This study aims to find out the extent of the role of family planning extension facilitators in Pawindan Village, Ciamis district. The focus of the research is the role of facilitators in efforts to prevent early marriage. In this study, a descriptive qualitative method is used, namely research that tries to describe the object being researched based on the facts in the field, then in this study, data is collected from the DP2KBP3A and UPTD of the P5A Field of Ciamis District, interviews with informants who are considered to understand and understand this problem the most, as well as analysis of documents related to the problem of early marriage. The results of the study show that Facilitators have a very important role in supporting programs made by the Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection (DPPKBP3A) Office. They act as a bridge between the government and the community, ensuring that the information and services provided are accessible and well understood by the public. The role of facilitators for the community to run the early marriage program has been implemented quite well in accordance with the needs of the community. This can be seen from the implementation of the program, the facilitator plays the role of providing solutions to the problems faced by the community. Based on observations made by researchers at the Department of Community Education, Siliwangi University in 2024, the perception of adolescents regarding early marriage is quite open, shown by most teenagers who are categorized as agreeing enough to prevent early marriage from filling out the questionnaire format. This study aims to find out the perception of adolescents in Magot KB Village, Pasir Peuteuy Hamlet, Pawindan Village, Ciamis Regency regarding early marriage. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method by distributing questionnaires and assessments based on the Likert scale. Based on the results of research related to adolescents' perception of early marriage, it shows that the data from the results of the questionnaire distribution include the sub-indicator of receiving stimuli getting an average of 4.01 with the conclusion of the category agreeing, the sub-indicator of understanding getting an average of 4.32 with the conclusion of the category strongly agreeing, and the sub-indicator of evaluation getting an average of 4.31 with the conclusion of the category strongly agreeing. The number of the three sub-indicators was accumulated with an average result of 4.21 with the conclusion of the category agreeing. In this case, the counseling activities carried out provide insight and open eyes to teenagers related to early marriage.

This community service was carried out with the aim of reducing the risk of landslides by planting 100 albasia tree seedlings in areas prone to landslides. This activity involved the entire community of Pamarican Village, along with Galuh University KKN students. Through the preparation stage, socialization, training, and active participation of the community, this reforestation activity succeeded in having a positive impact. In addition to potentially reducing the risk of landslides, tree planting also provides ecological and economic benefits, such as water management, improved air quality, and potential income from sustainable forest products. With collective awareness and community involvement, it is hoped that steps to anticipate flood disasters can be more effectively carried out, maintain a healthy environment, and create sustainable environmental sustainability in Pamarican District, Ciamis Regency.

Stunting is a serious health problem that affects the growth and development of children, especially in Cikaso Village, Banjaranyar District, Ciamis Regency. This article discusses the socialization of handling and prevention of stunting carried out in the village. Through a series of socialization activities to the community by providing an understanding of the importance of balanced nutrition and a healthy lifestyle to prevent stunting. The results of the socialization showed an increase in public awareness of the impact of stunting and active participation in nutrition programs. In addition, the nutritional assistance program and nutritious cooking training also succeeded in increasing family nutritional intake. This discussion emphasizes the importance of the involvement of all parties in efforts to prevent stunting to create a healthy and productive generation in the future. Thus, effective socialization can contribute significantly to reducing the prevalence of stunting in Cikaso Village.

Community Service Program (CSP) are part of the Tridharma of higher education, which requires students to play an active role in empowering society through education, research and service. This article discusses the implementation of the Galuh Ciamis University CSP, which took place in Langkapsari Village, Banjaranyar District, Ciamis Regency, with a focus on the main aspects: Increasing community capacity through optimizing Natural Resources and Strengthening Local Culture. The programs carried out include planting 100 tree seedlings, socializing verticulture planting, cultural performances, and creating a village website. Through a participatory educational approach and observations during CSP, this activity aims to improve the quality of community awareness of the environment. The results show active community participation in the program. This article also identifies the challenges faced and provides recommendations for developing CSP programs in the future.

