One institution that requires an accounting information system and budget plan is an educational institution. Education funding includes all expenditures that have been budgeted through the School Income and Expense Plan (RAPBS) or School Budget Activity Plan (RKAS) to support the process of providing education in the form of services or goods. Madrasah Aliyah Sabilul Ulum has a duty to manage finances based on financial management principles so that the money in circulation can be utilized optimally. Break even point is the point where total income equals total cost or the point where profit equals zero. The computer-based accounting information system that is designed includes account data recording, student data recording, accounting transaction records, cost classifications, BEP calculations, income budgets, account data reports, general journals, financial accountability reports, expense classification reports, BEP reports, income budget reports and school budget plans.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui peran media sosial sebagai media pembelajaran dalam prestasi belajar PPKn di MAN 1 Surkarta tahun ajaran 2016/2017. 2) Untuk menanggulangi dampak yang terjadi terhadap perubahan prestasi belajar siswa dalam penggunaan media sosial di lingkungan MAN 1 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2016/2017. 3) Untuk mengetahui dampak yang terjadi terhadap perubahan civic virtue dalam membentuk prestasi belajar PPKn di MAN 1 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2016/2017 yang beralamat Jl. Sumpah Pemuda No. 25 kode pos 57136 Surakarta dalam waktu 3 bulan mulai Desember 2016 – Februari 2017.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif ini adalah Wakil Kepala Sekolah bgagian kesiswaan, Guru PPKn dan siswa. Data yang dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini berupa data primer dan skunder tentang efektifitas pengintegrasian pengaruh media sosial dan civic virtue terhadap prestasi belajar PPKn. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui cara Observasi, Wawancara, Dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dimulai dengan menetapkan seseorang informan kunci “Key Informant” yang merupakan informan yang berwibawa dan dipercaya mampu “membukakan Pintu” kepada peneliti dalam melakukan wawancara. Setelah itu, perhatian peneliti pada obyek penelitian dan memulai mengajukan pertanyaan deskritif. Jadi proses penelitian ini berangkat dari luas kemudian memfokuskan, dan meluas lagi dan di ambil sehinga dapat diambil kesimpulan kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk narasi. Sebelum melakukan penelitian terhadap narasumber, peneliti melakukan penelitian terhadap siswa kelas X IPA 1, X IPA 2 dan X IPA 3 dengan jumlah siswa 74 orang.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) Media Sosial dapat digunakan sebagai media dalam proses belajar mengajar dan membawa dampak yang dominan terhadap perubahan prestasi belajar siswa. 2) pengaruh Media Sosial terhadap peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran PPKn dengan menggabungkan civic virtue di sekolah, masyarakat, berbangsa dan bernegara dalam upaya menjadikan siswa yang berprestasi yang bisa membanggakan orang tua dan sebagai penerus bangsa saat ini.Kata Kunci : Media Sosial, Civic Vircue, Mata Pelajaran PPKn.Â

The existence of these problems makes the writer want to participate in improving the quality of student grades through this research and development by creating a 2D multimedia-based learning media by using the Computer Assisted Intruction (CAI) method in Sound Physics Science Subjects. The results of validation from media experts are 3.2. This criterion is between 3.26 - 4.00 which is classified as a very valid category. the validation result from the material expert is 3.2. In order to increase student interest in learning, increase grades and facilitate the understanding of biology subjects on the material of the human excretion system class XI Science. The equipment used in designing this system uses UML modeling. Mobile learning media application is expected to help facilitate the needs of students to learn the material of the human excretion system online at any time without any place and time restrictions.

Abstrak Era kebangkitan konsumerisme telah nyata baik secara global maupun nasional dengan dikeluarkannya Undang-undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. Demokratisasi dan penguatan hak-hak sipil warga negara menjadikan konsumen berkehendak keras memperbaiki bergaining powernya di hadapan pelaku usaha dan pemerintah. Sudah bukan jamannya lagi pelaku usaha menempuh segala cara yang tidak jujur, mereka bisa digugat melalui class action. Kata kunci : Bergaining power konsumen.

Investor always hoping to get return in their investation of stock. Purpose of this research is to analyse independent variable that consist of return asset on and debt to equity ratio manufacturing company listed of Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).Sample of this research is 113 manufacturing company in IDX with method purposive non random sampling. This research used multiple regression test is done by normality test, variation test of classic assumption (multikolinearity, heteroskedastisity and autocorrelation), hypothesis test ( t and F) and test coefficient of determination.The result of this research that return on asset have positive influence and doesn't signifikan to stock return listing manufacturing campany of Indonesia Stock Exchange. Debt to equity ratio has negatif influence signifikan to stock return manufacturing company listing of Indonesia Stock Exchange.
