The Central Mahakam region is a peat swamp ecosystem with cascade lakes in East Kutai, West Kutai, and Kutai Kartanegara. The region has abundant potential for taro plants (Araceae). The community uses taro only for food and is not used as a feed ingredient. This research aims to identify the types and potential of taro for use as animal feed. Observations were conducted in two villages in the Central Mahakam region: Batuq and Tuana Tuha Villages, Muara Muntai District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Taro samples will be taken based on habitat and then subjected to proximate analysis to determine chemical content. The method used in this research was exploratory. The results of identifying the types of taro in Batuq Village showed four types of taro, while there were two types in Tuana Tuha Village. The taro-growing habitat for the Colocasia sp species is terrestrial/semi-terrestrial, while the Xanthosoma sagittifolium species grows terrestrially. The part of taro that can be used as food is in the form of leaves. The chemical content of taro leaves (Colocasia esculenta) dry weight is 90.39%, crude protein is 4.62%, Ash is 4.51%, crude fat is 1.01%, and crude fiber is 3.86%. The Xanthosoma sagittifolium type contains 90.52% dry weight, 4.47% crude protein, 4.39% ash, 1.06% crude fat, and 3.56% crude fiber. There are six types of taro found in the Central Mahakam region, and they have the potential to be an alternative food source based on their chemical content.

The study investigated how Cola nitida affects the sweat concentrations of sodium (Na), potassium (K), and chloride (Cl) in male and female subjects. Sixty healthy participants (30 males, 30 females) aged 18–28 years, with varying body weights (underweight, normal weight, overweight), were selected. Subjects were exposed to three conditions: normal chamber temperature (27°C, 70% RH), raised temperature (37°C, 90% RH), and exercise at normal temperature (27°C, 70% RH) while riding a bicycle ergometer at 750J/min for 20 minutes. Prior to the experiment, 0.5g/kg body weight of Cola nitida was consumed, followed by a 90-minute rest. Sweat samples were collected to measure ion concentrations. Results showed no significant changes in sodium (Na) concentrations between males and females under normal and raised temperature conditions. However, under exercise conditions, there was a significant increase in sweat Na in female underweight subjects compared to males. Regarding chloride (Cl), there was no significant difference between males and females under all conditions. For potassium (K), significant increases were observed in the sweat of female underweight subjects compared to males in normal, raised temperature, and exercise conditions. Conversely, decreases in sweat potassium were noted in female normal weight subjects under normal conditions and overweight subjects under raised temperature and exercise conditions compared to males.

How Cola nitida could affect the urine calcium and magnesium concentrations of the male human subjects in comparison to the female counterpart were focused on. Sixty subjects (males=30 and females=30) and unaccustomed to Cola nut eating were involved. Their age range was between 18 and 28years. Three (3) sub-categories were involved: underweight=10, normal weight=10 and overweight=10. Hypertensive, renal and any subject with cardio-pulmonary-related conditions were exempted from the study. The normal chamber temperature, (RT=270C and RH=70%), the raised chamber temperature (RT =370C and RH=90%) were studied. Sequel to the foregoing, the subjects sat quietly in the sweat chamber for 20 minutes. The third experimental condition was the normal chamber temperature with exercise (RT=270C and RH=70%) and the subjects rode a bicycle ergometer at 750J/minute for 20 minutes. All of these happened prior to the consumption Cola nitida. Ahead of the experimentation in the sweat chamber, the subject urinated in a container in order for the timed urine volume to be measured and urine was again taken at the end of the experimentation that was also measured in order to obtain the actual urine volume within the given period. Thereafter, the urinary flow rate was calculated. The urine calcium and magnesium concentrations were likewise estimated. 0.5g/kg body weight of Cola nitida was given to each subject and chewed as a bolus. After swallowing, 50ml of deionized water was given to each subject to drink and the subject was allowed to rest for 90 minutes before being brought into the sweat chamber. The results showed that in respect to urine Ca ions concentration, no significant change was observed in a comparison between the males and females after the ingestion of Cola nitida under normal, raised temperature and exercise experimental conditions. As regards urine Mg ions concentration, no significant change was observed in a comparison between the males and females after the ingestion of Cola nitida under normal and exercise experimental conditions. However, there was a significant increase in Mg ions concentration in the female UW and NW subjects compared to the males after the consumption of Cola nitida under raised temperature condition.

