Di era digital yang terus berkembang, kebutuhan akan layanan web yang lebih cepat dan lebih andal menjadi sangat penting. Solusi umum yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan ketersediaan layanan web adalah teknologi kompensasi beban. Penelitian ini menganalisis perbandingan kinerja round robin robin dan last connection sebagai load balancer dari last connection. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan eksperimental dengan menjalankan pengujian dalam dua skenario beban yang sama dan tegangan yang tidak merata. Pengujian dijalankan menggunakan Apache Jmeter  dan menghasilkan lalu lintas per detik per detik hingga 1000/500, 1200/600, 100/700, 1600/800, dan 1800/900 dalam fase per detik. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Algoritma least connection memiliki waktu respons yang rendah di sekitar round-robin dalam semua skenario, dengan waktu respons rata-rata yang rendah sebesar 118 ms pada koneksi 1000/500, dan nilai tertinggi untuk koneksi 1800/900 adalah 150 ms. Sementara itu, waktu respons rata-rata untuk algoritma round-robin adalah antara 125 ms hingga 155 ms dalam skenario yang sama. Dalam hal throughput, algoritma round robin dalam skenario beban tinggi menghasilkan throughput yang tinggi, mencapai puncaknya pada 10.362 kb/s dengan koneksi 1800/900 dan least connection  pada 10.330 kb/s dengan skenario yang sama.

Bitcoin is one of the most prominent digital assets in the modern financial era due to its high volatility and huge profit potential. However, its extreme price volatility also makes it a high-risk asset, so a reliable forecasting approach is needed to help investors make more rational decisions. This study aims to forecast Bitcoin price using the Moving Average (MA) method, specifically MA3, by utilizing monthly historical data of Bitcoin price in USD currency obtained from investing.com website. The MA3 method was chosen for its ability to smooth out short-term fluctuations and identify the direction of price trends. The forecasting process is performed by calculating the average of the last three months' prices for each point in time and compared to the actual price to evaluate its accuracy. The evaluation is done using various prediction error metrics, namely Error, Absolute Error, Squared Error, and Percentage Error. The results of the analysis show that the MA method provides a fairly representative picture of price trends and can be used as an early indicator in short-term investment strategies. Thus, the Moving Average method proves to be a simple but effective prediction tool, especially for novice investors in the dynamic crypto asset market.

In line with the rapid advancement of digital technology, the need for an efficient, integrated, and technology-based financial management system has become  critical, particularly for educational institutions such as STT-NF. The manual management of financial reports, especially cash flow statements used spreadsheets continues to pose significant challenges, including the risk of data entry errors, delayed reporting, and the lack of real-time visibility into the institution's financial condition. This study aims to develop a web application for cash flow monitoring system using the waterfall methodology to address these issues. The waterfall model was selected due to its systematic and structured approach. The system was developed using ReactJS for the frontend, NodeJS for the backend, and PostgreSQL as the database management system. To verify system functionality, testing was conducted using the black box testing method. The results of the testing indicate that all developed features of the cash flow monitoring system functioned according to the specified requirements and operated optimally. Therefore, the system is expected to provide tangible benefits in supporting the performance of the Finance Department at STT-NF as well as the foundation, by enhancing real-time financial visibility and delivering accurate information to facilitate faster & more informed decision-making.

This study is dedicated to the design and implementation of a web-based inventory management platform for PT. Paramata Baraya International. replacing the manual Excel system that is ineffective and susceptible to mistakes. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) method is chosen for its quick and iterative approach to software development. The system is built using the Next.js framework and PostgreSQL as the database, with Prisma ORM for database management. Key features include item management, real-time status tracking, calibration, maintenance, equipment rental, and automatic notifications. The implementation results show a 60% increase in item search efficiency, 95% data accuracy, and an 80% reduction in manual input errors. This study is significant as a solution for companies engaged in calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments.

The Enterprise University Website is an academic platform for internship students and employees at PT Petrokimia Gresik. This study aims to measure user satisfaction with the Enterprise University website and identify priority improvements using the e-Servqual and IPA methods. The e-Servqual method is applied through seven dimensions: Efficiency, System Availability, Fulfillment, Privacy, Responsiveness, Compensation, and Contact. Based on these, service indicators that should be the main focus for improvement are determined using the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method. This research is a quantitative study. The sample consists of 49 Merdeka internship students at PT Petrokimia Gresik who are also users of the Enterprise University website. The results show that based on e-Servqual calculations, the overall average gap between user perceptions and expectations is (-0.61). This indicates that the service quality of the Enterprise University website is still lacking and does not provide user satisfaction. Furthermore, data analysis using the IPA method, as shown in the Cartesian diagram, reveals that the top improvement priorities lie in three indicators located in Quadrant I. The findings of this study can serve as a basis for strategic decision-making by platform managers to optimize services and enhance user satisfaction in the academic processes at PT Petrokimia Gresik.

