The Office of the Airport Authority Region III is one of the government agencies that provide public services to the public, namely airport PAS services, therefore the Office of the Airport Authority Region III participates in the government program to build a good and clean government by designing the construction of an integrity zone towards a Serving Free Bureaucratic Area (WBBM) to improve the quality of its services. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the WBBM predicate and the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the quality of airport PAS services at the Office of the Airport Authority Region III. The research method used is mixed methods, which means combining quantitative and qualitative research simultaneously with the chosen strategy, namely sequential explanatory. The data sources obtained are primary and secondary data with the data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, and direct observation at the Region III Airport Authority Office. The results of this study indicate that the WBBM predicate is effective in improving the quality of airport PAS services as evidenced by the SKM results which continue to increase from 2020 to 2022 and changes in the airport PAS service system to online services. Factors that support the improvement of the quality of airport PAS services are the six areas of change in WBBM and the existence of inhibiting factors, namely websites that have not been properly managed, human resources that have not provided excellent service, and lack of work ethic in providing services

The aims of the research are a) to find out how effective the revenue from the restaurant tax sector, hotel tax, and street lighting tax are Regional Own Revenue in Langsa City, b) to find out what factors are inhibiting the revenue from the restaurant, hotel, and street lighting tax sector as income. Original area and government efforts to overcome obstacles in the restaurant tax revenue sector, this study uses a qualitative approach. The effectiveness of tax revenue from the restaurant sector, hotel sector, and the tourism sector from 2016-2020 from the results of the data that the researchers obtained, there were still achievements in accordance with the targets set by the government, such as from the tourism sector, this was due to the constraints of the Covid-19 virus outbreak so that there is implementation on a large scale so that the tourism sector does not get a nominal amount as Regional Original Income. In its application, there are inhibiting factors, including the names of restaurants and hotels that have not been recorded by the Regional Original Revenue Service, so that the effectiveness in receiving both types of taxes is not fully maximized.

The problem encountered by the Kenongo Sari Farmer Group in Purwosari Village, Sukorejo District, Kendal Regenc is the marketing aspect where coffee products for hotels, restaurants, and coffee shops were disrupted due to the effects of the Covid 19 Post Pandemic, where there was a decrease in turnover due to the closure of the coffee industry from upstream to downstream. In addition, the coffee produced by farmer groups located at the base of Prau Mount with a height of 1000 to 1400 MASL  is less well known among Indonesian coffee connoisseurs, because the name Kenjur Coffee lacks promotion. Therefore this community service activity is carried out to promote and elevate the potential of Kenjur Cofee through the preparation of a digital marketing strategy. The method used is business assistance in creating social media, product branding, and conducting training for members. This study analyzes work posture in cigarette manufacturing at PT Wan Tobacco Cigarette using the Standard Nordic Questionnaire (SNQ) and Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) methods. Manual handling work has the potential to cause health risks due to physical loads and non-ergonomic postures. PT Wan Tobacco Cigarette faces problems with ergonomic risky work activities, especially in the cigarette manufacturing machine section, with worker complaints such as muscle fatigue and health problems in the hands, upper arms, back and neck. The SNQ method is used to identify complaints on the employee's body parts, while the REBA method is used to analyze work posture as a whole. This study focuses on assessing work posture when transferring tobacco to cigarette making machines. The REBA method was chosen because of the complexity and dynamics of employee activities. This research is expected to contribute to improving workers' posture to make it more ergonomic and help PT Wan Tobacco Cigarette control the risk of health problems caused by ergonomic factors. By identifying work posture problems and employee complaints, companies can implement changes in the design of work methods and work stations that are more ergonomic to improve worker comfort and welfare.

The changing era has made awareness of democracy and constitutionalism growing rapidly. With these amendments or changes, it is hoped that the 1945 Constitution can become the basic rules of the constitutional system under the conditions of a growing Indonesian state. The constitutional system is defined as the arrangement of elements in the organizational structure of the state that are interrelated. The vast territory of Indonesia requires that the central government hand over some of its authority to local governments. Regional governments specifically have functions, duties, and authorities in managing their own government affairs in their regions. In accordance with their roles and duties, local governments must also be able to handle various cases or problems that could occur unexpectedly, such as an outbreak or corona virus that suddenly attacked the country of Indonesia and resulted in a decrease in people's living standards, especially in the economic, social and law which is also included in the constitutional composition of the Indonesian government. Thus, the central and regional governments in this case have important roles that are interrelated in dealing with problems that occur in Indonesia. This is carried out using the principle of autonomy which is the basic rule of the government in exercising authority in its area. And by using the principle of decentralization, the central government can evenly distribute welfare, quality of life, and progress in infrastructure development in every region in Indonesia.

The art of Reog Ponorogo is one that has quite long values and history in the process of Islamization of the people of the land of Java, particularly in East Java. This is particularly true for East Java. In Islamizing people in East Java, the values contained in Reog Ponorogo include traditional, religious, cultural, social, political, and historical values. These values are all interrelated in some way. Since Islam was introduced to Java, the traditional art of Reog has been transformed into a form of propaganda that is utilized to disseminate Islamic principles. The purpose of this study is to shed light on the ways in which Reog is utilized as a tool for Islamization in Java. There are a number of symbols connected to the religion of Islam that can be found in Reog. One example of this is the depiction of a horse, which represents the Mi'raj Isra journey that the Prophet Muhammad undertook. Ulrich Beck's theory of the risk society faces is utilized in the method of analysis. Ulrich Beck investigates the ways in which contemporary dangers mold and transform society, as well as the difficulties inherent in mitigating these dangers in a way that is both equitable and environmentally responsible. In the context of the Islamization of Reog culture, through the lens of Ulrich Beck's point of view, it is possible to interpret that the culture of Reog Ponorogo is the result of a modernization process and also a response to increasingly complex changes in both the global and local contexts.
