The study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement and job satisfaction on employee performance population and civil registration service in Toraja. The object of this research is population and civil registration service in Toraja. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis,to test and prove the research hypothesis using the SPSS version 22 application. The population in this study is government employees population and civil registration service in Toraja as many as 44 respondents. Research shows that Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on performance. By testing the coefficient of determination, a value of 0,433 is obtained, which means 43,3%. Performance variables can be explained by the variables Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction while the remaining 56,7% is explained by other variables.

Patient is a person who, directly or indirectly, consults a doctor or medical service about a health problem in order to receive the medical care the patient needs. After registering, patients need to wait until they get health services from the intended poly. The waiting time is understood as the time required from the arrival of the patient to the moment when the specialist performs the service. This study aims to review the length of waiting time for cardiac outpatient services at the Cilandak Marine Marine Hospital in 2022 using a quantitative approach with descriptive research methods, namely conducting direct interviews with outpatients and directly reviewing the length of waiting time for patients. 74 patient samples, there were 23 patients (31.08%) whose waiting time was appropriate or below the minimum service standard of waiting time (≤60 minutes), while for 51 patients (68.92%) the waiting time did not meet the minimum service standard of time. waiting time (>60 minutes), with an average patient waiting time of 96 minutes. The fastest waiting time for patients is 41 minutes, while the longest waiting time for patients is 173 minutes. Factors that cause long waiting times for outpatients are the inadequate number of medical record officers and medical personnel, the number of patients who come at the same time, causing queues at the registration counter and queues at the poly, doctors' practice hours are quite at odds with registration hours at the counter, negligence of the patient when registering, not carrying a medical card, not carrying the necessary documents, and not the patient concerned who registers, and the number of medical personnel and officers is not sufficient.

The problem of land is a problem that stems from the current needs of the community both for residential use, business or for community livelihoods such as to grow vegetables. In Indonesia, the regulation of land or agrarian has only existed since 1960, namely by bringing up the Basic Agrarian Law (UUPA). In the UUPA It has been stipulated that legal certainty regarding land can only be legally recognized by registering the land and obtaining a certificate of title to the land. Then there is a PP regarding land registration, namely PP No. 24 of 1997. Before the issuance of the UUPA in 1960, the community had a Letter C from the village as proof of ownership of land rights. Even today there are still people who still hold the Letter C as proof of ownership. This is what researchers will discuss about the validity of Letter C which is still used by some communities related to old evidence of ownership of land rights. In assessing the validity or not of a Letter C, it is necessary to understand what are the legal requirements of a decision

Indonesia is a country that has diversity, starting from culture and customs in the era of globalization, so it is necessary for students of the nation's generation to preserve culture through the independent education program (MBKM), independent campus learning, one of the second batch of independent student exchange programs launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture, many universities are encouraging students to take part in one of them is HKBP Nommensen University Medan which sends its students to existing universities starting from Sabang-Merauke which are student destination universities namely Jakarta State University and Trunojoyo Madura University. The students carry out cross-major lecture activities, in the independent student exchange program students also carry out Nusantara module activities which aim to get to know the cultural diversity that exists in Indonesia through this students can get to know the culture at the destination university and even make friends with various ethnic groups so that students know the beauty of life various. Students register through the MBKM account through file registration following the exam selection until departure to the destination university. So by participating in the second batch of domestic independent student exchange activities, students become more enthusiastic about getting to know culture, preserving culture, learning across new science majors and even adding to relationships and taking care of and respecting one another.

                Quality public services are called the best services that meet service quality standards. The best service standards that meet service quality standards are benchmarks that are used as guidelines for service delivery and service quality assessment references as service obligations to the community in the context of quality services. This research is about the Achievement of Public Service Quality at the Civil Registration Office of Seram Bagian Barat Regency, which uses a descriptive qualitative approach, a descriptive qualitative approach decides on a particular unit, where the problem is examined comprehensively, in detail, and various in-depth variables are then examined and made, including the possible relationship between existing variables. To realize quality public services, it is necessary to increase satisfaction with the community. The appearance and ability of physical facilities and infrastructure with the surrounding environment is tangible evidence of a service provided by service providers including the physical facilities of the  service place,  the  equipment used,  and  the appearance  of  employees  in  serving  the community. To improve the quality of service at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Seram Bagian Barat Regency, researchers suggest that: Disdukcapil of West Seram Regency should add service support facilities or service infrastructure, for example by adding chairs and putting fans or air conditioners and providing reading books, newspapers, or magazines in the waiting room.

Queue printers and outpatient registration are systems used in hospitals to help speed up the patient registration process and provide a better patient experience. This system uses information technology to automate the registration process, reduce waiting times and prevent crowding in the registration area. After receiving the queue number, the patient then waits for a call to get an examination or service. The system can be programmed to provide information about expected waiting times, enabling patients to make more effective use of their time. The outpatient registration system uses information technology to help patients speed up the registration process, reduce waiting times, and optimize the use of resources, such as doctors' space and time. This system can also help improve the patient experience by providing convenience and comfort in the registration process. Overall, the use of queuing presses and outpatient registration systems can help improve efficiency and patient experience in a hospital, as well as optimize resource use.

