The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of mitigation and preparedness policies regarding disaster management in the Bima Regency area. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The location of this research is at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Bima Regency Office. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that regional capacity level data in disaster management shows that aspects of community preparedness through PODES data and in-depth interviews with office holders at the sub-district level are still very weak. That due to the weak regional capacity index in efforts to reduce disaster risk, the level of preparedness for various types of disasters in the community is also low, automatically the level of risk that will occur in the community is very vulnerable. Community preparedness policies have not yet become a priority activity. However, in strengthening preparedness, the Regional Government of Bima Regency has implemented institutional technical capacity policies as well as strong disaster emergency management mechanisms with a disaster risk reduction perspective. The Bima Regency Government is also exploring ready disaster contingency plans at all levels of Government, holding regular exercises to test and develop disaster emergency response programs. And most importantly, the Regional Government must provide financial and logistical reserves as well as anticipatory mechanisms that are ready to support effective disaster management efforts. One of the efforts of the Bima Regency Regional Government is to determine priority disasters. Determining priority disasters in Bima Regency using a priority disaster matrix based on data on disaster risk levels and data on trends in disaster occurrence for each type of disaster.

The government continues to strive for the availability of vaccines through multilateral and bilateral schemes to meet the current stock and maintain the vaccination rate in accordance with the existing vaccine stock (Widyawati, 2021). Tlagomas Urban Village, Lokwaru District, has a population of 19,826 (Central Bureau of Statistics Malang City, 2020). Of this population, not all of them have been vaccinated. So that the urban village government seeks accelerated vaccination programs, one of which is the implementation of a mass vaccine program. The purpose of this community service activity is to help implement the second dose of mass vaccine in Tlogomas Urban Village, Malang City. The methods used in this program are planning and preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The result of this activity is the availability of infrastructure and vaccine implementing officers as well as the implementation of the second mass vaccine activity in Tlogomas Urban Village, Malang City with a total number of 988 participants. The flow of vaccine activities includes registration, screening history and simple physical examination, administering vaccines and recording.

Productive-age unemployment is one of the main challenges in economic development in Baubau City. The lack of access to skills training, limited job market information, and low motivation for entrepreneurship are key factors contributing to the high unemployment rate among the productive-age population. This study aims to map the unemployment conditions in Baubau and implement a counseling and training program to enhance employment readiness and entrepreneurship skills.  This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach through surveys, interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The counseling program involves multiple stakeholders, including government agencies, businesses, and educational institutions. The results indicate that the program effectively increased participants' understanding of job search strategies, industry-based skills, and entrepreneurial interest. Evaluations show that employment readiness and entrepreneurship skills improved from 40% to 80% after training.  With this program, the productive-age population in Baubau is expected to be better prepared for employment challenges and have alternative solutions for economic self-sufficiency. Strengthening collaboration among stakeholders is essential to ensure the sustainability and broader impact of similar programs.

Background The Healthy Living Community Movement (GERMAS) is a program launched by the Ministry of Health to reduce the main risks of communicable and non-communicable diseases (PTM), especially through nutritional interventions for the first 1000 days of life, improving balanced nutrition consumption patterns for the whole family, increasing regular and measurable physical activity. , improve a healthy lifestyle, improve a healthy environment and reduce cigarette and alcohol consumption. Purpose is to improve the health status of the community through early detection of non-communicable diseases (DD-PTM), especially those with diabetes mellitus. Method begins with interviews with health cadres in the Bulustalan village area, followed by early detection programs and fitness exercises. Results:. Result The health checks carried out were anthropometric measurements in the form of height, weight, abdominal circumference, blood pressure measurements and temporary blood sugar measurements. Of the 50 residents who participated in the DD-PTM implementation, as many as 24% of the residents (12 people) just found out that they had pre-diabetes mellitus, 16% (8 people) already knew that they had hypertension and diabetes mellitus, as many as 6% (3 people) ) had an abdominal circumference of more than 100 cm, 54% (27 people) were in good health. Conclusion: Early detection of non-communicable diseases is very important to prevent further complications. Keywords:

The background of this study is the issues encountered by the Sub-district Government in managing financial administration. This study aimed to find out how the management of financial administration at the Nelle Sub-District Office of Sikka Regency. This descriptive qualitative study provided an overview of planning, budgeting, reporting, accountablility, and evaluation. The data relied on primary data obtained from observation, interviews, and secondary data. The informants of the study were the Head of the Sub-District and the Head of Finance and Treasurer. The results indicated that the management of financial administration at the Nelle Sub-District Office was not fully in accordance with Permendagri NO.77 of 2020, While the obstacles faced by the Nelle Sub-District Office were the level of time discipline and the lack of human resources in quantity. Hence, the planning and reporting of accountability for the implementation of programs were not optimal.

This increase in the elderly population makes the government need to formulate policies and programs aimed at elderly population groups so that they can play a role in building public health. One of the government policies is that health services are provided at health centers, such as providing good and quality services, giving priority to elderly people and providing safe and easily accessible facilities, providing support or guidance to the elderly and their families on an ongoing basis. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the role of health workers and the participation level of Posyandu for the elderly in Esandom one, Tombatu Timur District, Southeast Minahsa Regency. The study used a cross sectional analytic descriptive research method. The sample of respondents was 88 people using purposive sampling. Data collection using questionnaires and observation sheets. Analyzed with the chi square statistical test. The results of the study were 68 respondents (77.3%) with the highest age, 73 respondents (83.0%) had the highest education. Chi square test results obtained p value <? 0.05. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between the role of health workers and the participation level of the Posyandu for the elderly in Esandom one, Tombatu Timur District, Southeast Minahsa Regency. Suggestions are expected that the Puskesmas can use this research as one of the bases in health promotion for the elderly.. Background: Hypertension has now become a global problem because its prevalence continues to increase along with lifestyle changes that include unhealthy habits. the aim is to find out a description of lifestyle in hypertensive patients in West Denpasar Health Center II. Method: The study design was descriptive with the Cross Sectional approach. The sample in this study were all hypertensive patients who were treated at the Denpasar Public Health Center II. The sampling technique is Acidental sampling with a sample of 46 respondents. The research instrument used was a questionnaire sheet. The results of data processing are presented in narrative form, frequency distribution tables are accompanied by interpretations. Results: Hypertension sufferers in West Denpasar Health Center II were 27 respondents (58.7%) who did not have the habit of consuming excess salt; 26 respondents (56.5%) who did not have coffee consumption habits; 34 respondents (73.9%) who did not have the habit of consuming liquor; 32 respondents (69.6) did not have smoking habits; 26 respondents (56.5%) respondents did not have enough hours of rest / sleep; respondents who do sufficient activities / sports; 46 respondents as many as 25 respondents (54.3%) obeyed taking drugs; 25 respondents (54.3%) did not routinely carry out tension control; 30 respondents (65.2%) faced maladaptive stressors. Conclusion: To reduce the incidence of hypertension in patients with hypertension, health promotion programs to the public regarding hypertension factors need to be optimized.Keywords: Hypertension; Lifestyle
