This research is based on the economic context that occurs in the people of Bangkalan City in the development of Branding with Islamic terms. This study aims to analyze the opinions of religious leaders in the city of Bangkalan regarding Islamic branding, which still has a question mark regarding its urgency and existence among the people of the city of Bangkalan, especially. The researcher uses qualitative methods, namely research methods that focus on collecting data through observations of around Bangkalan City regarding several local brands that use Islamic Branding and on the other hand also focuses on conducting interviews and documentation to collect data about the views of Bangkalan religious leaders regarding Islamic Branding and Islamic Branding. existence in Bangkalan city to several religious figures in Bangkalan city. From the results of the study, the researcher stated and concluded that the views of religious leaders in Bangkalan city were divided into three groups. There are those who are aware of and acknowledge the existence of Islamic Branding in Bangkalan city, secondly there are those who are aware of but acknowledge the existence of Islamic Branding in Bangkalan city, third are not aware of and do not acknowledge the existence of Islamic Branding in Bangkalan city.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam tradisi masyarakat Buton. Tradisi tersebut adalah posuo yang diberlakukan bagi remaja perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam peneitian ini adalah observasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan secara bertahap. Setelah pengumpulan data, kemudian melakukan analisis menggunakan pendekatan Miles dan Haberman. Pendekatan tersebut meliputi pengumpulan data, pemilihan data, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: Nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam tradisi posuo masyarakat Buton adalah nilai pendidikan i’tiqodiyah. Nilai i’tiqodiyah dalam ritual posuo perempuan Buton terlihat pada setiap prosesi yang dilakukan. Mengawali dan mengakhiri prosesi posuo dengan memohonkan doa kepada Allah SWT agar diberikan kelancaran, perlindungan, dan keselamatan terhadap para gadis yang di-suo; nilai amaliyah, dalam rtiual posuo, mengajarkan para gadis untuk taat beribadah kepada Allah SWT, mendidik mereka untuk menjadi perempuan yang mampu menjaga tingkah laku, ucapan, dan membekali mereka ilmu dalam berumah tangga; nilai khulukiyah, merupakan nilai yang mengajarkan etika yang baik bagi perempuan-perempuan dalam prosesi posuo. Pengetahuan tentang khulukiyah bertujuan untuk membersihkan diri para gadis dari perbuatan yang dinilai rendah, lalu menuntun mereka untuk menghiasi diri dengan akhlak baik; nilai duwaliyah, pada puncak acara posuo, pihak keluarga menyajikan aneka hidangan untuk dinikmati para undangan. Undangan yang hadir dari berbagai kalangan, keluarga, kerabat, dan masyarakat dari berbagai latar belakang sosial. Penyelenggara acara posuo akan berbagi rezeki dengan menajikan aneka hidangan makanan dan minuman kepada para tamu undangan yang hadir.  

Public Speaking is a communication skill that must be possessed by every entrepreneur in order to be able to compete in the world of work. Of course, the importance of public speaking must be taught from an early age, so that one day they can be confident in public. The importance of imparting public speaking skills from an early age gave the idea to create community service activities with the theme of public speaking training in developing an entrepreneurial spirit. This activity aims to make students from an early age understand the importance of public speaking in the world of Entrepreneurs. It is hoped that from this activity the students at the Tahfidz Izzatul Qur'an As-adiyah Islamic boarding school will have public speaking skills that support the future in becoming entrepreneurs  

: Evaluasi dalam pendidikan Islam, secara umum sangat berguna bagi pendidik, peserta didik, ahli fikir pendidikan Islam, politik pengambil kebijakan pendidikan Islam, untuk membantu mereka dalam membenahi sistem pengawasan dan mempertimbangkan kebijakan yang akan diterapkan dalam sistem pendidikan nasional (Islam). Penelitian Kepustakaan atau Library research adalah telaah kepada beberapa referensi yang berhubungan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan baik telaah pemikiran tokoh dan yang lainnya. Evaluasi yang merupakan suatu proses dan tindakan yang terencana untuk mengumpulkan informasi tentang kemajuan, pertumbuhan dan perkembangan (peserta didik) terhadap tujuan (pendidikan), sehingga dapat disusun penilaiannya yang dapatdijadikan dasar untuk membuat keputusan. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi peserta didik, pendidik, materi pendidikan, proses penyampaian materi pelajaran, dan berbagai aspek lainnya yang berkaitan dengan materi pendidikan.  

