This research was conducted with the aim of producing digital learning media using the Smart Apps Creator through a Realistic Mathematics Education approach that is valid, effective, and able to improve students' mathematical problem solving abilities in the matter of a system of two-variable linear equations. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. From the research results, it was obtained that the media and material validity values were 93.6% and 93% with very valid categories. The practicality of the media through the results of the teacher's response questionnaire obtained a practicality value of 97.3% in the very practical category and the results of the student response questionnaire for the small group test and large group test obtained values of 90.9% and 91.4% in the very practical category. Then the value of effectiveness is seen through the mastery of classical learning and the results of the student response questionnaire obtained percentages of 87.5% and 94.05% with very effective categories. Improving problem solving abilities in students, the results obtained are that the level of students' problem solving abilities is at a percentage of 92% with a very high category, while based on the N-Gain test the average value obtained by students is 0.6473 which means there is an increase in problem solving abilities in students medium category. So based on the results obtained it can be concluded that the learning media developed in this study are valid, practical, effective, and able to improve students' mathematical problem solving abilities.

Cervical cancer is the most common health problem in women, where special attention is needed to prevent this health problem. One effort that can be done to recognize pre-cancerous lesions early is by conducting an Acetic Acid Visual Inspection (IVA) examination which can reduce the incidence of morbidity and maternal mortality caused by cervical cancer. This IVA examination is very easy and practical to be carried out either by midwives or professional health workers (doctors) who can be obtained at health facilities such as clinics, health centers and hospitals. This study aims to determine the effect of health education on maternal adherence to visual inspection of acetic acid at the Suli Health Center. This research method is analytic with design Quasi Experiment (experiments pseudo), with design one group pretest posttest . The population in this study were all women of childbearing age (WUS) who were in the work area of the Suli Health Center as many as 78 people and the sample in this study were all WUS who were in the work area of the Suli Health Center who had certain characteristics, namely women of childbearing age who had active sexual relations. with the number of samples in this study amounted to 30 people. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling method. This research was processed using a computerized system with the help of the SPSS program. The data analysis method used was statistical test analysis with the Wilcoxon signed ranks test to determine the effect of health education on WUS compliance by conducting an IVA examination where if obtained The p value of this test or p 0.000 <0.05, can be interpreted as significant. Therefore, it is recognized that health education has an impact on WUS adherence to carrying out IVA examinations.  

Introduction : Pain in labor is pain due to uterine contractions which can lead to increased activity of the sympathetic nervous system, changes in blood pressure, heart rate, breathing, and if not treated it will increase feelings of worry, tension, fear and stress. Warm and cold water compress therapy is a non-pharmacological method to meet the need for comfort and to treat pain. Objective : to determine the effectiveness of giving warm and cold compresses to reduce pain in active phase 1 infartu mothers at RSIA Siti Khadidjah Aisyiyah, Gorontalo city. Research Methods : One group of subjects will be used in this study with a pre-experimental research design with a one-group pre-post test strategy to determine cause and effect. Before the intervention, the subject group was monitored, and then after the intervention. Mothers who were in the early phase of the active phase of physiological labor in the VK room of RSIA Siti Khadijah Aisyiyah, Gorontalo City, were used as research subjects. Research Results : The results of this study found acute pain in the four patients, it was found that 2 patients were given warm water compresses, the pain level decreased to a pain scale of 4 (moderate) and in the administration of cold water compresses to 2 patients, the pain level decreased to a pain scale of 6 and 5 (currently). Conclusion : the conclusion of this study is seen from the level of pain that has decreased when given warm water or cold water compresses. Hot and cold compress therapy is a non-pharmacological method to treat pain.

