Internet technology that is increasingly sophisticated gives birth to social media that at this time cannot be separated from our lives. Social media has a positive impact on society, especially for those who have businesses. Social media is currently widely used by business people to market the products they sell. Derr Cosmetics is one of the sales businesses in the field of skincare and cosmetics located in Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan which participates in utilizing social media to market its products. By utilizing social media in marketing its products, Derr Cosmetics managed to increase its sales volume to be larger and have many customers.

Micro, small and medium business (MSME) activities are one of the business fields that can develop and are consistent in the national economy. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are a good place for the creation of jobs planned by the government, private sector and Village, Galis District, Pamekasan Regency individual business actors. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) at Ponteh  expands fastly. A lot of business create larger job opportunity in order to reduce unemployment people. One of the idea on empowering UMKM in information technology era is by establishing central communication of UMKM based on Website. By making web marketing media, besides it provides information about UMKM development in Ponteh, it can be functioned to access for any information of production factors. In addition, it can communicate with another UMKM globally to extend the networks. But some employers are constrained by rising raw material prices, the limited of human resources, has a problem in the capital, lack of infrastructure and lack of access to product marketing.

This research was conducted in Toddopulia Village, Tanralili District, Maros Regency. The purpose of this study is (1) To find out how the marketing communication strategy is carried out by BUMDes in increasing sales volume at the Jaya Abadi Bumdes Store, Toddopulia Village, Tanralili District, Maros Regency. (2) To find out what are the obstacles faced by BUMDes in increasing sales volume at the Bumdes Jaya Abadi Store, Toddopulia Village, Tanralili District, Maros Regency. The benefits of this research are (1). Theoretical Benefits.This research is expected to provide benefits and contribute to the development of Communication Science, especially social communication. (2). Practical Benefits. This research is expected to increase knowledge and insight about sales communication strategies.

In this study using field research methods with data collection in the form of interviews with informants. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The source of the data obtained and used in this study was obtained directly at the research location at PT Bank Sumut Syariah KC Medan Katamso. This study uses primary data. In addition, in this study, raw data was also collected in the form of secondary data, such as evidence, documents or historical reports, documents, archives, whether published or not. The data collection that the writer did was through observation, interviews and document studies. Observations were made through direct observation at PT Bank Sumut Syariah KC Medan Katamso. Interviews were addressed directly to the Business or Marketing division of PT. Bank Sumut Syariah KC Medan Katamso according to the information needs by answering the questions raised by the author. Document research conducted by the author is in the form of written data or other documents needed by the author. After doing the research, it can be concluded that the North Sumatra Sharia KC Medan Katamso Bank in implementing the restructuring mechanism there are principles that must be followed in resolving problem financing contained in Bank Indonesia Regulations and can be said to be good. The principles applied by Bank Sumut Syariah KC Medan Katamso are in accordance with Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 13/9/PBI/2011 concerning amendments to Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 10/1/PBI/2008 concerning Financing Restructuring for Sharia Banks and UUS. Namely, rescheduling, reconditioning, and restructuring.

Deficit funding for the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) is an important challenge for the government in maintaining fiscal stability and supporting development policies. In order to find an effective funding alternative, the issuance of state bonds has become an option. This study aims to analyze the position of issuing state bonds as an alternative to funding the state budget deficit. This study uses a descriptive-analytical approach by collecting data from various related sources. The analysis was carried out through a literature review, data from the Indonesian Ministry of Finance, and regulations regarding the issuance of Government Bonds. The results of the study show that the issuance of state bonds has several benefits as an alternative to financing the state budget deficit, namely diversifying government funding sources, reducing dependence on tax revenues and other income, providing flexibility in the schedule of interest and principal payments, in accordance with the government's financial capacity, attracting investor participation. institutional and retail, increasing financial market liquidity. APBN Deficit Funding is dominated by State Bonds, which of course the issuance of state bonds as an instrument for funding the APBN deficit makes fiscal space narrow. When the space for fiscal movement becomes limited, it means that the government faces limitations in collecting revenue or in managing government spending.

