Student management is an arrangement or regulation of all activities related to students from entry to graduation. Student management aims to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of school services so that the knowledge, skills and attitudes of students develop through the channeling of aspirations, hopes and fulfillment of needs. One of the student management services is extracurricular activities, namely curricular activities carried out by students outside of class hours. This activity aims to develop and actualize the potential of students optimally, strengthen the personality of students to avoid negative influences, and prepare students to become citizens who are noble, democratic, respect human rights in order to create civil society. This research includes field research using a qualitative approach. In data collection. The author uses interview, observation, and documentary methods, and data analysis techniques use triangulation techniques, diligent and objective observation, and peer checking through discussion. The results showed: (1) Student Management at SMA A. Wahid Hasyim Tebuireng Jombang was carried out as much as possible to facilitate and serve students so that they could produce students who were in accordance with educational goals and in accordance with what was expected by their environment; 2. Developing the potential of students is carried out by providing space for potential development and facilities for students to develop hard-skills and soft-skills through extracurricular activities: 3. Extracurricular activities are integrated with the curriculum of the education unit and are managed specifically by the student affairs department in collaboration with curriculum field. Planning begins with mapping students' abilities and interests, recruiting new extracurricular members, compiling a program for one semester; implementation includes routine training, participation in competitions, and documentation of competition results; Supervision is carried out in the absence of members and trainers, monthly evaluations, reports and assessments every semester

The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was an increase in self-confidence in futsal players after participating in mental training. This study used a pre-experimental research method with 15 futsal extracurricular players at SMA Negeri 6 Malang as subjects. The instrument in this research uses the confidence scale The State Sport Confidence Inventory (SSCI). The data analysis technique used is the paired sample difference test method (paired sample t-test). The results showed that mental training had an effect on increasing the confidence of futsal extracurricular players at SMA Negeri 6 Malang. The test results showed that the mean pre-test result was 79.2, then there was an increase in the post-test, which was 94.6 after mental training. Of the 15 subjects, all experienced an increase. It can be concluded that there is an influence of mental training on the self-confidence of extracurricular players at SMA 6 Malang.

The Service Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) of the Maria Donggomasa Forest Management Unit Center is one of the government agencies under the protection of the Environment and Forestry Service of West Nusa Tenggara Province which is located in the Bima region of West Nusa Tenggara province. The Service Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) of the Maria Donggomasa Forest Management Unit is the implementing element for operational technical activities or technical investigation activities at the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Forestry Service. The function and aim of establishing the KPH is to carry out forest management, outline National, Provincial, Regency/City forestry policies to be implemented, carry out forest management activities in its work area based on Determination Decree No.337/Menhut-VII/2009. The area of ​​the Maria Donggomasa Forest Management Unit (UPTD) includes the city and district of Bima which is divided into a working area of ​​9 resorts and has 96 employees consisting of 41 ASN and 55 workers.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui Strategi Pemasaran Multilevel marketing PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera Cabang Maumere. (2) Untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor apa saja yang mendukung dan menghambat Strategi Pemasaran Multilevel marketing PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera Cabang Maumere. Hal ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Analisis SWOT (Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) yang dicetuskan oleh  Rangkuti. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode Kualitatif Deskriptif. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah PT Melia Sehat Sejahtera, dalam mengaplikasikan strategi pemasarannya. Sedangkan Objek penelitian ini adalah Strategi Pemasaran Multilevel Marketing PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera Cabang Maumere. Hasil wawancara yang telah diteliti bahwa Strategi Pemasaran pada PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera Cabang Maumere adalah dengan cara melakuan kegiatan berupa: (a)Home Prospek, (b)Home Sharing, (c)Open Plan Presentation, (d)Workshop dan (e)Training. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera telah menerapkan strategi marketing mix yang menggunakan variabel 4P yaitu Product, Price, Place Dan Promotion.

This study aims to determine the components that must be fulfilled by the principal of the driving school, the work program of the driving school principal and the success of the management of the principal in improving the quality of education. The research used is qualitative research with a case study approach, the data collection technique uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data collection, data reduction, drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, to test the validity of the data using source triangulation. The results of the study show 1) Components that must be fulfilled by school principals to improve the quality of education must have five intelligences, namely: professional, personal, interpersonal intelligence, intelligence to carry out an independent curriculum, fulfillment of driving school requirements according to the Ministry of Education and Culture and Research and Technology number 371 of 2021, having a head activator certificate and attended training from the Ministry of Education and Culture. 2) School principal management to improve quality, namely by implementing work programs in the fields of curriculum, student affairs, public relations and sarpras, 3) The form of the success of the driving school principal's work program is that students succeed in making scientific work, forming a Pancasila student profile, students are able to become a team reliable broadcast and journalist, won the national level mathematics Olympiad, made banana chip products, provided quotas for graduates to continue on to tertiary institutions and work quotas at PT Atiga Langgeng Mandiri Gresik, SMA Assa'adah Bungah Gresik became facilitators of driving schools so as to create relationships Gresik high school synergy.

