Food and agricultural products are perishable, so they have the potential to experience losses, both in quality and quantity during the post-harvest process and processing due to physiological changes in the form of physical, chemical and microbiological. As an effort to reduce losses during post-harvest and physiological changes, it is necessary to apply appropriate technology (appropriate technology). The application of ozone technology in the handling of fruits, vegetables and fishery products has good prospects because it is felt to be safe and effective. Ozone (O3) has the main function, namely as an oxidizer and disinfectant or a combination of these two functions. The high oxidation potential of ozone can be used to kill bacteria (sterilization process), remove color (decolorization process), remove odors (deodorization process), and decompose organic compounds (degradation process). The treatment of ozonized water in the storage of food products and agricultural products does not damage their nutritional content, because the ozone content itself will be lost by evaporation. If ozone is exposed to sunlight it will break down into oxygen compounds again. Utilization of ozone technology is widely used to reduce contamination and extend the shelf life of fresh fruit, vegetables and fishery products. This paper examines and synthesizes several research results related to the use of ozone for fruits, vegetables and other agricultural commodities during the postharvest process and handling of agricultural products.

It begins with the restlessness of the residents of Sardonoharjo, Ngaglik, Sleman, Yogyakarta over the pollution of waste produced by every household there. There are various types of household waste, from organic waste to non-organic waste. Not all of these types of waste can be recycled. For types of waste that cannot be recycled, it will cause many problems, both health and social. Because of the reasons above, the residents there are moved to pick up household waste in order to keep the environment clean and the country beautiful. The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between waste management and a sense of love for the motherland. This research method uses qualitative research methods, namely by means of observation and interviews. The reason for using qualitative research methods is because they can better understand every phenomenon that arises so that analyzing each problem becomes more accurate. The results of this study reveal that there is a positive relationship between waste management and a sense of patriotism. This can be seen from the community's awareness of the importance of protecting the environment, they argue that managing waste proves that they have loved the environment and their homeland. Broadly speaking, the conclusion is that the act of managing waste at the Randu Alas TPA is based on the great sense of love for the motherland that the residents around there have. With a great sense of love for the homeland, a sense of protecting the environment will grow.

Household environmental problems such as poor waste management, the practice of burning waste, and limited use of home yards remain major challenges in creating clean and healthy residential areas. Dasawisma, as the smallest unit within the PKK structure, holds a strategic role in fostering environmental awareness and pro-environmental behavior at the family level. This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to build an environmentally caring community through strengthening the role of Dasawisma, improving members' knowledge, and encouraging new habits in household environmental management. The method used a participatory approach consisting of problem identification, interactive counseling sessions, hands-on practice in waste management and yard utilization, and field mentoring. The results indicate an increase in members' understanding of environmental issues, behavioral changes in sorting organic and inorganic waste, simple composting practices, and the cultivation of plants in home yards. In addition, collective awareness and the emergence of local leaders helped sustain the environmental movement within the community. This program demonstrates that strengthening Dasawisma is an effective family-based empowerment strategy to support social transformation toward a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable environment.

Petani di Indonesia biasanya menggunakan pupuk kimia untuk membantu proses produksi tanaman pertaniannya. Namun, pupuk kimia tersebut ternyata memberi dampak buruk terhadap tanah pertanian. Hal ini membuat petani di Indonesia mencari pupuk alternatif lain yang lebih ramah terhadap tanah dan lingkungan yaitu pupuk organik cair (POC). Pupuk organik cair adalah pupuk organik cair yang dihasilkan dari bahan-bahan organik dan ramah lingkungan. Tujuan diadakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini antara lain memberikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan tentang pembuatan dan penggunaan pupuk organic cair agar petani tidak ketergantungan terhadap pupuk kimia, selain itu agar sampah organic bisa dimanfaatkan lebih optimal. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini meliputi pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organic cair (POC) dan diskusi. Masukan semua bahan ke dalam ember yang sudah diberi kran dibagian bawah, kemudian tutup dengan rapat agar udara tidak masuk. Simpan ditempat yang teduh atau di dalam rumah agar tidak terkena sinar matahari. Tunggu sekitar 7-10 hari, jika setelah waktu tersebut kita lihat ada bercak atau selaput putih pada permukaan larutan media, berarti proses fermentasi telah berhasil dan pupuk organik cair siap untuk dipanen. Sampah yang didalam karung bisa digunakan sebagai kompos dan cairannya sebagai pupuk organik cair. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan penyuluhan dan pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organic cair kepada petani di Gapoktan Marsudi Makmur dapat menambah pengetahuan serta pengalaman dalam membuat pupuk organic cair limbah rumah tangga dan berbasis ramah lingkungan.