This study aims to analyze the orientation strategy of the Surabaya city manufacturing industry. The method usedin this research is descriptive qualitative method. Source of data usedderived from secondary data through literature review or what is called a studyliterature collected by the researchers themselves through websites, journals, bulletins, for example taken from the Statistics Agency, company or organizational documents, newspapers and magazines, or other publications. Currently the manufacturing industry in Surabaya continues to experience increased productivity and business expansion after experiencing a decline due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This increase is inseparable from the increasing demand for an increasingly varied market, which has become a driving force for business players to grow and meet market needs. This is what is used in the manufacturing industry, namely market orientation, which includes customer orientation, competitor orientation, coordination between functions, and technology orientation. When a company is market oriented, it shows that the company pays attention to its consumers. Market orientation can be seen from customer orientation and competitor orientation. Customer orientation by researchers is placed as the highest priority in terms of providing superior values to customers.

Perkembangan dunia fotografi dan dunia digital saat ini mengalami peningkatan yang pesat. Hal ini dilihat dari media-media digital yang semakin banyak digunakan oleh pengguna. Media digital digunakan oleh UMKM Legenda Photo untuk menjual serta memasarkan produk dan jasa yang mereka tawarkan kepada konsumen. Tujuannya adalah untuk membantu UMKM dalam pemanfaatan media digital untuk meningkatkan brand awareness pelanggan terhadap UMKM. Adapun hasil pengimplementasian strategi digital pada UMKM Legenda Photo yang dimana menunjukkan bahwa followers instagram Legenda Photo setelah melakukan promosi secara online meningkat sebanyak 37 kali lipat, dimana dari jumlah followers awal 9 followers meningkat menjadi 285 followers.

Agriculture plays an important role in food sustainability and security in Indonesia, including in the City of Tuban. The city has wide potential for the development of the agricultural sector, including crops, plantations, animal husbandry, forestry and fisheries. However, the limited information regarding the current situation of these sectors raises the need for in-depth analysis. This study aims to analyze the portrait of agriculture in the city of Malang with a focus on crops, plantations, animal husbandry, forestry, and fisheries. This analysis will provide insight into the current status, development potential, challenges and opportunities within these sectors. This research uses a qualitative approach by conducting field surveys, interviews with farmers, ranchers, fishermen, and other relevant stakeholders. The collected qualitative data were analyzed thematically to describe an overall picture of each agricultural sector. The results of the analysis show that the secondary crops sector has experienced positive growth, but still faces challenges in terms of access to markets and technology. Plantations have great potential in the development of superior commodities, but need to improve infrastructure and environmental sustainability. Livestock is experiencing rapid development, but faces problems in waste management and animal health. Forestry is faced with land expansion and forest restoration, while fisheries require steps to maintain the sustainability of fish resources. These findings provide important input for the local government and related stakeholders to develop a strategy for sustainable agricultural development in the City of Tuban. Efforts are needed to improve market access, strengthen infrastructure, improve waste management, improve animal health, and maintain the sustainability of fish resources. This analysis can also be the basis for further research and more effective policy planning in the agricultural sector in Tuban City.  

The company's reputation is an intangible asset that is very valuable for public companies in the midst of capital market developments. Therefore, the implementation of risk management is needed to mitigate the reputational risk that arises. This study aims to provide an overview of the analysis of reputation risk management at PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. The results of the discussion analysis can be concluded that in the period 2018 to 2020 PT Jasa Marga has experienced reputational risk and has been responsively handled by reputation risk management. The existing problems tend to be related to negative publicity and misunderstandings with the media regarding news of construction services, toll road operations, as well as the extent to which projects operate and services are successfully implemented. Mitigation efforts in risk management as a whole intersect with increasing clarification, updating information, as well as building a communication network with the media, optimizing the role of the media, and building a media partnership network. The Islamic capital market has one of the most important instruments, namely Islamic stocks. The capital market has been viewed by the world and has been used as an important instrument that every country must develop, it can be remembered for its important role in helping the economy. In writing this article using the library research method. By using the documentation data collection method, namely by quoting or recording directly from the website of the Financial Services Authority www.ojk.go.id and the Central Bureau of Statistics www.bps.go.id. The results of this study show that the strong and increasing role of the Islamic capital market in shaping the capitalization of the Indonesian capital market indicates that the Islamic capital market plays an important and significant role in driving the rate of economic growth in Indonesia.

