Currently, the development of information technology has advanced in all sectors, one of which is the education sector which plays an important role in optimizing library functions and services in educational institutions. SMA Negeri 1 Sreseh Sampang developed a library information system to increase effectiveness and accessibility in managing libraries. System development was carried out using a RAD approach, including workshops on requirements planning, design and implementation. During implementation, the system utilizes a web platform compiled with the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The results of this research show that the library information system of SMA Negeri 1 Sreseh Sampang can cover all library business needs and can be used by all library members and employees, so that information can be presented more quickly and efficiently.

Penilaian kinerja karyawan menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard (BSC) sangat efektif dalam mengukur penilaian kinerja karyawan dari berbagai perspektif, seperti finansial, pelanggan, proses internal dan pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi penilaian kinerja karyawan dengan menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard (BSC) pada perusahaan PT. ForIT Asta Solusindo. Pada penelitian ini penulis merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi penilaian kinerja karyawan menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard (BSC) dengan empat perspektif utama, yaitu finansial yang diterapkan pada divisi akuntan, pelanggan yang diterapkan pada divisi pemasaran; proses internal dan pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran pada berbagai divisi. Untuk masing-masing perspektif memiliki nilai bobot yang berbeda namun dengan jumlah keseluruhan bobot yang sama dengan nilai persentase yang mencapai 100%. Aplikasi ini berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Agile dengan model Scrum untuk memastikan adaptabilitas dan kualitas produk. Aplikasi ini juga dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel dan menggunakan basis data MySQL sebagai tempat penyimpanan data. Hasil dari keseluruhan pengujian unit yang dilakukan dengan pengujian whitebox pada kode internal menggunakan PHPUnit. Hasil dari pengujian blackbox sesuai dengan kebutuhan fungsional dan non-fungsional aplikasi. Hasil dari skor Likert pada pengujian User acceptance test (UAT) menunjukkan dari faktor kepuasan pengguna mencapai 78% dan faktor kemudahan pengguna mencapai 96%. Kata Kunci: Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Penilaian kinerja, Perspektif, Agile Scrum.

PT XYZ, a building construction and design company in Palembang. The number of employees in this company is 30 employees with project, finance, marketing and also human resources (HR) divisions. PT XYZ has a need to improve the efficiency of human resource management. In the current condition, the company still relies on manual processes for recruitment, attendance, layoff data management, and employee leave applications. This Personnel Information System uses the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method as a system development method. System development uses the Laravel framework, PHP, CSS, HTML programming languages. In the analysis stage using PIECES and Usecase Diagram. System development uses two main approaches, namely using the FlutterFlow low-code platform and the Laravel Framework. The final result obtained is the implementation of a web-based Personnel Information System at PT XYZ. The implementation of this system makes a significant contribution in improving the efficiency and accessibility of staffing data at PT XYZ.

Every year, around 400,000 people in Indonesia graduate from information technology colleges and vocational schools. The human resources produced do not meet the standards required by the industry today. To become a software developer, you must have strong abilities. SMK Free Methodist Medan students will gain a basic understanding of website structure, tools used to create websites, technological advances, career paths as web developers, how to design the appearance of a website, and learn to use the Laravel framework to become a reliable backend developer. According to the author, the results of community service at the SMK Free Methodist Medan with training bases and methods are very beneficial for students because of their high enthusiasm for participating. This training will teach participants various skills and knowledge about website development as a backend developer. Participants provided feedback that this training really helped them in preparing for a career as a web programmer, especially a backend developer

The usage of manual keys in door security has become obsolete due to the increasing risk of theft and loss of valuable items. Observations at the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Engineering at Universitas Negeri Padang reveal the shortcomings of manual key systems, including the possibility of getting stuck, lost keys, and the inability to record access. TCAD (Tap Card Access Door) offers a solution by utilizing NFC and cameras to directly monitor door access. This research aims to develop TCAD that can real-time monitor door access and store usage data. The development method for TCAD follows the waterfall model, and the system is designed using PHP with the Laravel framework, JavaScript, MySQL as the DBMS, and Visual Studio Code as the editor. Test results demonstrate that TCAD with NFC and web-based monitoring simplifies access entry recording, facilitates data collection during user room access, and improves data search efficiency. With TCAD, it is expected that door security and access monitoring can be better controlled and more efficient in line with current technological advancements.

