The selection of appropriate solvents in sterile injection formulations plays a pivotal role in determining the stability, efficacy, and safety of pharmaceutical products. Among the commonly utilized solvents, Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO), Polyethylene Glycol (PEG), and pyrogen-free water exhibit distinct physicochemical properties and functional roles. This study aims to analyze the characteristics, functions, and implications of these three solvents within the context of sterile injectable preparations. The research methodology involves a comprehensive review of six peer-reviewed scientific articles published within the last five years, focusing on solvent performance, compatibility, and safety profiles. Findings reveal that DMSO is highly effective in dissolving lipophilic compounds due to its strong solvating capacity. However, its use at elevated concentrations may lead to irritation and cytotoxicity, necessitating careful dosage regulation. PEG, particularly in its flexible molecular weight variants, serves as a co-solvent and viscosity modifier, enhancing solubility and stability of active pharmaceutical ingredients. Pyrogen-free water, characterized by its inertness and biocompatibility, remains the gold standard for injection solvents, offering minimal risk and broad applicability across drug classes. The study underscores the importance of aligning solvent selection with the physicochemical nature of the drug, intended route of administration, and patient safety considerations. Furthermore, the potential for combining solvents to achieve optimized formulations is highlighted as a promising avenue for future pharmaceutical development. Such combinations may offer enhanced solubility, reduced toxicity, and improved delivery mechanisms, particularly for complex or poorly soluble compounds. In conclusion, understanding the nuanced roles of DMSO, PEG, and pyrogen-free water is essential for formulating safe and effective sterile injections. This research contributes to the growing body of knowledge supporting rational solvent selection and encourages further exploration into innovative solvent systems for advanced drug delivery.

This study explores the integration of musical drama as a medium to strengthen computational thinking (CT) among high school students in Jakarta. Computational thinking, a critical 21st-century skill, involves problem-solving through decomposition, pattern recognition, abstraction, and algorithmic thinking. Despite its importance, CT remains underutilized in art education. This research employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) to design and implement a project-based learning (PjBL) framework centered on musical drama. The study involved 35 grade XI students who participated in an 8-week musical drama project, divided into creative teams to handle various production aspects. Observations, interviews, and documentation revealed that students effectively applied CT components: decomposing tasks, recognizing patterns in performance elements, simplifying complex narratives (abstraction), and organizing systematic workflows (algorithmic thinking). Results indicated significant improvements in students' logical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and confidence. The study highlights the effectiveness of musical drama as an interdisciplinary tool to enhance CT skills while fostering emotional engagement and character development. It also underscores the teacher's role as a facilitator in promoting reflective and participatory learning. The findings align with prior research on PjBL and CT, suggesting broader applicability in art education. Future research could extend this model to basic education or incorporate digital technologies.

The rapid pace of urbanization has intensified competition among businesses, prompting the adoption of innovative strategies to enhance sales performance and customer engagement. PT Inspirasi Bisnis Nusantara, under the HAUS! brand, introduced “Huling,” a hyperlocal distribution service utilizing electric bikes (e-bikes) equipped with integrated storage boxes to improve delivery efficiency and environmental sustainability. This study aims to evaluate customer acceptance of the Huling service by applying the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The model incorporates five core variables: Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Attitude Towards Usage (ATU), Behavioral Intention (BI), and Actual Usage (AU). A quantitative research approach was employed, collecting data from 258 respondents through structured questionnaires. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method to assess the relationships among the TAM variables. The findings reveal that PEOU has a significant positive effect on both PU and ATU, indicating that ease of use not only improves perceptions of usefulness but also fosters favorable attitudes toward adoption. PU significantly influences ATU and BI, suggesting that perceived benefits drive both positive attitudes and intentions to use the service. Furthermore, BI has a direct and significant effect on AU, confirming that stronger behavioral intentions translate into actual utilization. The analysis highlights the strongest impact along the pathway PEOU → ATU → BI → AU, underscoring the critical role of user-friendly design and positive attitudes in driving customer adoption. This research contributes to the literature by demonstrating the applicability of TAM in the hyperlocal distribution sector, offering practical implications for service providers seeking to enhance user acceptance through improved usability and perceived value. The heirs' clause in the credit agreement raises legal problems because it concerns the attachment of third parties. This study aims to analyze the inclusion of heirs' clauses based on privity of contract and its legal implications for legal protection for creditors and heirs. Normative juridical method has used with regulatory and conceptual approach. The results shown that the heir's attachment clause in a credit agreement does not necessarily bind the heirs automatically because the privity of contract limits the engagement only to the parties who made the agreement. This is based on the existence of the principle of saisine in Civil Law and the principle of ijbari in Islamic Law where the heir automatically becomes the owner of the heir's legacy. However, the attachment that arises is only limited to the management of heritage property before it is distributed as inheritance. The applicability of the clause must also take into account whether there is an inheritance by the heirs, because the liability for the heir's debts only arises if the inheritance is received. If the inheritance is rejected, the creditor cannot impose payment obligations on the heirs even though there is an attachment clause. On the other hand, Islamic Law has emphasized that inheritance received by heirs is only inheritance that has been reduced by burdens, including the heir's debt. Therefore, the inclusion of the heir's clause is only a notification that reminds the heirs that there are still unfulfilled heirs' obligations, namely debts.