This research iss motivated by the problem of the lack of digital learning facilities that can be flexibly accessed by students and theachers at SMP Djama'atul Ichwan Surakarta, so that interaction in the theaching and learning proces is limited. The theories applied in this study include the concept of E-Learning as a distance learning method rooted in information technology, web-based system development, and an interactive technology integration approach to increase effectiveness and engagement in learning. The method used is the Waterfall model system development life cycle (SDLC), which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation with PHP and MySQL using the CodeIgniter framework, and function testing. The research findings show that the designed web-based E-Learning system successfully provides features for managing student and teacher data, distributing teaching materials, scheduling lessons, giving assignments, and interaction through discussion forums. This system is considered capable of supporting a more organized and interactive online education process.The implementation of this systemis expected to a long-term solution to overcome the limitations of traditional learning methods and become a foundation for the development of digital learning platforms in the futur.

Employee PT TRAFINDO PRIMA PERKASA is a company engaged in the medium voltage electrical equipment industry. The employee attendance system currently in place at PT TRAFINDO PRIMA This is still done manually, starting from recording employee entry times, recording employee exit times to making employee attendance reports. Therefore, during the recording process, there is a possibility of errors, or the resulting report is less precise and slow in finding the required data. The research method applied is the waterfall method. This employee attendance information system is web-based. With this application, the attendance information system will be better than the manual system, so that it can operate more effectively and efficiently, and this system will be more supportive and improved when compared to the previous system. In addition, the best solution is to use a computerized system that can solve various problems in this company, to support activities within the company.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelompokkan penjualan berbagai merek beras di UD. Nainggolan menggunakan algoritma K-Means Clustering. UD. Nainggolan merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang penjualan sembako, termasuk beras dari berbagai merek. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah kesulitan dalam memahami tren penjualan dan preferensi pelanggan, yang berdampak pada pengelolaan stok dan strategi pemasaran. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan data penjualan dari Maret 2024 hingga Februari 2025, dengan fokus pada 9 merek beras. Data dianalisis untuk diklasterisasikan ke dalam 2 kategori:, laris, dan kurang laris. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem berbasis web yang dibangun menggunakan PHP dan MySQL, yang mampu mengelompokkan penjualan beras berdasarkan algoritma K-Means. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu pihak manajemen dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait pengelolaan stok dan strategi penjualan yang lebih efisien dan tepat sasaran.

Firm value refers to the price a prospective buyer is willing to pay if the company were to be sold. It serves as an economic metric to assess the overall financial position of a company, reflecting how valuable the firm is in terms of its assets, earnings, growth potential, and other relevant factors. This study aims to analyze dividend policy as a moderating variable in the relationship between liquidity, leverage, and firm value among organizations listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2023. The data employed in this study is secondary information sourced from annual financial reviews published through the reliable IDX website or the companies’ individual websites. Liquidity is estimated using the current ratio, leverage is estimated using the debt-to-equity ratio, firm value is calculated using the price-to-book value, and dividend policy is calculated using the dividend payout ratio. The sample consists of 248 companies, selected using the Slovin sampling technique. The findings reveal that liquidity and leverage have no impact on firm value. Dividend policy does not slight the impact of liquidity on firm value. However, dividend policy does moderate the effect of leverage on firm value.

In the current era of digitalization, villages are expected to follow technological developments to modernize correspondence services. Village administration services delivered via the internet enable the village government to communicate information quickly and simply to all village officials, the community, village organizations and the community within the village. Apart from that, the community can submit input to the village government through village information services to direct development in a more positive direction. The problem in Serasah Village that often occurs is that the village head and office staff concerned with carrying out services are often not at the village office because they are out of town on business or there are sub-district meetings and currently there are additional activities in the form of training. electrical installation from BLKP Jambi. So many residents experience obstacles because of this, in fact, some residents who live far from the office area often receive less than optimal service. Based on this problem, it is necessary to design an information system at the Serasah Village office which will take the form of a website which has features regarding information regarding news and activity agendas that will be carried out at the Serasah Village Office, features for online letter submission services and checking the status of letter submissions made. by society. The system development method used to develop websites is the waterfall model. After creating the website, the website testing stage was carried out using the black box testing method with successful test results and a feasibility test was carried out using a Likert scale model. The results of the feasibility test were carried out using a questionnaire and data was obtained with an average percentage of 81.6%.

