In the modern business world, catering companies face significant challenges in managing complex operations such as order management, inventory, production, and delivery. Many catering companies struggle to align their business processes with the evolving needs of consumers, leading to inefficient resource utilization and declining service quality. This study aims to identify the key components and interactions among components in a business architecture based on The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF). The research method employs the Architecture Development Method (ADM) approach from TOGAF, involving stages of requirements analysis and conceptual business architecture design. Research data were obtained through observations of ERP systems used by catering companies, covering order management, inventory management, production, delivery, procurement, and finance. The results reveal the identification of components and their interactions that support operational process integration and enhance resource efficiency. These findings are expected to serve as a foundation for developing a more integrated, strategic, and adaptive business architecture to support the sustainability of catering companies.

The liquidation of a subsidiary in the banking sector is a strategic step with a significant impact on the financial performance, reputation, and sustainability of the parent company. This study aims to analyze the factors that drive liquidation, both internal such as financial performance, mismanagement, and legal compliance, as well as external such as market changes, natural disasters, and globalization pressures. Data were collected through academic literature review using qualitative approaches and data triangulation to improve the reliability of the results. The results of the study show that poor liquidity management, both due to internal and external factors, is the main cause of liquidation. The impact on the reputation of the parent company is dualistic: on the one hand it increases operational efficiency, but on the other hand it risks creating negative perceptions, such as management failures or employee losses. Therefore, companies must strengthen financial management, utilize technology to monitor cash flow in real-time, and develop flexible risk policies. Transparent communication with stakeholders is also important to minimize reputational impact. This study shows that effective liquidity management supports operational efficiency and increases public confidence, customers, and regulators, relevant for both Islamic and conventional banking in dealing with market dynamics.

This study aims to analyze financial management at SMAN 9 Bandung, focusing on efficiency, prioritization, and accountability. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through structured interviews with the school treasurer to explore challenges, practices, and solutions in fund management. The findings reveal that the primary funding sources are BOS and BOP, which are often insufficient to meet operational needs. Budget preparation involves collaboration among the principal, teachers, and school committee, while financial oversight is enhanced through the ARKAS application to ensure transparency. Key challenges include limited funds and adjustments to new policy-driven needs. Diversifying funding sources, optimizing budgets, and empowering the school committee are recommended solutions to improve financial management and educational quality

The data management process encompasses collection, storage, analysis, and distribution, enabling integration across organizational units and enhancing synergy. Additionally, information-based feedback systems are vital for measuring organizational performance and driving continuous innovation. The effective use of data and information not only improves operational efficiency but also supports strategic planning and adaptation to market changes. In the context of digitalization, the role of data and information has become increasingly critical, as technology enables the processing of large-scale data more quickly and accurately. This article explores how data and information, as core components of organizational systems theory, can be utilized to create added value and support organizational sustainability in the modern era.      

In the increasingly competitive Industry 4.0 era, companies need to forecast product demand to meet consumer needs and improve operational efficiency. CV Mamifood Sukses Abadi, an MSME that produces milk and cheese-based foods, has faced sales fluctuations in the last two years, thus requiring accurate forecasting to plan production strategies and resource management. This research aims to forecast demand using the Fuzzy Mamdani method and the POM-QM application. Fuzzy Mamdani was chosen for its ability to handle decision-making with multiple criteria and balanced weights, while POM-QM was used to validate predictions through quantitative methods. Product sales data for the years 2022 and 2023 were analyzed to produce accurate forecasts. The methods used include Moving Average for forecasting and evaluation of the results using MAPE. The analysis results show that the Moving Average method with N = 2 produces a MAD value of 402.523 and a MAPE of 22.155%, while the results of Fuzzy Mamdani show that product demand in the next period tends to decrease. This research is expected to provide insight for CV Mamifood Sukses Abadi in planning a more efficient production strategy.