The religious, cultural, and ethnic diversity of Indonesia is well-known. Differences in understanding, nationality, and religion are frequently the primary causes of existing difficulties, to name just a few. This study sought to ascertain the relationship between eighth-grade students at SMP Royal Wells Middle School's knowledge and understanding of Islam and the Pancasila ideals. This study used a quantitative research method using a correlational approach. Understanding of Pancasila values is variable Y in this study, while Islamic religious knowledge is variable X. The population of this study consisted of 20 students, and the method of data collection used in it was distributing a questionnaire to eighth-graders at Royal Wells Middle School. The findings revealed a moderate link between Pancasila ideals and knowledge and understanding of Islam. Students can thus use the information on religious values and Pancasila both in the context of the classroom and in the community.  

This study aims to explain the implementation of the demonstration method in learning Islamic religious education at SMA Negeri North Tambun. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Methods of data collection using non-participant observation methods, semi-structured interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study were the principal, Islamic education teachers and class XII IPA students. The data validity was done by using data triangulation technique and source triangulation technique. Data analysis includes data collection (data collection), data reduction (data reduction), data display (data presentation) and conclusion drawing / verification. The result of this research is that in teaching Islamic Education the teacher uses the demonstration method by applying three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation of learning. Preparation for learning the teacher prepares learning tools, formulates goals to be achieved, prepares the necessary tools or media and estimates the time that will be used in learning. The supporting factors are the presence of professional teachers, media, adequate facilities and infrastructure, making it easier for students to understand what is being learned..

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is a coaching effort aimed at children from birth to the age of six which is carried out through the provision of educational stimuli. The family environment plays a very important role as the closest environment and the first madrasah for early childhood. The purpose of this study is to provide insight to parents in providing first Islamic education to early childhood in the family environment so that later children will become generations of noble character. This study uses library research, which is research whose object of study uses library data in the form of books or others with a qualitative approach. The results obtained from this study indicate that the family environment has an important role in educating and supervising the development of early childhood so that it is in accordance with Islamic education. Parents are not only material givers but parents will also be an example for children. Because early childhood will easily imitate the behavior of the people around them. The good or bad environment that the child lives in will also affect his behavior, character and morals in everyday life.

Al-Quran education must be given to children from an early age. The application of Al-Quran learning to early childhood in As-Salam Kindergarten aims to educate young children who are Qur'anic and become human resources based on the Al-Quran. Children can know short hadiths and short suras and their meanings about everyday life. This study aims to examine how the implementation of Al-Quran learning affects the development of religious and moral values ​​(NAM) in early childhood. This study used a qualitative descriptive research type with data collection carried out directly at the research location. The informants in this study were group A1 (age 4-5 years) totaling 22 people. How to collect data using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The results of this study show that in the implementation of Al-Quran learning in the development of NAM in early childhood it shows that children can show good morals, behave politely, care, and be able to maintain personal hygiene. Children can also practice short hadiths in daily life following the sunnah of the Prophet, children also understand the meaning or stories of the surahs of the Al-Quran that are read, along with what important days are commemorated and made special days in Islam.

Permasalahan penelitian menujukkan kepada guru yang masih menggunakan model pembelajaran yang monoton, metode yang digunakan kurang bervarian seperti hanya ceramah satu arah, penugasan yang tidak bervariatif, tanya jawab. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan dua siklus dan untuk tiap siklusnya terdiri dari empat tahapan diantaranya perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi melalui Model Cooperative Learning tipe NHT pada mata pelajaran SKI. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X dengan jumlah siswa 36 siswa dengan perincian 17 siswa laki-laki dan 19 siswa perempuan. Hasil penelitian bahwa pada pelaksanaan siklus I terdapat  hasil peningkatan pemahaman belajar siswa diperoleh dari 36 siswa yaitu siswa yang telah mencapai ketuntasan belajar sebanyak 21 siswa dan siswa yang tidak mencapai tuntas belajar sebanyak 15 siswa dengan persentase 58,33% dan dapat termasuk dalam kriteria baik. Pada siklus II, siswa sudah menunjukkan peningkatan hasil pemahaman yang sangat baik, dengan pencapaian ketuntasan belajar sebanyak 31 siswa dan yang tidak mencapai ketuntasan belajar 5 siswa dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar sebesar 86,66% dan termasuk dalam kriteria sangat baik. Pada siklus I dan siklus II pemahaman siswa dengan menggunakan Model Cooperative Learning tipe NHT telah meningkat dan peningkatannya sebesar 28,33%. Berdasarkan dari hasil tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan dengan Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Cooperative Learning Type Numberred Head Together (NHT)  pada mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam dapat meningkatkan pemahaman belajar siswa kelas X  MAN 1 Langkat