Introduction : Central Line Associated Blood Stream Infection (CLABSI) or phlebitis is defined by the CDC as a bloodstream infection confirmed by laboratory results that occurs within 48 hours before developing into bacteremia, and is not associated with infection in other parts. Some research results conclude that several factors influence the occurrence of phlebitis, one of which is the selection of the insertion site. Purpose: to determine the effect of the insertion location of the infusion on the incidence of phlebitis. Design: Literature review method using Google Scholar and the Portal Garuda as database  (2018-2022). Method : keywords "location of infusion and phlebitis incident". Results: From 14 reviewed articles, it was found that the incidence of phlebitis due to insertion site factors was influenced by the selection of the vein, the distance between the infusion site and the joint and the selection of the dominant extremity (which is often used for activities). Conclusion: Infusion is done by selecting a good vein, choose a vein that is far from the joint (minimum > 3.5 cm distance from the joint), Avoid choosing a vein in the location or extremity dominant to minimize the movement of the intravenous catheter when the patient moves.

In various countries the use of information technology in fields that present aspects of goodness in everyday life. This is to improve the quality of the performance of health workers to streamline their time, skills and abilities. In addition, technology can also be accessed via computers or other modern tools that support health services. Leverage technology as the ability to create increased value with a stable or shrinking amount of resources, while at the same time enhancing the ability to grow more rapidly. The purpose of this theoretical literature review is to find out how leveraging technology can improve the quality of the performance of health workers. The research method used by the author, namely theoretical review, is a theoretical approach used by researchers to explain research problems. This method is to review or review various literature that has been published by academics or other researchers. The results of this theoretical literature review are leveraging technology to improve the quality of performance of health workers, namely by increasing understanding, using technology effectiveness and increasing targets. It can be concluded that the more a person can develop and improve their abilities in the field of technology, the more technologies are created which will have an impact on the quality of performance that a person gets. So, nothing is impossible to present and use the advanced information technology of the future. For health workers the use of technology as a system based on smart technology. It is hoped that health workers will always hone their skills, learn new things, and have the ability to apply modern technology. This can make the performance assessment of health workers to improve the reputation of the institution.

Every hospital, industry and other sector experiences shifts in activity on a regular basis, and if the pace of construction and progress of the plant continues, this is absolutely necessary for the foreseeable future. Each individual's experience of fatigue is unique and subjective. Various conditions can result in fatigue accompanied by a decrease in body capacity and endurance while on duty. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between work fatigue and shift work in industrial plant employees. The research method used was a survey using questionnaires distributed to employees of industrial factories working in a shift system. The results showed a significant relationship between work fatigue and shift work in employees of industrial plants. High job fatigue can have a negative impact on employees' physical and mental health, as well as increase the risk of workplace errors and accidents. These findings point to the importance of effective shift management in reducing burnout and improving employee well-being. This research contributes to the understanding of the relationship between work burnout and shift work in employees of industrial plants. The practical implication of this study is the importance of greater attention to shift management in order to maintain employee well-being and productivity..

This study aims to design and produce Student Worksheets (LKPD) based on the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) on class XI human respiratory system material. This type of research is Research and Development (Reasearch & Development) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The subjects of this study were 2 material expert validator lecturers and 2 learning expert validator lecturers, the assessment of 1 biology teacher, and the responses of class XI MIPA-3 students of SMAN 1 Labuhan Deli T.A. 2022/2023. Data analysis used quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the development of STAD-based LKPD obtained validation results by material experts of 96.88% in the "very feasible" category, validation by learning experts of 90.13% in the "very feasible" category, assessment by biology teachers of 93.42 % in the "very feasible" category, the student response was 94.96% in the "very feasible" category, and the results of the effectiveness test obtained an N-gain score of 0.72 which was included in the "high" category and was considered effective in being used in the learning process biology in the material of the human respiratory system.

Lean is a concept and technique for systems that optimizes patient benefit by decreasing waste and waiting time. The literature review approach is used in this study to acquire research data, with internet searches serving as a supplementary tool while looking for relevant papers. According to the study findings, mean hospital length of stay (LOS) fell by 24% throughout the intervention period in 259 patients with PMV (131 pre-intervention; 128 post-intervention) (29 vs. 22 days, p 0.001). This demonstrates that clinical redesign based on Lean Six Sigma decreases LOS in intensive care units. Other studies show that utilizing Lean Six Sigma has resulted in a 57% reduction in length of stay and an 88% reduction in the identification of non-value added tasks. Lean management in hospitals is a step toward greater service efficiency that has been shown to outperform Total Quality Management (TQM) and Plan, Do, Check, Action (PDCA) improvements. Customers and their families gain from shorter wait times, as do healthcare employees (medical, emergency, and non-medical) and hospital administration. The use of the lean six sigma approach in conjunction with the DMAIC cycle effects LOS reduction, indicating that lean six sigma can reduce LOS in hospitals.