Tea plantations are an important sector in Indonesia's agricultural industry that contributes significantly to the country's economy. The success of tea cultivation is highly dependent on the quality of the seedlings, making data collection and management of tea seedlings a crucial element. However, the manual data collection process still used at PTPN4 faces various challenges such as recording errors, data loss, and information delays, which will have an impact on operational efficiency and decision making. This study analyzes the application of a web-based information system for data collection of tea seedlings in PTPN4 plantations, with a focus on the provision or stocking of seedlings. The results show that a web-based system using the waterfall method can improve the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of data management, while facilitating integration between units in the organization. Abstrak. Perkebunan teh merupakan sektor penting dalam industri pertanian di indonesia yang memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap ekonomi dalam negara. Keberhasilan budidaya tanaman teh sangat bergantung pada kualitas bibit, sehingga pendataan dan pengelolaan bibit teh menjadi elemen krusial. Namun, proses pendataan manual yang masih digunakan di PTPN4 menghadapi berbagai tantangan seperti kesalahan pencatatan, kehilangan data, dan keterlambatan informasi, yang nantinya akan berdampak pada efisiensi operasional dan pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan sistem informasi berbasis web untuk pendataan bibit teh di perkebunan PTPN4, dengan fokus pada penyediaan atau stok terhadap bibit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode waterfall dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, serta transparansi pengelolaan data, sekaligus memfasilitasi integrasi antar unit dalam organisasi.

In the digital era of the 21st century, technology continues to develop rapidly, influencing various aspects of life, including business operations. This journal explores the concept of Technology 21 and its application in the development of integrated information systems for modern business. This research aims to understand how technological innovations, such as artificial intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), and big data, can be integrated in information systems to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness. Through analysis of various case studies, this journal shows that integrated information systems utilizing Technology 21 not only facilitate better decision making, but also improve collaboration between departments and provide competitive advantages. By presenting the main components of an integrated information system, such as hardware, software, data, procedures, and user roles, this journal provides a comprehensive overview of the challenges and opportunities faced by businesses in adopting the latest technology. It is hoped that the findings of this research can become a reference for practitioners and researchers in understanding the importance of technology integration in information management in the modern era.  

This research examines the application of ISO 31000:2018 in IT risk management within the publishing system of PT. X, a book publishing company. ISO 31000:2018 is an international standard providing systematic guidance to identify, analyze, and manage risks, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and organizational sustainability. Using a qualitative approach, this study incorporates literature reviews and interviews with the publishing manager of PT. X to further understand risk management implementation and identify existing gaps. The identified risks include natural, human, and system-related factors, totaling 23 risks such as hacking attacks, data theft, and server damage. Risk analysis was conducted using likelihood and impact parameters to evaluate the frequency and consequences of risks on company operations. The findings reveal that implementing ISO 31000:2018 offers an effective framework for managing risks at PT. X, enhancing risk awareness, safeguarding company assets, and supporting decision-making processes. This study also provides strategic recommendations to improve risk management and strengthen operational resilience at PT. X.

Clean drinking water is a basic necessity with increasing demand due to population growth and rising health awareness. This study aims to evaluate the business feasibility of PT. Bumi Daha Sejahtera in producing clean drinking water, focusing on three key aspects: marketing, human resources (HR), and environmental impact. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, collecting data through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal a significant market potential for drinking water in the company’s operational area with moderate competition levels. In terms of HR, the local workforce is sufficiently available and can enhance their competencies through training programs. From an environmental perspective, the company can minimize negative impacts by adopting eco-friendly technologies and complying with regulatory standards. The study concludes that PT. Bumi Daha Sejahtera’s business is feasible, provided that these aspects are managed sustainably. The implications of this research highlight the importance of implementing effective marketing strategies, continuous employee training, and proper environmental management to ensure business sustainability.

The implementation of a web-based guest book at PTPN4 aims to enhance visitor management and improve operational efficiency. This system allows for real-time data entry and retrieval, enabling staff to monitor visitor information effectively. By transitioning from a traditional paper-based guest book to a digital solution, PTPN4 seeks to minimize administrative burdens, reduce errors, and streamline the check-in process. Furthermore, the web-based system facilitates better data analysis, helping management make informed decisions about visitor engagement and security protocols. ABSTRACT The School Operational Assistance (BOS) program is under the responsibility of the Ministry of Education and Culture, and the Ministry of Religious Affairs plays an important role in its implementation, distribution, and management. This research employs a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques such as interviews, documentation, and observation being very important methods for collecting data. Penggunaa dana harus berpedoman pada petunjuk teknis penggunaan dana BOS yang diterbitkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Budaya, Kementerian Agama, serta diawasi oleh Kementeri Teknis yang membidangi pelaksanaan dan pengelolaan program BOS. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk menjelaskan pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) di MI El-Nur El-Kasysyaf IV. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi merupakan metode yang sangat penting untuk mengumpulkan data.