Many farmers sell their oil palm harvests to the CV Ibrahim Putra platform, this can be seen from the farmer data in 2021 that there are 200-250 permanent farmers who sell their oil palm harvests to the CV Ibrahim Putra platform. on the other platforms there are less than 100 farmers. This type of research is field research. Subjects consist of employees and farmers who sell their crops to the CV Ibrahim Putra platform. The technique of determining the subject is purposive sampling. The data analysis is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The buying and selling system of the CV Ibrahim Putra platform is to pick up the fruit to the farmer's land or the farmer delivers it directly to the CV Ibrahim Putra platform, then the fruit is weighed using a ram scale, the fruit that has been weighed will be paid by the platform in cash with a receipt of the sale. The buying and selling system of the CV Ibrahim Putra platform in terms of transactions and pricing is legal according to Islam because there are no violations of Islamic sharia provisions. The presence of the CV Ibrahim Putra platform has a positive value for farmers and can improve the economic welfare of oil palm farmers.

The purpose of this study is to overcome the problem of learning that is not optimal in class XI students of SMA 1 Tambun Utara, and the lack of attractiveness in PAI lessons because the method used is too monotonous so that it makes students feel bored quickly, there are problems in the use of learning media that make student learning outcomes not good. In the case of SMA 1 Tambun Utara, the delivery of material by the teacher in the learning media uses the lecture method, where the teacher is more active in speaking and students tend to be silent to listen, thus making students unable to master the material well. To overcome it all, researchers suggest using new media such as demonstrations, as a way to increase students' interest in learning. The Demonstration Method is a medium that has elements of demonstration. This study is intended to answer the problem "Whether the use of demonstration methods in PAI subjects can improve student learning outcomes at SMA 1 Tambun Utara", these problems are discussed through classroom action research carried out through the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Research data obtained through classroom observation and documentation of the results of actions carried out data from effective teachers, with this research it will be known that there will be an increase or decrease in student learning outcomes after the implementation of the demonstration method in PAI subjects at SMA 1 Tambun Utara.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leverage, profitability, company size, company age, Capital Adequacy (Capital Adequacy Ratio) and independent commissioners on Islamic social reporting (ISR). The research time period used is 6 years, namely the 2015-2020 period. The population of this research is Islamic Bank. The sampling technique used a purpose sampling technique. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the official website of each Islamic Bank. The analysis method used is panel data regression. The results showed that leverage (DER) had a negative effect on Islamic social reporting (ISR), while profitability (ROE), company age and independent commissioners had no effect on Islamic social reporting (ISR). while company size and Capital Adequacy (Capital Adequacy Ratio) have a significant effect on the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) at Islamic Bank in Indonesia and Then together, the variable leverage (DER), profitability (ROE), company size, company age, Capital Adequacy  and independent commissioners have an effect on Islamic social reporting (ISR).

The existence of waste banks, government agencies, hotels, zoos, and Islamic boarding schools is one of the sources of waste that is processed for waste products. This paper seeks to develop the concept of a digital supply chain by adopting the supply chain model run by PT A. The initial identification presented in this paper can result in several technology identifications that need to be prioritized in implementing relevant technologies in the industry. The expected impact of this implementation is an increase in supply chain performance

This research was conducted using secondary data on financial statements that have been published through the official website of each bank by downloading financial report data. The population in this study are Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia in 2015-2020. By using non-probability sampling method, the total sample obtained in this study is 36 data from 6 Islamic commercial banks. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis using Eviews software version 10 and Microsoft Excel 2016. Based on the research, it shows that leverage, profitability, firm size, firm age, and liquidity together have an influence on the disclosure of Islamic social reporting ( ISR).

The technique used in this research is critical and interpretative analysis. Cash waqf can be distributed to beneficiaries for business capital in the agricultural sector as a family food security distribution scheme with several models: first, a profit-sharing method (Mudharabah). Second, a 0% loan (Qard Hasan)"; third, business strengthening (Musyarakah); fourth, alms and grants (khairiyah). The agricultural system is developed into a culture for every family to become food security by implementing an integrated farming system. Agricultural system, "low external input and sustainable agriculture," at home and group/production scale. With this system and a touch of technology, the future is projected as a comprehensive agricultural center. Production and marketing are carried out simultaneously by building an "agricultural industry" and an "agricultural market." Penelitian ini merupakan kajian tentang seberapa bangga warga negara Indonesia khususnya para mahasiswa program studi Perbankan Syari’ah Universitas Islam Bandung dalam menggunakan bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi para mahasiswa seberapa bangga mereka dalam menggunakan bahasa Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan metode kuisioner. Metode deskriptif yaitu penelitian yang bersifat mengumpulkan, mengolah data, dan menganalisis pada waktu penelitian. Metode kuisioner yaitu metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara memberi serangkaian pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang ditujukan kepada responden untuk dijawab. Kami melakukan penelitian ini karena pada nyatanya masih banyak yang merasa kurang bangga menggunakan bahasa Indonesia. Melalui artikel ini dapat disarankan untuk peneliti selanjutnya dapat meneliti seberapa bangga warga Indonesia menggunakan bahasa Indonesia yang terjadi dalam ruang lingkup yang lebih luas dan penelitian juga dapat dikembangkan dengan teori dan metode lainnya.