The existence of technology has become insignificant and affects all activities and human life in the world. As in today's era, almost everything is dependent on technology. Information technology in the e-government era can make it easy for people to obtain information and communicate interactively. Because with this technology, we can get information quickly. Information obtained through communication technology makes it easier for an organization to cooperate with each other in achieving the goals of the organization. Therefore the use of technology needs to be optimized and developed so as not to experience backwardness in obtaining information. This study aims to analyze the application of electronic signatures to the electronic official document system at the Jakarta Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration using qualitative research methods by collecting data through recording and observation. The theory used is Grindle's policy implementation theory. Based on the results of the research and discussion above, it can be concluded that the application of electronic signatures to the electronic official document system at the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration in Jakarta in general has a positive impact and eases the work of its employees.

Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) is a Land Registration activity for the first time which is carried out simultaneously for all Land Registration objects throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia in one village/kelurahan area. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program in Sukorejo, Tunjungan District and to find out the factors that became obstacles in the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program. The method in this research is a juridical method. The normative juridical method is based on the main legal materials to conduct research on relevant theories, concepts, legal principles and laws and regulations. The specification in this research is descriptive analysis. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results of this study The implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program has been going well in terms of standards and targets. PTSL officers have followed the instructions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and have been understood by the parties involved in the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program in Tunjungan District, Blora Regency. Factors that become obstacles in the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program at the Blora District Land Office are internal factors.

Land is fixed, does not change, so that land has a promising investment value for most people, this is due to the tendency for the price or selling value of land to continue to increase. The need for housing for the community has increased the sale and purchase of land, the process of legality in land certification has become crucial and needs to be understood carefully. Actualization of community service through outreach regarding land law in Ngadirgo Village, Mijen District, Semarang City has the aim of increasing knowledge of understanding and knowing the importance of land registration and increasing knowledge of understanding and knowing the benefits and functions of land registration. The socialization uses power point presentation media by dividing the method into 4 main components, namely: the lecture method, the interactive discussion method, the consultation method, and the evaluation method. With the socialization related to land law, the people of Ngadirgo Village, Mijen Sub-District gained adequate insight and understanding so that later they can take care of land certification independently so as not to cause problems in the future. The land certificate bleaching program is also one of the main topics related to the socialization of land law as an effort to provide legal certainty and legal protection of community land rights based on the principles of simple, fast, smooth, safe, fair, equitable, and open and accountable so as to increase the welfare and prosperity of the community. and the country's economy as well as reducing and preventing land disputes and conflicts.

E-government which can be broadly defined as the utilization of information and communication technology and the internet which has the ability to transform relations with citizens, business people and other government institutions. The development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is currently very rapid and of course it must be addressed positively to increase community participation in realizing the principles of good governance (Good Governance). This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Sources of data in this study are observation, literature, articles, journals, scientific research and sites on the internet. The Ministry of Home Affairs has a public service unit, one of which is the Directorate General of Population & Civil Registration, of course it is required to provide optimal service to the community. The implementation of e-government, related to service and dissemination of public information at the Ministry, especially at the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration is already good and in the medium category, and still needs to be repaired and improved. The Ministry of Home Affairs in implementing e-government fulfills the first stage, namely information publishing and the two "official" two-way transactions based on the Deloitte & Touche framework and from the Government to Citizen (G2C) sector are included in the category, namely e-governance, e-service, and e-knowledge

EMERGENCY UNIT PATIENT REGISTRATION INFORMATION SYSTEM DESIGN IN LANUD SULAIMAN BANDUNG HOSPITAL This research aimed to know emergency unit patient registration information system design in Lanud Sulaiman Bandung Hospital. The method was descriptive qualitative method approach to data collection techniques were direct observation, interview and literate studies that had relevance to the subject matter of research problem. The problems that hinder the process of registration in the emergency department included: 1). Processing Installation Emergency Unit registration report as a whole was still done manually and not structured; 2). Installation Emergency Unit type of service structured not yet, so many patients who were not emergency services who came to the Emergency Unit. The suggestions were given to the optimization process of emergency unit registration at Lanud Sulaiman Bandung Hospital, there were: 1). Coordination to the Head of Medical Records and Head of the Hospital for the addition of a registration officer in the emergency unit and supporting facilities such as computer information systems; 2) The hospital provides information such as notice boards or brochures about the schedule of doctors in the hospital.

