Dinamika Akuntansi Keuangan dan Perbankan 2021 Faculty of Economic and Business Universitas STIKUBANK

This study discusses the effect of risk and capital on profitability of banks issued on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2013-2017. The data used is panel data, which is a combination of time series data and cross section data. The method of taking data uses purposive sampling. Technical analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that credit risk (NPL) and operational risk (BOPO) have a negative and significant effect on profitability (ROA). While liquidity risk (LDR), market risk (NIM), and capital (CAR) do not affect on profitability (ROA). Furthermore credit risk (NPL), operational risk (BOPO) and capital (CAR) have a negative and significant effect on profitability (ROE), while liquidity risk (LDR) and market risk (NIM) do not affect on profitability (ROE). Rumah Kreasi Grafika is a clothing business that was established in 2020. This clothing business is located at Jalan Grafika Raya, Gedawang, Banyumanik District, Semarang City, Central Java. This company still has shortcomings, especially in the field of design, so that marketing is not very successful. This is due to a lack of knowledge about the value of design in a company.The thing that is most prioritized in the design of making this stationery set is to meet the graduation requirements for the final project course and provide a new perspective in utilizing stationery sets as a means of supporting the company's progress. Where is the initial stationery set that has a design value that does not sell well and is still incomplete.In designing the design of a stationery set, it is necessary to choose the type of font, color and also the composition of the design because these three aspects are vital and can have a serious impact on the effectiveness of the stationery set.

This study aims to create a Blogspot-Based E-Commerce Web Design as a Promotional Media for Kendal Hijab Blessing Boutique. It is hoped that the design and development of an e-commerce blog can help business actors to market their products more broadly so that they can increase sales and make it easier for consumers to transact, especially at the Kendal Hijab Berkah Boutique.

The capital market is one of the alternative sources of long-term funding among various other alternatives for companies that need funds for the sustainability of the company. The capital market has an important role for the economy of a country because the capital market performs a function, namely as a means for business funding or as a means for companies to obtain funds from the investor community.   For this reason, it is necessary to expand research that is supported by a basic theory, so the problem of factors capable of predicting changes in stock prices is proposed, where there are two variables that are thought to have an effect on changes in stock prices in this study. The two variables are asset structure and firm size. In addition, based on various previous research results, it was found that there were gaps or inconsistencies in the research results (gap research) conducted by researchers. On this basis, the title adopted from this research is "The Effect of Asset Structure and Company Size on Share Prices in Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange".

The Influence of Prices and Lifestyle on People's Purchase Intention in Traditional Markets An Understood During the Covid-19 Pandemic. This study aims to determine the effect of prices and lifestyle on people's buying interest in understanding traditional markets during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is a quantitative associative research and its location is in the traditional market An understand, Bima City. In this study, the sample consisted of 55 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire, observation, and literature study. Testing the instrument using the validity test and reliability test. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination; f test (simultaneous test), t test (partial test) and classical assumption test. The results showed that by means of the t test (partial test) it is known that the price variable does not have a significant effect on the purchase intention variable while the lifestyle variable has a positive and significant effect on the purchase intention variable. Then by means of the f test (simultaneous test) it is known that the variable price and lifestyle variables have a positive and significant influence on the purchase intention variable.

The goal of this research is to audit and compare the innovation management capabilities of the two organizations using the audit tools proposed by Tidd and Bessant (Managing Innovation: Integrating Technological, Market and Organizational Change, 5th ed. Wiley, West Essex, 2014) which consists of from five dimensions: Strategy, Innovation Process, Learning, Innovative Organization, and Linkages. The sample was selected from each organization from the High Suggestion Department (HSD) and the Low Suggestion Department (LSD). Audit questionnaires were distributed to respondents. The results obtained from this study were processed and analyzed. Comparisons were made between the two organizations in terms of their innovation management capabilities. In addition, comparisons were made between HSD and LSD in each organization. Of the five tested dimensions of Audit has a high score; Therefore, it can be concluded that the organizations in this study have a higher innovation management capability. In addition, every organization must keep the various components of innovation management in balance to maintain them.

Research on the Influence of Communication Quality and Conflict Management on Customer Relationship Marketing aims to find out the influence of The Influence of Communication Quality and Conflict Management on Customer Relationship Marketing as Variable Intervening Research Location PT. Bpr Rudo Indobank in Semarang City. The population used is PT Customer. Rudo Indobank. The sample was 100 respondents. Research data comes from two sources, namely primary data and secondary data. This type of research is quantitative. Sampling using purposive random sampling techniques. The collected data is then analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with AMOS 24 software. The results of this research Communication Quality has a significant positive effect on Customer Relationship Marketing, Conflict Management has a significant positive effect on Customer Relationship Marketing.

