Penelitian ini membahas mengenai upaya perluasan infrastruktur teknologi informasi di Provinsi Papua kaitannya dengan peningkatan eksistensi ekonomi digital berdasarkan indikator infrastruktur teknologi informasi. Upaya ini didahului dengan melakukan klasterisasi wilayah di Provinsi Papua guna mengetahui kemiripan karakteristik infrastruktur setiap kabupaten/kota. Analisis klaster ini menggunakan pendekatan K-Means dan K-Medoids. Indikator infrastruktur teknologi informasi yang digunakan berupa variabel persentase keberadaan BTS, persentase kekuatan sinyal yang baik, persentase penerimaan sinyal internet, IPM, dan rasio produktivitas informasi dan komunikasi. Hasil analisis klaster menunjukkan terbentuknya dua klaster yaitu klaster 1 dengan infrastruktur teknologi informasi yang baik dan klaster 2 dengan infrastruktur yang kurang baik. Kabupaten/kota yang berada pada klaster 1 memiliki nilai rata-rata keberadaan BTS, kekuatan sinyal baik, penerimaan sinyal internet, IPM, dan rasio produktivitas informasi dan komunikasi yang jauh lebih tinggi daripada kabupaten/kota pada klaster 2.  Dengan adanya perbedaan ini tentu pemerintah di Provinsi Papua tetap harus konsisten untuk melaksanakan pemerataan pembangunan infrastruktur sekaligus sebagai bentuk pemerataan ekonomi dan perluasan ekonomi digital.

Magang Industri (KPI) berfungsi sebagai media bagi siswa untuk menerapkan pengetahuan akademis ke dalam lingkungan kerja nyata, khususnya melalui keterlibatan dalam proses rekrutmen. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Asri Dharma Sejahtera, sebuah perusahaan milik daerah di sektor minyak dan gas, di mana Divisi Sumber Daya Manusia memainkan peran strategis dalam mendukung operasi. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi tahapan rekrutmen dan mentransmisikan efektivitas metode yang diterapkan. Data dikumpulkan secara kualitatif melalui wawancara dengan staf SDM dan observasi langsung terhadap kegiatan rekrutmen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. ADS menerapkan proses rekrutmen yang sistematis, mulai dari perencanaan tenaga kerja, pengumuman lowongan pekerjaan, penyaringan aplikasi, tes, dan wawancara. Dua metode utama yang digunakan: bursa kerja dan platform dare, masing-masing dengan kelebihan dan keterbatasan yang berbeda. Bursa kerja efektif untuk interaksi pribadi dan merek pemberitaan kerja, sementara platform berani menawarkan jangkauan yang lebih luas dan efisiensi yang lebih besar. Kesimpulan menyimpulkan bahwa strategi rekrutmen hybrid mengoptimalkan kekuatan kedua metode, menghasilkan proses rekrutmen yang lebih efektif dan adaptif. Rekomendasi tersebut mencakup SOP pemeliharaan yang terperinci, penerapan sistem e-rekrutmen yang komprehensif, dan pelaksanaan evaluasi berkala guna meningkatkan transparansi, kualitas, dan daya saing perusahaan.

The growth of the elderly population reaching 12% requires efforts that not only focus on weaknesses, but also the potential of the elderly. This study aims to describe the potential and strengths of the elderly, analyze the role of LKS LU Payung Besurek in implementing the Strengths Perspective and the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) model in assisting the elderly. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative, six people consisting of; the head of the institution, social workers, and four assisted elderly determined by purposive sampling technique. Data collection uses interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely, the results of the study show that the assisted elderly LKS LU have physical, economic, social, spiritual, and psychological potential. The elderly are still able to work simply, are active in religious, social, economic activities and have good life motivation.The institution plays a role through spiritual, social, health, and economic development, including skills training. The Strengths Perspective approach is seen in efforts to explore and strengthen the potential of the elderly, while the application of the ABCD model is reflected in five principles: community leadership, social relationships, asset utilization, place-based, and inclusion without discrimination. This study concludes that the eld erly can remain independent, productive, and empowered if they receive support from institutions, families, and the social environment.

