Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) mempunyai peranan yang penting dalam pertumbuhan perekonomian Indonesia. Pada saat sekarang perkembangan teknologi serta digitalisasi di berbagai bidang, UMKM merupakan jenis usaha yang memiliki pengaruh yang sangat besar dalam perkembangan perekonomian juga perlu mengalami kemajuan dibidang teknologi khususnya dalam memasarkan prodak. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan UMKM dalam hal digital marketing juga memperluas jaringan pemasaran UMKM. UMKM Salome Bunda Som merupakan salah satu contoh UMKM yang membutuhkan pendampingan digital marketing. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat terbafi menjadi empat tahapan yaitu tahapan survei, sosialisasi digital marketing,   pendampingan digital marketing, serta tahapan pemeliharaan dan evaluasi. Bentuk pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dengan tujuan mengembangkan dan turut serta dalam pendampingan digital marketing terhadap UMKM Salome Bunda Som agar dapat memiliki jaringan pemasaran yang tidak terbatas pada pasar lokal saja.

This community activity program is aimed at CLSU Philippines students, so that they will have an understanding of the principles of Islamic finance. Students were chosen because it is hoped that in the future they will be able to become pillars in the transformation of Islamic financial principles to the wider community. This activity was carried out directly at the Central Luzon State University Campus. The team conducted the activity from July 4 to 7, 2023. This activity went well, because it received positive support from the stakeholders involved, besides that the students involved also had high enthusiasm for the implementation of the program that we did.

The United Nation Children's Fund (UNICEF) and the World Health Organization (WHO) recommend that children should be breastfed only with breast milk (ASI) for at least six months. Solid food should be given after the child is 6 months old, and breastfeeding should be continued until the child is two years old (WHO, 2020). This study aims to analyze the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and growth and development in babies aged 6-12 months in the Pangururan Health Post Work Area, Toba Samosir Regency in 2023. This research is correlational with a cross sectional approach and bivariate data analysis is the data analysis used in the research to determine the relationship or influence of the independent variable with the dependent variable using Chi Square analysis with a significant p-value (0.05) (Hardani, 2020) Based on the research results. Based on the results of statistical tests using Chi-Square, exclusive breastfeeding was obtained with growth in babies aged 6-12 months in the Pangururan Health Post Work Area, Toba Samosir Regency in 2023 with a p-value of 0.000. Edward Van Ness is a violinist, conductor, writer and teacher who has lived and worked in Indonesia cumulatively for more than forty years. Composition and world music studies were completed at Wesleyan University, conducted at the Eastman School of Music, with further graduate studies also at Boston University. He undertook research on South Indian Classical Music, was a concert player in the Carnatic Vina, and founded the Madras Chamber Orchestra. He founded the music department in 1986 at the Medan International School and became head of the music and technology department at the Indonesian Music Academy, University of North Sumatra and HKBP Nommensen University. A founder of the Indonesian Promusik group. Also known as the conductor and artistic director of the first complete performance of Handel's historic Messiah with the Ensemble Nommensen and Promusika in 1987 (in the original Baroque performance style). He is also known as the first musician invited by the institution and the Vietnamese government by leading the orchestra with cellist Cecylia Barczyk from the Ho Chi Min Conservatory Orchestra in Vietnam in April 2005. Since 2003 he has led the Nusantara Symphony Orchestra in many concerts. . Most recently he was the music director and conductor of the Indonesian National Christmas celebration in December 2018 in Medan. Until now he is a Music Teacher at the Sumatra Conservatoire.

