Indonesia has enormous marine and fisheries potential because of its vast sea area. Human resources in managing fishery products have not maximized the potential of fishery products. Therefore, in order to maximize the potential of fishery products, quality human resources are needed. Since human resources are an important part of an organization, including in the Indonesian fisheries industry, human resource management and development is very important for the success of an organization. The method used is qualitative research method, more precisely literature research. The literature research process is carried out by reviewing the literature and analyzing the relevant topics combined. Literature search can utilize sources in the form of journals, books, dictionaries, documents, magazines and other sources without conducting field research. The results found that in optimizing in improving the performance and sustainability of the fisheries product management industry, it is important to optimize human resources. Many approaches can be used to improve operational efficiency. Increase efficiency in all stages of production, from fishing to distribution, with the adoption of advanced technology and automated equipment. The aim of writing this journal is to determine the application of digital-based accounting information systems in the bookkeeping of Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), as well as understanding the importance of using digital technology for MSME players. By using case study methods from research and related journals, it shows that the implementation of accounting information systems by utilizing technology in MSMEs is currently starting to increase, as in MSME players who previously still used manual sales activities are now starting to utilize technology in sales and payment. However, MSMEs still prepare and manage accounting openings manually (traditionally) using paper. Counseling and training continues to be carried out so that it is hoped that the current rapid advances in technology can make it easier for MSMEs to carry out digital accounting which is more effective and efficient, and can also become MSMEs that are open to technological advances.

This research aims to identify the effect of workload on employee performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya. This study was carried out by analyzing data from employees at the company. The research results show that workload has a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya. High workload can cause a decrease in employee performance, while moderate workload can increase employee performance. In this context, management needs to pay attention to factors that can reduce employee workload, such as assigning tasks that are appropriate to their abilities and experience, efficient time management, and increasing support and training from the company. This research provides a better understanding of the relationship between workload and employee performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, and can be a basis for increasing work effectiveness and efficiency in the company

Many madrasahs are in the spotlight of the community regarding the quality of human resources of educators and education personnel, especially in madrasahs, this is because in addition to the very large number, the quality of management of educators and education personnel so far has not been able to be on par with other general education. However, madrasah institutions need to carry out strategies, one of which is the implementation of Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling educators and education personnel continuously. The focus of this research is Human Empowerment Management in Educators and Education Personnel applied in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Iman, in this case includes: Recruitment planning personal approach and selection that is not relevant to educational background. Organizing with placements that are directly arranged by the Head of the Foundation and the Head of Madrasah. Physical and non-physical movements through training are carried out periodically and control with the application of good discipline and dismissal is carried out if violations of discipline repeatedly. This research uses qualitative research with a case study design. Data and documents were collected and collected using in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation studies The purpose of this study is to compare human empowerment management among educators and education personnel in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Iman. The comparison aspects include the comparison of management of Educator Recruitment Planning, Organizing educators and education personnel. The most important subjects in the study were the head of the madrassa, the teachers, the madrasah committees of the two schools. Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Iman, has many similarities and differences in several aspects, therefore it is mandatory to improve the quality of the madrasah and is expected to be a treasure and input for the madrasah.    

Financial management is very crucial in practice, both personal and business financial management. This is very important, especially for MSMEs, because poor financial management will have an impact on bookkeeping and make income and expenses confusing, especially if the business being run has started to increase in sales. Financial recording is an important thing but is often underestimated even though there are many benefits that entrepreneurs get by recording financial reports. There are many reasons why a business has not recorded financial reports properly, such as a lack of insight into what it is like to make or record its own financial reports and there are no resources that can handle it, as is also felt by the entrepreneur who owns the Tunas Sari semprong located in Rengasdengklok-Karawang. Starting from this, in this community service, we aim to provide basic training in simple financial recording to improve the performance of entrepreneurs' businesses. Apart from the manual, we also provide understanding in operating financial records using a digital application in the form of BukuKas which can be installed on business people's smartphones. This makes it easier for entrepreneurs to operate financial reports. With knowledge of financial reports, we can easily find out our income and expenses and can be used as evaluation material in improving business performance and developing the business we own. From the results of this training, it is hoped that entrepreneurs will be able to record simple financial reports and be able to operate the BukuKas application to make recording easier.

