The practice of naming rights through trademark licensing agreements on public facilities has become a common commercialisation strategy in Indonesia. However, when the object of naming rights is a public facility with cultural heritage status, legal uncertainty arises due to the absence of specific regulations governing the intersection between Law No. 20 of 2016 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications and Law No. 11 of 2010 concerning Cultural Heritage. The objective of this study is to analyse the regulation of naming rights on public facilities with cultural heritage status and to identify any differences in the application of trademark law in the cases of Semarang Tawang Station and Cirebon Kejaksan Station. The study employs a normative juridical method, utilising secondary data collection techniques and is supported by tertiary legal materials, employing a legislative, analytical and comparative approach. The results of the study indicate a discrepancy in the regulatory framework for naming rights concerning cultural heritage, leading to legal ambiguity due to inconsistent implementation. This is exemplified by the contrasting outcomes at Semarang Tawang Station, where the naming rights agreement with Bank Jateng was successfully executed, and at Cirebon Kejaksan Station, where the agreement was terminated despite both stations possessing cultural heritage status. The study recommends the introduction of comprehensive special regulations to harmonise the protection of exclusive trademark rights with the preservation of the identity and historical value of cultural heritage sites.

This Community Service Program (PKM) was designed to strengthen national character and identity through the application of Asta Cita values among the residents of Rejuno Village, Karangjati District, Ngawi Regency, East Java. Conducted over two days, the program involved active participation from youth groups, community leaders, and village officials. The activities consisted of the introduction of national and civic values, interactive discussions with local figures, and group reflections aimed at formulating social commitments rooted in the Asta Cita principles. The findings show a notable increase in participants’ understanding and appreciation of the eight core values: patriotism, mutual cooperation, honesty, responsibility, hard work, discipline, tolerance, and social justice. Moreover, local wisdom and traditions—such as martial arts practices and community deliberations—were revitalized as effective tools for embedding these values within daily life. This program highlights that national character building does not solely rely on formal education or governmental initiatives but can also grow organically from community-based cultural practices. By integrating local heritage with national ideals, the PKM successfully promoted a sense of unity, civic awareness, and moral responsibility among the people of Rejuno Village, illustrating how local culture can serve as a strong foundation for fostering national identity and integrity.

This paper focuses on a critical reflection on the text of Psalm 1:1-6, specifically introducing two opposing paths between "the way of the righteous" and "the way of the wicked." A critical approach to this text is carried out by considering interpretive and contextual aspects, and finding the meanings contained therein by connecting the experiences of modern-millennial humans. This writing uses qualitative methods and a library research approach, to the Bible, and the book of Psalms 1-72, as well as the book Traces of God's Salvation Work: An Introduction and the Ins and Outs of the Old Testament Scriptures. This writing involves critical reflection on the structure of the text, key words, and moral messages hidden in Psalm 1:1-6. In addition, this paper also explores the social and spiritual implications of understanding "the way of the righteous" and "the way of the wicked" in the context of modern-millennial society. The main finding in this writing is to provide deeper insight into how the concepts expressed in the Book of Psalms 1:1-6 can be applied in the lives of modern-millennial humans, as well as how the moral messages from the text can be relevant in guiding individuals in choosing the right path in life.

This study originated from the issue of students’ limited comprehension of healthy and nutritious food concepts, which influences their lack of awareness in practicing a balanced diet in daily life. The conventional learning approach with minimal integration of visual aids has made students less engaged and hindered their overall understanding of the material. The primary objective of this research is to enhance fourth-grade students’ understanding of healthy and nutritious food at MI Al-Barokah through the application of picture-based learning media. Planing, implementation, observation, and reflection were the two stages of Classroom Action Research (CAR) that was used in the research. The participants were 25 fourth-grade students of MI Al-Barokah. Data were gathered through observations, interviews, and achievement tests, and analyzed using both qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods. The findings revealed a marked improvement in students’ understanding after the introduction of picture media, as reflected in the increasing average learning scores across cycles, along with greater motivation, participation, and engagement in classroom activities. The integration of picture media proved effective in facilitating a clearer, more engaging, and meaningful grasp of healthy and nutritious food concepts. These results suggest that picture-based instructional media can serve as a valuable strategy to improve the quality of thematic learning in elementary education, especially in lessons concerning healthy living and balanced nutrition.

