This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic microfinance institutions in developing micro and small businesses in Indonesia through the distribution of funds based on sharia principles. The method used is a literature review to identify how Islamic financing schemes, such as mudharabah and musyarakah, contribute to increasing access to capital for small business actors. The results of the study show that Islamic microfinance institutions provide more inclusive and fair financing and business assistance and management of social funds such as zakat, infaq, and sedekah. This supports the growth of micro and small businesses and improves the community's economic welfare. However, several challenges remain, such as low Islamic financial literacy and limited capital. Therefore, this study recommends the need for innovation in Islamic financial technology and increased public education to expand the reach and effectiveness of Islamic financial services for micro and small businesses.

The method used in this research uses the Juridical Sociology method. The results of the research show that a fiduciary agreement which makes the object of collateral (in the form of objects) in a subsidiary agreement (acessoir) of the main agreement has weak legal protection for creditors if the agreement is not registered by a Notary through the Fiduciary Guarantee Institute, as stipulated in the Law Number 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary Guarantees. The legal implications for creditors' rights because they do not comply with the principle of publicity as per the applicable consensus, in this case is Law Number 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary Guarantees which regulates Preferential Rights and Executorial Rights. For the implementation of financing by making objects into objects, an agreement process should be carried out in accordance with the Fiduciary Guarantee consensus by referring to Law Number 42 of 1999, by fulfilling the principle of publicity as the main legal principle in material guarantee law.

Islamic Religious Education is considered the main pillar in shaping the character of Muslims; however, in the era of globalization, entrepreneurship has become essential. The integration of entrepreneurship enables students to connect religious values with the real world, develop self-potential, and become agents of positive change. Inclusive management of Islamic religious education towards entrepreneurship is not only a necessity but also a challenge to create innovative curricula. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method through a literature review approach to examine the management of education and entrepreneurship in Islamic religious education. The goal of Islamic Religious Education is to shape individuals with profound knowledge of Islamic teachings, capable of applying them in daily life, fostering love and obedience to Allah SWT, imparting Islamic values and ethics, and encouraging critical, analytical skills, and entrepreneurial spirit. Entrepreneurship in Islamic religious education aims to mold a younger generation of Muslims who can become successful entrepreneurs and are morally and ethically responsible. The integration of entrepreneurship involves teaching entrepreneurial values and principles, as well as developing entrepreneurial skills such as creativity and management. A conducive environment for entrepreneurship, including the empowerment of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (UMKM), training, mentoring, access to financing, and incentives for entrepreneurs, is deemed essential. By integrating entrepreneurship into Islamic religious education, it is expected that students can prepare themselves to face the challenges of the job market and contribute to the welfare of society.

The aim of this thesis is to determine the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction with People's Business Credit (KUR) financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia Sub-Branch Office (KCP) Paser Tanah Grogot. Based on the Validity Test which contains 26 statement items, it is declared valid, because rcount > rtable, with an rtable value of 0.3120. The results of the Reliability Test which contains 26 statement items are declared reliable, because the Cronbach alpha value is greater than 0.6 then the Multiple Linear Regression Equation which contains the value of each variable is Y = 1.488 - 0.001X1 + 0.313X2 - 0.035X3 - 0.216X4 + 0.560X5. Based on the Correlation Coefficient Test (R), it shows a value of 0.760 and is in the Coefficient interval 0.60 – 0.799, which means there is a strong influence between Direct Evidence (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) and Empathy (X5) on KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction (Y). The results of the Adjusted R Square Determination Coefficient (R2a) show a value of 0.515 or 51.5%, which means that Direct Evidence (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) and Empathy (X5) provide a percentage contribution or the contribution that influences the KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction variable (Y) at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Paser Tanah Grogot is 51.5% while the remaining 48.5% is contributed by other variables not included in this research. The results of the F test calculation analysis (simultaneous) obtained an Fcount value of 9.295 and Ftable using a significance level of 0.000 while the Ftable value was 2.49. So Fcount is 9.295 > Ftable value is 2.49 and the hypothesis test is accepted because there is a significant influence on KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction. The results of the t test calculation analysis show that the t value of the Reliability variable (X2) is 3.341 with a significant level of 0.002, Empathy (X5) is 4.017 with a significant level of 0.000 which has an influence on KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction (Y). Meanwhile, the t-calculated value of Direct Evidence (X1) is -0.007 with a significant level of 0.995, Responsiveness (X3) is -0.187 with a significant level of 0.853, and Guarantee (X4) is -1.819 with a significant level of 0.078 and has no effect on KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction (Y). Based on the calculations above, the Empathy variable (X5) has a dominant influence on KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction (Y) with a t value of 4.017 with a significance level of 0.000. Thus, the second hypothesis in Chapter II which states that the Guarantee variable (X4) has a dominant influence on KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction (Y) is not proven correct (H0 is accepted Ha is rejected).

Financial management must start from household management first because household financial management is already good, this will advance Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) because society already has a basis for keeping financial records. The service aims to help and analyze and provides solutions to sources of business financing funds and provides new insights into accounting and digital financial technology that can be implemented into simple financial bookkeeping for households and MSMEs. Financial planning in the household can be done by identifying financial conditions (what assets we own and has the potential for great value in the future), determines desires, determines main desires. When determining your desires, you need to do three things, namely making all the desires you want to achieve now and in the future, what you want and what you need, writing down the funds needed and the time to achieve them. The next step is to determine the main desires. Practical financial management strategies that need to be implemented by MSME players are as follows: (1) administering receivables, (2) administering accounts payable, (3) administering inventory, which has a strategic role for both businesses operating in trade sector. (4) Cash administration, useful in providing information about the amount of cash coming in and cash going out.

This article discusses the consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic on financing and third party funds at Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM). The focus is to highlight the obstacles faced by the Islamic banking industry due to the impact of the pandemic, as well as the need for creative and innovative strategies to accommodate change and maintain continuity. This pandemic has affected the role of sharia banking as an intermediary, especially in terms of providing credit and recovering third party funds. Bank Mandiri Syariah experienced fluctuations in financing and third party funds from January to March 2020, due to a decrease in funding demand and economic uncertainty. To face this challenge, Bank Syariah Mandiri and other sharia banking institutions are adopting operational strategies that involve digitalization and technology. Digitalization is considered a crucial step in providing banking services during the pandemic. The aim of this research is to assess the operational tactics used by sharia banks to fulfill their role as mediators during the pandemic, as well as the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on financing and third party funds at Bank Syariah Mandiri.

The used car showroom business conducts manual recording to document purchase transactions, sales transactions, vehicle unit financing, employee management, relying solely on the owner's memory. The risk lies in manual recording requiring significant time and attention, with possibilities of errors (duplication) in recording, loss, or damage. Hence, the utilization of information technology is necessary in managing the assets of the used car showroom and employee management, introducing a system called SIMOKAS (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Showroom Mobil Bekas). Steps in this research involve data collection, literature review, and system design. Data collection involves two approaches: interviews and observations. The applied system design method is Prototyping. System testing methods include Black Box Testing and Usability Testing. SIMOKAS testing occurred at Putra Mobil Balikpapan showroom, involving ten potential users. Based on functional testing through black box methods, SIMOKAS met requirements and functioned accordingly, managing vehicles, transactions, vehicle documents, and employees. Usability testing resulted in a total SUS score of 87.25, falling into the 'Acceptable' category for acceptability, receiving an 'A' grade on the grade scale, and being in the 'Best Imaginable' category in adjective rating.