The importance of K3 in the tugboat bunkering process is not only limited to safety aspects, but also has a direct impact on ship readiness. Implementing good K3 ensures that bunkering is carried out in accordance with existing procedures. In addition, implementing good K3 will support the operations of ships that have been bunkered so that the ship can continue to operate effectively in supporting various maritime transportation needs. The research method used is the HIRADC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment Determining Control) method. HIRADC is a method of risk management. For data collection techniques in this research, field observations, interviews and company data were used. In this data analysis and discussion, an analysis of the data processing that has been carried out will be carried out, namely identifying potential risk values ​​and considering the risk ranking to determine priorities and methods of control. After the data analysis and discussion, the next step is to draw conclusions from the data analysis that has been carried out. In the process of filling a ship with fuel (bunker), various dangers or risks can arise throughout the stages of the activity. Hazard identification involves recognizing and documenting the various potential elements that could cause an accident or health problem. For example, slipping, being pinched, being hit by a fuel pump hose during the bunkering process are also aspects that need to be identified as dangers. The work activity identified in this research is the activity of filling the ship with fuel (bunker), then carrying out a risk assessment of the work activity, then determining the necessary hazard and risk controls with the aim of preventing accidents. Data processing will be carried out using the HIRADC method. This step will later become input and suggestions that can be implemented at PT Pelindo Marine Service as a reference for determining steps to deal with work accidents that occur. The importance of identifying hazards in ship bunkering activities is to develop effective prevention strategies and ensure that appropriate safety measures are taken. The Community Economic Program (EMAS) has an important role in the community, especially to provide support to community groups and individuals who have potential with the aim of increasing income with various efforts, namely providing access to business capital, training, and guidance needed to advance the business. With the current era shifting to digitalization, it is necessary to implement it as a form of mustahik business development. The purpose of the study is to analyze the implementation of the results and impact of business development assistance in the form of financial report assistance and digital marketing on the Community Economy program. This study used field research methods by collecting data through direct observation and focus group discussions. The collected data was analyzed descriptively to identify the success of the implementation of the interventions that have been given to the Community Economic Program (EMAS) KSM Malang. The results showed that this EMAS program can have a positive impact on the development and increase of mustahik business in increasing the number of consumers after being provided with financial report assistance and introducing digital marketing to LMI assisted mustahik.  

Concern and love for the environment has become a necessity to instill in children as the nation's next generation. Considering that the current environmental crisis has become a serious and real threat to human life. The Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Sjceh M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi State Islamic University, especially students of the Guidance and Counseling Department, took part in efforts to create awareness and love for the environment through community service activities carried out at the Mandeh Kanduang Orphanage. This activity involves all children, orphanage administrators. Classical guidance was held on November 5 2023 and continued with tree planting on November 6 2023. This classical guidance activity was enthusiastically participated in by the children and administrators of the Mande Kanduang orphanage, so that the children knew the impacts of environmental damage that could occur. due to lack of concern for the environment.

The quality of education or the quality of KBM in Indonesia is still very low compared to other countries, for that in improving the quality of education in Indonesia, efforts from various parties are needed. These parties other than the government and the community are school principals. Because the principal is a leader in educational institutions, therefore the principal has a very important role in improving the quality of KBM.. The improvement of KBM quality can be measured through several conditions, namely inputs, processes and outputs. Input is the way the school screens prospective students, while the process is a way both teaching and learning in a school led by a teacher (Teaching and Learning Activities), while output is the result of the process. This research has a purpose, namely: to determine the principal's efforts in improving the quality of KBM at SMPI Integral Luqman AL-Hakim 02. Basically, this research is descriptive qualitative, providing a picture or description of a situation as clearly as possible about certain individuals or groups in accordance with actual conditions. The descriptive method is used to analyze qualitative data with data that cannot be realized with numbers. Thus, the results of the study show that the Principal of SMPI Integral Luqman AL-Hakim 02 Batam always strives to improve the quality of KBM in various ways, including always holding or participating in training on the ability to manage KBM, always striving for teachers according to their respective competencies, always providing coaching or motivation to students, always striving for infrastructure and learning media to support KBM, always supervise the running of KBM

The study aims to identify the impact resulting from training, the state of the work environment, on employee performance at KSO TPK Koja. This study wore a descriptive quantitative approach. in this study the population used was all employees of KSO TPK Koja. The information in this study is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 37 respondents. Data analysis was tried using multiple linear regression methods using the SPSS model 25 software feature. The results prove that training has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees produced, not only that, the work area in fact does not have an impact on employee performance.  