Al Asror Islamic boarding school has several business units which are expected to be a means of developing student entrepreneurship in addition to supporting the boarding school independently. The santri craft business unit, grocery store unit, laundry and canteen are managed by the santri in the Islamic boarding school environment. The problems faced in developing student entrepreneurship are from the perspective of students as the main object of entrepreneurship education.The solution to problems in this service activity is by carrying out FGD activities, coaching and mentoring, and business motivational lectures. The target participants are students, caregivers, administrators, parents/guardians of students, and business and entrepreneurship practitioners/experts. The FGD resource persons were the service team and cottage caretakers. The targets of motivational training are students who have been involved in managing the Islamic boarding school business unit. Motivational lecture speakers are members of the service team. The stages of implementing service activities are the pre-implementation stages of service activities, the stages of implementing service activities, and the post-service activity stages. Service activities can run well and smoothly and consist of three sub-activities, namely delivering entrepreneurship material in the general stage, FGD for stakeholders, and mentoring for students who run Islamic boarding school business units. The first and second activities were carried out successfully. Islamic boarding school stakeholders can convey ideas and concepts in developing student entrepreneurship and Islamic boarding school business units. The third activity has also been carried out by providing reinforcement for students who receive the mandate to run Islamic boarding school business units such as laundry, drinking water, canteen, and others. New business ideas for Islamic boarding schools must be analyzed carefully considering the potential and development of the Patemon area and its surroundings.

Occupational Health and Safety (K3) training aims to increase students' knowledge of working in the laboratory, identify potential hazards, and take early action if a hazard occurs in the laboratory. The target audience for this activity is class X students majoring in multimedia at SMK Cendekia, Madiun. This training was conducted in the Chemical Engineering Laboratory, Departemen of Chemical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas PGRI Madiun. The methods used in the training are lectures, discussions, and practice in the chemistry laboratory. The data obtained from the K3 knowledge questionnaire before and after the training were analyzed descriptively. The results obtained show an increase in the average score of students from 46 to 67, which means that there is an increase in knowledge about OSH in the chemistry laboratory.

Based on the results of the research, data was obtained that (a) Head Raudlatul Athfal's understanding of the competence of RA An-Najah Teachers, namely the head of RA An-Najah had understood the qualifications and competencies of RA An-Najah Teachers. Where the academic qualifications of Teacher RA An-Najah have an undergraduate background. Teachers have also met all teacher competency standards, namely pedagogical competence, professional competence, personality competence, and social competence. (b) Head Raudlatul Athfal's strategy to improve the competence of RA An-Najah Teachers, namely by involving teachers in training, training and seminars; involve teachers in KKG; motivating Teachers; carry out Supervision; complete the Facilities and Infrastructure; enrich digital knowledge; apply the PAKEM method; developing a learning curriculum; and hold a meeting. (c) Supporting factors for Head Raudlatul Athfal to improve teacher competency at RA An-Najah, namely: (1) Environment, (2) Teachers are members of IGRA, (3) Teachers are certified, (4) Teachers have a great willingness to learn , (5) Cooperation, and (6) Adequate facilities and infrastructure. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor for the Head of Raudlatul Athfal to improve teacher competence at RA An-Najah is the lack of willingness and opportunity for teachers to participate and attend coaching in improving teacher competence.

This Community Service Partner (PKM) is a small micro business of Brick. Knowledge about inventory management in the Brick business is still a fundamental weakness in meeting market demand, so that the price of Brick is relatively determined by the market. The purpose of this service is to motivate Brick business owners to have the knowledge and skills to be able to carry out proper inventory management as a support in developing their business. The method of implementation uses a combination of lecture and practice. Participants consist of Brick business owners in Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. The technique of implementing the activity consists of three stages starting from the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the activity evaluation stage. The results of the training show that Brick business owners have difficulty managing the inventory of their business due to limited business capital. The finances used in business are still combined with finance for household needs. After the simulation is carried out, the participants can understand inventory management in the business. Furthermore, Brick business owners can know inventory management properly. Knowledge about inventory management is emphasized on Brick business owners because the productive life of Brick is only 5 months in one year, so inventory can be a strategy to increase operating profits. The limitation in this training is that the implementation method has not used mentoring techniques, so that knowledge about inventory management can be implemented in business activities.