Law Number 51 of 2009 represents a pivotal milestone in strengthening the authority of the Indonesian Administrative Court (PTUN), particularly regarding the executorial aspects of its decisions, which were previously considered weak and insufficient in providing adequate legal protection for the public. This study aims to examine and analyze the executorial power of PTUN decisions following the enactment of the regulation, with a focus on the effectiveness of decision enforcement, the obstacles encountered, and the implications for governance based on the principles of the rule of law. Employing a normative juridical approach supported by analyses of literature, legislation, and selected court decisions, this research demonstrates that Law 51/2009 has brought significant progress, especially through provisions requiring administrative officials to comply with court rulings, the introduction of administrative sanctions, and the application of dwangsom as a coercive measure. However, its effectiveness remains suboptimal due to several persistent challenges, including weak oversight of officials who fail to implement decisions, the limited application of sanctions in practice, and a bureaucratic culture that tends to be unresponsive to judicial authority. Additionally, disharmony among sectoral regulations and insufficient inter-agency coordination further hinder the executorial function of PTUN.

Penelitian ini menganalisis kekuatan pondasi tiang pancang pada proyek pembangunan Apartemen Arjuna Bima di Kabupaten Sleman. Penyidikan tanah menggunakan boring pada titik B2 menunjukkan bahwa lapisan tanah keras maksimum berada pada kedalaman 25 meter, sementara hasil bor tangan mengidentifikasi tanah berupa pasir sedang berwarna coklat keabu-abuan. Tiang pancang dipilih karena kemampuannya untuk memadatkan tanah pasir sedang selama proses pemancangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data sekunder melalui studi literatur dan dokumentasi. Semua perhitungan dilakukan menggunakan metode Meyerhof, sedangkan analisis pembebanan struktur dilakukan dengan perangkat lunak ETABS v22. Analisis ini mencakup perhitungan kapasitas dukung aksial, kapasitas dukung lateral, dan penurunan pondasi akibat beban struktur atas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa beban aksial (P) sebesar 710,77 ton. Kapasitas dukung aksial kelompok tiang pancang (Qg) dengan diameter 80 cm, 60 cm, dan 42,9 cm pada kedalaman 20 m berturut-turut adalah 2.125,87 ton; 1.347,68 ton; dan 710,51 ton. Kapasitas dukung lateral (Hg) untuk ukuran tiang yang sama berturut-turut adalah 1.169,9 ton; 877,4 ton; dan 627,4 ton. Penurunan pondasi kelompok tiang (Sg) masing-masing adalah 2,46 cm; 2,1 cm; dan 2,03 cm. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, pondasi tiang pancang dengan diameter 80 cm dan 60 cm memenuhi syarat keamanan baik dari segi kapasitas dukung aksial maupun lateral, serta penurunan pondasi. Namun, untuk tiang pancang dengan diameter 42,9 cm, kapasitas dukung aksial tidak memenuhi syarat keamanan (Qg < P), sehingga tidak direkomendasikan untuk digunakan.

Bangunan yang berada di daerah rawan gempa dengan tanah lunak cenderung memiliki tingkat kerentanan yang lebih tinggi. Dalam merancang struktur bangunan bertingkat, beban gempa menjadi salah satu parameter utama yang sangat berpengaruh. Kekuatan sebuah bangunan ditentukan oleh elemen-elemen struktur yang menopangnya dan kolom merupakan elemen struktur yang memiliki peran penting dalam konstruksi. Jika kolom mengalami kegagalan, bangunan yang ditopangnya berpotensi runtuh. Oleh karena itu, rendahnya ketahanan konstruksi di wilayah ini tetap menjadi permasalahan yang sedang diteliti saat ini. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh pengaruh variasi dimensi kolom terhadap struktur bangunan terhadap gempa, sehingga diperoleh ukuran dimensi kolom yang paling optimal. Pada penelitian ini, objek yang digunakan adalah bangunan 8 lantai yang terdiri dari lantai 1-3 merupakan kantor dan lantai 4-8 merupakan hunian. Pada perencanaan ulang bangunan ini berpedoman pada persyaratan beton struktural (SNI 2847:2019), perencanaan ketahanan gempa (SNI 1726:2019), dan beban minimum untuk perancangan bangunan gedung dan struktur lain (SNI 1727:2020), dengan pemodelan menggunakan software ETABS V.22. Redesain bangunan ini untuk mengetahui ukuran dimensi kolom yang paling optimal. Hasil penelitian perubahan dimensi kolom terhadap kekuatan struktur bangunan yakni dengan memperbesar dimensi kolom, kapasitas penampang bertambah yang dapat meningkatkan ketahanan kolom terhadap beban gempa. Selain itu, dimensi yang lebih besar juga membantu mengurangi tegangan aksial pada kolom, sehingga menurunkan risiko kegagalan akibat tegangan berlebih atau kelelahan material. Semakin besar dimensi kolom yang digunakan maka semakin kecil nilai simpangan yang dihasilkan. Artinya dengan dimensi kolom yang lebih kecil memiliki resiko yang lebih tinggi, sebab nilai simpangan lebih dekat dengan batas yang diijinkan. Akan tetapi hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dimensi kolom dengan berbagai variasi masih aman dari pengaruh delta izin.