Introduction: Experiential marketing has become a growing trend in promotional activities by emphasizing personalization and active customer involvement. Preliminary observations indicate a decline in outpatient visits among patients with general insurance and non-JKN coverage in 2023, which may be influenced by a decrease in their intention to use outpatient services. This condition highlights the need for hospitals to implement experiential marketing strategies to enhance patient interest and experience. Objective: This study aims to empirically examine the influence of patient experience and service perception on the intention to use outpatient services, with Strategic Experiential Modules (SEMs) as an intervening variable. Methods: This quantitative research employs a causal design involving outpatient service users as the population. A non-probability sampling technique was used, yielding 249 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software. Results: The findings reveal that patient experience and service perception simultaneously have a significant positive influence on the intention to use outpatient services through SEMs. Service perception directly shows a significant positive effect on both SEMs and intention to use outpatient services, while SEMs also significantly enhance usage intention. Service perception emerges as the dominant variable in increasing SEMs and usage intention, whereas patient experience has the weakest effect. Conclusion: Patient experience and service perception collectively influence the intention to use outpatient services with SEMs as an intervening variable. Strengthening Customer Relationship Management is essential by improving human resources and optimizing service asset.

The main problem faced by MA Al Ulya Al Mubarok is the low level of financial literacy and the lack of understanding of the importance of early investment. Most students still perceive saving as the only form of financial management without recognizing the potential for asset growth through safe and well-planned investments. The absence of practical education on personal financial management and limited access to learning resources about investment are the main barriers to developing intelligent and future-oriented financial behavior. As a solution, this community service program is designed to improve financial literacy and foster investment intention among students. The program will be implemented through several stages of activities, including: needs and baseline analysis of students, development of a contextual-based financial literacy module, interactive socialization and training on the basic concepts of saving, personal financial management, and introduction to investment. The expected outcomes of this program include: an increase in students’ financial literacy level by at least 30% based on pre-test and post-test results, the initiation of a student investment awareness community, and the creation of a financial literacy learning module that can be used sustainably by the school. This community service program is expected to serve as a model for financial literacy development in secondary education institutions while supporting national efforts to build a financially literate, independent, and future-oriented young generation.

The Indonesian government has been actively combating illegal fishing practices at sea because they harm the country and reduce fish populations. However, attention to freshwater fisheries, especially endemic fish, is still limited. In fact, endemic fish play an important role in aquatic ecosystems and local culture. Fish resource conservation aims to protect, preserve, and utilize fish and their ecosystems and genetic diversity so that their existence and availability remain sustainable. The diversity of freshwater fish in Indonesia faces serious threats from human activities. The main factor is the introduction of new species that grow uncontrollably, becoming pests and harming ecosystems and communities. In addition, overfishing and declining habitat quality further exacerbate the situation. These threats pose a risk of extinction for endemic fish. Therefore, conservation efforts need to be strengthened to maintain ecosystem balance and support the livelihoods of communities that depend on fish farming. Legal protection is an important aspect in addressing this issue. Law No. 31 of 2004 concerning Fisheries and Law No. 5 of 1990 concerning Conservation of Living Natural Resources and Ecosystems have provided a legal basis for fish resource management. However, their implementation and enforcement remain weak. This study uses a normative juridical approach with secondary legal materials, emphasizing the importance of improving the legal framework and more effective governance. Measurable, transparent, and sustainable conservation measures are needed to ensure the optimal utilization of fish resources. Thus, the sustainability of freshwater ecosystems and the welfare of communities that depend on endemic fish can be guaranteed.