This community engagement research aims to provide assistance in simple bookkeeping to orphanages with the objective of improving transparency, accuracy, and financial management effectiveness. The assistance method involves a series of activities, including basic training in simple bookkeeping, the development of easily comprehensible financial report formats, and the provision of guidance and direct supervision in day-to-day financial record-keeping. Evaluation and monitoring are conducted throughout the assistance period to measure progress and ensure alignment with the specific needs of the orphanages. The research findings indicate that the provision of simple bookkeeping assistance offers significant benefits to orphanages. The financial recording skills of the administrators improve, leading to more accurate and trustworthy financial reports. Furthermore, transparency in financial management increases, thereby fostering trust and participation from relevant stakeholders such as donors and regulatory bodies. The implementation of a simple bookkeeping system also aids administrators in making better decisions based on the available financial information

This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative size and type of cooperative on the quality of the internal control system in cooperatives in Tana Toraja Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. The data analysis techniques used are: 1) Testing the quality of the data, namely the validity test and reliability test, 2) The classic assumption test consisting of the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, 3) Multiple linear regression analysis, 4) The coefficient of determination (), and 5) Test the hypothesis, namely the t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the size of large cooperatives has a greater influence on the quality of the internal control system, namely 36.00, while the size of medium cooperatives has an effect of 32.81 and small cooperatives have an influence at 17.20. 2) consumer cooperatives have a greater influence on the quality of the internal control system that is equal to 27.61, while savings and loan cooperatives have an influence of 27.11 and service cooperatives have an influence of 15.54. and 3) Cooperative size and type of cooperative simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on quality internal control system, this is indicated by the significant value of the size of the cooperative (0.000) and the type of cooperative (0.046) <0.05.

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the relationship between breakfast habits and the learning concentration of elementary school students. The method used in this study is the systematic literature review (SLR) method which aims to dig up information about how much research has done on the topic of the effect of breakfast on the level of learning concentration for elementary school students. Systematic literature review is a technique that systematically examines research on a particular topic by identifying, assessing, selecting, and compiling questions that will be specifically discussed according to predetermined criteria, based on previous research that is of high quality and relevant to the question under study. Based on the results, it was shown that of the four journals that had been analyzed, two journals did not have a significant relationship and the other two journals had a significant relationship between breakfast habits and the learning concentration of elementary school students.

This study aims to analyze the STEAM approach based on Busy Book media in increasing learning effectiveness. We will explore the effect of using Busy Books on students' conceptual understanding, learning motivation, critical thinking skills, and problem solving abilities. In addition, we will also identify the advantages and limitations of this approach. In this study, we will use a qualitative research method with a literature study approach. Literature study, also known as literature review or literature review, is a systematic process of gathering, evaluating, and analyzing literature sources that are relevant to a particular research topic. A literature study is conducted to gain a comprehensive understanding of previous research, existing thoughts and findings, and knowledge gaps that still need to be filled.

The type of research used is Qualitative Descriptive Research, which focuses on payroll infprmasi system at Regional Office VI of The State Personnel Agency (BKN) Medan. Data collection techniques used are by interview method, and other supporting techniques are observation and documentation. The results of this study prove that the Accounting Information System with regard to payroll procedures at the Regional Office VI of the State Personnel Agency (BKN) Medan has been running effectively. Can be seen from the act of cheating that never happened in the office. And it is in accordance with the program that has been adjusted by the regulations set by the government, also has data on basic salaries, allowances and deductions issued by the Regional Office VI of the State Personnel Agency (BKN) Medan. Accounting information system in the form of attachment of parent salaries based on class in Regional Office VI of the State Personnel Agency (BKN) Medan has been easy to understand by the employees who receive salaries. Accounting recording used in the Payroll system at Regional Office VI of the State Personnel Agency (BKN) Medan is an account of Employee Salary Expenditure and Salary Cart (Salary Slip).