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) are all health behaviors carried out out of personal awareness so that the family and all its members are able to help themselves in the health sector and have an active role in community activities. The main goal of the PHBS movement is to improve the quality of health through an awareness-raising process which is the beginning of the contribution of individuals in living a clean and healthy daily life. the average percentage of PHBS in Surabaya city households is 75.07%, this figure has reached the target of PHBS in East Java province households of 53%, however, there is still the lowest working area of ​​the health center, namely the Krembangan Selatan health center with a percentage of 48%. . This type of research is Literature Review or literature review. Literature review is what the author does by searching various sources related to a particular topic which can be obtained from various sources such as journals, archive books, articles, the internet, or other documents that are revered. the provision of knowledge through counseling and training with a combination of Leaflet media is very influential on changes in knowledge. there is a positive and significant effectiveness of animaker-based animated videos on clean and healthy living behavior. It can be seen and proven from the results of the Pearson correlation coefficient at a significance level of 5% or 0.05, namely: 0.538. One effort that can be done is to provide counseling through health promotion media that is used so that it is easy to understand and interesting to look at, and can relate to the level of target knowledge.

Current business developments have moved from conventional systems to digital marketing systems and the use of digital marketing is the right opportunity for current developments in Indonesia. However, in its current condition, there are still business actors who do not understand digital marketing and lack awareness among the public or entrepreneurs to utilize digital media as a means to develop their activities. In the research, the researcher used a data processing method with a digital marketing funnel and the data was processed using SWOT analysis. Based on these problems, digital marketing training was carried out. This research aims to find out research results that can increase understanding of digital marketing funnel sales at Graha Office. It is hoped that the findings of this research can help companies formulate more effective digital marketing strategies that focus on achievement.

Change management is a very crucial aspect in maintaining the survival and growth of Mie Uda Bro Padang. Changes here can include changes in technology, market competition, regulatory policies, and consumer tastes. In this context, change management refers to the process of planning, implementing and monitoring changes that will help Mie Uda Bro Padang to remain relevant and competitive. In this context, effective change management will be the key to the success of Mie Uda Bro Padang. Efforts to identify needed changes, plan these changes, communicate changes to the entire team, provide necessary training, and monitor the results of changes are essential to ensure the success of these MSMEs.

In this research, a machine learning approach, especially a decision tree model, is implemented to improve the analysis and visualization of weighbridge data in Indonesia. The evaluation results show that the decision tree model provides better insight in predicting the carrying capacity, dimensions and loading procedures of vehicles. The advantage of this model lies in its combination of low Mean Squared Error (MSE) and high R-squared, indicating its effectiveness in capturing data variance and providing accurate predictions. The use of decision tree models can be a valuable tool in improving the visualization of bridge weighing data, allowing users to gain additional insights and understand the complex dynamics within the data. In addition, the model's adaptability to various types of data makes it a versatile analysis tool. The positive implications of using this model open up opportunities to understand more deeply the logic of predictions and make more informed decisions. As a suggestion, increasing the number and quality of weighing equipment, wider application of information and communication technology, human resource training, and cross-sector collaboration can further strengthen weighbridge management in Indonesia.

This study discusses, in general, the role of the village leader in efforts to increase the capacity of village devices. Enhancement or development of the capacity of the village equipment is carried out by the village head through the implementation of education and training. The research carried out included qualitative descriptive research. The object of this research is the Head of Untang Village Office, Banyuke Hulu District, Landak, West Kalimantan Province. The results of the research show that the role of the village chief in trying to increase the capacity of the villages has been very good. The activities carried out by the village chief as an attempt to develop capacity towards the village devices are direct observation of the performance of the village equipment, direct guidance, procurement of training related to administrative governance, and the use of information technology. The efforts made by the village chief can improve the competence or capacity of the village unit, thus having an impact on the fulfillment of the tasks and responsibilities assigned as well as the services rendered to the community.