Currently, internally funded research and community service activities are still carried out at a semi-computerized level, so the data is not yet well integrated. The process of submitting proposals and reporting research activities and community service still uses Google Form, while assessments are carried out using Microsoft Excel. In this process, several obstacles have been identified, one of which is the potential impact of changes to submission data which could affect other data. Therefore, a fully computerized information system will be created, aimed at making it easier for P3M units to manage the internal grant application, assessment and reporting process through an online-based website. The results of this research, the internal grant application system for processing internal grant data has been integrated with the results of black box testing, obtaining a percentage of 100% which is in accordance with the goals and functions of the system. Apart from that, user response testing or User Acceptance Testing (UAT) has been carried out with an average percentage result of 90.83% stating that the system helps in improving the smoothness of the internal grant application process

The absence of an application to assist in the scheduling of the Communication and Informatics department's duties at TVRI has resulted in ineffective schedule distribution, causing a TVRI staff member to receive two coverage schedules simultaneously, while others may not receive any schedule at all. The purpose of this final report is to create an Application for Coverage, Announcers, and Editorial Schedules at TVRI using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MYSQL database, and designing its interface using Bootstrap. The issue faced by TVRI's Communication and Informatics Department (Diskominfo) is the operational data processing of broadcasting schedules using Microsoft Excel, which poses several challenges including insufficient data security, unorganized data storage making it difficult to search, and the risk of losing previously saved data, thereby slowing down TVRI's reporting process. This application comprises three User levels: admin, User, and TVRI head. The research adopts the Prototype development method to create the Coverage, Announcers, and Editorial Schedule Application at TVRI. Through the Prototype, the development team can quickly visualize the application's design and functionality, gather early User feedback, and address potential issues or design improvements before full implementation. The research outcome, in the form of the application, provides a concrete solution to the challenges of scheduling effectiveness at TVRI, enhancing efficiency, addressing data security concerns, ensuring organized data storage, and improving workflow speed.

Berkembangnya teknologi mempermudah manusia mendapatkan berbagai informasi yang dibutuhkan. Demikian juga dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi di dunia perikanan. Saat ini telah berkembang berbagai platform baik untuk penjualan maupun yang sekedar memberikan kemudahan memperoleh informasi tentang berbagai jenis ikan yang ingin dipelajari. Obyek penelitian ini membahas tentang genus ikan Channa atau yang dikenal sebagai ikan gabus yang saat ini mendapat perhatian khusus penggemar ikan baik di dalam maupun luar negeri. Ikan Channa mendapat perhatian khusus karena kemudahan dalam pemeliharaan serta perkembangbiakannya. Mengingat banyaknya genus ikan Channa, maka dibutuhkan media penyediaan informasi yang relevan sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai media belajar. Hal itulah yang mendasari pembuatan aplikasi pendataan genus ikan Channa berbasis Web menggunakan Framework Laravel. Pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan Laravel sebagai framework-nya,  Mysql sebagai database dan XAMPP sebagai web server. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai aplikasi pembelajaran ikan Channa yang berguna bagi semua orang untuk mendapatkan informasi secara detail terkait dengan ikan Channa tersebut.

The main purpose of this service is to provide technological solutions that facilitate the management of labor data and improve information transparency at the Samarinda City Manpower Office. The research method adopted involves a survey of user needs, an in-depth analysis of the recap process, as well as the application of the Laravel Framework to build a responsive and accessible web platform.

