In this study, a women's empowerment program for fisherwomen in Domas Village, Serang Regency, was used to investigate the impact of village fund management on improving the welfare of coastal communities. This research stems from an awareness of the importance of villages in realizing sustainable development that relies on local potential, especially in vulnerable and marginalized coastal areas. To improve community welfare, including that of women who have been less involved in village development processes, effective, efficient, transparent, and accountable management of village funds is crucial. The research method employed was qualitative, with data collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentary studies. The research results show that the management of village funds in Domas Village has brought many benefits, such as the establishment of BUMDes shrimp farms and catering services, which can create jobs and increase local revenue. However, women's participation in village programs is still limited to certain industries such as beauty services and seafood processing. To achieve optimal women's empowerment, key barriers include limited human resources, limited access to capital, and the lack of integration of women's SMEs into the village funding structure. The results indicate that an inclusive and locally-driven approach to village fund management can enhance community well-being more equitably and drive sustainable socio-economic transformation.

As an archipelagic nation with the fourth largest population in the world, Indonesia faces challenges in employment opportunities due to the imbalance between population growth and job availability. Consequently, both central and regional governments are now focusing on the development of the informal sector, which contributes significantly to the economy and employment creation. In the era of the digital economy, this sector benefits from technological advancements. However, informal entrepreneurs continue to face obstacles such as limited access to technology, human resources, and capital. This study aims to examine the influence of education, capital, and information technology on the income of informal sector actors who utilize e-commerce in Denpasar City, both simultaneously and partially. The data used in this study consists of both primary and secondary sources, collected through interviews with 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The analytical methods employed include descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the variables of education, capital, and information technology simultaneously have a significant influence on the income of the informal sector. Partially, each of these variables also exerts a positive and significant influence on income. Based on these findings, it is recommended to increase attention to education and training in digital technology utilization, as well as improve access to capital for informal entrepreneurs. These efforts can enhance sales performance, expand market reach, and consequently increase income.

Cooperatives play a crucial role as business entities in enhancing the people's economy in Indonesia. Rooted in the principles of kinship and mutual cooperation, cooperatives aim to improve the welfare of their members and society at large, rather than merely pursuing profit. This study employs a descriptive analysis method to examine the role of cooperatives as a pillar of the people's economy, focusing on their contributions to microeconomic empowerment, job creation, and strengthening community purchasing power. The findings indicate that cooperatives significantly contribute to local economic growth, particularly through synergy with MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises), as well as by providing members with access to capital and training. However, challenges such as weak management, low financial literacy, and inadequate technological adaptation still hinder the optimization of cooperatives' roles. On the other hand, sharia cooperatives also emphasize social functions based on principles of justice and social responsibility. To enhance the contribution of cooperatives, institutional strengthening, professional management, and regulatory support from the government are required. Thus, cooperatives remain relevant as instruments for inclusive and sustainable economic development in Indonesia.

According to data from the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs in 2024, Indonesia has more than 60 million SMEs, which are very important to its economy, contributing 60% to the national GDP. However, around 77.5% of SMEs do not keep financial records, while 22.5% have some form of financial reporting that is often inconsistent and poorly documented. Many entrepreneurs do not realize the importance of financial reports, instead focusing on business growth and sales. Lack of financial literacy leads to poor decision-making and operational transparency. Quality financial reports can facilitate access to capital and serve as an indicator of business success. Programs aimed at improving financial literacy and the importance of financial reporting have shown a positive impact on SME performance. The training program for Dapur Umi Ila SMEs in Bojongkerta aims to empower participants through education on financial management, emphasizing the importance of maintaining accurate financial records for proper decision-making and sustainable business growth. By creating financial reports, Dapur Umi Ila SMEs are expected to be more concerned about operational finances so that they can learn to make decisions based on relevant and reliable financial reports..

Farmer regeneration is a strategic element in achieving sustainable agricultural development, especially amid the overall decline in the farming population. This study aims to identify the demographic trends of young farmers and examine their readiness in adopting agricultural technology in Tasikmalaya City. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics, the Ministry of Agriculture, and various scientific literature. The findings reveal that despite the overall decrease in the number of farmers, the number of young farmers has increased in recent years, indicating potential for regeneration in the agricultural sector. Young farmers tend to be more open to innovation and possess relatively strong digital literacy; however, the adoption of agricultural technology remains limited to specific aspects and has not fully integrated into the entire production process. The main challenges include limited access to capital, underdeveloped digital infrastructure, and a lack of technical training and mentoring. Therefore, comprehensive policy interventions are necessary, including strengthening farmer regeneration policies, improving supporting infrastructure, and promoting community-based mentoring to accelerate the adoption of agricultural technology among young generations.

This study aims to describe and analyze: The Contribution of Migrant Workers in Increasing Money Remittances and Achieving the SDGs.  The research is a qualitative descriptive analysis. The data analysis technique uses the technique developed by McNabb (2002), namely Grouping the data according to key constructs, Identifying bases for interpretation, Developing generalizations from the data, Testing Alternative interpretations and Forming and/or refining generalizable theory from case study. The results of the study show that migrant workers play an important role in the world economy, especially in developed countries as migration destination countries and contribute to the growth of the economy in their home countries, one of which is through remittances sent to their home countries. Indonesia is one of the countries that still sends migrant workers, where remittances from migrant workers are seen as one of the main sources of foreign exchange after petroleum. Migrant workers contribute to reducing the unemployment rate in Indonesia by: Increasing household income. Helping families left behind not work for a while. Increase family access to capital and credit for entrepreneurship. Encouraging a decrease in child employment rates Helping economic development in the region of origin. Encourage political and social change.  The use of remittances for productive activities is expected to increase investment in recipient countries. Remittances encourage improvements made by households in daily consumption, expenditure on education, health, and other expenses, so that it will affect economic growth. Remittances increase household incomes and are therefore a strong anti-poverty force in developing countries.  Not only that, migrant workers who return to their home countries (return migrants) also contribute to the economic and social conditions of their home countries. Remittances can contribute directly and indirectly to several SDGs. Remittances' contribution to the SDGs: SDG 1: Reduce poverty, SDG 8: Decent work and economic growth SDG 10.c: Reduce the cost of migrant remittance transactions.

This study analyzes the effectiveness of the MSME empowerment program in Madura Regency in improving community welfare. Empowerment programs that include entrepreneurship training, access to capital through People's Business Credit (KUR), and business assistance show positive results in increasing the capacity of business actors. Based on survey data, most of the program participants experienced an improvement in business management and marketing skills. The positive impact was also seen in the increase in average household income by 30% and the opening of new jobs. However, challenges remain, especially related to the equitable distribution of benefits in rural areas, low digital literacy, and program sustainability. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, supported by the Theory of Change theory to analyze the impact of programs on socio-economic changes in the community. The results of the study show that the empowerment of MSMEs makes a real contribution to the welfare of the community, although continuous evaluation is needed to ensure the sustainability and equitable distribution of program benefits throughout the Madura Regency area. By strengthening the synergy between the government, financial institutions, and local communities, it is hoped that the impact of MSME empowerment can be more optimal.
