Through Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation and its derivative PP Number 35 Thuan 2021 concerning PKWT, Outsourcing, Working Time and Rest Time and Termination of Employment Relations is the crystallization of various laws regarding Employment. which, philosophically, does not provide guarantees and protection for workers' rights. Methodologically, this research is an empirical juridical research using a combined approach method which is carried out by analyzing the research explanation in an inductive way leading to a deductive method so as to help the author explain the relationship between research variables and research objects. The results of this research found that there are many deficiencies in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment, such as the absence of legal protection or workers who are in non-standard work relationships, gender discrimination, wages, lack of social security, leave rights and other rights, partial revision What the Job Creation Law does to the Employment Law Number 13 of 2003 actually creates new problems that have a negative impact on worker protection, the rules governing employment now, so that if you look closely at the revised and deleted articles, it appears that The spirit of the law does not at all touch on efforts to increase worker competency, even though in reality, in Pancasila industrial relations, worker protection is a form of government responsibility. So it is hoped that a legal political policy between the DPR and the government will make changes to Article 66 paragraph (2) of Law Number 3 of 2023 concerning the Determination of Perpu Number 2 of 2022 into the Job Creation Law and PP Number 35 of 2021 concerning Specific Time Work Agreements , Outsourcing, Working Time and Rest Time, and Termination of Employment Relations, so that it can be seen more clearly how the protection of workers/laborers, wages, welfare, and protection of the special rights of outsourced workers, especially outsourced workers, must ensure greater legal protection so that the working atmosphere can become better and more conducive and neither party feels disadvantaged

The implementation of democracy at the village level can be proof that political development in Indonesia has developed rapidly by involving local communities, so that they are able to carry out the functions of regional government power in order to achieve the goal of advancing and prospering people's lives. Non-voting behavior are a group of people who are unwilling and negligent in giving their voting rights in elections for various reasons, whether in legislative elections, regional elections, presidential elections or village head elections. Non-voting behavior are also called blanks or abstentions in elections that are limited to an organization, company or institution. Voter absence at an election is closely related to voter dissatisfaction or satisfaction. In Kote Village, non-voting behavior has a large number compared to other villages in Singkep Pesisir District. The existence of this phenomenon certainly has a cause for non-voting behavior by the Kote Village Community. The aim of this research is to determine the factors causing non-voting behavior in Kote Village, Lingga Regency and the main factors causing non-voting behavior in Kote Village, Lingga Regency. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was carried out through interviews with several informants who were related to the research. The results of the research show that the non-voting behavior carried out by the people of Kote Village is caused by several things, namely the attitude of the community who are less concerned about the ongoing Village Head Election which is based on the lack of influence of the Village Head Election on the community. Some communities find it difficult to contribute to village policy making and do not understand the ongoing village election system. Apart from that, there are people who believe that the Village Head candidate they support will win or lose in the ongoing Village Head Election so they feel there is no need to come to vote. However, the reason why most people in Kote Village do not vote is because of work factors that cannot be left behind due to economic needs and educational factors, especially students who study outside the area and are unable to return to Kote Village to carry out the Village Head election.

The Prita Mulyasari case in 2008 highlighted the challenges of protecting consumers from strategic lawsuit against public participation (SLAPP) suits. SLAPPs aim to stop and prevent individuals or non-governmental organisations from exercising their right to voice their opinions publicly. However, specific regulations addressing SLAPP in the realm of consumer protection in Indonesia are still lacking. The Prita Mulyasari case underscores the need for further attention to establish clear and specific rules to protect consumers from SLAPP practices. This research will further examine how the Supreme Court Decision No. 300K/PDT/2010 in the Prita Mulyasari case can serve as a benchmark in upholding consumer rights within the Indonesian legal framework, especially given the absence of a legal umbrella that protects consumers from lawsuits aimed at limiting public participation in the form of SLAPPs by businesses. This research will employ a normative juridical approach, focusing on primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The study will analyze data gathered from literature reviews using a qualitative normative data analysis method. The research findings indicate that although the Supreme Court granted Prita Mulyasari’s appeal, the legal reasoning in Decision No. 300K/PDT/2010 did not explicitly address the concept of SLAPP. The Supreme Court’s considerations largely focused on the fulfilment of the elements of tort under Article 1365 of the Civil Code. However, the Supreme Court’s use of Article 28F of the 1945 Constitution to justify Prita Mulyasari's conduct is a crucial step in strengthening the legal position of those who express criticism or complaints, as well as their  status as consumers.