Kantor Kelurahan talang jawa merupakan salah satu kantor kelurahan yang ada di daerah baturaja sumatera selatan. kantor tersebut ingin memanfaatkan website sebagai media informasi terhadap layanan kepada masyarakat desa talang jawa, agar masyarakat bisa dengan mudah mendapatkan informasi terkait dengan pelayanan sehingga masyarakat tidak perlu datang ke kantor lurah hanya untuk mendapatkan informasi yang mereka butuhkan. namun pegawai kelurahan tersebut belum ada yang bisa membuat atau pun menggunakan website. Oleh karena itu penulis melakukan pelatihan pembuatan website pada kantor kelurahan talang jawa baturaja sumatera selatan, dengan tujuan website tersebut dapat mempermudah dalam memberikan pelayanan berupa informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat desa talang jawa baturaja sumatera selatan. Website tersebut dibuat menggunakan framework laravel dengan menggunakan database mysql, hasil dari Pembuatan sistem informasi berupa informasi mengenai kegiatan yang ada di kelurahan talang jawa serta beberapa fasilitas seperti info pembangunan dan kesejahteraan rakyat yang bisa diakses pada website tersebut. Dengan adanya Pengadaan pelatihan untuk pegawai kantor kelurahan talang jawa baturaja sumatera selatan merupakan hal yang positif dikarenakan selain bisa mengaksest website kelurahan talang jawa yang baru dibuat, pegawai kantor kelurahan juga dapat menambah wawasan mengenai pembuatan website yang dinamis.

The assessment of information technology governance is a crucial aspect of managing IT resources to align the implementation of information technology with business operations and corporate objectives. At PT Petrokimia Gresik, IT governance assessment is still carried out using conventional methods. Therefore, this research aims to design and develop a Self-Assessment Information Technology Governance System at PT Petrokimia Gresik. This research begins with user interviews and a literature review from various sources such as journals, reference documents, and COBIT 2019 books. The system development is conducted using the SCRUM method to produce a system that meets user requirements. In the SCRUM method, there are four main activities: sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. This information system was successfully developed using the Laravel framework, which proved to streamline web application development. The implication of this research is the creation of a Self-Assessment Information Technology Governance System. Based on the results of user acceptance testing, the system produced has been well-received and meets user needs.

At this time logistics companies have a very important role in everyday life, especially in package delivery. The high level of online shopping is one of the reasons why the role of logistics is very important in our daily lives. Thus, seeing the common problems that occur in the conventional logistics delivery process, we came up with the idea to create an integrated smart locker to be one of the replacements for existing logistics outlets, we hope that with this application we can reduce the company's logistics expenses used in procuring logistics outlets and make it easier for couriers to work in the package delivery process. We created this application using a microservices architecture with the SDLC method used is Agile Dynamic System Development (DSDM). React JS framework as an interface and Express js and Laravel as an application that works behind the interface. The idea that we initiated we raised as a project within the company with the client from the company. In the end, the smart locker program made using the DSDM method has been completed and is ready to be implemented in the company and the client

Komputer dan teknologi informasi telah menjadi kebutuhan untuk setiap pekerjaan baik di organisasi swasta maupun pemerintah. kegiatan di Badan Pusat Statistik mengakibatkan banyaknya surat masuk dan surat keluar, sehingga sulit untuk mengarsipkan surat-surat tersebut. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, perlu dikembangkan sistem pengarsipan surat masuk dan surat keluar berbasis website.. Mengingat arsip adalah segala bentuk catatan aktivitas yang dilakukan organisasi maupun lembaga seperti dokumen, rekaman dan sebagainya, maka keberadaannya perlu dijaga dengan baik. Sistem arsip dibangun dengan menggunakan metode prototype, yaitu suatu pendekatan pengembangan sistem yang meliputi dari beberapa tahapan yaitu Communication, Quick plan, Modelling Quick Design, pembentukan Prototype dan Deployement Delivery & Feddback Selain itu menggunakan PHP serta MySQL sebagai bahasa pemrogramannya dengan framework laravel. Sebuah aplikasi untuk mengelola arsip surat masuk dan surat keluar yang tersimpan secara digital dikembangkan sebagai hasil dari penelitian ini untuk memudahkan pencarian surat. Dengan mengakses aplikasi arsip ini dengan user login yang sesuai,  petugas administrasi dapat menambah, mengedit, menghapus, dan menyimpan surat masuk dan keluar, mencari berdasarkan nomor surat, subjek, pengirim, tujuan, dan tanggal, serta mengunduh surat digital berdasarkan hasil pencarian.  Sistem arsip surat yang telah dibangun dapat memudahkan pegawai dalam menyelesaikan pengolahan data surat masuk dan surat keluar secara cepat dan efisien.