The purpose of this service activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of participants in Moringa processing; increase participants' knowledge about the potential of Moringa leaves as a healthy food ingredient, and produce Moringa chicken nuget products and Moringa leaf sticks. The activity method used is mentoring with activity stages; 1. preparation, 2. implementation, 3. evaluation. The results of the activity showed an increase in the knowledge and skills of the participants in processing Moringa leaves, participants knew that Moringa leaves have good nutritional potential and can be developed as a healthy food processing ingredient, and participants are skilled in processing Moringa leaves into Moringa chicken nuggets and Moringa leaf sticks. . Given the large benefits of this activity, it is advisable to carry out further activities in the form of assistance in marketing Moringa leaf processed products in order to increase people's income.

Profil Budaya Organisasi Indomart Genuk Demak saat ini (current) dan yang diharapkan (preferred) masih didominasi oleh tipe budaya hierarchy dan market dengan gap sebesar 3%, maka tidak dibutuhkan perubahan budaya organisasi yang signifikan. Namun jika dilihat lebih detail terhadap keenam dimensi, ada lima dimensi yang menunjukan gap lebih dari 5% sehingga memerlukan perubahan budaya organisasi sebagai strategi peningkatan SDM pada perusahaan tersebut. Kelima dimensi tersebut adalah Kepemimpinan Organisasi, Pengelolaan Karyawan, Perekat Organisasi, Penekanan Strategis dan Kriteria Sukses.Strategi yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia pada Indomart Genuk Demak berdasarkan pada enam dimensi utama, yaitu : a). Kepemimpinan Organisasi : Menerapkan kepemimpinan organisasi yang lebih fleksible namun tidak juga melanggar aturan b). Pengelolaan Karyawan : melakukan pengelolaan karyawan yang lebih mengutamakan kerja sama tim, kesepakatan, partisipasi semua karyawan, lebih fokus pada pengelolaan intern perusahaan. c). Perekat Organisasi : mengurangi formalitas aturan aturan yang mendasari perekat organisasi. d. Penekanan Strategis : fokus pada internal perusahaan dan mengurangi fokus pada persaingan pasar e). Kriteria Sukses : menekankan kriteria sukses pada pengembangan SDM, kondisi internal perusahaan, kerja tim dan komitmen serta kepedulian akan sesama karyawan.Kata kunci: dampak, ritel modern, Indomart.

Surakarta is one of the cities in Central Java which is known as the city of batik and a tourist destination area which is supported by tourist attractions in the form of various historical sites that have integrated with the culture of the local community. The arrival of tourists to various tourist destinations in Surakarta in addition to enjoying existing tourist objects is also to get souvenirs that have local uniqueness. Apart from hunting batik for souvenirs, many also hunt for distinctive T-shirts, especially for young tourists, because they are inspired like traveling to Bali and Jogja. To provide a new alternative in the form of t-shirts with designs that have local uniqueness, it is planned to partner with CV. Asta Saka Semesta which produces t-shirts, convection, and merchandising. Service methods in the form of training and assistance in making innovative designs for tourist souvenirs; lectures to increase knowledge about survival strategies in business; expansion of marketing through participation in exhibitions; documentation of product samples and procurement of shelves for product documentation that has been produced. The results are 5 innovative designs, namely the design of a tourist attraction patterned t-shirt combined with classic batik motifs, as well as the production process for tourist souvenirs, 2 t-shirt designers have increased their knowledge and skills in making designs to meet the needs of tourists.

UMKM menghadapi persaingan yang ketat, era digitalisasi menuntut pelaku usaha bergerak secepat perubahan. Data, teknologi Smartphone dan aplikasi adalah satu paket. Salah satu aplikasi yang dapat digunakan adalah imooji. Bagi UMKM aplikasi imooji membantu mencapai tujuan usaha. Pemasaran Sosial digunakan untuk menarik empati, yaitu dengan mengelola sampah. Roti Andika adalah UMKM di daerah Tohudan, menghasilkan roti berbahan baku, peralatan dan cara operasional konvensional. Keunggulannya harga murah. Pegawai Roti Andika anak-anak muda yang familiar dengan smartphone, tetapi penggunaan smartphone tidak optimal. Fungsi Aplikasi imooji untuk memasarkan produk, kali ini kontennya berisi kepedulani lingkungan yaitu cara mengelola sampah yang benar. Target pelatihan meningkatkan penjualan melalui konten mengelola sampah dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup serta informasi yang ingin disampaikan kepada siapapun, dimanapun dan kapanpun dengan konten menarik.

The location of the activity was carried out in Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java. The purpose of this activity is to improve the quality of the products produced and improve the quality of their management. The results of the activities carried out to improve quality are by improving the storage method, the process of managing raw leather and the drying process, while for the management process, the resulting activities are improving managerial and simple bookkeeping for UKM Partners.