This research aims to reveal the role of madrasa head leadership in improving teacher performance at MAS Islamiyah Tamiang. The research background illustrates the importance of educational leadership in achieving the effectiveness and efficiency of educational institutions. The focus of the research is on the duties and functions of the madrasa head in Learning Management (PBM) at Madrasah Aliyah Islamiyah Tamiang. The research method used is field research with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, field notes, documentation and observation. The research results show that madrasa heads play an active role in improving teacher performance by involving them in training, training, seminars and other activities. Routine supervision is carried out to accompany and improve the teaching and learning process. Apart from that, the madrasah principal provides motivation, rewards, and includes teachers in workshops to improve professional competence. The research conclusion shows that the leadership of the madrasa head has a positive impact on teacher performance. The madrasa head carries out his role by involving teachers in various activities that support competency development. However, the research also identified several weaknesses in the supervision of teacher discipline and use of time, as well as suggestions for improving the optimization of supervision by madrasah heads.  

This research aims to see the results of employee capacity building activities through the Hospital Disaster Plan (HDP) program at RSUD dr. Loekmono Hadi Kudus Regency. Hospital preparedness plans are very important in ensuring the safety of the hospital environment and the actions that need to be taken to ensure health services remain available during a disaster situation. Dr. Hospital Loekmono Hadi needs to develop a hospital preparedness plan. The methods used in hospital employee empowerment activities include pretest-posttest, lecture-discussion, direct training/practice, observation and evaluation methods. The research results show that Disaster Management at RSUD dr. Loekmono Hadi is very important considering that Kudus Regency has a variety of potential disasters and is located in an area that has potential threats of flooding, drought, landslides and earthquakes. there was an increase in pretest and posttest results by 12.00 points. It is felt that activities to strengthen employee capacity through the Hospital Disaster Plan (HDP) program need to be developed further because hospitals need more preparedness capacity in facing disasters or emergency situations and can support home accreditation.

This exploration is expected to describe the internal and external elements apart from the reason for the low language skills in PAUD KB DURRATUL HIKMAH Balantak Area. This research aims to determine the effect of skipping training on the shooting ability of SMP N 1 Bumi Raya students in playing futsal. The research method used in this research is a quasi-experimental method using a one group pretest – posttest design. Quasi-experimental research is research with a quantitative approach in this research using the independent variable, namely skipping, and vice versa, the dependent variable is shooting ability. The population in the study was 10 students of SMP N 1 Bumi Raya. The sample uses a simple purposive sampling technique with the criteria of the skipping method as treatment. Time and place on the futsal field with 14 meetings. The research instrument used in this research is quantitative research which is measured by shooting ability and skipping training. The data analysis that I will use uses T-test analysis with (Paired T test) using SPSS 23. The conclusion is that there is an influence of skipping training on the shooting ability of SMP N 1 Bumi Raya students in playing futsal.

This research discusses the Implementation and Inhibiting Factors of Rehabilitation of Children as Drug Users at the Gorontalo Children's Special Development Institution. The method used in the research is empirical with qualitative descriptive data analysis which describes and describes data and facts in the field. Based on the results of the research, the implementation of rehabilitation for children as drug users at the Gorontalo Province Special Child Development Institute is carried out through several stages, namely medical rehabilitation which begins with assessments and interviews as well as observations to examine the body and psychology in order to obtain information and history of narcotics addicts as supporting material for subsequent therapy. After the assessment, the next step is a routine examination process every 2 weeks by a health team or doctor, and administering medication according to the type of drug and the severity of the symptoms caused; Non-medical rehabilitation by carrying out a mental (spiritual) development process which is carried out routinely every day, in collaboration with religious foundations; and Social Rehabilitation by creating groups consisting of several people who have the same problem, then training in their skills to make work or crafts that have (economic) value. The Inhibiting Factors for Implementing Rehabilitation for Children who Use Drugs at the Gorontalo Province Special Development Institution for Children are limited human resources for officers; Limited Operational Funds; limited facilities and infrastructure, and lack of community support.Therefore, LKPA should continue to increase efforts to develop children so that they do not do similar things again in the future, by preparing rehabilitation infrastructure, including increasing competent and professional assistant staff. The community, especially families, must continue to provide full support for the process of coaching their children who are dealing with legal processes such as drugs, for the sake of the future of the nation and state.