This research is motivated by the low motivation of employees in carrying out their main tasks and functions. This can be seen from the lack of enthusiasm of employees in carrying out their duties and the lack of obsession to progress. This low employee motivation is thought to be caused by two factors, namely, less than optimal career planning and the unclear arrangement of career development for employees who are considered to have achieved. The purpose of this study is to determine how career planning affects employee work motivation, how career development affects employee work motivation, and how career planning and development together affect employee work motivation. The method used in this study uses a quantitative descriptive method. To analyze it, correlation and multiple regression statistical test data analysis was used using SPSS version 22.00. The results of the study obtained provide the conclusion that career planning has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, career development has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, and career planning and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation.

Failure in Realizing the Development of the Integrity Zone Towards WBK/WBBM is due to the failure to develop a systematic and consistent change in mindset and work culture. This failure is due to the failure to form an effective work mechanism, the failure to form a mindset of employees in public services, and leaders who have not optimally provided influence as role models. Releasable theories as stipulated in Permenpan RB Number 90 of 2021. The research method uses qualitative descriptive research methods. The results of the study (1) The involvement of all employees is very important because it shows commitment and responsibility in developing the Integrity Zone (2) The aspect of Change Management is collective work and high commitment from employees. (3) Optimization of Change Management includes developing changes in mindset and work culture, in the agenda of change, leadership as a role model has high optimism. (4) Controlling resistance to change requires strategic efforts in handling it.

This research aims to examine the influence of service quality, Atmosphere Store, bundling product and point of purchase to Impulsive buying through Corporate image as an intervening variable. The study was conducted on Alfamart Members in the North Ciamis Region. Sampling is carried out using techniques propotioned stratified random sampling, with a total sample size of 210 samples, spread across 16 Alfamart stores in the North Ciamis Region. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is structural equation modeling with the smartPLS application. The results of this research show that, 1) Service quality is in good condition, whereas Atmosphere Store, Bundling product, Point of purchase, Corporate image and Impulsive buying in very good condition; 2) Quality of service, Atmosphere Store, Bundling product and Point of purchase positive and significant effect on Corporate image; 3) Quality of service, Atmosphere Store, Bundling product and Point of purchase positive and significant effect on Impulsive buying; 4) Corporate image positive and significant effect on Impulsive buying; 5) Quality of service, Atmosphere Store, Bundling product and Point of purchase influence on Impulsive buying through Corporate image as an intervening variable.

Economic development carried out at the Village level is the duty and obligation of the Village Government starting with identifying potential, grouping resources, empowering groups or individuals so that they are able to independently develop their potential. The aim to be achieved is to describe the development of creative industry-based community businesses in Saguling Village, Baregbeg District, Ciamis Regency. The research method used by the author is descriptive qualitative research, so that data collection was carried out by carrying out literature studies and field studies (with interviews and observations) and analysis was carried out using data triangulation. This research was carried out in Saguling Village, Baregbeg District, Ciamis Regency. Based on the results of interviews and the author's observations, creative industry-based community business development in Saguling Village, Baregbeg District, Ciamis Regency has not been implemented optimally. This is due to the discovery of problems, including the limitations of business actors in competing with the same competitors, making them unable to survive, then also not wanting to switch to digitizing business products, making business development difficult, and also limited levels of productivity due to limited business capital. business actors are unable to develop.

Financial management by the Bahara Village Government is one form of implementing the Village Government's authority to manage village assets, but this has not yet shown optimal implementation because there are still problems in managing village finances, namely: The Village Government is less than optimal in discussing and preparing Cost Budget Plans (WED). Making village financial plans still involves wasteful costs. The research objective to be achieved is to determine the effectiveness of village financial management by the Bahara Village Government, Panjalu District, Ciamis Regency, Fiscal Year 2022. The results of the research are that the effectiveness of village financial management by the Bahara Village Government, Panjalu District, Ciamis Regency, Fiscal Year 2022 has not been implemented optimally. Therefore, the Village Government should be more aware of the aspirations conveyed by the community, providing more firmness for supervisors and workers to pay attention to every direction and managerial time.

