This study aims to analyze the impact of globalization on corporate financial risk, focusing on exchange rate risk, interest rate risk, and country risk. The research employs a quantitative method, utilizing data from the annual financial reports of multinational companies listed on stock exchanges from 2010 to 2020. Data analysis is conducted using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques, including multiple regression to evaluate the relationship between independent variables (globalization factors such as exports, imports, and foreign direct investment) and dependent variables (levels of financial risk faced by companies). The findings indicate that globalization significantly influences these three types of financial risk. Companies involved in international trade tend to face greater exchange rate fluctuations, dynamic interest rate changes, and higher country risk compared to companies operating in domestic markets. To manage these risks, companies need to develop comprehensive risk management strategies, including the use of derivative instruments, thorough political and economic risk analysis, and investment in advanced technologies. Continuous training and fostering a strong risk culture within the organization are also critical factors in effective risk management. This study provides in-depth insights into how globalization affects corporate financial risk and offers strategic recommendations to enhance financial resilience in a global context.

Various factors, including changes in commodity prices, domestic production, trade policies, and geopolitical considerations, can impact the value of oil and gas imports and exports. In addition to technological innovation, economic fluctuations can also be influenced by changes in global demand, domestic production, and trade policies. The value of oil and gas imports and exports may experience fluctuations over time and between nations. The Perdag No. 21 of 2019 and the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia No. 22 of 2001 pertaining to oil and natural gas govern export and import regulations, respectively. These documents provide a clear framework for the management of oil and natural gas resources in Indonesia and aim to harmonize regulations in the oil and gas sector. Natural gas, in addition to enhancing industry oversight and transparency, should be subject to scrutiny, as economic development can be influenced by export and import revenues. The government can subsequently manipulate this information to curb inflation, thereby contributing to the preservation of the nation's economic stability.

Indonesia has a direct relationship with export and import activities. The trade balance includes export and import activities, being a record that records all product transactions carried out by a country. As an important instrument, the trade balance provides a comprehensive picture of a country's export and import situation. When exports are less than imports, it is called a deficit, conversely, if exports are greater than imports, it is called a surplus. When exports and imports are balanced, the trade balance is considered equal. This research aims to identify the impact of imports and exports on Indonesia's trade balance in 2021. The research method applied is a quantitative approach, by collecting data and information from various sources and literature. The Ministry of Trade's decision making regarding the types of goods that are allowed to enter the country is based on consideration of several threats that have the potential to harm the nation. Three types of goods that are not allowed to enter the country based on Minister of Trade Regulation (Permendag) No. 40 of 2022 include used sacks, used bags and used clothes. The types of goods mentioned in the Minister of Trade Regulation (Permendag) are considered to cause many problems in various sectors of life including economic, social and environmental problems. This research uses the literature review method as an approach to explore and analyze phenomena related to the policy of banning used clothing imports. The research was carried out by searching scientific journals, articles, research reports and other related documents that discuss the consumption of used clothes, its impact and the policies taken by the government in responding to this phenomenon. This decision making is a rational action carried out by the government based on logical thinking and considerations. This prohibition was carried out because of the increase in textile waste in the country, obstruction of the market for Indonesian products and loss of state income which, if left unchecked without regulations, could result in disparities in various sectors of life.

This journal analyzes the economic dynamics of 4 sectors with a focus on the influence of exports and imports. Through sectoral data analysis, this study identifies the role of each sector in driving export activity and its impact on the national economy. The findings highlight the complexity of the relationship between exports, imports, and economic growth, while exploring strategies to optimize the contribution of these sectors. The policy implications of the findings look towards sustainable economic development by taking into account the dynamic interaction between exports and imports in a 4-sector economy. The impact of exports and imports on economic growth in Indonesia is very large because exports are one of the sources of state income and from import activities the state can get goods that do not yet exist or are lacking in the country to meet the needs of the community. The analysis highlights the positive contribution of exports to economic growth, while the impact of imports is complex and requires careful handling. The policy implications of these findings are discussed in light of efforts to increase exports and manage imports to support sustainable economic growth in Indonesia.

The purpose of this study is to look at export and import activities in supporting economic stability before and during the pandemic. The method used is VAR and Difference Test. The results of the VAR research show that Export and Import activities contribute to each other and are optimal in supporting economic stability in Indonesia, both in the short, medium and long term. The results of the FEVD show that the policies used in Export activities are in the short term carried out by Exports themselves, then in the medium and long term the policies used in maintaining Export activities are Exports themselves and are influenced by Imports. Then the results of the FEVD show that the policy in maintaining imports in the short, medium and long term is with imports itself and followed by exports. Then the results of the Difference Test show that there are no significant differences in inflation and exchange rates before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. If there is an error in taking action on Exports and Imports, it can make the economy unstable. Thus, in sustaining economic stability in Indonesia, the Government must monitor and take the right policies, both by reducing and increasing exports and imports. Where if you take the wrong action, it will have a huge impact on the Indonesian economy. Then for the future the Central Bank to maintain stable inflation and exchange rates, so that the economy is maintained.

This article aims to review and attempt to inform the concept of the role of monetary policy in the economy. The research method used is qualitative and literature studies or library research. Based on the results of the discussion above, it can be concluded in general that the role of monetary policy in the economy is to keep economic conditions growing and conductive, to create sufficient money supply so that growth can always be in harmony with the course of development which requires strong discipline among monetary authorities and also on the government side and overseeing the development of foreign currency receipts and supervising activities in the foreign sector ( exports and imports). Activities in this sector are very easy to cause inflation in the country, because the price of law materials always fluctuates. Thus, revenues from export activities always experience irregular changes.

Trade liberalization or free trade is a condition in which a country engages in trade with other nations without any barriers. The process towards achieving free trade is referred to as trade liberalization. One of the goals of trade liberalization is to promote economic growth by capturing both static and dynamic benefits of trade through more efficient allocation of resources. This research aims to examine the impact of international trade liberalization on export-import growth in five ASEAN countries. The study employs a qualitative descriptive research approach using literature review methods, drawing information from previous research journals and utilizing data obtained from the World Bank. The research is conducted in five ASEAN countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand. The results of this research explain that trade liberalization and economic openness provide access to knowledge for developing countries and create a more competitive environment, forcing domestic producers to improve the quality of their products to remain competitive with foreign producers. Trade liberalization is associated with opening market access for a country's export products to the world. The increasing foreign investment leads to a rising flow of investment profits (income) to foreign countries
