Pleural effusion is the accumulation of abnormal fluid in the pleural space that can be caused by various conditions, such as infections (tuberculosis, pneumonia), malignancies, heart failure, or other systemic diseases. Clinical manifestations are generally shortness of breath, pleuritic chest pain, and cough. Diagnosis enforcement is carried out through clinical examination, radiology (thoracic photo, ultrasound), and pleural fluid analysis. Management of pleural effusion depends on the cause and volume of fluid. In cases of massive pleural effusion or those that cause significant respiratory distress, the installation of a pigtail catheter is one of the options for fluid drainage. Pigtail catheter is an effective minimally invasive method of gradual removal of pleural fluid, with a relatively low risk of complications. Through Presidential Regulation No. 82 of 2018, concerning Health Insurance in article 48, one of the benefits of promotive preventive services is health history screening services. Health history screening abbreviated as SRK is a preventive effort that can detect participants with a potential risk of diabetes, hypertension, kidney failure and coronary heart disease. This SRK filling activity is very beneficial for JKN participants, one of which is that they can find out the potential risk of disease as early as possible for themselves and their family members. Some people still have minimal knowledge about the Mobile JKN application, there are several obstacles in the community, especially the elderly who experience either a lack of smartphones or a lack of understanding of how to use the Mobile JKN application, so these obstacles are the main problems that occur in the Marpoyan Damai area, especially in the Jl. nurul. The aim of the activity is to increase the public's insight and knowledge regarding how to use and benefit the Mobile JKN application in health history screening. In this case, the service team will provide education and assistance with health screening through the BPJS application as an effort to prevent disease. The location for this activity will be carried out in one of the neighborhoods in Pekanbaru City, namely the RT 01 RW 21 Tangkerang Tengah neighborhood, Pekanbaru City. The aim is that after this community service is carried out, it can improve the level of public health through health screening in the application and also increase the knowledge of the community in the area regarding the use of family medicinal plants (herbal medicine)

Giving thanks in success is a natural and important part of a believer's life, especially when life is filled with abundance. However, the ability to remain grateful in the midst of failures and difficulties is a challenge in itself that tests the firmness of faith. In his letter to the Philippians, the Apostle Paul provides an example and an important message on how to remain grateful to God, even when he himself faced prison and suffering. This paper aims to explore the deep meaning of thanksgiving based on Philippians and how it can be applied in the daily lives of believers. Using a descriptive approach and relying on the Bible as the main source, this study reveals that Paul taught four main dimensions of thanksgiving: thanksgiving in suffering, thanksgiving in service, thanksgiving for Christ, and thanksgiving for God's blessings. True thanksgiving comes from a deep relationship with God, which enables one to remain steadfast in the midst of life's challenges. These principles become relevant to help believers live life with a grateful heart, both in easy and difficult circumstances, and find true peace in their faith journey.

Organophosphates are a group of compounds with toxic potential that inhibit cholinesterase, leading to the accumulation of acetylcholine at muscarinic, nicotinic receptors, and the central nervous system, which can result in death. Organophosphates are the most toxic insecticides compared to other types of pesticides and are often responsible for poisoning in humans. The symptoms of organophosphate poisoning vary widely. Each symptom depends largely on persistent acetylcholine stimulation or depression, followed by stimulation of the central and peripheral nervous systems. Early symptoms such as salivation, lacrimation, urination, and diarrhea (SLUD) occur in acute organophosphate poisoning due to stimulation of muscarinic receptors, leading to an increase in acetylcholine levels in the blood, eyes, and smooth muscles. Management of organophosphate poisoning involves stabilizing the patient, decontamination, and administering antidotes such as antimuscarinic agents, oximes, and anticonvulsants. Complications from organophosphate poisoning include respiratory failure, seizures, aspiration pneumonia, and even death. Postmortem examination of organophosphate poisoning may reveal cyanosis on the lips, fingertips, and nails, systemic or pulmonary congestion, dilation of the right heart, dark bluish-red livor mortis that forms more quickly, and a wider distribution of livor mortis due to high carbon dioxide levels.

This study examines the legality of pig valve transplantation in humans from an Islamic perspective, with the aim of understanding the differences of opinion that exist among scholars and medical professionals. This literature review identified two main views: first, arguments in favor of the use of pig valves in emergency situations, which adhere to the principle that patient safety should be the top priority. Proponents of this view argue that in critical conditions, such as heart failure, the use of pig valves can be justified to save lives, given the limited halal alternatives available. Second, there is a view that rejects the use of pig valves, arguing that the laws of halal and haram in Islam cannot be ignored, even in a medical context. Opponents argue that more sharia-compliant solutions should be sought, such as the use of valves made from synthetic materials or halal animals. This study shows that the legal issue of pig valve transplantation is multidimensional, encompassing medical, ethical, and religious aspects. Therefore, a constructive dialogue is needed between scholars, medical practitioners, and the community to find a solution that is acceptable to all parties, while respecting Islamic principles in medical decision-making.
