The inclusive education program is an effort to carry out the mandate of the 1945 Constitution and eliminate discrimination in the education system in Indonesia. All children with various needs can sit and study together with other normal children in the same school. This study aims to identify forms of curriculum adaptation, especially in science subjects at SDN Gajahmungkur 02 Semarang City. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative approach with a case study method. This research was conducted in April-June 2022. The data collection technique used in this study used interviews and observation methods. The subject of the interview is a special supervising teacher at the school. Based on the results of interviews and observations, it is known that the curriculum adaptation implemented at SD N Gajahmungkur is viewed from the principles and dimensions of adaptation. The principles of attendance, participation, and achievement have been well realized in this school. In terms of the dimensions of curriculum adaptation, namely, curricular adaptation is reflected in the lesson plans accompanied by special notes and adjustment of learning indicators for children with special needs who are adapted to the 2013 curriculum, learning adaptation is reflected in the presence of a special supervisor teacher in the class even though there is only one. There is a special schedule arrangement so that Class teachers still have a significant role in implementing learning. Environmental adaptation has not been optimal because schools do not yet have accessibility for physically disabled people with wheelchairs. In terms of adjustment to science subjects, teachers have not made many adaptations or modifications for children with special needs.

Working and studying from home is a demand that must be done at this time, since the Covid-19 pandemic due to the Corona virus. Schools were closed, teaching and learning activities were transferred online at home. Due to these demands, many teachers and parents are required to start adapting to distance learning activities, using technology. Bridging this, Google Indonesia launched the Teaching from Home initiative. Google provides a special website for teaching and learning activities for school students, in the Indonesian version. With this facility, anyone, including teachers, can create internal project hubs, team sites, publicly displayed sites, and more. Everything is done without the help of designers, programmers and IT. With the new Google Sites, creating a site is easy. This training is intended for teachers who are still not clear and looking confused how to create Google Sites to support distance learning between teachers and students to make it more interesting and fun.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of partially or simultaneously financial performance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on firm value at banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection using secondary data using purposive sampling technique. The population in this study is the financial statements of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period of 41 banks, while the sample taken is the number of observations for 3 years (2017-2019). The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and the Coefficient of Determination (R²) test whose processing was carried out with the SPSS version 23 program. The results showed that the first, second and third hypotheses proposed were accepted because they showed positive and significant hypothesis test results. This means that financial performance has a positive and significant effect on firm value, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has a positive and significant effect on firm value and financial performance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on firm value

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman. Samples were selected using the saturated sample technique. Data for 40 respondents was collected through a questionnaire. This research implements multiple linear regression method to analyze the data. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, Hypothesis Testing (t-test and F-test), and the coefficient of determination. The data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) software program version 23.00. The results of the investigation show that partially motivation has a significant and positive effect on the performance of KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman employees with a t count > t table or (3.372 > 2.028). or (0.806 < 2.028). However, simultaneously motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance with the value of F arithmetic > F table or (11.371> 3.25). This fact is useful for KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman to improve employee performance, so the company must consider motivation and work discipline factors together.  

The entrepreneurial part of the program encourages graduates to think creatively, innovate, and take risks. This will help students develop the capacity to come up with innovative ideas, spot opportunities, and confront difficulties in novel ways. The goal of this research is to determine what variables hinder graduate creativity and how entrepreneurial orientation in learning might help increase graduate creativity. This study employed a qualitative technique with a library approach. Data sources were obtained via library examination of papers, journals, publications, and so on. The findings of this study show that factors inhibiting graduate creativity include an overly structured curriculum, monotonous teaching methods, and limited resources and facilities in the form of infrastructure, which are among the most significant barriers to students developing creative ideas..