Abstract: Wamena is one of the areas with the potential to develop a wide variety of food crops and plantations in large and medium quantities because it is supported by its natural conditions. Wamena, especially throughout Jayawijaya Regency and even other Regencies in the Central Highlands of Papua, are known for their organic farming. In order to support and maintain the productivity of organic farming systems, as an academic activist in the agricultural sector, it is necessary to conduct training on making organic fertilizer through the use of banana weevils known as Local Microorganism Fertilizer (MoL). This training was based on observations of farmer groups in the Wesaput district, where all farmers in the farmer groups had never used organic liquid fertilizers or inorganic fertilizers as additional nutrients to increase the growth and production of their agricultural products. Therefore we try to provide understanding and approaches to farmer groups through community service on how to make Local Microorganism Liquid Fertilizer in order to increase the yields of local farmers in the Wesaput District, especially the village of Kama. As a result of this activity, we saw that the farmer group community in Wesaput gave a good response so they asked for similar activities to be carried out again so that the farmer group community was more independent in making and using liquid organic fertilizer using the natural resources around them.

The alcohol that is commonly found in liquor is ethyl alcohol or it is also called ethanol, but it is usually referred to as alcohol alone. Drinks with an alcohol content of 40% can lose consciousness, leading to accidents for alcohol-affected drivers. To detect alcohol in the body using an alcohol tester. Researchers tried to make a measuring instrument for alcohol levels in the body using several components such as Arduino nano, MQ 3 sensor, OLED, charger module, battery, resistor, push button, and buzzer. The design of a portable alcohol level detector through breath can work well, namely the results of the reading of alcohol levels in the body by the MQ-3 sensor through the breath and displayed on the Oled Display in units of% BAC (Blood Alcohol Concentration), in the sample comparison of the alcohol level reading between Final project tool with a comparison tool alcohol tester obtained the percentage difference in an average of 0.01% BAC. Unclean environmental conditions and unhealthy behavior are the causes of the problem of the emergence of infectious diseases. One example of poor clean, healthy living behavior is the lack of awareness in disposing of waste in its place and improper ways of managing household waste. Almost all areas are experiencing difficulties obtaining land as a final disposal site. The government cannot solve the problem of household waste alone. Sentong Village does not correctly manage waste; for example, all waste is burned, and there is no separation between organic and inorganic waste. The purpose of this community service is to increase public awareness by increasing general knowledge about proper waste management and empowering the community to manage waste with the Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle method as one of the appropriate methods in processing household waste. The results of community service activities show that the community is quite enthusiastic when given information about proper waste management; the methods used in these activities are the lecture and discussion methods, then pre-test and post-test are carried out; the community who attended the training were 15 people, and residents agreed to apply the right way of processing waste, starting with the correct way of disposing of waste, namely distinguishing between organic and inorganic waste, so as not to litter in front of the house.

Lip balm is a compound applied to lips that serve as moisturizer and brightening. The purpose of research is to know the combination of squeeze fruits and lime as brightening the lips and to know the formulation of a finely tuned combination of cucumbers and lime. This method of study is a quantitative study method. This type of research includes a formulation of lip balm with a concentration of flavor (cucumis sativus l.) and lemon (citrus aurantifolia) concentrations of 5%, 6% and 7%. With the base material at a cacao and cera flava. Available physical quality checkups include organic, homogenity, ph, diffusion, stability, temperance, and irritation. Studies show that a thick-fruit cucumber and a lemon can be formulated into a willing lip balm with 5% concentrations (f1), 6% (f2), 7% (f3) and have met requirements for the coveted, sticky point and no skin. The characteristics of the cucumber and the lime that make a good lip balm ready is third preparation because more of the color on the lips shows brightness as well as moisture

