This service aims to improve the knowledge and skills of Tempe small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) entrepreneurs in effectively managing their businesses and enhancing competitiveness. This service activity is carried out through a series of workshops, motivational training, and group mentoring. The community partners involved in this project were the Tempe SMEs located in the Pejuang neighborhood, Bekasi. The results of this service showed a significant improvement in the knowledge and skills of the Tempe SME entrepreneurs after participating in the training and mentoring sessions. They successfully enhanced their business performance, expanded market access through digital marketing, and formed a group or association of Tempe SMEs to share knowledge and support each other in addressing business challenges. This initiative positively contributed to the welfare and local economic growth by strengthening the Tempe sector as a key pillar of the economy in the Pejuang neighborhood

The emergence of digitalization in marketing presents opportunities and changes to large, medium and small business actors. Implementing digitalization in marketing accompanied by creating and determining digital strategies marketing. A digital marketing strategy is a marketing plan or activity who use digital media, such as the internet or online marketing, to achieve marketing goals and expand consumer reach. Strategy digital marketing is the right choice for SMEs/MSMEs, incl TumblrIn, marketing products and carrying out promotions. Research purposes This is to find out how to determine a digital marketing strategy, implementation and results of the impact of determining a digital marketing strategy on TumblrIn Store. In this research, quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods were used used to provide a deeper picture and understanding comprehensive approach to the phenomenon under study. Additionally, for collection data, the researcher used observation and documentation techniques from the final assignment project which is the final assignment for graduation after taking part Merdeka Campus Certified Independent Study program at PT. Nurul Fikri Create Innovation. The research results show that digital strategy marketing on TumblrIn has been determined using SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats), STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning), and Marketing mix. Implementation of digital marketing strategies in TumblrIn has been doing quite well and achieved several goals. Utilization online media in digital marketing strategies has also been successful quite a lot of traffic, although not all online media get the same amount of traffic. However, the amount of traffic has exceeded initial targets can be converted into potential customers.).

Stock prices serve as a benchmark for investors to assess a company's success. A positive stock return is an indicator of business success for a company. This study has three main objectives: to examine the influence of Earnings Per Share (EPS) on stock returns, to investigate the relationship between Return On Assets (ROA) and stock returns, and to determine the extent to which the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) affects stock returns. The population of this study consists of 11 pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2018-2023. Simple random sampling was used to randomly select samples from the population, resulting in 264 quarterly financial data samples. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from semi-annual reports downloaded from www.idx.co.id and from the respective pharmaceutical companies' websites. Data analysis was conducted using Eviews version 10. The study found that only one variable, Earnings Per Share (EPS), significantly influences stock returns. The other two variables, Return On Assets (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), do not have a significant effect on stock returns.

The purpose of this PKM is to carry out training on processing cassava leaves into cassava leaf grilled satay for students of the Management study program, Faculty of Economics so that students can learn that cassava leaves can be used as creative processed food products, namely satay. Community service activities were carried out in room A5 of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Lakidende University. The time of the activity was Monday, March 9, 2024. The community service activities carried out by students of the Management Study Program went well, participants were enthusiastic in participating in the training activities. The evaluation results were 85% or 17 student participants in making cassava leaf grilled satay, the fruit was successful and did not experience difficulties and 15% or 3 student participants were still less successful in making satay, this was because the measurements for making cassava leaf satay did not match the instructions of the supervising lecturer. This community service activity received a positive response from the participants, of course this can be followed up at a later time, with other products such as processing crackers, noodles, and sticks from cassava leaves.

This community service project aimed to support the development of the "Kerupuk Santoso" MSME in Karangkembang Village, Lamongan Regency, East Java, through training in business management and digital marketing. While this MSME has significant growth potential, it faces various challenges, including limitations in marketing and management. Through a series of training sessions and mentoring, the MSME operators successfully improved their skills in management and digital technology utilization to expand their market reach. The results of this project show a significant increase in operational efficiency and product competitiveness in a broader market. The support from the local community and the active involvement of KKN students played a crucial role in the success of this program. This initiative is expected to have a long-term positive impact on the local economy and the well-being of the community.

The adoption of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) has emerged as a crucial strategy for medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to streamline back-office operations, enhance productivity, and reduce operational costs. RPA involves the use of software robots to automate repetitive, rule-based administrative tasks, allowing employees to focus on more complex, value-added activities. This study explores the implementation of RPA in medium enterprises, focusing on its impact on cost efficiency, administrative workload reduction, and operational performance. The research uses a case study approach, analyzing medium enterprises that have adopted RPA to assess the effectiveness of automation in improving business processes. Data collection methods include interviews, surveys, and company reports to evaluate how RPA affects workload, accuracy, and cost savings. The findings indicate that RPA significantly reduces manual administrative tasks, leading to faster processing times, lower error rates, and substantial cost savings. Employees in enterprises that adopted RPA reported increased job satisfaction due to the reduction of monotonous tasks and the opportunity to engage in more strategic work. However, challenges such as employee resistance, data security concerns, and system integration complexities were also identified. The study compares RPA’s impact with traditional manual processes, highlighting improvements in speed, accuracy, and overall cost efficiency. Additionally, the study compares RPA adoption across industries such as manufacturing, retail, and service, revealing sector-specific challenges and successes. The paper concludes by emphasizing the practical implications for SMEs, suggesting that RPA can optimize business operations and urging further research on its long-term effects on employee roles and organizational culture.