Main Objective: The main objective of this study is to empower designers to collaborate with researchers in other disciplines — especially in the social sciences — by articulating a design inquiry model that can be implemented in a master's program in design. Background problems: Modern research problems are complex and design needs to be better integrated with the social sciences and play an equal role in addressing them. A final master's degree in design prepares students for this integration, but design activity should be evidence-based rather than viewed retrospectively as a form of research without change. We need to adapt to ultimately contribute to research. Novelty: There are main criteria for design-based inventions in this study, including value, relevance, novelty, focus, transferability, and practicality. When these criteria are met, investigations can operate within the social sciences, or they can be leveraged and serve as the discovery phase in evidence-based inquiry. Research Method: This study presents design-based discovery, a design inquiry model that places design in the theory development cycle as theory building, not theory testing. This research, therefore, uses a design inquiry model approach, (invention-based design) in other disciplines by articulating a design inquiry model that can be implemented in a master's program in design to be complementary and compatible with social science research. Finding/Result: A proposed design inquiry model with design exploration serving as the research discovery phase guiding the design activity to make specific contributions to areas of social science that are outside of design. It involves a careful process with six investigative components, all ultimately connecting the knowledge base beyond design to design exploration. Conclusion: This study proposes six main criteria for design-based inventions: value, relevance, novelty, focus, transferability, and practicality. In the model proposed in this study, the six investigative components are described and supported with examples. Notably, the investigative component includes a standardized format for research questions, as well as the derivation of design principles from processes that involve exploration rather than one that generates solutions. This model can easily be adopted in other master programs with the necessary resources. In addition, this model, if placed in design activities in evidence-based research practices, can become wider. There is no claim that a designer's self-reflection equates to a strictly social science method so design researchers must continue to study design and build on their knowledge of the discipline. Tuntutan pengembangan pengetahuan keperawatan berkelanjutan yang merupakan konsekuensi dari perkembangan ilmu dan teknologi merupakan salah satu faktor pemicu stress bagi perawat di ICU. Kurangnya pengetahuan perawatan kritis diakui sebagai masalah yang signifikan bagi perawat di ICU dan merupakan kondisi yang menyebabkan stres kerja bagi perawat di ICU. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan tentang perawatan kritis Dengan stres kerja perawat diruang Perawatan Intensif Rumah Sakit Umum GMIM Pancaran Kasih Kota Manado. Penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 15 responden dengan menggunakan total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuiaioner. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 16.0. Hasil penelitian didapatkan dari uji Spearmen rank atau Spearmen rho ( nilai      sig.2-tailed () sebesar 0,008 lebih kecil dari nilai α 0,05 sehingga terdapat hubungan pengetahuan tentang perawatan kritis dengan stres kerja perawat diruang perawatan intensif rumah sakit umum GMIM Pancaran Kasih Kota Manado. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan tentang perawatan kritis dengan stres kerja perawat diruang perawatan intensif Rumah Sakit Umum GMIM Pancaran Kasih Kota Manado. Disarankan untuk mengantisipsi terjadinya stres kerja perawat ICU diimbangi dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan melalui pendidikan atau pelatihan yang berkaitan dengan perawatan kritis serta mengikuti sosialisasi tentang manajemen stres kerja guna menurunkan stres kerja.

The research in this dissertation is motivated by the phenomenon of the development of quality educational institutions that have a good process to create high student achievement, design a good curriculum taught by qualified teachers and good products as evidenced by the students being able to compete with superior schools. inside and outside the city so that, with a good process, Madrasa are no longer underestimated and even become the community's main choice of superior schools. The research approach uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques are participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are 1) single case data analysis, 2) cross-site analysis. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that: ( 1) The formulation of the madrasa principal's strategy in developing students' talents and interests at MTsN 3 Nganjuk and MTsN 2 Kediri City is carried out by : formulating the vision and mission of the madrasa, determining the goals of planning for the development of student talents and interests that have been carried out by the madrasa, mapping talents and interests based on abilities and fields of study . Recruitment of basic education students with implementation of strict selection assessment taking into account several assessments, namely the recruitment of the academic path through with report cards and Olympics. Non-academic selection recruitment is seen from the results of students' memorization of the Koran, sports, arts and so on . (2) The implementation of the madrasa principal's strategy in developing students' talents and interests at MTsN 3 Nganjuk and MTsN 2 Kediri City is carried out by: 1) Programs of extracurricular activities provided for all students according to their potential, interests, talents, and abilities, so that students can develop maximally. 2) Supporting activities through routine and spontaneous activities that are carried out optimally can develop students' talents and interests.

The Thesis is a compulsory subject that must be followed by undergraduate students to complete their study period. The Thesis is different from other courses related to the procedures in it. In the Informatics Engineering study program at Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi, the dissemination of thesis information was spread through 5 different media, but this was not effective because it took a lot of time and made the work repeated. Therefore, to facilitate the dissemination of information, the researchers created a chatbot application that can answer questions about thesis information automatically without human supervision. To produce a smart chatbot, Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services QnA Maker service is used in its manufacture. The chatbots were tested using alpha and beta testing and concluded that making chatbot applications with Azure Cognitive Services QnA Maker made finding thesis information more accurate, effective, and efficient.

Productive-age unemployment is one of the main challenges in economic development in Baubau City. The lack of access to skills training, limited job market information, and low motivation for entrepreneurship are key factors contributing to the high unemployment rate among the productive-age population. This study aims to map the unemployment conditions in Baubau and implement a counseling and training program to enhance employment readiness and entrepreneurship skills. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach through surveys, interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The counseling program involves multiple stakeholders, including government agencies, businesses, and educational institutions. The results indicate that the program effectively increased participants' understanding of job search strategies, industry-based skills, and entrepreneurial interest. Evaluations show that employment readiness and entrepreneurship skills improved from 40% to 80% after training. With this program, the productive-age population in Baubau is expected to be better prepared for employment challenges and have alternative solutions for economic self-sufficiency. Strengthening collaboration among stakeholders is essential to ensure the sustainability and broader impact of similar programs. 