Salah satu bentuk pengolahan limbah menjadi energi yang berasal dari limbah padat perkotaan adalah sampah bahan bakar turunan atau Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF). Terdapat berbagai teknologi pengeringan yang biasanya digunakan untuk pengeringan RDF. Contoh penerapannya adalah oil tube rotary dryer sebagai alternatif dari steam tube rotary dryer karena sejumlah alasan utama. Pertama, penggunaan oil engine sebagai material penghantar panas tidak membutuhkan tekanan tinggi seperti pada steam tube rotary dryer sehingga komposisi desain yang tidak serumit steam tube rotary dryer. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perancangan dan analisis kekuatan struktur mesin oil tube rotary dryer yang dilakukan melalui software Solidworks. Cara kerja mesin dimulai dari pemanasan thermal oil di unit pemanas hingga mencapai suhu operasi yang diinginkan. Oil panas kemudian disirkulasikan secara tertutup ke dalam tube di dalam drum pengering. Pada saat yang sama, RDF dengan kadar air awal 55% dimasukkan melalui inlet housing ke dalam shell. Suhu yang bekerja pada oil untuk memanaskan sekitar 150°C, jumlah total tube 65 buah berdiameter 1,25 inch, dan panjang pipa 10 m yang tersusun di dalam shell. Hasil analisis struktur mesin oil tube rotary dryer berdasarkan simulasi didapatkan stress (von mises) dengan nilai tertinggi 9,371 × 108 N/m^2. Sedangkan nilai terendah 9,628 × 103 N/m^2. Nilai tertinggi dari hasil simulasi tersebut terjadi pada sudut tajam bagian support roller yang tidak terdapat kontak, sehingga hal ini dapat diabaikan karena merupakan stress singularity. Hasil simulasi displacement  dengan  nilai tertinggi 1,026 × 101 N/m^2. Sedangkan nilai terendah 1,000 × 10-30 N/m^2. Nilai tertinggi dari hasil simulasi tersebut merupakan penerapan dari gaya centrifugal yang terjadi pada drum/shell rotary. Notarial deeds as authentic instruments hold a crucial role in Indonesia’s civil law evidence system, providing perfect proof under Article 1868 of the Civil Code. However, in practice, such deeds are often denied by one party in court, raising debates about the certainty of their evidentiary power. This study examines the legal consequences of denying a notarial deed for the parties in litigation and the assurance of legal certainty for those holding such deeds. Using R. Soeroso’s Theory of Legal Consequences and Jan Michael Otto’s Theory of Legal Certainty, this normative juridical research employs statutory, conceptual, analytical, and case approaches, with literature-based data collection and interpretative legal analysis. The findings reveal that denial of a notarial deed may create new legal relationships, alter good-faith relations into disputes, and result in sanctions imposed by court rulings. Meanwhile, legal certainty remains guaranteed, as authentic deed regulations are clear, binding, and enforceable, serving as a guideline in resolving disputes and upholding sanctions.

The problem with previous studies was the use of polyester resin as a matrix in kacang goat hair fiber composites, whereas in the latest study, epoxy resin was used, which has not been widely used. The aim was to obtain the tensile strength of composites that could be used as an alternative material for fan blades. The research method used was experimental with composite fabrication using the hand lay-up method, varying fiber lengths of 10 mm, 20 mm, and 30 mm, and varying immersion times in a 5% NaOH solution for 25, 50, 75, and 100 minutes. Tensile strength testing was carried out using the ASTM D638 standard with a total of 36 specimens. The test results showed that specimens with a fiber length of 30 mm and a soaking time of 50 minutes produced the highest tensile strength of 28.69 MPa, while the lowest tensile strength of 15.38 MPa was obtained in specimens with a fiber length of 10 mm and a soaking time of 100 minutes. This indicates that the highest tensile strength value is 46.37% greater than the lowest value, so the combination of a fiber length of 30 mm and a soaking time of 50 minutes is determined to be the optimal parameter in this study.