Fractal structures play a crucial role in improving material properties due to their unique self-similar geometries. These geometrical patterns exhibit repetition at multiple scales, which can enhance surface area, strength, and other mechanical characteristics. This study investigates the influence of fractal patterns on the crystal growth and mechanical performance of metallic materials, focusing on strength, toughness, and hardness. Using a combination of computer simulations and laboratory experiments, the research models metal crystal formation under controlled conditions, where fractal characteristics are introduced through diffusion-limited aggregation (DLA) and electrodeposition methods. The findings reveal that embedding fractal patterns into the crystal growth process can increase material strength by approximately 20% compared to conventionally structured metals. This improvement is attributed to the efficient stress distribution within the fractal geometry, which minimizes stress concentration points and enhances resistance to fracture. Additionally, materials with fractal-based microstructures exhibit better toughness and deformation resistance, improving durability under mechanical load. The study also examines the underlying mechanisms of these effects, emphasizing the role of fractal-induced microstructural control in optimizing material integrity. These results demonstrate the significant potential of fractal-based material design in engineering stronger, lighter, and more flexible metallic components. The research contributes to the broader understanding of how geometric complexity can be harnessed to develop advanced materials for applications in construction, automotive manufacturing, and flexible electronics, thereby supporting the development of next-generation high-performance materials.

This research aims to evaluate financial performance in managing village funds with a focus on assessing efficiency and growth using certain ratios. This research method involves financial ratio analysis which includes liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, and growth ratios. The data used comes from village fund financial reports for a certain period. The results of the analysis will provide an in-depth understanding of the efficiency of village fund management and its impact on economic growth at the local level. This research can provide guidance for the government and related parties in improving village fund management policies to achieve sustainable development goals.

The Sube Huter Nita Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP) has a strategic role in encouraging the economic growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to explore and analyze the contributions and strategies implemented by KSP Sube Huter Nita in supporting the growth of MSMEs. The research method used is a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation analysis. The research results show that KSP Sube Huter Nita has played an important role in providing financial access to MSMEs, including providing loans at competitive interest rates. Apart from that, cooperatives also provide training and assistance to MSME players to increase their capacity and competitiveness. In this way, KSP Sube Huter Nita effectively contributes to increasing the economic growth of MSMEs in its region.  

The majority of MSME players in Simodong village have not optimized the use of digital technology in managing their business. Their understanding is also very limited regarding the digital economy and the benefits of technology in their business development. Therefore, community service activities in the form of socialization were held to MSME players in Simodong village, Sei Suka sub-district, Batu Bara district. This socialization activity aims to increase the understanding and knowledge of MSME actors about the digital economy. The socialization activity was attended by 20 participants. The methods used in this service activity are lectures and interactive discussions. The stages of service activities include the preparation stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. After participating in the service activities, the understanding and knowledge of MSME actors about the digital economy increased. The majority of service activity participants have understood the concepts and benefits of the digital economy. Likewise, E-Commerce and online marketplaces and their benefits in increasing MSME sales have also been understood by the majority of participants. This activity has a significant impact in increasing the understanding and knowledge of participants.

This research aims to analyze and test the influence of company size, asset structure and sales growth on capital structure. This research method uses a quantitative type of research. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of company annual financial reports obtained through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling so that 32 companies were obtained from 84 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and the number of observations was 128 sample data. Data processing in this research uses Eviews 12 software. The results of this research show that company size has a significant effect on capital structure, asset structure has no significant effect on capital structure, and sales growth has a significant effect on capital structure.

This research explores business innovation strategies aimed at improving competitiveness and supporting the growth of creative industry Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the digital era. A qualitative approach, used in this study, focused on knowledge of the challenges faced by creative industry MSMEs, the role of digital technology, and the innovative strategies they implement. The findings of this study underscore the key role of e-commerce, data-driven decision-making, collaboration, and enhanced customer experience on the competitiveness and growth of creative industry MSMEs. In addition, the findings also contribute that the implementation of business innovation strategies can give creative industry MSMEs a competitive advantage through unique products and services and innovative designs. MSMEs can produce a variety of new products and services by utilizing digital technology. This can increase market appeal and enable businesses to adapt to changing consumer trends

This research compares the implementation of Sharia financing models in Malaysia, Indonesia, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar to analyze their roles in driving economic growth. A qualitative approach is employed to evaluate regulations, infrastructure, and literacy levels related to Sharia financing in these five countries. The results indicate differences in product coverage, market structures, and regulations governing the Sharia financing sector in each country. The more rapid development of Sharia financing in Malaysia and Bahrain correlates with higher economic growth in both nations. This study concludes that a conducive regulatory framework and infrastructure are crucial to promoting the development of Sharia financing, enabling it to play an optimal role in driving economic growth. Integrated policies are needed to strengthen the Islamic financial industry across various Muslim-majority countries.