Liquid organic fertilizer from goat urine is a fertilizer that dissolves easily in the soil and carries important elements for soil fertility. Fertilizers an important role in increasing crop yields, especially in soils with low nutrient content. The aim of the study was to obtain the optimum dose of goat urine liquid organic fertilizer for cucumber growth and to obtain the optimum dose of goat urine liquid organic fertilizer for cucumber yield. This study used a completely randomized design  method and the treatment was goat urine liquid organic fertilizer (POC) consisting of 5 treatments, namely 0 ml/liter water, 50 ml/liter water, 100 ml/liter water, 150 ml/liter water, and 200 ml/liter of water. The administration of goat urine liquid organic fertilizer at a concentration of 200 ml/liter of water affected the cucumber growth variables, namely plant height, number of leaves, flowering age, and harvest age. Administration of goat urine liquid organic fertilizer at a concentration of 200 ml/liter of water affected the yield variables of cucumbers, namely number of fruit, fruit weight per fruit, fruit diameter, and fruit length.

Pamaris Village is located in the highlands of Gunungtua Village, Cijambe District, Subang Regency. The existence of this area which is located in the highlands makes it difficult for the community to get clean water for their daily needs. Has a river flow that is used for agricultural and fishery water but is not utilized for clean water needs because the community doubts the quality of river water to be used as a source of clean water. With the background of the problems in Pamaris village, the lecturers and students of the Civil Engineering study program, Faculty of Engineering, University of Subang took the initiative to do community service by making a simple water treatment tool to treat river water so that it can be used to meet the community's clean water needs. The planned water treatment system consists of a coagulation tank, a sedimentation tank, a slow sand filter and a fast sand filter. The filter material consists of coral, palm fiber, zeolite, split stone, palm fiber, activated carbon and sand. The results of testing the treated water showed that all parameters of Physics, Inorganic Chemistry and Organic Chemistry were still within the limits of clean water quality standards. The results of bacteriological examination did not find bacteria. Thus, in general, water quality can be used as a source of clean water for the community.

Garbage is a problem that has become a global environmental issue. Problems that arise in each region can vary, whether it is about the accumulation of organic or non-organic waste. One solution to this waste problem is the existence of waste processing activities. Waste processing is part of waste management by reducing the amount of waste, in addition to utilizing the values contained in the waste itself (recycled materials, other products, and energy). Waste management is crucial and important at this time, given the large volume of waste generated in each region and needs to be handled to keep the environment clean and nice. The waste problem in Semarang Regency, especially in the Demak District, is the chosen place in this study. Through the study of literature, followed by the related waste in each village in the exploration, by the development of solutions for each problem. Organic waste that can be processed into organic fertilizer, non-organic waste, especially plastic can be a advantogous material to produce paving blocks. The results of this research are also compiled in the form of an educative and interesting ebook to inspire the community and encourage positive activities for the community.

Electric current inserted to the soil media to stimulate plant growth is called electric fertilizer (EF). There are two types of plant fertilization methods, physical & chemical fertilization (synthetic chemistry and organic chemistry). EF is an alternative physical fertilizer that can be used for enhance plant growth beside chemical and biological fertilizer. Using EF can decrease inorganic or agrochemical input which often lead to soil degradation and high production cost in the implementation. This research aims to design EF apparatus to exerting DC electric current and voltage to the soil using electrode plate as a probe to stimulate sweet corn (Zea mays L.) growth and to design an automatic irrigation system using soil moisture sensor. This research also examines the effect of electric input on sweet corn growth.  The application of EF with 12V DC (in variable C) which observed for five days show the highest measurements results, but the control variable (A) had a more stable increase in plant height. This research show that EF can stimulate sweet corn growth when it set under appropriate time and electric voltage condition. Variables C and A had the similar weigh, with a difference of 0,02 gram.

