This study focuses on analyzing the impact of Islamic financial literacy on the interest in investing in the Shariamarket. Islamic financial literacy involves a deep understanding of financial principles that comply with Islamic law, including zakat, riba, and the principle of justice in financial transactions. The growing awareness of halal and Sharia-compliant investments suggests that Islamic financial literacy can be a decisive factor in investment decisions. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 200 respondents, comprising prospective investors and active investors in the Sharia capital market. The results of the study indicate that higher levels of Islamic financial literacy positively correlate with greater interest in investing in Sharia capital market instruments such as sukuk and Sharia mutual funds. These findings highlight the need for more intensive Islamic financial education programs to improve public literacy and support the development of the Sharia capital market in Indonesia. Supporting policies and innovations in Sharia investment products are also identified as crucial factors in encouraging investment interest. Thus, this study concludes that enhancing Islamic financial literacy can play a significant role in advancing the Sharia capital market and supporting a more inclusive Islamic economy. This research demonstrates that Islamic financial literacy significantly influences investment interest in the Sharia capital market. Investors with a solid understanding of Islamic financial principles such as riba (usury), zakat (almsgiving), and profit-sharing are more likely to opt for Sharia-compliant investment products like sukuk (Islamic bonds) and Sharia mutual funds. The study underscores the importance of comprehensive financial education programs and the availability of accessible information to enhance Islamic financial literacy among the public. These efforts are expected to increase participation in the Sharia capital market and support more inclusive and sustainable economic growth in Indonesia.

One critical component in the rapidly expanding halal tourism industry is the existence of hotels catering to the needs of Muslim travelers, known as Sharia-compliant hotels. Operating within the framework of Islamic law, these hotels bear the responsibility of managing funds in accordance with Sharia principles. The management of non-halal funds within such establishments presents a complex challenge that necessitates careful consideration to ensure compliance with Islamic values while addressing financial and social aspects. This study aims to provide insights into strategies for managing non-halal funds in Sharia-compliant hotels within the framework of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and from the perspective of Islamic economic law. Using a qualitative research approach with descriptive analysis through a literature review, the findings indicate that the legal status of non-halal funds may be permissible if allocated for general public welfare. Recommended management strategies include adherence to the PSAK 101 accounting standard and the application of Tafriq Shafqah principles through CSR initiatives. Non-halal funds are optimally distributed for social welfare (maslahah wa tashrif al-‘ammah) such as empowering local communities through education and training, supporting zakat and charity programs, promoting sustainable environmental management, ensuring fair employment opportunities, fostering local economic development, and enhancing public education and awareness. These efforts not only enhance the positive reputation of Sharia-compliant hotels but also contribute significantly to the economic, environmental, and social well-being of the broader community.

Halal certification through the self-declaration scheme is a system designed with the aim of making it easier for micro and small businesses to receive halal certificates for the products they design. Not only makes it easier to receive halal certification but also conveys good benefits for the benefit of humanity, especially for Muslims. The advantage of the halal certification application process using the self-declaration method means that the issuance of certificates is faster than using submissions through the regular mechanism. The halal certification method through self-declaration comes into effect from 2021. The original purpose of this research is to increase knowledge, enlightenment and regulatory compliance in micro-business actors in order to achieve optimization of halal certification in Bangkalan Regency. This study uses a qualitative narrative research method using a phenomenological approach in this study, the reality that exists can be understood as something that arises in the enlightenment of researchers through certain approaches and explanations, which mention how the process becomes visible and real. Halal certification plays a crucial role in ensuring that a product is safe for consumption and complies with Islamic principles. Additionally, halal certification can also enhance a product's competitiveness. This study aims to provide understanding and knowledge to the community, particularly to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), about the importance of halal certification for a product in supporting sales growth, especially for food products. Using a qualitative approach, interviews and observations were conducted with MSME operators. The research findings indicate that limited access to information and low public awareness about halal certification are major barriers to implementing halal certification in the village. In this context, the government has appointed the Halal Product Assurance Agency (BPJPH) of the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag) of the Republic of Indonesia to intensify halal certification for food industry producers. The requirements and procedures for obtaining halal certification need to be socialized to the broader community, particularly MSME operators. Thus, the KKN Team of UIN Walisongo, together with BPJPH, aims to assist the government program by providing information and understanding to the Rejosari village community about the importance of holding a halal certificate, which can help enhance the economic value of the village.

Halal certification is not only important for consumers, but also makes products more competitive in the market. However, there are still many in Indonesia that have not received halal certification, including in Krajangkulon Village, Kendal Regency. This is due to lack of information, lack of understanding of the certification process, and administrative obstacles such as obtaining a Company Identification Number (NIB). This journal discusses the legal requirements for fish catch as the object of a production sharing agreement in Pohuwato Regency. In the context of business cooperation between ship owners and crew members, production sharing agreements have become common practice, although they are often done verbally. This research aims to examine the legal requirements that must be fulfilled by fish catches in order to be the object of a valid production sharing agreement. In this research, normative research methods were used with a legislative approach, a case approach and a conceptual approach. The data used is secondary data obtained through literature study and analysis carried out qualitatively. The research results show that there are four legal conditions that must be fulfilled in an agreement, namely agreement between both parties, ability to carry out the agreement, clear and halal objects, and a form that complies with applicable legal provisions. Apart from that, it was also stated that Law Number 16 of 1964 concerning Fishery Profit Sharing provides an outline of the minimum percentage of profit sharing that must be received by fishermen. However, this research also reveals that the production sharing agreement system in Pohuwato Regency does not always work as it should, especially due to inhibiting factors such as low levels of education. Therefore, the legal protection of fishermen as parties entering into production sharing agreements needs to be improved. In conclusion, to fulfill the legal requirements for fish catch as the object of a production sharing agreement, there needs to be an agreement between both parties, fulfillment of applicable legal requirements, as well as adequate legal protection for fishermen as parties involved in the agreement. Efforts to increase legal understanding and awareness of fishermen's rights need to be made to ensure fairness in the distribution of fish catches in Pohuwato Regency.

The halal lifestyle has also experienced significant development both in Indonesia and in the world. In facing the era of globalization and intense business competition, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in West Pontianak District are required to continue to adapt to changes and meet higher quality standards. However, there is still a lack of awareness among MSME actors in the District about the importance of halal certification. This will have an impact on losing their market share, especially among people who are increasingly aware of the halality of the products they consume. The type of method for implementing community service activities is a participatory dialogue seminar which is carried out by inviting 40 selected MSME players in the district to understand more deeply the importance and how to obtain certification. It is hoped that effective strategies can be found to increase the implementation of this certification among MSMEs in this region.