The implementation of the Zoho Books application at PT. Damai Indopertama Sukses aims to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the company's financial records, which were previously managed manually using Microsoft Excel. The application deployment method includes interviews, observations, and documentation to understand the company's needs. The implementation results indicate that Zoho Books simplifies financial transaction recording, generates automated financial reports, and provides real-time access to financial data. This reduces the risk of manual errors and accelerates the financial reporting process. Additionally, the automation features in Zoho Books enable the company to better monitor cash flow and financial performance, supporting accurate data-driven decision-making. This implementation offers a significant solution to the challenges of manual financial management and establishes a foundation for the company's operational sustainability.

This study aims to analyze the utilization of educational resources in Indonesia, both in terms of the quality of educators, educational facilities, and available technology. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis to describe the current conditions and existing challenges. The results of the study show that despite government efforts, there is still a large gap in access to education between developed and disadvantaged areas. Assistance programs such as the School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) and the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) have not fully reached areas in need. The quality of educators is also a major obstacle, especially in the 3T (frontier, outermost, and disadvantaged) areas, where many teachers have not received adequate training. In addition, the problem of uneven distribution of educational infrastructure is a major obstacle in creating a conducive learning environment. This study suggests the need for equal distribution of education budgets, improvement of teacher quality through continuous training, and more transparent and efficient management of existing education resources. The implementation of educational technology is also expected to improve the quality of learning in areas with physical limitations. In the long term, more inclusive and locally data-based policies will strengthen Indonesia's education system. Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is an information technology designed to manage the entire process of health services in an efficient and integrated manner. SIMRS implementation plays an important role in supporting decision making, increasing work efficiency, and improving the quality of hospital services. The purpose of this study is analyze the effect of SIMRS implementation on employee performance in the health sector. The method used is a The study employs a literature review methode by national research articles published between 2017-2024. Data sources were obtained through the Google Scholar database with keywords related to hospital management information systems and employee performance. The data was analyzed based on research results from several relevant journals. The results showed that SIMRS implementation has a significant influence on hospital employee performance. SIMRS is proven to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and speed in health services. The majority of studies reviewed showed a significant relationship between SIMRS and improved employee performance, as indicated by a significance value of p < 0.05 in various studies. SIMRS implementation has a positive impact on employee performance, both in terms of work effectiveness and quality of health services.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or often abbreviated as MSMEs require effective management tools to achieve optimal and sustainable performance. Balance Scorecard is a strategic management system that aims to describe the organization's strategic mission into operational goals and performance benchmarks with various perspectives. This research was conducted on one of the chicken noodle and meatball businesses, namely Cak No's, to analyze the application of the Balance Scorecard for the business he runs. The method used is a mix of methods with data obtained from interviews, observations, and simple business documents The results of the study show that 3 perspectives of the balance scorecard are declared to be achieved. In other words, the Cak No chicken noodle business has a good performance in terms of finances, customers, and internal business processes.

This study examines the effect of leverage on the profitability of PT Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Tbk during the 2020–2024 period. Using a causal research method with secondary data obtained from financial reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the study analyzes the relationship between Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) as the leverage indicator and Return on Assets (ROA) as the profitability indicator. The results indicate a significant negative relationship between leverage and profitability. Increased DER is associated with a decrease in ROA, suggesting that excessive debt reduces financial performance due to higher interest costs and financial risks. This study contributes to the understanding of leverage's impact on profitability in the manufacturing sector, offering valuable insights for corporate management, investors, and academics. Recommendations include enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing debt management strategies to improve long-term profitability

The Segitiga Motor website was developed using the Laravel framework with the SDLC Waterfall model approach to digitize the management of customer data and workshop services. The development process includes stages such as requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Laravel was chosen for its ability to speed up development through reusable components and its organized and flexible structure. The website successfully integrates key features such as online service booking, customer data management, product catalog, and promotions, all effectively. Testing results show that the system works as planned, enhancing operational efficiency and making it easier for customers to access services. For future development, adding features like analytics and integration with digital payment systems could further improve customer experience and satisfaction.

The research results show that human resource planning is carried out through programs, activities, planning stages, including quality indicators or goals to be achieved in a process of improving the quality of education. This form of planning includes resource management which includes developing human resources, developing the learning process and increasing the capacity of human resources to improve the quality of education.
