Primkopal Naval Academy operates in the field of trade or the provision of goods and services and requires an effective inventory control system. Effective inventory control ensures that the cooperative has sufficient stock to meet the needs of its members without experiencing excess or shortage of inventory that can negatively impact the cooperative's operations and finances. Nevertheless, implementing an effective inventory control system in the cooperative is not without challenges. Factors such as demand uncertainty, price fluctuations, resource limitations, and the ability of cooperative members to adapt to technological changes can pose obstacles to optimal inventory control implementation. Therefore, the cooperative needs to develop a comprehensive strategy and involve all relevant parties to ensure that inventory management runs smoothly and provides maximum benefits for the cooperative and its members. The aim of this research is to provide suggestions to the leadership of the Naval Academy to control and limit the goods that enter and exit Primkopal AAL. The research method uses a qualitative approach to understand the existing problems by approaching the research subjects through interviews with related sources and observations to solve the problems. The research results indicate that the inventory control system at Primkopal AAL is already functioning well, but it still needs to be optimized. Things that can be done include using a time-ordering system, organizing items in the warehouse according to their type, and creating stock cards for inventory.

The State Finance, as regulated in Law Number 17 of 2003, requires adequate oversight in its management. Consideration in determining the oversight for financial treasurer is done by assessing it from external and internal factors. The importance of expenditure treasurer certification in supporting performance within the unit is also highly needed. The success of an institution in realizing a work program depends on an expenditure treasurer who manages all financial inflows and outflows within the institution to facilitate the implementation of a work program. This research is conducted due to several issues, including frequent delays in allowances for Naval Academy Cadets and suboptimal performance of the Expenditure Treasurer at the Naval Academy. Meanwhile, the purpose of this research is to find solutions to address the existing problems, for which the author collects data through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The research results indicate that the quality of performance of the Expenditure Treasurer at the Naval Academy is still suboptimal, primarily due to vacant positions in the Expenditure Treasurer role within the Naval Academy. The position of Expenditure Treasurer is held by an officer who structurally does not hold that position. Additionally, the officer also holds more than one position, resulting in suboptimal performance of the Expenditure Treasurer. Administratively, to strengthen the position professionally in the financial field, the certification of Expenditure Treasurer is required according to PMK No. 126/PMK.05/2016. However, the current Expenditure Treasurer has not undergone certification because there is no certification for first-level officers within the Navy environment.

The success of the Navy's main tasks is greatly determined by the availability of materials, so it can be said that the Indonesian Navy is an army of heavy materials (heavy materials). Therefore, the materials of the Indonesian Navy are operational tools and equipment that also determine the success of an operation of a warship (KRI). To ensure that these materials are ready for use and maintenance throughout their lifespan, maintenance is necessary. Logistic support, which includes supply support, is an element that also determines the final outcome of each operation carried out. The PUT (Penerima Untuk Terima) procedure for requesting supplies can be easily implemented using an application built with hardware, software, and supporting components. The hardware serves as a crucial component for running software developers and *apk on devices. Software acts as a command in programming languages, executing various commands. The supporting component is physical warehouse data when requesting supplies, which gives software XAMPP commands within the hardware. Therefore, it is necessary to have sufficient supporting software that can be installed on a computer, requiring additional internet costs to open the warehouse management system application. Additionally, it is also necessary to have experts who understand online warehouse systems and job adjustments that were originally performed manually to be computerized. The research results show that the use of a computer-based lesson supply control system with Android technology as the medium for lesson supply requests is quite good and easy to manage in terms of distribution and management of each lesson supply request. With the lesson supply system, timely accuracy during PUT (Penerima Untuk Terima) is beneficial for Subdismatbek, warehouses, and Kadeplog in using lesson supplies. The application still requires constructive suggestions for improvement in the future.

ABSTRACT   The TNI anniversary is a moment that is always commemorated by the TNI, namely the Navy, Army and Air Force, both individually and in an integrated manner, supported by the POLRI and the community. Internally, AAL, in commemorating the anniversary of the Indonesian Navy, held a ceremony, cleaning up Aru beach as an activity in line with the clean river program (prokasih). Meanwhile, in an integrated manner, AAL is involved in blood donation activities with TNI AL cities in the Surabaya area and with the Surabaya Community in Prokasih activities. A total of 1,200 TNI soldiers from the Kotama TNI AL Surabaya region, namely the TNI Navy Academy, Kodiklatal, Lantamal V, Pasmar 2, Satlinlamil, Task Execution Unit (UPT) Headquarters, as well as TNI AD, TNI AU and Polri soldiers, government agencies, community organizations, students and the people of Surabaya, worked together to go down to the Kalimas river to carry out clean-up along the river flow. Suggestions for community service activities during the upcoming TNI anniversary would be to continue the Prokasih program by covering rivers other than the others in Surabaya.         Keywords: TNI anniversary, pro-love, integration.
