The purpose of this research is to examine initiatives to enhance the quality of public services. in order to achieve service standards that are on par with international standards for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). This study employs a qualitative method with a case study at a local government agency. that has been recognized as the agency with the best quality public services. In-depth interviews with government officials were used to acquire data., employees and customers, as well as analisis of documents related to the implemented public service improvement program. According to the study's findings, local government agencies have succeeded in improving the quality of public services by implementing a number of strategic initiatives and programs. Among them are the effective use of information technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness accessibility of public services, training and human resource development to improve employee skills and professionalism, and implementing strict service standards to measure and ensure customer satisfaction. This research uses qualitative research methods by collecting data through observation, documentation and interviews. Pd, Public Relations Staff of the Ministry of Religion, Dairi, who researchers will interview and observe. The results of this research are: 1. Public relations communication strategy in information management and services by providing a forum for communication between the public and public relations in managing opinions through online, dialogue and letters. The reciprocal relationship that is built is in the form of responses given by the community where in social media there are many comment column features to convey opinions and suggestions to the Dairi Regency Ministry of Religion. 2. This article aims to describe the dual face of digital transformation. On the one hand, the communication and information technology revolution which has now reached the digitalization stage makes it very easy for humans to communicate and carry out their work. However, on the other hand, this progress also brings problems to humanity. By applying critical analytical studies, this research finds that the problems caused by the technological revolution are not only related to negative impacts as a consequence of the limitations and misuse of the technology, but are also related to more systemic impacts. Digital transformation has been inevitably connected to the capitalist system and the way how market works, which in practice makes the majority of humanity mere objects of exploitation and alienation. In the continuously evolving digital era, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has transformed the landscape of higher education. One of the emerging innovations is the use of ChatGPT. The use of ChatGPT in the learning process can also have complex impacts. One of the aspects that needs attention is the possibility of an increase in students' levels of laziness, as ChatGPT can interpret and engage in natural human language conversations. The objective of this research is to provide an understanding of how the use of ChatGPT in the context of higher education can influence student behavior and motivation. The research conducted is of an analytical observational type with a cross-sectional approach. The research was conducted at the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember in Surabaya. The population in this study consisted of ITS students. The sample used in this research included 100 ITS students. Data collection techniques in this study involved surveys through Google Forms and observations. The instruments used in the research included validity sheets, observation sheets, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this research included validity testing, observation data analysis, prerequisite testing, and hypothesis testing. The research results indicate that there is an influence of ChatGPT on the level of laziness among students in completing assignments. However, this influence is not statistically significant.

Based on the research findings, the pedagogical competence of teachers at MTs Al Azhar Guluk Manjung Bluto Sub-district Sumenep is relatively good. This is evident through pre-teaching planning, understanding students' characteristics and psychology, mastering teaching materials, utilizing Information and Communication Technology (ICT), and updating teaching materials. Teachers also participate in various specialized training related to teacher competence development, adapt their educational backgrounds to their subjects, present tutorials with student-friendly teaching methods, consult literature related to specific subjects, review test questions before administering them to students, and apply teaching methods suitable for each subject, such as lectures, question-and-answer sessions, and discussions. Regular meetings are held at the beginning of the semester, and evaluations are conducted every three to six months. The implementation of Pedagogical Competence of Teachers at MTs Al Azhar Guluk Manjung Bluto Sub-district Sumenep is at a relatively good level but requires refinement. Challenges faced in implementing pedagogical competence include limited facilities, resources, and limited operational education budget. The solutions to overcome these challenges include utilizing available facilities.

The rapid development of technology where almost everything is digital has a huge impact in the business world. One example is in the fashion industry, starting from technology that supports the process of making a fashion product, forming a product brand image, to marketing its products because of the flow of information and communication that can reach very widely in an easy and fast way without being limited by space and time through the internet, be it social media, e-commerce, etc. The author is interested in conducting research on the influence of promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions for Aerostreet products in North Kedoya. This study used quantitative research methods with a sample of 347 respondents. The results of this study show respondents strongly agree that promotion and product quality get a good value, evidenced by the positive influence on promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions in the results of this study. The conclusion of this study is that partial and simultaneous promotion and product quality have a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of Aerostreet products in North Kedoya. This study has limited research on the place and variables used in the study.

PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk is an Indonesian state-owned company that operates in the fields of information technology, communications and telecommunications networks. This company has several important divisions or segments in carrying out business strategies, one of which is the government segment. The government segment cannot do hard selling like other segments. This is because the government segment is included in B2B sales and cannot expand the market easily. Apart from that, because government segment customers are government agencies, the government's budget is also limited because it is regulated in the APBN. Regarding the problems and challenges faced by government services, the author wants to analyze the government segment's business strategy in increasing sales with customers and limited government budgets. The final internship assignment was prepared by the author using qualitative methods. Data collection was carried out by conducting interviews with account managers and supervisors. The results of interviews and observations of the government segment have strategies in conducting B2B sales, namely carrying out acquisitions or scaling, conducting account manager soft skills training, building and maintaining customer loyalty, conducting outreach related to the success of work programs that have been implemented by other regions, conducting outreach and offering programs work, holding a service business request (SBR) program, carrying out business processes with direct selling and personal selling, having an account manager's role as a consultant, building and maintaining customer trust, and registering various Telkom products in the E-Catalog.

In an era of disruption, the church needs to adapt to rapid social, technological and economic changes, the church as a religious institution also needs to adapt to face these challenges. One important aspect that needs to be considered is the congregation's economy. A strong and sustainable economy can provide support for church activities and the surrounding community. This research aims to identify effective church strategies in improving the congregation's economy in an era of disruption. Through a literature study approach and case studies of successful churches, several strategies were found that could be implemented: First, churches need to increase the congregation's skills and knowledge in facing economic changes. Second, churches need to utilize information and communication technology to support the congregation's economy. Third, the church can encourage entrepreneurship among the congregation. Support can be provided through providing co-working spaces in churches or establishing business incubators to help congregation members who want to start their own business. Churches can also facilitate business collaborations between congregations who have complementary skills and interests. Four, churches need to develop strategic partnerships with external parties, such as non-profit organizations, financial institutions, or private companies that have visions and values that are in line with the church. but must be based on the ethical and moral principles taught by religion.

Information technology that is developing faster and faster encourages various aspects to develop as well, including crime. One of the crimes that follows the development of technology is gambling, in the past gambling was done conventionally in casinos or in stalls, now gambling can be done via the internet or what we often know as online gambling. This research aims to find out the efforts of the police in law enforcement against online gambling crimes and understand the procedures for handling cases of online gambling crimes at the Central Java Regional Police. This research is an empirical legal research using a legal sociological approach. The results of the study explain that in efforts to enforce the law on online gambling crime, the police apply preventive efforts through socialization, patrols in cyberspace, and cooperation with the Ministry of Communication and Information. Apart from preventive efforts, the police also apply repressive efforts with investigations and investigations. In this law enforcement effort, there are several inhibiting factors, including the lack of complete facilities and infrastructure and the vulnerability of securing evidence. The procedure for handling online gambling crimes is in accordance with the SOP, which includes police reports, investigations, investigations, arrests, searches, seizures, examinations, filing and the last is the submission of case files and defendants along with evidence to the public prosecutor.

This way, the forms of activities can serve as a track record and be accountable to the community. Through social media, the dissemination of activity publications can occur swiftly and accurately, acting as a two-way communication tool to interact with the public. Electronic-based nursing care in hospitals refers to the application of information technology and electronic systems in the process of providing care for patients. There are various impacts in the use of electronic nursing records that have implications for patient safety. The purpose of this study was to review the impact of using electronic-based nursing documentation on patient safety and quality of nursing care. The method used is literature review by searching articles in three electronic databases: PubMed, ProQuest, and Science Direct. The inclusion criteria used were articles that matched the research objectives, according to the specified keywords, were in English, full text and published until 2022. There were eleven research articles that met the inclusion criteria. The results of a literature review on the eleven articles illustrate that electronic-based nursing documentation has a positive impact on patient safety and the quality of nursing care. The use of electronic nursing documentation provides various benefits, such as efficiency in managing patient data, increasing accuracy and speed in processing information, and improving coordination and communication between health workers. In addition, two articles also convey the impact of using electronic nursing documentation which is considered detrimental in an effort to maintain patient safety. Thus, the information in this literature review can be useful for planning the development of strategies for implementing electronic-based nursing documentation in hospitals.

Immigration office class II TPI Tanjung Balai Karimun applies to information technologies based on applications systems and some service innovations such as friendly ham, eazy passport, sicross and sijamat are a step to make it easier in the process of better passport management management.