Digital image segmentation is essential in image processing, influencing the accuracy of higher-level tasks. Thresholding is widely used, yet identifying optimal threshold values remains challenging. The Firefly Algorithm with Neighbourhood Attraction (FaNA), a metaheuristic approach, is efficient for color image thresholding but underperforms on grayscale images due to suboptimal thresholds. To overcome this, an enhanced version (eFaNA) was developed by integrating a chaotic tent map for population initialization and a Lévy flight-based random walk for improved exploration. eFaNA was compared with FaNA, fuzzy firefly algorithm (FFA), and the standard Firefly Algorithm (FA) in multilevel thresholding of grayscale images. Results demonstrate that eFaNA achieves superior segmentation quality with minimal detail loss, outperforming the others. The average PSNR obtained by eFaNA, FFA, FaNA, and FA was 25.5320 dB, 25.4075 dB, 24.1522 dB, and 24.4506 dB, respectively; average SSIM was 0.8641, 0.8604, 0.8432, and 0.6703; and execution time was 50.5322, 38.7726, 38.7528, and 107.6340 seconds, respectively. This reflects a PSNR improvement of 5.71% over FaNA, 0.49% over FFA, and 4.42% over FA, and an SSIM gain of 2.48% over FaNA, 0.43% over FFA, and 28.92% over FA. While eFaNA lags behind FFA and FaNA in execution time by ~11.8 seconds, it significantly outperforms FA. The performance gain is attributed to the chaotic tent map’s diverse initialization and the Lévy flight’s enhanced search capability. These improvements enable eFaNA to deliver consistently better threshold values and segmentation results. However, its relatively higher computational cost may limit applicability in real-time image processing.

This research examines North Korea's violation of the principle of good faith under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) and its legal consequences. The main issue addressed in this study is North Korea’s breach of the good faith principle within the framework of the NPT, which raises legal implications regarding its status and obligations as a party to the treaty. Although North Korea was formally bound by the NPT, it secretly developed a nuclear weapons program, demonstrating non-compliance with the fundamental principle of international treaty implementation. This issue was further exacerbated by its refusal to allow inspections by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and its unilateral withdrawal from the NPT, which has sparked debate over the legitimacy and legality of such action.Using a normative juridical approach, this study analyzes North Korea’s clandestine development of nuclear weapons while still a member of the NPT, as well as the validity of its withdrawal from the treaty. The findings show that North Korea violated the principle of good faith through its secret nuclear program, refusal of IAEA inspections, and withdrawal that did not meet the requirements of Article X of the NPT. The withdrawal may be deemed invalid as it was conducted in bad faith and without fulfilling the treaty's formal provisions. The legal consequences include the continued applicability of obligations under the NPT and state responsibility for breaches of international law. Ideal forms of accountability include the cessation of the nuclear program, payment of reparations, guarantees of non-repetition, and renewed compliance with NPT provisions through verifiable denuclearization.

Basically, the only person who can pawn an object is the owner of the object, but now incidents have become widespread where other people pawn objects that do not belong to them without the consent of the owner of the object. In this case, the owner of the object can file a lawsuit for revindication when the object is taken by someone else. However, Article 1977 paragraph (1) BW states that whoever controls a movable object is considered the owner. Given these legal problems, this research wants to examine the legal protection of owners of pawned objects whose objects are used as pawn objects by other people without their consent. This research aims to analyze the applicability of the Nemo Plus Juris Transferre Potest Quam Ipse Habet principle as a basis for encumbrances on pledged objects without the consent of the owner of the object as well as legal protection for the owner of the object and the recipient of the pledge when the object is used as an object of pawn by another person without the knowledge of the owner of the object. The research method used in this research is normative legal research using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. This research uses primary and secondary legal sources by collecting through literature studies which are then analyzed using descriptive analytical methods. The results of the research are that the agreement made by the pawnbroker and the debtor who is not the owner of the object is valid because the validity of the pledge is determined by handing over the pawned object to the creditor and the creditor cannot be blamed if he receives an unregistered movable object in good faith.