Dayah Ruhul Falah was founded in 2003 by Al Fadhil Tgk.H.Ibrahim Hasyim, established on 4500 m2 of waqf land with 800 students from various regions of Aceh such as North Aceh, Pidie, Aceh Besar and Banda Aceh. Along with the development of time and progress that is increasingly globalized, pesantren have not shown significant progress, this is because pesantren still have challenges ranging from management, the curriculum that is applied and the facilities owned are still very limited and the source of funds is minimal. The ability of pesantren managers to innovate is a requirement for efforts to direct changes in pesantren institutions to become more advanced in increasing and financial independence to make these changes. So far, the management of financial funds related to the activities carried out at Pasantren Ruhul Falah, both educators' honorariums and other needs in general, has been sourced from financing originating from the parents of students, government and private institutions. Pasantren Ruhul Falah, which was founded in 2003, has no pasanten-owned business entity managed under the pasantren, so it is necessary to conduct training and education for administrators and students in the dayah by making kueh, developing moringa leaves into the economy. This service activity was carried out with the aim of increasing knowledge and skills for training participants to become independent entrepreneurs. The method we do with lectures, questions and answers, practice and demonstrations and group exercises. This program begins with the preparation stage by forming a community service committee team by coordinating team members with the aim of making it easier to socialize to other university lecturers who want to join the community service group. In this community service, the target to be achieved is understanding and skills so that it can improve the economy in Pasantren Ruhul Falah Samahani Aceh Besar.

Background : The coastal community of Bengkulu is still lacking in knowledge about tsunami disaster risk management. Their knowledge is only limited to how to avoid disasters that have come. A real action is needed in an effort to increase community resilience in disaster areas in coastal areas. Community service activities carried out by gathering residents for counseling could not be carried out because it was still in the Covid 19 pandemic, so the STIKES Tri Mandiri Sakti Bengkulu community service group carried out disaster risk reduction efforts by distributing leaflets to the community directly to people's homes. Purpose : The purpose of this community service is to ensure that the community knows how to save themselves, reduce the impact of disasters, and increase knowledge about the tsunami disaster. Methods : The implementation of this community service uses community education methods which are carried out in the form of socialization and distribution of leaflets to 50 residents around the coast. Result : The socialization and distribution of lefalate activities were successful and right on target in the implementation because of the support, cooperation from the Malabero village and the academic community of STIKES Tri Mandiri Sakti Bengkulu. Coclusion : Increasing public knowledge and reducing disaster risk can be effectively carried out by providing direct house-to-house education to coastal communities. Because the community can interact and get information about the tsunami directly by the community service team. coastal communities to be able to participate in disaster management training so that the ability to save themselves when a disaster occurs can be carried out optimally.

The development of the 21st century is marked as the century of openness or the century of globalization, meaning that human life in the 21st century has undergone fundamental changes that are different from the order of life and characteristics in the previous century. The purpose of this service activity is to implicate the Learning Concept and Characteristics of 21st Century Students, as facilitating learning. The methods used in this service include lectures, practices, and discussions. There are several stages in this service activity, namely coordination, and analysis of needs, preparation of materials and activities, training, monitoring, and evaluation, as well as data analysis and reports. The results of this service show an increase in the understanding of teachers after participating in the socialization of Learning Concepts and Characteristics of 21st Century Students, with an average understanding categorized as very good. This Community Service Activity (PKM) assists teachers in designing learning that is interesting and according to the needs of students in the 21st century, so that teachers can become more aware of the importance of the characteristics of students in the 21st century. It is hoped that the results of this community service can become a reference for other educational institutions as well as teachers are also more familiar with the needs of educators.

In 2019-2020 employee productivity decreased and there were fluctuations in the performance assessment of Gresik Regency Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD) employees, because there were obstacles in implementing training programs which had an impact on employee performance. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of training programs in improving performance at the Gresik Regency Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD), as well as analyzing supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of training programs in improving the performance of Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD) employees. ) Gresik Regency. This research is qualitative research using primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were through interviews and observations. The selection of informants in this study was carried out using purposive sampling method. In this research, as stated by the three informants, it can be said that the implementation of the training program at the Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency of Gresik Regency can be said to be quite effective in improving agency performance, especially in the scope of the Gresik Regency Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency. which can be seen from several responses and results of employee performance which can be considered quite productive and good enough. There are several shortcomings in the implementation of this training program. There are obstacles in its implementation, namely in the form of budget funds spent on this training program which are considered to be insufficient due to the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak, which basically requires the implementation of this program to be minimized. One effort can be made to ensure that the implementation of the training program continues, managing the existing budget as well as possible by providing training programs to employees in accordance with the AKD (Training Needs Analysis) that has been determined, so that the budget spent is not wasted or wasted. . Apart from the Regency/City APBD, training programs can also be obtained through the bidder APBN from the ministry, Bappenas. This research contributes to employees being able to maintain a sense of responsibility in their duties where training programs are provided to obtain the skill requirements needed to carry out employee duties and have employee motivation or goals to take part in the training program. This research was only conducted on employees of the Gresik Regency Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD).