This article was written with the aim of analyzing the influence of Supply Chain Management & ERP Systems in improving the performance of Visalux companies. The research method used in this article is a qualitative descriptive method.

The main goal of working human resources is to get compensation, but there are times when compensation and workload are often unequal. For this reason, this research was conducted, in order to find out how much influence compensation and workload have on workers' satisfaction, especially contract workers and other workers, who expect a daily salary, because the workers' compensation system is usually daily, and depends on how many jobs they get. carried out by the worker. This study uses a quantitative method with several tests namely reliability analysis, classical assumption deviation test, and linear regression. The t value of the compensation variable (X1) is -0.859, thus t count < t table, then Ho is accepted and H1 is rejected, which means that the compensation variable (X1) has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The t value of the workload variable (X2) is 1.116, thus t count <t table, then Ho is accepted and H1 is rejected which means that the workload variable (X2) has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction. In the Anovab table, the calculated F value is 0.656 while the F table value is 3.26. Thus F count < F table means that the compensation and workload variables have no significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Socfindo Matapao. The coefficient of determination (R2) value of the regression result is 0.038 meaning that compensation and workload contribute to the influence on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Socfindo Matapao of 3.8% This result is the result of (R2 x 100%), while the remaining 86.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

For shop owners, deciding to open a new strategic branch is one of the main keys in establishing their business. In determining a good place will provide advantages for the shop owner. In determining a place, there are several ways that will be considered in an effort to develop its business and have criteria, these criteria will later become a consideration for choosing a strategic place. Deciding to open a new branch takes a long time because the criteria given may not meet the desired criteria. And in determining a place is not easy because you have to know the distance between one branch to another, so it requires a strategic and efficient place so that the shop owner can be accepted easily by a consumer. Therefore, to be more effective and efficient, a system is needed that functions to assist an entrepreneur in determining which place is suitable for occupancy. In this research, the method that will be used is Simple Addicie Wighting (SAW). The SAW method will process data by assigning a weight value to the criteria that will be used as a reference by making decisions after which a decision matrix value will be made based on the criteria. From the results of the study, it can be the best recommendation for the shop owner to establish a strategic place of business in accordance with the wishes of Sinar Rizky Stores. The North Sumatra State Islamic University Library has developed an online database system to store and share information resources with users. This article discusses the use of the online database provided by UIN SU Library as a source of information for users. Utilization of online databases can provide several advantages for users, such as easy and fast access to various sources of information, flexibility to access databases from anywhere and anytime, and the availability of complete and up-to-date information resources. The online database of UIN SU Library includes various types of information sources, such as electronic books, electronic journals, theses, dissertations, and other digital collections. Research objectives in abstract journals utilizing online databases may vary depending on the focus and scope of the research being conducted. However, some of the general goals of online database utilization research are to understand users' use of online databases, evaluate the quality and effectiveness of online databases, and increase the use of online databases for specific purposes. The research methodology in the abstract of online database utilization journals usually includes several stages, namely identification of research objectives, data collection, analysis of database use, evaluation of database quality and interpretation of results.

This research was conducted at PT MRT Jakarta which is a fast rail transportation system in Jakarta. This study aims to determine the optimization of MRT Jakarta's minimum service standards and its relation to customer satisfaction. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection through questionnaires, and literacy studies related to supporting documents at PT MRT Jakarta. Based on the research results of PM 47 of 2014, it shows that the five indicators such as tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy provided by PT MRT Jakarta are effective and in accordance with the SOP.

The role of banking is currently very important in the financial system. A good financial system will have a good effect on banking performance which is projected by the Return On Assets (ROA) ratio. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of Non Performing Loans (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Operational Costs and Operating Income (BOPO) on banking profitability. The data used in this study were obtained from financial reports from the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) website www.ojk.id for 2019 – 2021. Sampling used the Purposive Sampling method, with a total sample of 26 BPDs and only 24 BPDs that met the following criteria: research sample. Sample data were obtained using Microsoft Excel and SPSS. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of the study show that in 2019 – 2021, the NPL ratio has no effect on ROA, LDR has a positive effect on ROA, and BOPO has a negative effect on ROA.