KOSPIN SEKARTAMA is a company engaged in savings and loan services located at Central Main Street No. 141 Weleri Central Java. has several superior products including Multipurpose Loans, and PRIMA Loans (Special Offerings of SEKARTAMA), and also has savings products namely SIMAPAN (Future Savings), and SIMADEB (Future Savings) and has a new product, Haji Portion Financing. The new product is still constrained in the delivery of information because it still uses conventional media which in the present era is deemed ineffective and has less coverage. The problems studied in this design are how to design new media that is more effective and extends its reach. Therefore, the purpose of this design is to produce a financing advertisement for the Haji portion as a promotional medium for KOSPIN SEKARTAMA with the Direct Marketing method and is more focused on online marketing indicators for the application of these advertising products. One of the businesses that is growing rapidly in Indonesia today is the multi-level marketing (MLM) business. MLM is a method of marketing goods or services from a system of selling goods directly through a marketing program in the form of more than one level, where business partners get sales commissions and sales bonuses from the sale of goods or services carried out by themselves and network members in their group. In general, this thesis discusses the multi-level marketing (MLM) business at PT.Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district, with problems namely (1) how is the bonus system at PT.Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district, (2) how is the review of Sharia Economic Law against the bonus system at PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district. This study uses a field research method with a descriptive approach which is useful for providing information, facts and data regarding the network bonus system at PT.Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district. Then the data was analyzed using qualitative methods to uncover events, phenomena, facts and circumstances that actually occurred in the field. From this study it can be concluded that the bonus system at PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district has five types of bonuses, namely: sponsor bonuses, leadership bonuses, retail bonuses, retail group bonuses and unilevel bonuses. Meanwhile, according to Sharia Economic Law, the bonus system at PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district isThis can be done because it is in accordance with Islamic law.

Nada Surya Tunggal is the lack of knowledge of local and foreign people about the types of products produced by the company due to the lack of maximum promotional media used so that the marketing department is required to have many relationships so that the marketing process is slower. People find it difficult to know about several things such as the shape or visual of the product, product design, and the materials or materials used for production. This causes confusion in the community about product specifications which results in a lack of public interest in buying.This research is a type of development research that uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. Meanwhile, for making your own website design using the programming languages HTML, CSS, and Javascript. With the new website design owned by PT. Nada Surya Tunggal can expand its marketing reach without incurring higher costs, the promotion process is faster, the public is more interested and comfortable to access, as well as the products owned by PT. Nada Surya Tunggal is becoming better known by the wider community.

Kartikajaya Village is part of the Wonosari village area, before it became its own village known as Bleder. At that time it was still in the form of forests and swamps and was often used for TNI war games, especially Soldiers of the VII Military Command (now Kodam IV Dipenogero). Kartikajaya Village means the village is Resetement (Prokiamad) which is inhabited by retired TNI AD. It is one of the efforts. Located approximately 9 km from Kendal City, and approximately 10 km from the City of Patebon. Transportation that can be used is angkudes no. 3 and gig by day, and motorcycle taxi at night. When it was first formed this village was a local transmigration site for veterans of the war for independence, so that almost part of the population was retired soldiers. Now, along with the development of the region, the population of Kartika Jaya Village has begun to be heterogeneous in terms of livelihoods, from farmers, fishermen, factory workers, to private employees and civil servants. This research is a qualitative research. The data used in this study were obtained from interviews with Kartika Jaya residents and consumers and the results of the performance were analyzed to obtain a corrective action plan. In general, this study concludes that Kartika Jaya serves the market segment for young people and modern productive age and has a development plan that focuses on consumers (Customer oriented) and the voice of consumers who are very satisfied and satisfied with the performance of the marketing business produced by Kartika Jaya tourism.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bahwa faktor tersebut merupakan Faktor Yang Mendorong Tamu Dalam Melakukan Reservasi Hotel Secara Online di MG Suite Hotel Semarang. Dan untuk mengetahui Variabel mana yang lebih dominan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif. Model penelitian yang digunakan yakni dengan metode Wawancara mendalam, Observasi dan studi kepustakaan yang dilakukan secara sistematik berdasarkan tujuan penelitian. Peneliti mewawancarai E-Commerce Manager MG Suite Hotel Semarang, Marketing & Business Development Online Travel Agent, dan 10 tamu MG Suite Hotel. Wawancara dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang jelas mengenai Faktor yang mendorong tamu dalam melakukan reservasi hotel secara online di MG Suite Hotel Semarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel yang dominan adalah harga, macam produk, pembayaran, hubungan pelanggan, dan citra.

Increasing technological developments require many parties to always adjust to all kinds of changes that will occur in the future, both economic conditions, government regulations, consumer conditions, and conditions of competitors. The way companies communicate with their investors has also changed, as a result of the rapid development of the internet. The internet that companies use to report financial information to investors is called Internet Financial Reporting (IFR). Today, IFR has been put forward by most countries because it can minimize the negative effects of information asymmetry, reduce agency costs, reduce capital costs, and increase firm value. Companies in achieving their goals are faced with uncertain conditions. The purpose of this study is to find out how the differences between IFR and ERM in commercial banks in Indonesia with high and low market capitalization values. This research is a non-static analytical descriptive study. The sample used is only two commercial banks to be compared. The results of the comparative analysis carried out showed that there was no significant difference in the implementation of IFR, but in the implementation of ERM there were significant differences.