The study titled “Judges’ Speech Acts in Handling Criminal Cases at the Gorontalo District Court” aims to describe the forms, functions, and meanings of speech acts used by judges in leading court sessions. The introduction emphasizes the importance of language in judicial processes to establish effective, fair, and authoritative communication among judges, defendants, prosecutors, and legal counsels. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method with a pragmatic approach. Data were collected through direct observation, documentation, and transcription of court proceedings. The analysis is based on Austin and Searle’s speech act theory, which includes locutionary, illocutionary, and perlocutionary acts. The results show that judges use various types of speech acts, such as directive, declarative, representative, and expressive acts. Illocutionary acts, particularly commands, questions, and assertions, are the most dominant. Their functions are not only to direct the course of the trial but also to maintain order, emphasize legal aspects, and clarify understanding among the parties involved. In conclusion, judges’ speech acts serve as strategic communicative tools with pragmatic power that influence the course of the trial and determine the effectiveness and fairness of the judicial process.

Kramat Village, located in Tlanakan District, Pamekasan Regency, is a coastal area with abundant fisheries resources, one of which is fish paste (petis ikan), a long-standing local product. However, the processing businesses in this village still face challenges, particularly in terms of simple packaging and traditional marketing patterns, making it difficult to compete in modern markets. To address these issues, the Community Service Program (KKN) of Universitas Madura implemented training and mentoring focused on packaging innovation and the introduction of digital marketing strategies. The implementation methods included field observations, interviews with business actors, training to improve product quality, trial application of new packaging, and program evaluation. The results indicated significant improvements in product packaging quality, entrepreneurial skills in branding, and the utilization of social media as a promotional tool. A key achievement was the shift in entrepreneurs’ mindset from merely producing for local consumption to targeting broader markets. The program’s contribution lies in producing more competitive fish paste products, enhancing entrepreneurial literacy among the community, and strengthening the competitiveness of local MSMEs. Therefore, this KKN activity not only creates short-term impacts but also opens opportunities for sustainable community economic development.

This research aims to describe the implementation of Physical Education learning at Madrasah Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Muta'alimin (Miftahul Muta'alimin Islamic Boarding School). Learning implementation in this research includes planning, implementation, and assessment/evaluation, as well as the obstacles and supports that influence these implementations. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach. The data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data validity was tested by using source triangulation. Observations and documentation were used as supporting data to strengthen the interview results. The research subjects consisted of the principals of Islamic Junior High Schools (MTs) and Islamic Junior High Schools (MA), a Physical Education teacher, and four students (two from each MTs and two from the MA). The data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research findings indicate that the implementation of Physical Education learning has followed the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages, but has not been optimal. Planning remains administrative in nature and has not fully adapted to student characteristics. Learning implementation includes an introduction, core, and closing phase, but lacks of method variation and active student involvement. Assessment/evaluation has covered cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects, but it is still limited to final assessments and it is not yet sustainable. Furthermore, limited infrastructure and teacher backgrounds pose challenges. Despite this, madrasah and Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) generally support the implementation of Physical Education (PE) learning.

Introduction: Children of all ages can get tuberculosis (TB), an infectious disease. With 500,000 child TB cases annually and 40–50% of the population in poor nations being categorized as children, child TB is a significant disease to research. This study's main goal was to ascertain how nutritional status, contact history, and BCG immunization status related to childhood tuberculosis at Tidore Hospital in 2025.  Methods: This kind of study used a cross-sectional design and was analytically descriptive. In December 2025, there were 80 children with tuberculosis who visited the polyclinic on a regular basis, making up the study's population. Contact history has a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 and a t value of 3.564 > t table 1.665. This indicates that the Child TB variable is significantly impacted by the contact history variable to some extent. The t count value for immunization status is 4.055 > t table 1.665, with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. This indicates that the Child TB variable is significantly impacted by the Immunization Status variable to some extent. The Nutritional Status hypothesis was tested, and the results reveal a t value of 3.044 > t table of 1.665 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. This indicates that the Child TB variable is significantly impacted by the Nutritional Status variable to some extent. So the advice for health workers is that it is hoped that they will be more active in providing counseling or KIE, putting up poster media, and providing leaflets related to TB in children.