According to Law Number 37 of 2004 tates that bankruptcy is general confiscation of assets of bankrupt debtor. Those failure to pay debtors commonly beacause of a strain in company's financial condition. The purpose of imposition of bankruptcy is to protect both bankrupt debtor and creditors. In the development of bankruptcy in Indonesia, the regulation of Insolvency test in imposing companies bankruptcy, especially companies with legal status, has not been regulated in Law No. 37 of 2004. Insolvency is the failure to done a financial responsibility in the due date as is appropriate in a company, or the excess of liabilities over assets within certain time. If the debtor has been declared insolvent, the debtor is completely bankrupt and properties will soon be divided. There also has no provision stating that Insolvency Test is a condition for bankrupting a debto. Regulation absence regarding Insolvency Test certainly cause problems for companies that many Indonesia’s companies experience legal bankruptcy. Therefore, author feels it is necessary to do a research related to Insolvency Test which was once applicable in Indonesian Bankruptcy Law, but no longer used, even though the application of Insolvency Test is very helpful for the judge's view in deciding individual or legal entity in a state of bankruptcy in court, and further clarifies the objectivity in bankruptcy judgment.

The development of advanced technology makes everything complicated easier, such as attendance that can be accessed online. Attendance data is needed by companies and organizations that can be used to support the provision of salaries, awards, and employee performance reporting. With the advancement of technology, many companies have implemented an online attendance system to facilitate the processing of employee attendance data, but the system can be used anywhere and makes it possible to find out employees who skip work. In certain cases, employees can take attendance at home even though they do not come to work, skip work or are late. This raises new thoughts for the author to build an online attendance system based on location coordinate mapping, where there is a time and coordinate map that shows the position of the employee displayed on the system, when absent and the reason for the employee's absence so that it can be anticipated to avoid employees who commit attendance fraud. The purpose of this research is to assist companies in overcoming attendance problems by building an online attendance system to overcome the problem of attendance of all employees and organizing all incoming data neatly and structured so that it is easier to summarize data information..

In every transaction or agreement they observe, notaries are crucial in guaranteeing adherence to sharia rules. It is essential for notaries to comprehend sharia principles in muamalah (business transactions) in order to perform their duties responsibly and in compliance with applicable legal rules. Muamalah based on sharia principles addresses a number of topics, including justice, openness, unity, and adherence to Islamic legal norms. To determine if a transaction or agreement complies with the relevant sharia principles, notaries must comprehend and internalise these principles. This research aims to find out, analyse and explain in depth the role of notaries in making financing agreement deeds based on sharia principles, so that they can contribute to the development of Islamic banking law and notaries in Indonesia, and analyse and explain comprehensively the responsibilities of notaries both civilly, criminally, and administratively for the sharia financing agreement deeds they make, so that they can contribute to the legal protection of the par. This research uses a type of legal research that is Normative as well as Sociological (empirical). The findings revealed that the role of the Notary in the application of Sharia principles in contract deeds at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Batam is not overly dominant, because the Notary's role is essentially limited to legalising the contract, while the bank determines the contract's content entirely. The notary bears accountability for the Sharia Financing Agreement deed and must read and comprehend its contents. With this reading, the notary can also amend any inaccuracies in the deed's contents. The Notary will refuse to legalise the deed if it violates the law, public order, or decency. The constraints of the absence of Notary competencies that are in accordance with and fulfill sharia provisions, make not all Notaries who are partners of Islamic banks lack understanding of sharia principles.

Students at SMA Negeri 1 Central Bengkulu are still dominated by the manual method, namely taking student absences by recording them on paper which will later be summarized from each student's attendance data. Because the manual recap of student attendance data also affects the information about attendance recaps which is still limited to the school, so parents/guardians cannot monitor student attendance levels. Inconsistency in attendance data can be detrimental to students, there is often a difference between the absences listed in the attendance register book/record into the system, which is one of the factors that makes the original data and data that have been verified into the system different. Utilizing the location of an Android smartphone to become an attendance system, which functions to provide location information based on the user's nearest location, assisting in searching for locations based on 6 existing parameters, namely education (high school/vocational school/university), hospital, hotel, restaurant, tourist attraction , and malls/traditional markets. It is hoped that this application will always be up to date so that this application follows developments in Android-based lecturer/teacher attendance information technology using the Flutter framework.