Background: The first point of contact for patients seeking medical attention at the hospital is patient registration. Of course, the hospital needs to be able to deliver quality care. Hospitals, particularly in Bali, have a system in place for online reservations. Patients who wish to receive treatment at the cardiac polyclinic must first wait in line in the morning in order to receive a queue number before being able to receive treatment in the afternoon because the Tk II Udayana Hospital's outpatient registration system does not currently use an online reservation system. This study's objective was to develop an online reservation system for outpatients at Tk II Udayana Hospital's web-based cardiac polyclinic.   Methods: The study design used was the Pre Experimental Design method. Create an online registration system in the form of a web using the System Development Life Cycle or SDLC development stage. The samples used in this study were registration officers and patients using non-probability sampling technique with quota sampling. The instrument in this study used an observation checklist, stopwatch and also a questionnaire that was used, namely the usability USE questionnaire by Amond M Lund. Results: The study's usability test findings showed a percentage of 78.90%, which is considered "Eligible." The Outpatient Online Reservation System at the Web-based Cardiology Poly at Tk II Udayana Hospital is being used effectively, as shown by the Mann-Whitney Test findings, which have a significant value of 0.000 0.05. Conclusion: The study's findings show that the outpatient online reservation system at web-based cardiac polyclinics was successful in reducing waiting times and in making it easier for cardiac outpatients to make reservations online. The Mann-Whitney Test can be used to demonstrate this.

BUMDES Lantongau is one of the Lantongau Village-Owned Enterprises whose one line of business is to distribute clean water needs in four villages, namely Lantongau Village, Morikana Village, Katukobari Village, and Lakorua Village. In order to facilitate the registration process, meter recording, payment bills, service interruption information, and customer complaints, applications that facilitate all service processes. Therefore, the most suitable application is using an Android-based application, the use of an Android-based application is an option because almost all customers have an Android device, so that services can be directly carried out quickly, easily, effectively and efficiently. With this application, it is easier for the customer and the BUMDES Lantongau in services ranging from customer registration, meter recording, billing payments, customer complaints and information on service disruptions, all can be done through the application. This research was conducted at SMK Widya Praja Ungaran. Every year the Widya Praja Ungaran Vocational School holds a New Student Registration (PPDB) to select prospective students. In the 2018/2019 academic year, 396 people registered and 298 people were accepted. The PPDB process starts from prospective students filling out the registration form and ends with the payment of re-registration funds for accepted students. The system used in the implementation of PPDB is still paper-based so that the performance of the PPDB committee is less effective. The purpose of this study is to design a computer-based new student registration system that is structured in a database to assist the PPDB committee in processing registration participant data, reduce paper purchase costs, minimize the risk of data loss, data corruption, recording and counting errors. Data collection was obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. This system is made using dynamic web with PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language and MySQL database. The design of this system uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The development method used is the R&D (Research and Development) method. This study resulted in a cash-based new student registration administration system using a dynamic web to provide convenience for the committee in processing PPDB participant data from the registration process to new student re-registration transactions, as well as presenting reports quickly and accurately. Based on the research conducted, the results obtained from testing the validity of the new system score from internal and external validators. The internal validator with 20 statements obtained a feasibility percentage of 94%. An external validator with 20 statements obtained a feasibility percentage of 97%. From the results of these tests, it can be concluded that the administrative system for registering new students can be a solution to the problems found and can be implemented in the object of research.

The Mranggen III Health Center is one of the government agencies in the technical implementing unit of the Demak District health office. Patient registration services and administrative payments at the Mranggen III Health Center are still conventional, causing long queues. In addition, the process of processing data to become information cannot be accessed directly by the leadership because there are no computerized and multi-user or client-server applications. Based on these problems, a Puskesmas administration information system design was made that could suit the needs. Making an information system using the programming language Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and SQL Server 2000 as a multiuser-based database. With the design of the development of an administrative information system for the Mranggen III Health Center, it is hoped that it will be able to handle the problems that exist in the Mranggen III Health Center, namely being able to speed up service to patients and by using a multiuser-based information system. Leaders and several staff can access it simultaneously and quickly.

The development of digital technology in the field of education continues to advance, including in academic administration. This article discusses the socialization of a digital system for undergraduate exam registration based on a database in the Physics Education Study Program. The purpose of this socialization is to introduce and implement a system that simplifies the process for students to register for undergraduate exams online. This system is designed to replace the manual registration method, which is time-consuming and prone to errors. Through this socialization, it is expected that students and academic staff can understand the benefits and how to use this new system. The results of the socialization show that the majority of users are satisfied with the ease and speed offered by this system. This system not only improves operational efficiency but also supports transparency and accuracy in academic data. In conclusion, the implementation of this digital system is a positive step towards modernizing academic services in the Physics Education Study Program.

The land registration process requires certainty of the physical data of the land object as well as certainty of the juridical data of the land subject as well as the party providing information regarding the truth of land ownership. The certainty of physical data and juridical data will determine the quality of the certificate product and guarantee against lawsuits from other parties who feel they own the land. Participation will be realized if the community has an understanding of the greater benefit value if their land is registered and certified. The design of a web-based library information system is expected to improve maximum library services and errors in data processing. The library information system includes member registration, search books, book data, borrowing books, books, and fines for late payment of books.

Electronic registration of land certificates has been implemented by the Government through the Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang / Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR/BPN). However, certificate owners often doubt the legal force of electronic certificates, especially their validity to be used as evidence in court. This study examines specifically the juridical review regarding legal certainty obtained by the owner of an electronic land certificate. The research uses a normative juridical approach, with secondary data in the form of legal materials, primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. Based on research, electronic certificates have a strong legal basis and have legal force as proof of rights to ownership and utilization of land. Thus, the owner of the certificate gets legal certainty in the form of protection of his land asset rights.