The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of Environmental Social Governance (ESG) and the power of the Chief Executive (CEO) on the financial performance of banking companies on the IDX during the period 2023-2023. . Environmental Social Governance (ESG) is becoming a new standard in the investment world, requiring companies to be more responsible for the environment, social, and good corporate governance practices can increase public trust, one of which is by implementing ESG which has been proven to be a trigger for sustainable business growth, while the CEO is the president director or main director in a company and has obligations for the tasks and success of the business. This study uses a quantitative research method with a descriptive verification technique. The research sample consisted of 22 companies. ESG is measured using a dummy variable with a value of 1, CEO power is measured based on the length of tenure, and the company's financial performance is measured using Return On Asset (ROA). Based on the results of the analysis conducted, the results obtained indicate that (1) ESG has a negative effect on financial performance. (2) CEO power has a positive effect on the company's financial performance.

This study aims to analyze the strategies used by business actors in facing local market competition through Porter's Five Forces Model approach, which includes: the threat of new entrants, the threat of substitute products, the bargaining power of suppliers, the bargaining power of consumers, and the intensity of competition between competitors. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews with three categories of informants, namely business owners, employees, and consumers. Data analysis was conducted by identifying patterns, differences, and linkages between the strategies applied and aspects of Porter's Five Forces Model. The results showed that the main strendgth in local competition lies in the high intensity of competitors and the increasing number of alternative products offered. The integration strategy between online and offline marketing is proven to help dealers reach consumers more widely and build customer loyalty. The use of social media, digital promotions, and direct-to-consumer services such as exhibitions and local community partnerships are key to adaptation in the digital era. By understanding Porter's five aspects in depth, businesses can formulate strategies that are more adaptive, innovative, and highly competitive in the local market.

Indonesia is one of the countries with abundant availability of palm fiber composite, yet its application in advanced material technology remains limited. On the other hand, most motorcycle helmets available in the market are made from ABS plastic, which has limitations in impact energy absorption and may increase the risk of head injuries during accidents. This study aims to develop helmet composites based on palm fiber and epoxy resin by varying the fiber volume fractions (15%, 25%, and 35%) and alkali soaking durations (75, 150, 225, and 300 minutes). The impact strength test results showed that the combination of 35% fiber volume and 225-minute alkali soaking produced the highest specific impact energy (SIP) of 0.142 J/mm². As a comparison, SNI-compliant helmets made from ABS plastic only reached an EPS value of 0.00972 J/mm², indicating that palm fiber-based composite helmets could improve impact energy absorption efficiency by more than 14 times. The results conclude that increasing the fiber volume fraction and optimizing the alkali treatment duration significantly enhances the impact resistance, making ijuk-based composite helmets a promising alternative for safer and more eco-friendly protective gear.

Rock stability and service life in geotechnical and mining engineering are highly dependent on the rock's mechanical and physical parameters, where the variation in sandstone grain size is a crucial intrinsic factor. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the correlation between sandstone grain size with uniaxial compressive strength (UCS) and resistance to weathering (Slake Durability Index) in samples taken from the Balikpapan and Pulau Balang Formations in the Samarinda area, East Kalimantan. The research methodology involved a series of standard laboratory tests, including rock physical properties analysis, grain size distribution analysis, UCS testing, and slake durability testing through three cycles. The test results show a significant correlation: sandstone with finer grain sizes and higher density consistently demonstrates greater UCS values and a higher Durability Index, indicating superior mechanical and physical resistance. Specifically, the Pulau Balang Formation exhibits a more compact structure and finer grain size, resulting in better durability values compared to the Balikpapan Formation. These findings are important as a geomechanical data basis for slope design planning, rock mass stability analysis, and material selection in infrastructure projects or mining operations involving both formations.