Moreover, educational management provides guidance for educators in delivering CRE effectively. Through proper planning, coordination, and evaluation, educational management aligns the teaching-learning process with the overall objectives of education. It also facilitates resource allocation to support the implementation of CRE, ensuring that educators receive necessary training and support. The study concludes that integrating sound management principles into CRE is essential for creating meaningful learning experiences that nurture students' spiritual growth. It emphasizes the importance of recognizing the impact of educational management on the quality and effectiveness of CRE programs. Overall, the study underscores the imperative for educators and stakeholders in religious education to embrace best practices in educational management. The problem in the object of research is the lack of effectiveness of job training in the field of technology, while in work discipline there are still employees who do not carry out discipline on time or are late in working. This thesis aims to prove the hypothesis of the researcher: there is a partial influence of Job Training (X1), Work Discipline (X2), on employee performance (Y). This study used quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. This research data was obtained by interview, observation, literature study, and questionnaire methods. The sample return in this study used a saturated sampling technique, namely all employees of UPTD Company. Puskesmas Pagu as many as 32 people. The results of the study using the help of SPSS program proposal version 25, showed that: (1) job training has a partial but not significant effect on employee performance with a calculated value of -1.381 and a value of Sig. 0.178 > 0.05. (2) and work discipline partially affects employee performance with a calculated value of 3.795 and a value of Sig.0.001 < 0.05 (3) job training, and work discipline simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance with a value of Fcalculate 13.489 and a value of Sig. 0.003 < 0.05. From the test results of multiple linear regression analysis, it produces the equation formula Y = 13.489 + -1.381 X1 + (3.795X2) + e.

This article discusses the "Empowering Pioneer Teachers" program implemented at Public Elementary School 3 Sadeng, aiming to enhance the quality of education and nurture holistic student development. The program is rooted in education that embraces diversity and adapts to changing times. Pioneer teachers are selected based on their enthusiasm, dedication, adaptability, in addition to academic qualifications. The article reviews the stages of selection, intensive training, and program implementation within classrooms. The program emphasizes the development of interpersonal competencies and innovation in teaching methodologies. Support from the school, parents, and local community plays a crucial role in the program's success. Its impact is evident in improved student learning outcomes, social skills, creativity, and the cultivation of an inclusive and collaborative learning environment. Through this article, it is hoped that the experience of Public Elementary School 3 Sadeng can inspire other educational institutions. Empowering pioneer teachers yields positive effects throughout the school community and has the potential to guide elementary education towards a brighter and more equitable future.

PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo Hospital is a type C hospital that is currently developing offering health services with target service coverage in Sukoharjo Regency. Currently, the marketing team at PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo Hospital is starting to pioneer the development of marketing efforts which are expected to increase patient visits. High competition between hospitals is one of the factors that patient visits at PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo Hospital tend to fluctuate. The marketing team's lack of knowledge regarding marketing strategies and the large number of job desks for each marketing member result in less than optimal marketing efforts. The activity was carried out at the PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo Hospital with 16 participants consisting of the IT Team, Marketing Team and Hospital Public Relations. To find out the comparison of participants' knowledge results regarding Customer Relationship Management (CRM) methods, we carried out Pre Test and Post Test activities.

The digital revolution has fundamentally changed the educational paradigm, influencing the way of learning, teaching and interacting in the educational environment. In responding to the challenges and opportunities presented by this technological era, the concept of "Freedom to Learn" emerged as an approach that empowers students to be active and independent in the learning process. This article discusses how the Merdeka Belajar approach can increase students' competitiveness in the technological era by combining the potential of the digital revolution in education. In the initial stage, the article introduces the concept of Merdeka Belajar which places students at the center of the learning process. By giving students the freedom to choose the time, method and learning materials according to their interests and abilities, this approach aims to increase students' motivation, creativity and participation in learning. Next, the article discusses the use of technology in education, including e-learning, learning videos, online learning platforms and educational applications. The use of this technology allows students to access various learning resources more easily, expand the range of knowledge, and increase learning efficiency. Technology integration is key in supporting the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum and providing an interactive and interesting learning experience for students. In addition, the article highlights the importance of developing digital literacy abilities, technological skills, and an understanding of digital ethics for students in an era of ever-developing technology. Merdeka Belajar plays an important role in helping students hone these skills, so they can be better prepared to face the challenges of the digital world. The article also examines the challenges and obstacles in combining Merdeka Belajar with technology, such as limited access to technology, lack of training for teachers, and concerns about data security . Solutions and strategies to overcome this obstacle are also discussed in the article. In its conclusion, the article underlines the importance of adopting the Independent Learning concept integrated with technology to bring innovation in education. This approach can improve the quality and relevance of learning, prepare students to face the challenges of the technological era, and increase their competitiveness in facing an increasingly digital future.
