Tropical forest fires pose a serious threat to ecosystem sustainability, particularly in Kalimantan, which is prone to seasonal fires. Early detection is key to prevention efforts, but conventional and satellite-based monitoring methods often face limitations, particularly in identifying small-scale hotspots obscured by forest canopies. This study aims to test the effectiveness of integrating drone technology with thermal sensors in tropical forest monitoring as an early fire detection system. The research method uses a field study design with an experimental approach. Drone flights were conducted over tropical forest areas in Kalimantan, systematically capturing thermal imagery according to a predetermined flight path. Thermal image data were analyzed to identify hotspots, then compared with satellite hotspot data (MODIS and VIIRS). Field validation was also conducted through direct temperature measurements using a portable infrared thermometer. Data analysis involved comparing detection results, accuracy testing, and measuring system sensitivity with a confusion matrix. The results showed that drones with thermal sensors were able to detect more hotspots than satellites, with a higher level of accuracy compared to field validation results. For example, in several study areas, drones successfully identified small hotspots that were not detected by satellites. This confirms that drones with thermal sensors have high sensitivity and can be used as early detection tools for tropical forest fires. In conclusion, the integration of drone technology and thermal sensors has proven effective as a monitoring system that complements satellite-based methods. Further development using big data and machine learning, as well as cross-institutional collaboration, is needed for optimal implementation on a large scale.

The low level of PAI learning activity among students is the driving force for this study. It is believed that the use of learning techniques is inextricably linked to this low activity in PAI learning. Index Card Match is one of the instructional strategies that is thought to have an impact on students' learning activities. to determine if there is a noteworthy impact on Index Card Match use. In order to go toward active learning, the author must carry out experimental study. The Quasy Experiment Design approach was used as the research method in this quantitative study. The location of this study is SDIT Juara Padang Panjang. Class IV A, IV B, and IV C, which were selected at random from 76 students' PTS scores, made up the study's population. Class IV A served as the experimental class and Class IV B as the control class. A questionnaire was one of the research tools utilized in this study (questionnaire). The t-test and F-test were used in the analytical process. The f-test was employed in the experimental class and the t-test in the control class to analyze the data. Based on the data processing results, the study findings indicate that there is a substantial difference in the usage of the Index Card Match technique on students' active PAI learning, supporting the first hypothesis. The fact that tcount (2,560) is higher than ttable (1,677) indicates this. Furthermore, it is evident that there is a considerable impact since the second hypothesis, Fcount, is 96.057 at a significance level of 0.010 <0.05, leading to the rejection of Ho and the acceptance of Ha. Thus, it can be said that using the Index Card Match Method has a big impact on active PAI learning.

Education in Indonesia is currently undergoing many changes. The education system, curriculum, learning tools, learning media, and resources have also undergone major improvements, especially after the Covid-19 pandemic. The learning process can not only be carried out face-to-face, but can also be done boldly. The application of learning media is designed to support students' attention, affective, cognitive, and compensatory. The Quizziz application can be a means of conducting formative assessments, because teachers can measure students' understanding by taking quizzes at the end of learning. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with subjects of class 8E students of SMPN 2 Semarang. The data collection techniques used are observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used by researchers include three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusions. The results of this study show that the assessment format for class 8E students is on average above the KKM. The recapitulation results also show that the level of effectiveness of the questions used is by using multiple choice because in multiple choice questions students tend to get the best results, while in fill-in questions many students get less satisfactory results. The fill-in question model in the Quizziz application has several weaknesses, including if the teacher writes the answer key, the capitalization and punctuation must be correct. There is no tolerance for answers for students. Therefore, another option for teachers is to correct them manually. Another weakness in the Quizziz application with the multiple choice question model is that teachers cannot measure students' understanding in depth. Students tend to express their memory in answering.

The increasing population in Indonesia has resulted in increased food needs. One of the factors that affects chicken production is the management of the feeding system. The purpose of this study is to design and create an automatic chicken feeder based on Arduino. Calibrate the Load Cell Sensor. Control the AC motor as a metal screw driver for feeding with a load cell sensor. Determine the amount of chicken feed according to the specified setting point and Connect the MCU Node to the telegram. This study uses the "Research and development" research method. Consisting of literature studies, hardware design, software design, tool design, and data collection, analysis and conclusions. Overall testing was carried out for 2 days starting from 6 am to 4 pm. The capacity of the tank is filled with 3 kg of feed. The setting point for feeding in the morning is 200 grams while in the afternoon it is 300 grams, for feed output there are 2 containers. Testing on the first day at 7 am the weight of the feed coming out of container 1 was 221 grams while in container 2 it was 225 grams, for 4 pm the weight of the feed coming out of container 1 was 352 grams while in container 2 it was 357 grams. Testing on the second day at 7 am the weight of the feed coming out of container 1 was 219 grams while in container 2 it was 221 grams, for 4 pm the weight of the feed coming out of container 1 was 346 grams while in container 2 it was 348 grams. Telegram notification sends a message when the amount of feed remaining is 1405 grams. The results of the weight of the feed coming out are different from the specified setting point value, the amount of feed coming out exceeds the setting point value. This is because the output hole of the feed that comes out through the PVC pipe is too large. An "automatic chicken feed tool based on Arduino" has been successfully created, the tool created is equipped with a load cell sensor that facilitates the process of feeding chickens. Making a system for pouring feed into the hopper automatically by making a conveyor so that it does not need to be done manually. The Kediri Airport development project encountered challenges related to underground ducting work. The design of Kediri Airport adheres to international standards, which led to the use of materials not readily available in Indonesia, specifically pipes and duct spacers. Duct spacers are tools used to arrange ducting pipes according to their formation and prevent them from floating during concrete pouring due to buoyancy. The SKEP/114/VI/2002 serves as a reference for underground cable installation, involving direct burial of cables at a depth of 70 cm, covered with a 5 cm layer of sand above the cable surface. These two approaches significantly differ, necessitating problem-solving solutions. To address this issue, research was conducted to find suitable duct spacers in Indonesia. Two alternative materials were considered: PVC and lightweight hollow steel. The study compared costs and time associated with these materials. PVC duct spacers would be imported and be fabricated in Indonesia, while hollow steel duct spacers would be fabricated on-site. The research focused on three aspects: ducting work methods, duct spacer design, and cost-time analysis. Given tight installation spaces and busy schedules, duct spacers needed to be compact, simple, and adaptable to various pipe formations. The design for hollow steel duct spacers aimed for simplicity to reduce on-site construction work. However, care was taken to avoid potential injuries from exposed bolts on the hollow steel frame. The PVC duct spacer design utilized Polytam PF 1000 material, with a nominal shear strength of 399 kg and a nominal moment of 266 kg·cm—sufficient to withstand saturated soil loads up to 162 cm but not vehicular loads. Analyzing procurement time, PVC duct spacers from Indonesian manufacturers were the quickest, taking only 56 days due to no port clearance delays. The fastest completion time for the project was achieved using PVC duct spacers, taking 122 seconds—three times faster than hollow steel duct spacers. While lightweight steel was the most cost-effective option for on-site procurement, combining cost and time analysis favored PVC duct spacers. The minimal cost difference allowed for accelerated production, minimizing the risk of delays