Pengelolaan rantai pasok dengan menggunakan metode E-SCM untuk mengoptimalkan persediaan Toko Nadira dapat meningkatkan persediaan yang efisien. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada Toko Nadira adalah proses pencatatan barang, pengelolaan persediaan dan pemesanan ke Supplier masih manual dengan menggunakan buku catatan. Dengan adanya teknologi, Toko Nadira dapat memanfaatkannya dengan baik dengan menggunakan website, website ini mampu mempermudah proses pencatatan barang, monitoring persediaan, dan meningkatkan keakuratan dalam proses pemesanan barang ke Supplier serta update stok secara real-time, Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian aplikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website E-SCM yang dikembangkan telah berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi operasional Toko Nadira, mengurangi resiko kehabisan stok, dan mempercepat proses restocking. Selain itu, sistem ini juga dapat diintegrasikan dengan laporan penjualan dan pembelian, yang memungkinkan pemilik Nadira Store untuk melakukan analisis data yang lebih mendalam.

Social media has become a strategic space in the digital advertisin landscape including for illegal promotions such as online gambling. This study discusses covert advertising practices by entertainment accounts on Instagram that subtly promote gambling websites through watermarks, without disclosing that the content is sponsored. such practices are considered unethical and misleading, particularly for young audiences. this research uses a qualitative descriptive approach through literature review and content observation. the findings reveal that the lack of oversight and ethical awareness among content creators opens opportunities for misuse of social media as a platform for prohibited promotions. additionally, the absence of advertising labels makes it difficult for audiences to distinguish between entertainment and promotion. this study highlights the need for ethical advertising education among content creators, along with stricter regulations and monitoring by relevant authorities. by doing so, unethical and illegal advertising practices can be prevented, protecting the broader public, especially the younger generation, who are highly active on social media.

Incomplete medical records remain a significant challenge in achieving efficient and accountable healthcare services. This study aims to design a web-based return system for incomplete medical records at the Medical Record Installation of RSUD dr. DradjatPrawiranegara, Serang Regency. Using data collection through observation, interviews, and literature review, the system is designed to document incompleteness, return processes, and file status tracking digitally. The design results show that the system can speed up the identification and reporting process of incomplete records, improve staff efficiency, and facilitate auditing and archiving. The conclusion is that a web-based system can serve as a strategic solution in managing incomplete medical documents.

Voting at SMK Plus YSB Suryalaya has traditionally been carried out manually, resulting in a time-consuming process that is prone to errors. Therefore, to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the election process, an online voting system is needed. This research aims to develop a web-based E-Voting system with a Multi-Vote model, allowing voters to vote for multiple candidates across different election categories. This system is designed to simplify the election process at the school, with features such as candidate registration, voter registration, real-time voting, and automatic processing and tabulation of election results. The system was tested using Black Box Testing to ensure its functionality and security, and the results show that the system performs well and meets user requirements. With this system, it is expected that the election process at SMK Plus YSB Suryalaya can be carried out more efficiently, transparently, and with fewer errors.

Website Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP) merupakan wujud digitalisasi layanan publik yang membutuhkan tata kelola Teknologi Informasi (TI) yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kematangan tata kelola TI menggunakan framework COBIT 5 serta menilai keamanan dan performa sistem. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan audit pada 13 proses dari lima domain COBIT 5. Pengujian keamanan dilakukan menggunakan Nessus Scanner, sedangkan Apache JMeter digunakan untuk mengukur performa sistem. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan rata-rata tingkat kematangan sebesar 3,6 dengan selisih (gap) 1,4 dari target level 5 (Optimized). Domain MEA02 memiliki gap tertinggi sebesar 2,1, menunjukkan kurangnya pengawasan internal. Pemindaian keamanan tidak menemukan celah dengan risiko tinggi, namun semua temuan berada pada kategori Informational. Dari sisi performa, halaman Home memiliki waktu respons tertinggi sebesar 22.683 ms dan throughput hanya 2,1 permintaan/detik, jauh di bawah standar pembanding. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun sistem telah berjalan cukup baik, masih diperlukan perbaikan dalam aspek pengawasan, keamanan, dan performa agar layanan PTSP dapat berjalan lebih optimal dan stabil.

