There are still many FEBI students UIN STS Jambi who do not understand Financial Literacy, so they often allocate their money for things that are not needed. Lifestyle patterns lead to consumptive behavior. Self-control is still relatively low so it is easy to be influenced to buy something that is not needed. Research objectives determine the effect of financial literacy, lifestyle and self-control on consumptive behavior in Islam. This research used quantitative research. Quantitative research method is a method based on philosophy that is used to research certain populations and samples, data collection uses research instruments, analysis is quantitative or statistical, with the aim of testing the hypotheses that have been set. Lifestyle influences consumptive behavior. But financial literacy and self-control have no effect on consumptive behavior, which means that even without financial literacy and self-control, students still behave consumptively. but simultaneously Financial Literacy, Lifestyle and Self-Control affect Consumptive Behavior. Adolescents should aware of leucorrhea symptoms. Continuous pathological vaginal discharge will disrupt the function of the female reproductive organs, especially in the ovarian tract, which can cause infertility. Women who lack knowledge and information about genital hygiene will also have an impact on their behavior in maintaining genital hygiene, because knowledge and good care behavior are determining factors in maintaining genital hygiene. This study aimed to determine and analyze the factors that influence leucorrhea in female students. This is quantitative and qualitative mixed methods research. The research was conducted at SMA Harapan Mekar Medan. The population was all class XII female students totaling 33 people. The sampling used was total sampling. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis with chi-square test, and multivariate analysis with multiple logistic regression test at 95% confidence level (?=0.05). The results showed that the factors influencing leucorrhea in class XII female students at the School were knowledge (p=0.005), attitude (p=0.016), behavior (p=0.005), and source of information (p=0.006) and there was no effect of the adolescent care health program on leucorrhea (p=1.000).  The conclusion shows that knowledge of personal hygiene is the most dominant variable affecting leucorrhea in female students. It is suggested to the School to pay attention to facilities such as clean water sanitation and toilets and cooperate with the Health Center to organize health counseling and demonstrate how to take care of genital hygiene using a phantom of external reproductive organs so that students can directly practice genital hygiene actions

One of the goals of providing financial incentives is to encourage employees to have high performance. Besides that, individual characteristics make a difference when they are given assignments. But in reality the performance shown by employees is less than optimal. The purpose of this study was to find out whether financial incentives and individual characteristics jointly influence the performance of employees at the Central Tapanuli District Licensing Service. The hypothesis that the author proposes is that financial incentives and individual characteristics jointly influence the performance of employees at the Licensing Service of Tapanuli Tenga Regency. The population is 34 people and used as a sample. The results of the study found that financial incentives and individual characteristics simultaneously had a positive effect on employee performance at the Central Tapanuli District Licensing Service, where Fcount (44.747) > Ftable (3.13) Partially the financial incentive variable had the most dominant effect on employee performance, where the t-value count 4.056 > ttable value 2.004 Partially individual characteristic variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the t-count value is 2.823 > ttable value 2.004 (2.823 > 2.004) 55.4% employee performance can be influenced by financial incentives and individual characteristics. It is recommended that agencies need to pay attention to employees, especially THL, by providing financial incentives, not just employees with civil servant status, because the service wheels for the community serve more THL

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of exchange rate, deposit and bi rate on profitability with credit as a mediating variable. The population in this study is all monthly data from the exchange rate, BI rate, deposits, credit and profitability (ROA) of conventional commercial banks in Indonesia. The sampling method is purposive sampling with the criteria used being the closest (up to date) period by taking available data from January 2011 to December 2021. The results of hypothesis testing show that hypothesis 1 (H1) that the exchange rate has a negative effect on credit is not proven and cannot be interpreted. Hypothesis 2 (H2) that deposits have a positive effect on credit is proven and can be interpreted that an increase in the amount of deposits will increase the amount of credit. Hypothesis 3 (H3) that the BI rate has a negative effect on credit is proven and can be interpreted that an increase will reduce the amount of credit. Hypothesis 5 (H5) that the exchange rate has a negative effect on profitability is proven and can be interpreted that an increase in the exchange rate will reduce ROA. Hypothesis 6 (H6) that the BI rate has a negative effect on ROA is not proven and cannot be interpreted. The hypothesis (H7) that exchange rates have an effect on ROA with credit as a mediating variable is not proven. Because the results of the hypothesis testing are not significant, there is no mediating effect. The hypothesis (H8) that the BI rate has an effect on ROA with credit as a mediating variable is proven, resulting in a mediating effect and it can be interpreted that an increase in the BI rate will decrease ROA.