Insurance is a service designed to prevent or mitigate various potential risks. The Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) is authorized to resolve consumer disputes through three alternative methods: arbitration, conciliation, and mediation. This study aims to analyze the legal force of mediation outcomes and to identify and examine the obstacles encountered in the implementation of insurance dispute resolution through BPSK mediation. This research employs a normative legal method with a statutory approach through literature review. The analysis is conducted qualitatively based on legal regulations and principles. Data is sourced from primary, secondary, and tertiary materials, and the process consists of three stages: formulation, analysis, and conclusion. The findings indicate that although BPSK’s authority is limited, its decisions are final and binding, and mediation agreements remain legally valid. If no objection is filed, the agreement must be implemented, with criminal consequences for non-compliance. However, the effectiveness of consumer dispute resolution remains hindered by weak legal force, limited regulatory framework, institutional capacity constraints, and potential external intervention.

Anak difabel memiliki kebutuhan khusus akibat adanya gangguan dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan, baik secara fisik, sensorik, intelektual, maupun emosional. Salah satu gangguan yang umum adalah gangguan motorik, yang berdampak pada keterbatasan dalam melakukan aktivitas fisik sehari-hari. Penanganan melalui latihan motorik yang sesuai sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kekuatan otot, koordinasi, fleksibilitas, serta efikasi diri anak. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di YPAC Surakarta dengan tujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan guru olahraga dan orang tua mengenai pentingnya latihan motorik yang disesuaikan dengan klasifikasi gangguan anak. Metode kegiatan meliputi observasi, penyuluhan, pelatihan langsung, dan evaluasi menggunakan pre-test, post-test, serta monitoring keberlanjutan latihan di rumah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan latihan yang individual dan terstruktur dapat meningkatkan pemahaman pendamping (guru dan orang tua), sekaligus membantu anak difabel mengembangkan potensi fisik dan psikologisnya. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is a preliminary agreement in contracts established under the Common Law system, and this research is based on the increasing phenomenon of using MoUs as an initial form of agreement in various fields, including the organization of beauty pageants; however, in practice, there remains ambiguity regarding the extent to which an MoU has binding legal force, particularly when one party commits a breach of contract or when disputes arise, thus this study formulates two main issues, namely the legal status of the parties involved in the MoU of the Miss Beauty East Java 2022 pageant agreement and the legal consequences of the non-performance of such MoU, employing a normative juridical method through statute, conceptual, and case approaches to analyze the practice of MoUs in Miss Beauty East Java 2022, and the findings indicate that although MoUs are not explicitly regulated in the Indonesian Civil Code, they may be considered preliminary agreements subject to the principle of freedom of contract under Article 1338 of the Civil Code, with the legal status of the parties being binding as long as the MoU fulfills the essential elements of a valid contract (agreement, legal capacity, specific object, and lawful cause), while the legal consequences of non performance may give rise to legal liability resolved through non-litigation efforts such as mediation or arbitration, or ultimately through litigation if amicable settlement fails, leading to the conclusion that the MoU in the Miss Beauty East Java 2022 pageant possesses binding legal force as a preliminary agreement rather than merely a moral commitment, provided that it is clearly drafted and meets the validity requirements of a contract under Indonesian law.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran PT. Makanan Rakyat Indonesia Kendal dengan pendekatan bauran pemasaran (produk, harga, promosi, dan tempat) serta analisis SWOT. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pemilik dan karyawan, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan produk unggulan yaitu kerupuk ABS udang original dengan harga Rp5.000–Rp25.000, distribusi melalui toko offline dan platform online, serta promosi yang memanfaatkan media sosial dan e-commerce. Analisis SWOT menghasilkan lima kekuatan, lima kelemahan, lima peluang, dan lima ancaman. Skor IFAS sebesar 3,23 dan EFAS 3,02 menempatkan perusahaan pada kuadran I (strategi agresif). Data penjualan Januari–April 2025 meningkat 28,8% dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya atau setara Rp147.000.000. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan strategi pemasaran berbasis SWOT berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan. Rekomendasi penelitian adalah memperluas saluran distribusi, meningkatkan promosi, serta menjaga kualitas pelayanan guna menghadapi persaingan produk sejenis.