The purpose of this research is to develop a website for the New Learner Information System at Suwargi Buwana Djati Integrated MA. CodeIgniter framework, Visual Studio Code editor, and PhpMyAdmin database management systems are used as tools for the development of information systems . One of the system development methods used is the Waterfall model, which includes analysis , design , implementation , and testing. The results of this research is a website called the New Student Admission Management Information System at Suwargi Buwana Djati Integrated MA which can operate properly .

Motor vehicle workshops need an information system that can help in managing services, customers, and spare parts stock. This study designs a web-based workshop management system with a case study at the Fam Auto workshop, which aims to improve operational efficiency and data transparency. The methodology used is the waterfall system development model with stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The results of this study are a web-based application that is able to record service transactions, manage customer data, monitor inventory, and generate reports. This system is expected to replace the manual process that has been used at Fam Auto and make it easier for workshop owners to monitor operational activities in real-time.

Firm value is a fundamental indicator of a company's success in generating shareholder wealth and is often presumed to be influenced by various internal factors, including capital structure and profitability. This study aims to empirically examine the relationship between capital structure and profitability with firm value. A quantitative approach was employed using an associative research design. The study population included all companies listed in the LQ45 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2023 period. Using a saturated sampling technique, a total of 135 observational data points were initially obtained. After eliminating 12 outlier data points, the final sample consisted of 123 observations. The research utilized secondary data in the form of annual financial statements of the sample companies, which were downloaded from the official IDX website (www.idx.co.id). To test the proposed hypotheses, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the SPSS application. The results show that capital structure does not have a significant relationship with firm value (p-value = 0.064). This finding indicates that, in the context of this study, the company's debt-to-equity composition does not significantly affect its perceived value in the market. However, profitability was found to have a positive and significant relationship with firm value (p-value = 0.003). This suggests that profitability serves as an effective signal for investors in determining firm value, while capital structure does not. In practical terms, company management is advised to focus on enhancing profitability and strengthening business fundamentals, innovation, and good corporate governance as value drivers. Meanwhile, investors are encouraged to conduct a more comprehensive analysis, placing greater emphasis on profitability.

Senia, bisnis penjualan bahan bangunan seperti semen, keramik, pasir, dan besi, menghadapi kesulitan dalam memilih pemasok terbaik karena keterbatasan informasi dan metode evaluasi yang subjektif. Hal ini menyebabkan pemilihan pemasok yang tidak optimal, seperti pemasok yang sering terlambat mengirimkan barang atau menyediakan bahan berkualitas rendah. Akibatnya, operasional usaha terhambat, biaya meningkat, dan kepercayaan pelanggan menurun. Persaingan ketat di industri ini membuat layanan buruk akibat pemasok yang tidak tepat berisiko membuat pelanggan beralih ke kompetitor. Dengan menerapkan sistem menggunakan Metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) pada sistem rekomendasi berbasis website. AHP membantu merangking kriteria dan subkriteria secara sistematis, sementara MOORA efektif dalam menyeleksi alternatif terbaik. Kombinasi kedua metode ini terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam seleksi pemasok, mengurangi waktu evaluasi manual, dan menghindari subjektivitas dalam pengambilan keputusan. Dengan sistem ini, UD. Senia dapat memastikan ketersediaan bahan berkualitas dengan harga kompetitif, menjaga posisi pasar, dan meningkatkan daya saing.

We designed and implemented a web-based inventory system to address challenges in managing inventory and financial data at Toko bangunan Mutiara. With high daily transaction volumes and a wide variety of products, manual recording often leads to errors, inaccuracies in inventory data, and difficulties in monitoring cash flow. To address this, we developed the system using the Agile/Scrum development model, which allows for flexibility and adaptation to user needs through the stages of Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Review. The system was developed using web technology, including PHP and JavaScript for the backend, HTML and CSS for the frontend, and MySQL as the database system. The main features we implemented include two integration options: barcodes and unique product codes to simplify recording, automatic notifications when stock reaches the minimum level set by the system, and the ability to generate accurate reports. It is hoped that this research, which was designed to enhance operational efficiency in recording incoming and outgoing goods, provide flexible and accurate access to inventory data, and minimize errors in recording and inaccurate data, will be successful. The implementation of this system contributes to more accurate inventory management and supports better financial decision-making for Toko bangunan Mutiara.