This study aims to test the viability and growth of mung bean (Vigna radiata) sprouts for 11 days. Mung beans were chosen as the object of research because of the ease of the germination process and high nutritional value. The methods used include preparing germination media with moistened opaque paper, as well as observing the parameters of normal, abnormal, and dead seeds. The results showed that in the first repetition, the number of normal sprouts reached 17 seeds with a germination power of 68%, while in the second repetition there were only 11 normal seeds. This study indicates that environmental conditions and proper treatment greatly affect seed viability. Thus, it is important to maintain optimal conditions to increase germination and plant growth results.

This study aims to evaluate the effect of grafting and budding techniques on the growth and success of avocado (Persea americana) plant propagation. Grafting and budding techniques are vegetative methods commonly used in horticultural plant propagation to maintain the genetic quality of the parent plant. The study was conducted using avocado plants with grafting and budding techniques on the rootstock. The parameters observed included the level of success of unification (compatibility rate), shoot growth rate, survival percentage, and growth in stem diameter and plant height during a certain period. The results showed that the grafting technique provided a higher success rate than the budding technique on certain varieties, with a survival percentage reaching 85%. However, the budding technique showed advantages in the parameter of shoot growth rate, especially on varieties with specific or better environmental adaptation. This study shows that choosing the right propagation technique, depending on the characteristics of the variety and environmental conditions, is a key factor in supporting the success of avocado plant propagation. These findings are expected to be a reference for farmers and researchers in optimizing the production of high-quality avocado seedlings.

Background: Breastfeeding is the first, most important and best food in the early life and natural life of a baby. Coverage of exclusive breastfeeding  is still low. Exclusive breastfeeding is influenced by several factors, including the mother's  knowledge and about exclusive breastfeeding.Objective: to find out the mother's relationship with the  mother's knowledge and exclusive breastfeeding.Design: This type of study is an analytical study that uses a cross-sectional design. The main population of this study was mothers with children aged 7-12 months in the working area of ​​Muara Badak Health Center, a total of 120 people, a sample of 92 people. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Chi-square is used to analyze the data.Result: The characteristics of the respondents were mainly 21-30 years old, a total of 64 people (69.6%), 41 people with a high school diploma (44.6%) and a total of 47 people (51.1%) with professions such . like IRT. 64 subjects (69.6%) had poor maternal knowledge of exclusive breastfeeding, while 28 subjects (30.4%) had good knowledge of exclusive breastfeeding. 51 mothers did not exclusively breastfeed (55.4%) and 41 mothers (44.6%). In, the association of mother and knowledge with exclusive breastfeeding, p-value: 0.006 andlt;α: 0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.Conclusion: The relationship of mother and knowledge to exclusive breastfeeding.Proposal: Counseling is needed on the importance of exclusive breastfeeding and proper storage of breast milk workplace.

Kosmetik dari bahan alam sudah telah mengalami pengembangan karena banyak diproduksi oleh beberapa industri dalam bidang kosmetik. Rambut merupakan bagian dari tubuh yang  menghiasi kepala manusia dengan kebutuhan estetika, sehingga tidak heran jika banyak orang yang sangat memperhatikan kesehatan rambutnya dengan cara merawat atau memperbaiki rambut yang sudah rusak dan juga mencegah rambut dari hal-hal yang merugikan yaitu seperti seperti rambut ronotk, rambut kering, berminyak dan berketombe, yang mengganggu proses pertumbuhan rambut. Formulasi sampo herbal sebagai alternatif lain untuk memanfaatkan bahan. Tanaman murbei (Morus alba L.)merupakan tanaman dengaan beragai manfaat dalam bidang pengobatan maupun dalam bidang kosmetik. Praktikum formulasi shampo yang sudah dilakukan kemudian dilakukan pengujian stabilitas sediaan dan uji aktivitas antiketombe antara lain yaitu uji organoleptik, pH, tinggi busah, dan uji aktivitas antiketombe dengan bakteri P.ovale. Hasil yang diperoleh dengan warna putih, coklat, soklat tua, bentuk sediaan kental, aroma menthol dan bentuk kental, pH sediaan 8, tinnggi busa 4,2 dan 8,2 serta daya hambat bakteri sebesar 1,266 cm, 1,466 cm dan 1,3 cm. Pengaruh perbedaan kosentrasi ekstrak yaitu terhadap warna dan aroma, dan juga pada daya hambat antibakteri.