Dalam berkomunikasi diperlukan adanya interaksi. Interaksi merupakan sebuah bentuk timbal balik antar makhluk sosial untuk mengetahui pesan yang disampaikan. Berinteraksi tidak hanya saling berbicara saja melainkan bagaimana bisa menerapkannya dikehidupan sehari-hari. Didalam islam, setiap perilaku atau perbuatan harus berlandaskan dengan tauhid, sehingga akan tercipta suatu hubungan interaksi sosial yang baik dan bermoral sesuai dengan ajaran-ajaran islam. Interaksi bukan berarti dapat dilakukan dalam menyampaikan perkataan saja, tapi bagaimana bisa kita terapkan dalam kehidupan. Interaksi tidak akan terjadi apabila tanpa adanya pemicu atau sebab terjadinya interaksi sosial itu sendiri. Dalam berinteraksi tidak ada batasan baik itu suku, ras, agama, dan lain sebagainya. Karena pada dasarnya semua akan saling bernteraksi dan saling membutuhkan. Terlebih lagi berinteraksi bisa dengan menggunakan media sosial, tergantung bagaimana cara kita bisa memanfaatkan media sosial itu dengan sabaik-baiknya. Media sosial bisa menjadi bermanfaat apabila dipergunakan dengan baik dan tetap memperhatikan aturan-aturan yang ada sesuai dengan ajaran islam, namun media sosial juga bisa menjadi penghancur apabila tidak dipergunakan dengan sebaik-baiknya. Media sosial bisa kita gunakan untuk berinteraksi dari jarak jauh seperti menghubugi kerabat yang ada di kampung atau berinteraksi dengan orang-orang baru untuk menambah koneksi dan lain sebagainya.

The purpose of this study is to interpret the values ​​of Islamic life guidelines for Muhammadiyah residents in the STIE Muhammadiyah Palopo budgeting system. The researcher will use the Islamic life guidelines for Muhammadiyah residents as a researcher's perspective in observing the activities of the budgeting system at STIE Muhammadiyah Palopo whether the values ​​of these guidelines are used as one of the considerations in the operation of the budgeting system at STIE Muhammadiyah Palopo in accordance with the expectations of Muhammadiyah's vision. This study found that the budget as a form of welfare is not only valued in nominal terms in the form of rupiah earned, but welfare is when people who work at Muhammadiyah always feel sufficient and grateful for the sustenance that Allah SWT has given. As a Muhammadiyah citizen, working in a Muhammadiyah business charity is a comfort in itself and believes that the sincerity they do will be a welfare for them in the hereafter. With their sincerity in working in the charity business of Muhammadiyah, they get rewards from Allah SWT such as unexpected sustenance and blessings in the income they get. STIE Muhammadiyah Palopo provides convenience, relief, and assistance in paying tuition fees for students. STIE Muhammadiyah Palopo provides facilities and assistance to students as a form of social care and appreciation for cadres, namely the Lazismu Scholarship, Incidental Assistance, Relief for Brothers, and the free SPP Alumni of SMA/SMK Muhammadiyah Palopo

Pendidikan kehumasan diberbagai negara masih didominasi oleh negara barat. Pada kenyataannya perspektif barat ini tidak serta merta cocok digunakan, apalagi di  negara ataupun wilayah yang notabene memiliki kebudayaan yang berbeda. Salah satu penyebab yang menjadikan perspektif barat banyak digunakan adalah karena sedikitnya kajian tentang humas yang dilakukan oleh negara bukan barat. Akademisi melihat bahwa pengembangan perspektif lain di dalam pendidikan kehumasan memang diperlukan. Perspektif Islam menjadi salah satu perspektif yang dapat dimanfaatkan kesempatannya. Bagian pertama artikel membahas dominasi hubungan masyarakat AS dan kritik terkaitnya. Diskusi berikut menggunakan studi kasus untuk mengeksplorasi cara memasukkan perspektif islam ke dalam kurikulum PR. Bagian akhir dari makalah yakni kesimpulan, menyoroti beberapa tantangan yang muncul dalam mengembangan pendidikan humas dengan perspektif islam.