Shashi Baby Porridge business in Bukittinggi faces significant operational cost challenges due to high electricity consumption, particularly from production equipment. To address this issue, a community service team from the Department of Electrical Engineering at Padang State Polytechnic implemented a Solar Power System (SPS) as an alternative solution. The service process included energy needs analysis, SPS system design, installation, and performance monitoring and evaluation. The implementation of the SPS successfully reduced electricity costs and dependence on conventional electricity while supporting environmental conservation efforts. The installed SPS, with a total capacity of 200 Wp, provides energy for lighting, resulting in significant savings in operational costs. Socialization with the owners and workers was also carried out to ensure optimal system maintenance and operation. The outcomes of this project are expected to inspire other small businesses to adopt renewable energy technologies to enhance efficiency and sustainability.

Customer loyalty is a key aspect for the success and desirability of a retail business. Product variations can be an effective approach to increasing customer loyalty. However, in-depth understanding of various product strategies that can increase customer loyalty is still limited. The aim of this research is to explore and understand the variations in product strategies that can be implemented by Palapa Toserba to increase customer loyalty. This research uses a qualitative approach, data is collected through interviews with customers and observation. The results of this research can increase customer loyalty. This research provides valuable insight for Palapa Toserba Wadung Asri and other retail companies in implementing effective product variety strategies to increase customer loyalty

On a practical level, marketing performance is a key factor used to demonstrate the success of all areas of business. The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector is an industrial sector that can be relied on as an indicator of economic stability at both the local and national levels. The existence of the phenomenon of fluctuations in the growth and contribution of MSMEs certainly needs further investigation. This study aims to examine the effect of product innovation on marketing performance with brand equity and shared value creation as an intervening variable. The research sample was taken as many as 90 UMKM culinary typical of Banten local with non probability sampling technique, data analysis using SEM-PLS method. From the research results it is known that 1) product innovation has no impact on marketing performance; 2) product innovation has a positive and significant effect on shared value creation; 3) product innovation has a positive and significant effect on brand equity; 4) the creation of shared value has a positive but significant effect on marketing performance; 5) brand equity has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. In addition, brand equity and shared value creation are able to mediate the relationship between product innovation and marketing performance

Starting a home bakery and donut business is an attractive option for many individuals who have skills in cooking or baking, as well as an interest in the food industry. By taking advantage of time flexibility and lower initial costs than opening a physical store, this business offers the potential to generate additional income or even become a main source of income. Supporting quality and innovative food products on the menu can win the hearts of local customers and support the community economy. Although there are challenges in terms of licensing, operational management, and adapting to market changes, strategic steps in market research, business planning, product development, marketing, and inventory management can help build a successful and sustainable business in this sector. In conclusion, starting a bakery and donut business at home is not only about cooking skills, but also about creativity, effective business management, and commitment to providing added value to customers and the community as a whole.

The digital era has brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including the business world. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) offers new opportunities for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to innovate and enhance their competitiveness through various aspects such as products, processes, and business models. MSMEs play a crucial role in the Indonesian economy, contributing approximately 60% to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and absorbing over 97% of the workforce. Despite this, MSMEs often face challenges such as limitations in capital, technology, and market access. Digital transformation presents great potential to address these challenges by improving operational efficiency, expanding market reach, and developing more relevant products and services. Business model innovation, which involves the use of digital technology to create effective solutions, can enhance MSME performance, as demonstrated by previous research. However, barriers such as limited resources and digital skills often hinder technology adoption. This research aims to examine the role of innovation in the development of MSME business models in the digital era, focusing on the utilization of digital technology, success factors of innovation, and impacts on business performance. Additionally, the study will explore strategies to overcome obstacles in the innovation process. The research is expected to provide in-depth insights and practical recommendations for MSMEs in developing innovative and sustainable business models in the digital era.

This research aims to examine the application of Sufism principles in a business context and its influence on mental resilience and business success.  The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with purposive sampling techniques and snowball sampling with subjects aged between 21-30 years who are entrepreneurs.  Data was collected through in-depth interviews with several entrepreneurs who apply Sufism in their business activities.  The research results show that the principles of Sufism such as patience, trust, sincerity and gratitude have a significant role in helping entrepreneurs overcome business pressures and challenges.  Entrepreneurs who apply Sufism principles are proven to have lower stress levels, higher motivation, and a better ability to make wise decisions.  Apart from that, the application of Sufism also has a positive impact on the balance between material and spiritual aspects, creating more holistic and meaningful business success.  This research makes an important contribution to understanding how the integration of spiritual values in business practices can improve entrepreneurs' mental well-being and drive sustainable success.