To support exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia, the government launched the National Movement to Increase Breastfeeding (PP-ASI), one of the aims of which is to cultivate exclusive breastfeeding behavior for babies up to 4 months old. In 2004, in accordance with recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), exclusive breastfeeding was increased to 6 months as stated in the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia number 450/MENKES/SK/VI/2004 (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2021). This study aims to analyze the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and growth and development in babies aged 6-12 months in PMB Evi Liana, Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency in 2023. This research is correlational with a cross sectional approach and bivariate data analysis is the data analysis used in research to determine the relationship or influence of the independent variable with the dependent variable using Chi Square analysis with a significant p-value (0.05) (Hardani, 2020)Based on the results of research on exclusive breastfeeding for growth in babies aged 6-12 months in PMB Evi Liana, Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency in 2023 with a p-value of 0.000. This research uses literature study analysis to evaluate the influence of oil and gas exports, non-oil and gas exports and foreign investment on Indonesia's economic growth. The results show that dependence on the oil and gas sector has a negative impact on economic growth, while growth in non-oil and gas exports and foreign investment has a positive impact. Economic diversification through increasing non-oil and gas exports and appropriate foreign investment can reduce dependence on the oil and gas sector and increase Indonesia's economic resilience. However, keep in mind that the interaction between these variables is not always linear and can affect overall economic growth.

This study aims to determine the extent of the urgency of halal product certification in increasing Islamic economic growth in Indonesia. The method used is library research. The results of the study show that the urgency of halal certification in the growth of the Islamic economy in Indonesia is: (1) Halal certification is an instrument in the halal chain in the Islamic economy; (2) Halal certification encourages Indonesia's achievements through the implementation of its sharia economic system, and (3) Halal certification plays a role in increasing the quantity of economic growth in Indonesia. The research implication is as a reference and motivation for stakeholders, government and society in accelerating halal certification for target products. The novelty of research is the urgency in the movement for halal certification to move to increase the growth of the Islamic economy in Indonesia.

Perubahan dalam pola komsumsi masyarakat dan persaingan usaha yang semakin ketat mendorong perlunya inovasi dalam industri kuliner. Penelitian ini menggali proses perubahan dari aspek manajemen, startegi adaptasi, dan ilplementasi inovasi untuk memperkuat dan memperluas jangkauan pondok ikan bakar dalam proses pasar yang berkembang. Metode kualitati f yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari pemilik usaha, pelanggan, dan analisi industri, memberikan wawasan mendalam tentnag bagaimana manajemen perubahan di gunakan untuk memperkuat pondok ikan bakar di tengah dinamika pasar. Hasil menunjukan bahwa penerapan strategi perubahan yang tepat mampu menigkatkan daya saing dan keberlangsungan usaha pondok ikan bakar dalam menghadapi perubahan pasar yang cepat. Implikasi dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi pemilik usaha kuliner dalam mengelolah perubahan untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan pertumbuhan usaha mereka.

Profit growth is important for businesses as it can be used to forecast future business plans. Earnings growth is difficult to separate from the company's financial performance as measured by financial ratios. This study aims to determine the effect of accounts receivable turnover ratio, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and inventory turnover on profit growth. This study has a population of 17 companies over three years (per quarter), and a sample of 204 collected through purposive sampling method, and this study uses data analysis methods, namely multiple regression analysis and panel data with Eviews 12 software. The analysis shows that ITR has a positive and significant effect on earnings growth (Ln), while RTR, CR, and DER have no effect on earnings growth (Ln). All independent variables, namely RTR, CR, DER, and ITR, affect earnings growth (Ln) simultaneously. Earnings growth (Ln) is influenced by the four independent variables by 9%. This shows the capability of financial ratios in anticipating profit increases and can influence investor investment decisions.