Abstrak – Kebutuhan informasi yang semakin cepat. Menjadi alasan dibangun e-government web portal ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan Website ini adalah dengan metode Web Development Life Cycle (WDLC). (WDLC) adalah metode yang digunakan dalam membangun sebuah website. Dimana WDLC merupakan sebuah proses pengembangan sebuah website akan disampaikan kepada pengguna. Dalam pembuatannya, dilakukan proses menganalisis data dan informasi yang ada pada dinas komunikasi dan informatika agar dapat di masukan ke proses implementasi perancangan sistem dengan menggunakan metode WDLC dan diterapkan dengan Framework Laravel V7. Disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Metode ini berhasil dan akan mempermudah pengelola Web dalam mengelola informasi responsif dan compatible. Dengan terciptanya web portal ini akan mempermudah kinerja admin dalam menyebarluaskan informasi yang secara otomatis juga akan mengurangi beban tenaga IT di Dinas Komunikasi dan informatika yang minim tenaga IT.   Kata Kunci – E-Government, WDLC, Website, Internet   Abstract – The need for information is getting faster.Be the reasonbuilt e-government webportalthis. At the present time of the pandemic, it is difficult for the world's most unusual cuttlefish to market its products. Thus, umkm needs to be provided with facilities to market the products online. Special-based backends are one of the media for selling by-products on the catapult. The purpose of this research is to construct typical web-based appendage by-by-products. The purpose of this research is to construct typical web-based appendage by-by-products. Research methods used in the construction of systems on this research are the methods of research and development (R & D). This study provides several design systems, the design of system architecture, the DFD system, the design of the interface, and the design of system testing. The system was created using the framework laravel. As for the results of the final assignment research "typical web-based appendage". In this system, there are two users, the user as the store and the user as the buyer. On the user as a store there are several features that include input from store products, editing from products, confirmation of deliveries, responding to comments given by the buyer on the product, viewing the order data done by the buyer, and editing the store's data. While the user's features as the purchaser look at the product's data, see the store's data as a souvenir, order a by-product payment, confirm the order has been accepted, give an assessment of the product's already received, and edit the customer's data. The system was tested by using black box methods testing to see the effectiveness of a system built with test variables was 100%.

Pencucian pakaian dan layanan dry cleaning, yang saat ini dapat dijalankan di rumah atau melalui bisnis yang tersedia, menjadi semakin populer. Hal ini telah menyebabkan persaingan sengit di industri ini. Untuk mengatasi persaingan ini, diperlukan usaha untuk memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan layanan pencucian pakaian dengan menggunakan metode Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Tujuan utamanya adalah menarik lebih banyak pelanggan, menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan yang sudah ada, serta efektif mengelola data pelanggan dan keuangan bisnis pencucian pakaian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi yang menggunakan metode CRM untuk meningkatkan interaksi yang positif dan nyaman dengan pelanggan. Dalam pengembangan sistem ini, bahasa pemrograman seperti PHP dan HTML digunakan, dengan penggunaan database PostgreSQL dan framework Laravel. Hasilnya adalah sebuah sistem informasi yang kompatibel dengan penerapan metode CRM, memberikan kemudahan bagi pelanggan dalam mencari informasi tentang layanan pencucian pakaian. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah untuk terus meningkatkan penggunaan metode CRM agar interaksi dengan pelanggan dapat lebih aktif dan efektif.
