a channel of expression, but also a significant tool in shaping the success or failure of a film adaptation.

In the current digital era, social media has become one of the most effective marketing tools for businesses. Instagram, as an image-based platform, provides great opportunities for coffee shops to build and develop their brands. This research aims to analyze how Instagram social media is utilized. , especially the Kawan.cafespace Instagram account, in forming the branding of a coffee shop. By taking a case study on this Instagram account, this research tries to understand the strategies and techniques used in forming a strong brand image in the digital realm. Through a qualitative approach and content analysis, this research shows that the use of Instagram from Kawan.cafespace is able to create wide exposure, positive interactions with followers, and build a unique brand identity for the coffee shop. The implications of these findings highlight the importance of using social media in improving branding and online presence for food and beverage businesses such as coffee shops. This research can provide insight for coffee business owners and marketing practitioners to optimize the potential of Instagram social media in strengthening their brand image in the digital market.

The research design used in this paper is descriptive qualitative research design. Qualitative research focuses on various methods and includes an interpretive and naturalistic approach to the subject matter. Qualitative research can use various data analysis processing methods to obtain data from various sources and run continuously. The results of the study show the Communication Strategy of Content Creators in Improving EF (English First) Instagram Brand Image. From the results of research and discussion, it is known that EF (English First) is an English language education institution built for children to adolescents and EF (English First) is also a place for learning English and creating creative content that can be trusted in the credibility of its content. from the strategies made by EF (English First) content creators with the aim of developing brand image through social media instagram. Based on the results of the discussion in the role of communication according to Effendy (Effendy, 2019), in this theory there are two indicators that researchers apply, namely Attractiveness and Source Credibility.

YouTube is an internet-based social media that focuses on video content. Through account creation, users can get an audience that has a YouTube account and upload videos from different categories, which shows how a YouTube account is packaged in social media. This research is to find out how the process of positive comments and Devina Hermawan's YouTube content is carried out. from this second study is to find out negative comments on Devina Hermawan's YouTube content. The data in this study were analyzed using Social Reception which interpreted observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that there is an impact of comments which include positive and negative comment categories.

The rapid advancement of information and communication technology has significantly impacted the lives of children and adolescents. While social media offers numerous benefits, its irresponsible use can lead to risks of personal data abuse and cybercrime. This study aims to develop smart and wise internet skills in social media for children and adolescents as an effort to protect personal data and prevent cybercrime. The research employs a qualitative approach with case studies in schools. The findings indicate that proper digital literacy education can enhance awareness among children and adolescents regarding existing risks and equip them with skills to use social media safely. This recommendation is crucial to be implemented in the educational curriculum to create a safer and more responsible generation in using technology.

In the era of advancing information and communication technology, using the internet has become very easy. This is due to the need for access to information, lifestyle, communication, entertainment, and knowledge available on various social media platforms. Social media plays a role in shaping a person's identity, and high social media use among students can impact their mental health. This study aims to determine the relationship between the intensity of social media use and the mental health of PAI students at Ibn Khaldun University, Bogor. The research method used is quantitative with a correlational approach. The subjects in this study were 87 PAI students. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. Data analysis was conducted using the Product Moment Correlation test. The results showed a significant negative relationship between the intensity of social media use and the mental health of PAI students. The correlation coefficient was r = 0.220 with a significance level of p = 0.041 (< 0.05). This means that the higher the students' intensity of social media use, the lower their mental health. Conversely, the lower the intensity of social media use, the better their mental health.