The problem phenomenon faced by Micro Businesses is the limited ability to enter a larger and wider trade chain system, so that opportunities to develop are limited both in terms of market competition and business product innovation. The aim of the research is to carry out an analysis of the Formulation of Micro Business Development Strategies by the Ciamis Regency Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives and Trade Service. The method uses a descriptive qualitative research design, by obtaining data from the results of field studies and literature studies. Data analysis using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification.  The results of the research show that the formulation of the Micro Business Development Strategy by the Ciamis Regency Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives and Trade Service has not been implemented optimally, because there are problems with data on Micro Business actors in Ciamis Regency which have not produced accurate data. Officers are limited in carrying out Micro Business development because it is not proportional to the number of Micro Business actors. The management budget for empowering micro businesses is less than the budget for facilitating business permits.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are business activities that are able to expand employment opportunities and provide broad economic services to the community, and can play a role in the process of equalizing and increasing community income and play a role in realizing national stability, especially economic stability. Strategy is an integrated plan designed to achieve certain goals, taking into account existing resources and the surrounding environment. This research is motivated by the lack of business capital owned by MSME owners, limited human resources, lack of market place for MSME marketing and lack of provision of facilities from the village government. This research was motivated by the lack of optimal sustainable development in the health sector in the village of Lightninghilir, Baregbeg subdistrict, Ciamis district. The issue of creating a healthy and prosperous society is not an easy matter, so there is a need for cooperation between the village government and each posyandu cadre in each hamlet. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data in this research consists of primary and secondary data. The informants in this study were 7 people. Data collection techniques through literature study, interviews, field observations and documentation. Data processing or analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are: 1) Analysis of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the Health Sector in Petirhilir Village, Baregbeg District, Ciamis Regency, the results show that the strategy has been implemented but not optimally. 2) The obstacles faced are the lack of capacity of implementing cadres who carry out SDGs data collection to the community and also the public's awareness of the importance of health is still lacking, communication is not running well, the community's economy is limited, and the public is less aware of the importance of health. 3) The efforts made are that the Village Government seeks to coordinate with the community health center to prepare implementing human resources that focus on the health sector by improving environmental quality and optimizing counseling and also the duties of community development cadres and village assistants to carry out house visits.

This research is motivated by issues in the implementation of development in Dewasari Village caused by the village's limited budget. However, the Village Consultative Body (BPD) of Dewasari, as the supervisory institution for the Dewasari Village government, has not been optimal in performing its functions, particularly its oversight function. The aim of this study is to understand the management of village funds by the BPD of Dewasari Village, Cijeungjing District, Ciamis Regency. The research method used in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used by the researchers include literature study and field study, including observation, documentation, and interviews. The data analysis techniques employed are data reduction and data triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the BPD of Dewasari Village has not been optimal in performing its oversight function, as evidenced by several indicators that have not been optimally met, such as the processes of measuring performance, comparing performance with standards, and determining corrective actions. The obstacles faced by the BPD in carrying out the oversight process include the timing of the supervision, lack of understanding and competence of the BPD in supervising the management of village funds, and the limited human resources available to the BPD of Dewasari Village.

Management Community-based natural resource management and conservation is an effective approach in maintaining environmental sustainability and improving the welfare of local communities. This research aims to analyze the natural resource management and conservation strategies implemented by the people of Tanjungsari Village, Sadananya District, Ciamis Regency. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. The results showed that the Tanjungsari Village community has developed various local initiatives to preserve water sources, and manage tourist attractions in the village. The active participation of the community in conservation activities, support from the local government, and cooperation with non-governmental organizations are key factors in the success of this program. The study concludes that a community-based approach to natural resource management is not only able to preserve the environment, but also contributes to improving the economic and social welfare of local communities. In addition to management, socialization was held. The implementation of these socialization activities is proven to increase the understanding and skills of the community in managing tourism potential in a sustainable manner. In addition, support from the local government and active participation of the community are important factors in the development of curug lewi pamipiran as a leading tourist attraction in Ciamis Regency. This study concludes that institutional strengthening through socialization and training is an effective strategy to optimize regional tourism potential, improve community welfare, and encourage local economic development.