The rapid development of the Haji and Umrah Travel Bureau industry at this time requires that a Haji and Umrah travel agency company must have the ability to compete. To address this, every Haji and Umrah travel agency company is required to improve its strategy in marketing its products. Because the implementation of an effective marketing strategy is one of the ways in which companies can distribute Haji/Umroh package products that suit the needs and demands of pilgrims. The purpose of this research is to analyze the marketing strategy for Haji and Umrah package products at Rizkia Tour & Travel Bukittinggi Branch. This study uses qualitative methods and belongs to field research with semi-structured interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings from this study are that prospective pilgrims and Umrah pilgrims make choices about Umrah and Haji packages with considerations such as the type of Haji/Umrah packages, affordable Umrah and Haji package prices, comfort while traveling Umrah/Haji and so on.

The market price of a company's shares formed between buyers and sellers during a transaction is called the company's market value, because the price on the stock exchange is considered a reflection of the real value of the company's assets. The stock price in the market shows the performance of the company. This study shows the relationship between dividend policy and PBV which reflects company performance. By using quantitative research methods. It can be concluded that dividend policy affects PBV..    

Prosperity is always the main target of every government. However, methods to measure prosperity are debatable. Several people argue that the poverty standard from United Nations is valid-enough to decide if people have fulfilled their needs. This measurement does not acknowledge that people also have wants and need to fulfill them. I decided to research Surabaya to understand the prosperity issues by using Purchasing Power Parity theory, the ability of people in Surabaya to fulfill their secondary wants by measuring the total marketing of housing and automobiles, and comparing the economic growth indicator of Surabaya.    

Research on the influence of business and entrepreneurial characteristics on the general performance of the fisheries processing industry is more specifically reviewed and also researched from an area in Sulawesi, more precisely South Sulawesi Indonesia's large capture fisheries potential can be used as an opportunity to build a fish processing industry, especially in South Sulawesi Province which has a spatial structure policy that supports the fisheries subsector as a superior subsector. Based on the SWOT analysis, strategies that can be applied to encourage the development of the fish processing industry in South Sulawesi Province include strengthening integrated fish processing groups, utilizing and maintaining available catch handling facilities, developing market reach, facilitating administrative access to the establishment of fish processing industries, and increasing the competitiveness of production volumes of fishermen's catches in South Sulawesi Province.South Sulawesi has a specificity in superior products and the quality of human resources, so the policies implemented in the national are not necessarily suitable for South Sulawesi. An appropriate and comprehensive strategy for the development of MSME iin the fisheries processing industry in order to improve their performance in South Sulawesi Province needs to be determined using a way that is in accordance with realistic circumstances and can be applied in reality.

The Islamic capital market is an alternative source of funding as well as an investment vehicle for a company whose operational activities are based on sharia principles. In this case the Islamic capital market affects the level of economic growth of a country.  where when the level of investment is high, the country's economic growth will increase and vice versa. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the Islamic capital market in increasing economic growth in Indonesia. This research uses the literature study method with sources from articles, books and data analysis using descriptive analysis regarding the role of the Islamic capital market in increasing economic growth in Indonesia. The results of the study show that Indonesia's economic growth is inseparable from the role of Islamic stock investment. Economic growth can be measured with the value of Gross Domestic Product (GDP). GDP  continues to increase over the past few years, as well as the sharia stock market capitalization which is quite stable. Where is the relationship between capitalization Islamic stock market with a positive Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