Stroke is a major neurological disease that occurs in adults and the elderly, based on the high number of emergencies and the main cause of disability and death. The most common disorder in stroke is weakness or deficits in the musculoskeletal system such as parese or plegia. These conditions will cause various disorders in patients such as decreased muscle tone and strength, muscle weakness which if not treated immediately will lead to contractures, which ultimately cause impaired mobilization. Impaired fulfillment of daily activities and disability. Nursing actions to overcome physical mobility disorders are muscle strengthening exercises, especially in the upper extremities by holding a rubber ball. Purpose:  Help solve the problem of physical mobility disorders to increase muscle strength in stroke patients with rubber ball grasping exercises. Methods: By collecting data from interviews and observations using case studies and subjects in stroke patients with nursing problems. Results:  After performing the exercise of grasping a rubber ball for 2 times in 7 days there is an increase in muscle strength with a muscle strength value of 1/5 to 3/5. Conclusion: The action of grasping rubber ball exercises can increase muscle strength to overcome physical mobility disorders in stroke patients

Latihan fartlek merupakan salah satu latihan lari bervariasi yang berfokus pada kecepatan untuk meningkatkan daya tahan jantung dan paru, diantaranya adalah VO2max (volume oksigen maksimal).VO2max merupakan jumlah maksimal oksigen yang dapat dikomsumsi seseorang selama melakukan aktivitas fisik yang intens sampai akhirnya terjadi kelelahan, Kurangnya aktivitas fisik sangat mempengaruhi kebugaran tubuh seseorang yang berhubungan dengan kadar VO2max dalam tubuh. Disebut juga sebagai kekuatan aerobik yang kapasitas daya tahan kardiorespiratori. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan fartlek terhadap peningkatan VO2max pada mahasiswi Prodi Ners Tingkat 1 Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Santa Elisabeth Medan tahun 2024. Metode yang digunakan one-group pretest design, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling, jumlah responden sebanyak 20 orang. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah cooper test 12 minute. Hasil yang diperoleh rerata nilai VO2max mahasiswi Prodi Ners tingkat 1 sebelum intervensi latihan fartlek adalah =13.86 ml/kgBB/min (SD5.00), rerata nilai VO2max sesudah intervensi latihan fartlek adalah 30.73 ml/kgBB/min (SD=4.86). Uji statistik yang digunakan paired sample t-test dengan nilai p value 0,001 artinya ada pengaruh latihan fartlek terhadap peningkatan VO2mx pada mahasiswi Prodi Ners tingkat 1 Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Santa Elisabeth medan. Hasil dari penelitian ini Efek latihan fartlek dapat meningkatkan kemampuan atau kinerja paru serta jantung dalam mengambil dan mengelola oksigen agar tubuh mampu melakukan aktivitas fisik ataupun olahraga yang melibatkan otot-otot besar dalam jumlah waktu yang lama tanpa mengalami kelelahan. Latihan fartlek sebagai alternative untuk meningkatkan nilai VO2max pada mahasiswi prodi Ners tingkat 1 sehingga tingkat VO2max semakin baik.

The Ciomas Golok is one of Banten’s intangible cultural heritage items, carrying profound historical, philosophical, and social meaning. More than a traditional weapon, it represents identity, honor, and the spirit of resistance against colonial rule. This study explores the origins and genealogy of the Ciomas Golok, analyzes the philosophy of “grip strength” encompassing physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions, and explains its role as a symbol of honor within Banten society. The research also examines its transformation in the modern era and compares it with other traditional weapons in the Nusantara and abroad. A qualitative method with a cultural ethnographic framework was applied. The research took place in Ciomas District, Serang Regency, as well as in museums, traditional markets, and cultural festivals. Data collection involved participant observation, in-depth interviews with blacksmith masters, community leaders, cultural figures, and youth, supported by literature documentation. Data analysis employed semiotics and symbolic anthropology, with validity maintained through triangulation of sources, methods, and theories. Findings show that the Ciomas Golok dates back to the Banten Sultanate era, evolving from an agricultural tool and weapon of resistance into a cultural artifact and creative economic commodity. The philosophy of “grip strength” highlights holistic values the golok as a symbol of honor, responsibility, and solidarity. Its continuing presence underscores the urgency of preservation. The study concludes that safeguarding the Ciomas Golok requires collaboration among blacksmiths, local communities, government, and academics to ensure its ongoing relevance as both a cultural emblem and an expression of Indonesian national identity.