Law enforcement against the Self-Interest Terminal (TUKS) in Tanjung Pinang City is an important issue in the context of shipping safety and environmental protection. The background of this research is based on various violations that occur in the field, such as lack of facility maintenance, non-fulfillment of safety standards, and environmental pollution, which shows the absence of suboptimal law enforcement by the Tanjung Pinang Class II Port Authority (KSOP). The purpose of this study is to assist the legal arrangements that regulate TUKS, identify obstacles in law enforcement, and provide suggestions to overcome these obstacles to improve the effectiveness of law enforcement. The research method used is a normative juridical approach with an analysis of applicable laws and regulations, including Law No. 17 of 2008 concerning Shipping, Law No. 32 of 2014 concerning Marine Affairs, and Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number PM 51 of 2011. In addition, an empirical juridical approach is carried out by interviews and observations to obtain empirical data on the application of law enforcement. The results of the study show that law enforcement by KSOP Class II Tanjung Pinang faces several significant obstacles, such as limited human resources and facilities, lack of coordination between agencies, complicated bureaucratic related procedures, and low awareness and compliance of companies with applicable regulations. These obstacles result in the supervision and enforcement of violations in TUKS not running effectively. To overcome these obstacles, this study suggests several strategic steps. First, increase the capacity and resources of KSOP by increasing protected labor and providing modern equipment. Second, strengthen coordination between agencies through the formation of special forums or committees and the implementation of bureaucratic procedures to accelerate the handling of violations. Third, increasing the awareness and presence of the company through socialization and education programs and involving the public in reporting violations. For this reason, it is recommended to increase the allocation of resources, strengthen coordination between related agencies through the formation of forums or special committees, the community, especially companies that operate TUKS, must actively participate in socialization and education programs organized by KSOP Class II Tanjungpinang and the government and for the Civil Servant Investigator Position to be included in the Position Map within the Technical Implementation Unit of the Directorate General of Sea Transportation of the Ministry Transportation at KSOP Class II Tanjungpnang.

This research is motivated by a lack of knowledge regarding the main tasks and functions, as well as a lack of effectiveness in monitoring the performance of the village head, so that monitoring the village head does not go according to what the community expects and there is a lot of chaos that occurs due to factors caused by village government and the absence of sharper movements in resolving problems that occur in society. The aim of this research is to determine the supervision of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) on the performance of the Head of Balokang Village, Banjar District, Banjar City. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques include: Interview observation and documentation. The data processing techniques in this research are: Data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing/verification. The informants in this research were 3 (seven) people. Based on the research results, it is known that the Village Government Performance Monitoring by the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in Balokang Village, Banjar District, Banjar City in carrying out work direction has not carried out its role well. So it is difficult for the village government to get input and direction regarding needs that are considered priority needs for the village. In determining the work standards of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) it has not been implemented effectively, this is proven by the lack of understanding by members of the BPD of Balokang village, Banjar sub-district, Banjar city of the existing guidelines for setting work standards carried out by the village head. Lack of supervision in observing the course of operational activities on a regular basis, this has resulted in irregularities committed by unscrupulous village officials. The ability of BPD members to report regularly is still lacking. Because understanding of the main duties and functions of each member has not been implemented properly, the performance of the Balokang village government tends to be slow.

Talking about victims of crime in general, of course, victims are individuals. In a criminal act, the victim is the party who is harmed by the perpetrator of the crime, both materially and immaterially. This greatly affects the psychological condition of the victim, not to mention the complicated judicial process that makes the victim a very disadvantaged party to the laws and regulations under it.  The position of victims in the practice of criminal procedure law is relatively less considered because the provisions of Indonesian law still rely on protection for the perpetrator (offender oriented). Normative legal research is in the form of library research and written documents as data sourced from secondary data including primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. The nature of this research is descriptive analysis.  The data obtained in this research will be analyzed qualitatively in accordance with the specifications of the nature of the research to examine between theory and practice in legal protection of victims of criminal acts. To solve the existing problems and then draw a conclusion by utilizing the data collected through interviews and document studies, the results of this study were first analyzed using qualitative analysis. The Criminal Code (KUHP) has implicitly provided protection for victims of crime with all efforts to fulfill rights and provide assistance to provide security to victims who must be implemented by the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) or other institutions in accordance with the provisions. As it is known that the KUHAP is not too optimal because there are more victims like the position of the perpetrator which results in a legal vacuum, and in the context of protecting victims of crime, there are preventive and repressive efforts made, both by the community and the government (through law enforcement officials). Another thing that is noted that in the Law on Witness and Victim Protection is the absence of coercive efforts regarding compensation from the perpetrator to the victim, namely not regulating the payment of compensation from the perpetrator to the witness or victim, even though the victim as a witness who is harmed by someone's unlawful actions, but is not protected.