Strengthening spirituality in early childhood plays a crucial role in shaping character and moral values for the future. Baubau City, with its rich cultural heritage and strong Islamic traditions, offers a strategic context for implementing spiritual guidance programs for young learners. This Community Service Program (PKM) was conducted at TK Negeri Pembina Kokalukuna in Baubau to provide spiritual guidance for early childhood students. The program employed a storytelling approach, focusing on the exemplary life of the Prophet as a model for cultivating moral values. The findings indicate an improvement in children’s basic understanding of spiritual values, particularly in recognizing the sirah of the Prophet, including his historical legacy and virtuous character. The study recommends collaborative efforts among teachers, parents, and the wider community to strengthen children’s spirituality from an early age.

This research is included in descriptive quantitative. The sample is taken by total sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents who use MRT transportation. Data collection technique in this research uses questionnaire. Statistical analysis is carried out with the help of the Partial Least Squares Structured Equestrian Model (PLS-SEM) program. The results of this study are (1) the health protocol security (X1) has a significant positive effect toward customer satisfaction, (2) employee competence (X2) has a significant positive effect toward customer satisfaction, and (3) the quality of service (X3) has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Therefore, it can be concluded that all the independent variables in this study have an effect on the related variables. From the results of this study, the researchers hope that in order to increase the satisfaction of MRT users, the MRT can improve the security of health protocols, employee competence, and service quality.

This study aims to determine the effect of task-oriented gait. training on changes in balance, endurance, walking speed, cognitive function and the ability to walk in post stroke patients. This research is a quasy experimental research with a pre-test-post-test two group design approach. This study evaluated the balance, endurance, walking speed, cognitive function and walking ability of post-stroke patients. This research was conducted at RSKD South Sulawesi (Stroke Center) Makassar and RSUD Haji Makassar with a total sample of 15 patients aged 40 years and over, diagnosed with post stroke movement function disorders, confirmed medical records that were scheduled to undergo physiotherapy. Samples were taken using purposive sampling method. Balance is measured by the Berg Balance Scale (BBS), endurance is measured by a 6-minute Walk Test (6MWT), walking speed is measured by a 4-meter Timed Walk (Gait Speed Test), and walking ability is measured by Modified Functional Ambulation Categories (mFAC). Measurements were made before the intervention and after the treatment group and the control group. The results of the intervention group study showed that Task-Oriented Gait Training gave significantly better resultsthan the control group.

Teknik Analisis Data diolah menggunakan SEM dengan program AMOS versi 19.0 Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Cityship Behavior , komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Cityship Behavior , kepuasan kerja dan pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Cityship Behavior .    

Tambangan Village is one of the urban villages in Semarang City that is active in managing PKK so that it has received several awards in managing the PKK program at both the city and provincial levels. The administrative process in Tambangan Village still uses manual methods both in data recording and recapitulation. This causes several problems that often become obstacles in the PKK administrative process in Tambangan Village, namely there is often scattered data, writing errors, recapitulation of the amount of data that is less accurate and the reporting process is complicated, causing the administrative process to take a long time and information that is incomplete. produced less accurate and inappropriate in the field. This study aims to create a PKK information system in Tambangan Village that can be used to manage data and information for dawis groups, PKK members, PKK activities, the presence of PKK members and Posyandu activities. The results of the questionnaire test from the use of the PKK information system that was built were measured using a Likert scale and the results were 92% with a very satisfied category.

The implementation of management system in health services is common as an attempt to improve the quality. In Indonesia, the most commonly used health  insurance is the service issued by Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Social or BPJS  (Social Security Administration) that collaborates with many hospitals such as Datu Pancaitana Regional Public Hospital in Bone Regency. This research uses qualitative approach with a case study as the research design. The research data are obtained through in-depth interviews with The Head of Medical Records Department, some staffs of the administrative service as well as patients of BPJS users in the Emergency Unit. In addition to that, this research collects its research data through field observations and a review of related previous studies. The findings reveal that the hospital management applies the following strategies in the division of administrative services: (1) planning through trainings and workshops provided for the human resources as well as the formulation of RUK and RPK; (2) organising through trainings involving a number of institutions within Datu Pancaitana Regional Public Hospital in Bone Regency; (3) actuating through an execution of administrative services for BPJS users; (4) controlling through supervision facilitated by the hospital management; (5) evaluating that addresses the process of human resources quality promotion through databased information trainings. In conclusion, the findings of this research are hoped to provide insights that can be useful for the hospital management specifically the emergency unit to improve their performance in providing services for BPJS users. They can start by assessing the development and training, program execution and evaluation aspects as well as by improving the facilities and infrastructure.

This study aims to examines and analyze the effect of firm size, leverage, profitability, capital intensity ratio, and independent commisioner on the effective tax rate. The population of this study were 42 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017-2020 period, after using purposive sampling, 92 data observed were sampled. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistics, clasical assumptions, and multiple linear regression analysis processed with SPSS program. The results of this study are company size, leverage, profitability, and independent commisioner have a negative insignificant effect on Effective Tax Rate; and the Capital Intensity Ratio has a positive insignificant effect on the Effective Tax Rate.