A human being was created to live in pairs as husband and wife through marriage. Marriage is a spiritual bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife with the aim of forming a happy and eternal family or household. Ideally, women marry at the age of 21-25 years, while men at the age of 25-28 years. It is recommended that getting married at this age can be done in terms of the health of the woman's reproductive organs, which are ready to conceive and give birth. Likewise, men of this age are ready to fulfill their obligations as head of the family (Fatmawati etal., 2019).  This community service activity takes the form of counseling about the impact of early marriage on teenagers in Darul Amin Village, Lawe Alas District, Southeast Aceh Regency. This activity was attended by 30 participants with the aim of increasing young women's knowledge about the impact of early marriage on young women. The results of this activity were an increase in the knowledge of young women before and after being given counseling, namely from an average knowledge score of 50 to 80. It is hoped that this activity can be useful for young women and not to engage in early marriage to prevent the effects, namely miscarriage, anemia, birth weight low, sexually transmitted diseases.

Physics is a part of natural science that has the properties of processes, products and values. Most of the concepts of physics are formulas, but they can be tested through experiments. Along with technological developments in experiments often used technology-based aids, for example the use of PhET (Physics Education Technology) applications to determine gravitational acceleration through simple swivel arrangements. The simple rotation experiment was performed by giving variations in rope lengths of 50 cm, 60 cm, 70 cm, 80 cm, 90 cm, and 100 cm for each of the different bulk masses of 0.5 kg and 1 kg. The study aims to determine the value of gravitational acceleration in simple rotations using PhET applications. (Physics Education Technology). Research data is displayed in tables and graphs. The data analysis uses a linear regression equation between the length of the string (L) and the square of the period (T2). Large gravitational acceleration is obtained through the gradient of the linear equation of the longness of the rope (L). The magnitude of gravitational acceleration obtained for a 0.5 kg body mass was 9.50 m/s2, for a 1 kg body weight was 9.67 m /s2, and the average perception of gravity was 9.58 m / s2.

Increasing age will reduce the physiological functions of the body including muscle mass. The ability to synthesize muscle protein decreases due to a reduction in the number of muscle fibers and a decrease in muscle fiber size. This results in the loss of neurons, reducing muscle strength capacity. Decreased muscle strength limits the daily activities of the elderly, such as difficulty walking, climbing stairs, and lifting weights. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of upper and lower extremity muscle strength of the elderly in Griya Asih Lawang nursing home, Malang Regency. This descriptive study used 30 populations with a sampling technique that is total sampling. The variable in this study is the strength of the upper and lower extremities of the elderly measured using Manual Muscule Testing. Univariate data analysis, then the data is presented in a frequency distribution table. This research was conducted in June 2023 at Griya Asih Lawang nursing home, Malang Regency. The results showed that more than half of the respondents as many as 18 people (60%) had moderate muscle strength in the upper extremities and less than half as many as 13 people (43.5%) had low muscle strength in the lower extremities, and less than half as many as 13 people (43.5%) also had moderate muscle strength in the lower extremities. The process in artificial intelligence is similar to the process that occurs in the human brain. The pattern recognition process is to determine whether the input and output values are the same so that the system can detect the pattern. A reciprocal relationship between the input and output levels is made possible by the two interconnected layers of the Bidirectional Associative Memory (BAM) technique. As a result, this technique can serve as an associative memory, meaning that some of the data stored in it can be called upon.. The load signal is transmitted from the input layer X to the output layer Y in this procedure. The weight value will be modified by computing the outcomes between the ranks [1,0]. In this work, the active sigmoid function is employed. Three input characters—the letters S, O, and X—are used in this study's 5x5 order matrix. A pattern [27 4] that matches the target is produced by the target letter S [1,-1], a pattern [27 -3] that does not match the target is produced by the target letter O [1.1], and a pattern [-37 21] that matches the target is produced by the target letter X [-1,1]. Consequently, not all patterns are able to meet the established objectives.