Village Institutions in Village Government have their respective functions and authorities. Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) as one of the Village institutions has a function as a bridging forum in order to empower women to participate in Indonesia's welfare development. Like other village institutions, Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) in Mekajadi Village, Sadananaya District, Ciamis Regency, generally has the same function. Therefore, this service activity aims to provide increased understanding regarding the function of the village institution itself, namely the PKK, in the current era of disruption. The method used in this activity is carried out by providing awareness or increasing understanding about the PKK as one of the Village institutions. The results of this activity show that there is still a need to increase human resources to improve quality in the current era of disruption

The digital literacy level in Indonesia is only 62%. This number is the lowest compared to other ASEAN countries, which average 70%. Therefore, acceleration is needed to catch up with digital literacy levels in various regions in Indonesia, including Ciamis Regency. This needs to be done to encourage people to avoid all types of technological fraud and to be better prepared to face the digital era in the future. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the digital literacy program launched by the Ciamis Regency Communication and Information Service (Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika ) based on the Smart Society 5.0 concept. This research method uses descriptive data collection techniques through literature, interviews and related data analysis. The research results show that the Smart Society 5.0-based digital literacy program by the Ciamis District Communication and Information Office has had a positive impact in increasing people's understanding of digital technology, expanding access to information, and encouraging active participation in digital life. However, there are several obstacles faced, such as limited access to digital infrastructure, lack of public awareness of the importance of digital literacy, and challenges in maintaining the interest of program participants. This research provides important input for related parties in increasing the effectiveness and sustainability of digital literacy programs in Ciamis Regency and provides a basis for further research in this field.

Nepenthes sp. is one of the plants that has a distinctive size and shape found in the color pattern, shape of the bag, and its ability to catch insects., the semar bag (Nepenthes spp.) is a protected plant. The purpose of this study was to determine the type of morphology of semar bags in the Cibitung Mountain area. This type of research is an exploratory description, which explores the Mount Cibitung area and identifies morphological characteristics such as shape, leaves, flowers, and semar pouches. The results of this study reveal that one species of Nepenthes miribilis can be found in the Mount Cibitung area, Ciamis. nepenthes miribilis A species of creeping or climbing plant with a height of approximately 3 meters, smooth round stems with clear internodes and purplish green stems, lanceolate-shaped leaves that are stemmed and elliptical have pointed or tapered leaf tips, and stemless rosette-shaped leaves with short stalks. Kurangnya perencanaan peningkatan kesejahteraan dan taraf hidup masyarakat di Desa Kertabumi, Ciamis melalui pelaksanaan Program Desa Keluarga Berkualitas (KKB), menjadi pendorong penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu memastikan seberapa jauh strategi ini telah digunakan dan  efektivitasnya. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, digunakan pada penelitian ini pada7 informan dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara terstruktur, dokumentasi, dan observasi partisipan pasif. Sementara untuk analisis datanya digunakan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan Program KKB. Faktor pendukung meliputi koordinasi antara pemerintah desa dan pengurus KKB yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pelayanan program. Faktor penghambat meliputi kekurangan dalam komunikasi, sumber daya, dan kerjasama antara pengurus dan masyarakat KKB. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan dukungan sumber daya finansial untuk memperlancar kerjasama antara pengurus KKB dan masyarakat. Dalam analisis pembahasan, strategi oleh pengurus KKB menekankan pada empat fokus utama: pengamatan lingkungan, perumusan strategi, implementasi strategi, serta evaluasi dan pengendalian.
