Independence and life skills are needed in a social welfare institution; Al-amin's children (LKSA) have only been able to survive by depending on financial sources from the provision of Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah from the Benefactors. Independence and life skills in the form of entrepreneurial skills will form a mature entrepreneurial spirit in the children who are in a dormitory which will ultimately lead them to independent living and can even make life easier for the institution where they live. A weak spirit of independence is experienced at the Al-Amin Child Welfare Institution (LKSA), Kedungturi Taman Sidoarjo Village. As productive young people, children in orphanages should have the potential to develop better, but due to limited entrepreneurial knowledge they have they have not been able to develop optimally. This program aims to create independent young entrepreneurs who are able to create business opportunities for orphanages and the surrounding community. The results achieved in the Science and Technology for Society program are making creatively designed stitches and unique shirts, increasing children's resources so they are able to produce, mastering effective marketing strategies and mastering business management.

The learning achievement of Islamic boarding school students is relatively good, this can be seen from the acquisition of report cards which have a value above 80. 2) The obstacle to the application of the boarding school program on Islamic education learning achievement is the existence of scouting activities, the practice of midnight prayers and obligatory prayers which require supervision, low student participation and relatively weak student memorization. 3) Solutions to the constraints of implementing the boarding school program on Islamic education learning achievement, namely dormitory programs and activities carried out regularly, teachers providing assistance in worship, giving awards or rewards to students who are role models for other students, strengthening the physical and psychological aspects of students and the existence of support full of subject teachers and tahfidz teachers for the sake of creating hafidz as the school wants.

Thus it is clear that leadership is a person's ability to influence other people to work together to achieve the goals that have been aspired to. And every coach in a hostel has a different type of leadership. This research was conducted to determine how big the relationship between the role of the family in providing Islamic education to children's abilities and to find out how big the ability of parents to provide basic Islamic education to their children. The method used in this research is to use quantitative methods using a correlation approach. We took samples from the parents of the students of the Al-Husna female dormitory. The results of this study state that there is a correlation between the ability of families to basic Islamic education in children. This is based on the calculation of r + 0.611 which is then consulted with the price of "r" tanel with N = 25 and a significance level of 1% = 0.505, thus 0.611> 0.505 , so it is accepted while H is rejected. And if interpreted on the correlation index "r" momentct product, then 0.611 is between 0.40-0.70, which means there is a moderate or moderate relationship between the family's ability to basic Islamic education in children.