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the success of cafe businesses in Padang City. The research method used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research results show that the factors that influence the success of cafe businesses in Padang City are business location, product quality, product price, promotions and customer service. The problems found when conducting this research were that the marketing strategy was still lacking, there were many competitors, and the condition of the café building was still inadequate. The solution to the problem is, increasing marketing through social media, the products produced must be more varied and of better quality and provide a delicious and unique taste so that they can satisfy customers and the business is able to compete in market share, decorating the place to make it look more unique and attractive so that customers feel at home relax in a comfortable room. This article was prepared by observation, collecting data in interviews, and documentation. The results of this research show that customer satisfaction depends on the products produced and the services provided by employees.

An Employee Attendance And Data Management System Based On Rfid Technology And Api Communication Has Been Successfully Developed And Tested With Satisfactory Results. The Problem Faced Is The Weakness Of Traditional Attendance Methods Which Are Susceptible To Human Error And Time Consuming, Hampering The Productivity And Effectiveness Of Company Operations. The Aim Of Developing This System Is To Increase Efficiency And Accuracy In Recording Employee Attendance. The Method Used In This Research Is The Waterfall Method, Which Includes The Stages Of Requirements Analysis, System Design, Implementation, Testing And Maintenance. At The Needs Analysis Stage, Identification And Documentation Of The Desired Attendance System Requirements Are Carried Out. The System Design Phase Involves Designing The Hardware And Software Architecture, Including The Use Of Rfid With Components Such As The Esp8266, Buzzer, And Rc522 As Well As Integration With The Server Via Api. Implementation Is Carried Out By Developing Hardware And Software According To The Design That Has Been Created. Testing Is Carried Out On Hardware Components To Ensure Function According To Specifications And Hardware-Software Integration To Ensure Smooth Communication Without Delays Or Loss Of Data. Business Logic Testing Ensures The System Detects Absences And Performs Automatic Salary Deductions According To Company Policy. The Data Export Module Was Developed To Export Attendance, Member, Division And Salary Data To An Excel File With The Appropriate Format. The Results Show That The Hardware Components Function Well, Able To Read And Send Rfid Data To The Server Accurately. Hardware And Software Integration Via Api Runs Smoothly, Enabling Real-Time Two-Way Communication. Business Logic Testing Shows That The System Can Detect Employee Absences And Perform Automatic Salary Deductions With High Accuracy. The Data Export Module Proved Effective, Allowing Users To Export Data To An Excel File In An Easily Accessible Format For Further Analysis Or Reporting. Accurate accounting software is a business application that helps SMEs manage their business easily. Processing financial data into financial reports needed to help plan the company's future. The profit and loss report is a financial report that reports on the company's operational activities by calculating income and expenses for one period and then the profit and loss report can be determined. The profit and loss report can be used as a way to assess the company's level of success in a certain period and also to understand the company's development. This research aims to determine the evaluation of the application of accurate accounting software in preparing profit and loss reports. The type of research used is qualitative research, with a sampling technique, purposive sampling. The research method used is User Acceptance Testing, with a type of testing, Black Box Testing. The results of this research show that accurate accounting software is effective in preparing profit and loss reports, easy to understand and easy to detect errors. This error can be detected by reviewing the transaction data that has been input. With the help of Standard Operating Procedures, companies can minimize errors, make control easier and enable to run company smoothly

Financial aspects are needed to assess whether or not a business is feasible to continue because the amount of income obtained from sales is the key to the success of a business. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the feasibility of Kokom Katering business from the financial aspect. The research method uses quantitative descriptive with direct data collection in the field, with the research location at Kokom Katering located in Cikampek with the research time in June 2024. From the results of the research, the Kokom Katering business received total revenue in May 2024 of Rp. 16,875,000 with production costs of Rp. 12,150,000 so that the profit obtained was Rp. 4,725,000 as of May 2024, so it can be concluded that the Kokom Katering business is profitable.

The current business environment has become increasingly competitive Due to this competitive market, every company must constantly be vigilant of the competition in its work environment Every business actor must be able to implement successful marketing tactics and continuously improve these marketing strategies in order to compete in a strong and tight market Affordable prices and attractive promotions can attract consumers and enhance purchasing decisions for a product to be marketed This research is conducted with the aim of understanding the impact of Price and Promotion on purchasing decisions. The method used in this research is quantitative statistical research method, using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed through the researcher's social media, and utilizing SPSS version 25. Based on the questionnaire results from 98 respondents, it can be concluded that affordable and appropriate prices, as well as attractive promotions, significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions.
