The rapid advancements in technology have increased the demand for more efficient and effective training programs, especially in the technology sector. This study explores the impact of Virtual Reality (VR)-based training programs on employee skill development and job satisfaction, comparing them to traditional training methods. A controlled group experiment was conducted with employees from various departments such as IT, software development, and customer service. Participants were randomly assigned to either a VR-based training program or a traditional training program. Data was collected using pre- and post-training surveys to measure changes in employee skills and job satisfaction, as well as interviews to gather qualitative insights into employee experiences. The results revealed that VR training significantly enhanced employee engagement, skill acquisition, and overall job satisfaction. VR-based training allowed employees to engage in practical, hands-on tasks in a controlled, immersive environment, leading to higher motivation and a greater sense of accomplishment. In comparison, traditional training methods did not yield the same level of improvement in engagement or skill development. The study also identified several challenges associated with implementing VR training, including high initial costs, technical limitations, and the learning curve for employees adapting to VR environments. Despite these challenges, the findings suggest that VR training offers substantial benefits in enhancing employee competencies and job satisfaction. The study concludes with recommendations for integrating VR into employee development strategies, especially in technology industries, and proposes further research to explore the long-term impacts and scalability of VR training across different industries.

The maintenance of education must be tailored to the needs and interests of students so that they learn something that interests them. Therefore, today's educational systems focus educational objectives and processes on the child's factor and can foster freedom of interests and needs. This makes the Social Science subjects taught in primary school must be based on the needs and interests of the child about the environment in which he lives. Basically, the subject of Social Science must be taught with a full sense of responsibility to the student, because it is very closely related to the people and the environment where humans live and carry out the activities to meet their needs. This makes the role of the teacher not only as a teacher but also as a guide and at the same time as an administrator. The personal teacher as a unit also determines the learning result given. Therefore, the component of the teaching situation, the correct delivery method and the media used also determine the learning outcome. Thus it can be concluded, that learning will be successful when considering many interrelated teaching components. These components can be grouped into three main categories, namely: first, the teacher, second, the subject matter, and third, the student. The interaction between the three main components involves the means and objects, methods, media and setting up of the learning environment so that a learning situation is created that enables the achievement of a previously planned goal.

This research examines how Robert Frost uses metaphorical language in three of his well-known poems: "The Road Not Taken," "My November Guest," and "Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening." Personification, metaphor, symbol, exaggeration, and repetition are all often used, as the analysis makes clear. Personification is the most common figure of speech among them, lending human characteristics to inanimate things or abstract concepts in each of the three poems. This technique enhances the emotional impact of the poems and allows readers to connect more deeply with the themes and settings. The analysis of each poem explores how specific figures of speech contribute to the overall meaning. In "The Road Not Taken," metaphor and personification are used to explore the impact of life choices. "My November Guest" relies heavily on personification to portray melancholy and the beauty of autumn. "Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening" uses personification, hyperbole, symbol, and repetition to create a sense of isolation and reflection amidst natural beauty. Ultimately, Frost's masterful use of figurative language elevates the meaning of these poems, allowing readers to explore deeper interpretations beyond the literal text. This exemplifies his skill as a poet who effectively conveys the complexities of human experience and the natural world.