Along with human activities that continue to exist, it can be ascertained that the volume of waste will always increase along with the increasing consumerism of society every year. The impact is not only on the environment but also on human health. Therefore, a breakthrough in waste management is needed through the development of organic waste management in Kupang City into high economic value waste. The method used is a quantitative approach, namely to find out the stages of waste management in Kupang City and also the organic waste development model that needs to be done. Furthermore, a descriptive analysis was carried out on the opportunities for the use of organic waste in Kupang City, preceded by projecting the population of Kupang City. Afterwards, measurements of the composition and characteristics of household waste were carried out to determine the size of each component of the waste management system in Kupang City, which needed to be fixed from the source of waste. That was by sorting household organic and inorganic waste before being disposed of in a temporary dump according to the Government Regulation No. 81, year 2021, chapter 17, paragraph 1. However, the community does not comply with the existing regulations in reality. Therefore, it needs to be socialized to the waste-producing community. The stages of waste management in Kupang City are started by collecting waste from households, then the waste is transported using garbage carts or garbage motorcycles to temporary shelters at each point, and finally transported by garbage trucks to final disposal in Alak Village, Kupang City. The conversion of organic waste into high-value waste is accomplished by utilizing 67.5% of organic waste as biogas and compost.

Community Service entitled Making Liquid Organic Fertilizer from Vegetable Waste involving the Taru Mulyo Farmer Group in Karangpalem village, Kedawung sub-district, Sragen district which cares about environmental conservation, has been carried out on May 25, 2021. The purpose of this activity is to utilize household waste from waste The vegetables are then developed to make liquid organic fertilizer. Thus the environment becomes clean and healthy, and is able to increase the income of partners. The resulting output target is a packaged liquid organic fertilizer product as well as the Adi Widya Service journal, and Presentation at Senadimas. To realize the output targets, the methods applied include counseling, training, mentoring and at the same time direct practice. In order for this partnership program to be sustainable, periodic monitoring and evaluation are carried out.

Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is one of the commercially edible mushrooms, has high economic value and is prospective as a source of income for farmers. Along with the increasing demand for oyster mushrooms, business opportunities for oyster mushrooms have promising prospects. Based on this, it is necessary to provide counseling and assistance for the production of Oyster Mushroom cultivation in Jambesari Village. The purpose of this service program is through education and demonstrations on how to manufacture and process mushroom growing media (baglog), sterilize mushroom growing media inoculate mushroom seeds into baglog, maintenance, harvesting and packaging in order to build an oyster mushroom cultivation business to improve the community's economy and make it as a superior product. The results of community service in counseling and assisting in oyster mushroom production are: 1). Partners are able to make oyster mushroom growing media by utilizing organic waste which is abundant, cheap and easy to obtain from the surrounding environment, namely sawdust so that sengon wood waste can be utilized so that it can make the environment cleaner and free of waste. 2). Cadres/target groups have expertise in oyster mushroom cultivation. 3). Increasing public knowledge that oyster mushroom products can be used to add nutrition or menus can also increase family income.

The waste processing and renewable energy are being the issues in the industrial 4.0 era. Kitchen and organic trash in the rural areas will become a disaster if there is no solutions. On the other hand, kitchen and organic waste have a positive side, that they can be converted into biogas which can be converted into electricity. On the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation Number 27 of 2014, supports the development of biogas and will buy electricity from the biogas conversion. The potential for biogas that obtained by the organic trash per 1000 people is 7619.8 liters of biogas, it meas that the energy contained is still abundant and the production can still be increased if processed with a modern digester system. This research produces a tool in the form of a portable digester that named GenBIoT (IoT-based Biogas Generator) which can be used by the public to produce biogas that  used by home industries or general factories. This research used the research method that similar to System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), this tool is built with several stages starting from planning analysis, designing, functional testing, data analysis and reporting of the results or implementing this tool that can be used as an alternative, as a cheap and easy source energy. This tool is based on the Internet of Things so that this tool can be monitored regarding gas pressure in the reactor, biogas volume and it will detect if there is a biogas leak so it will displayed on the system. To produce the maximum biogas composition, 50% of cow dung is required, 40% of kitchen trash and 10% of water with a ratio of 5: 4: 1 so it will produce 40 kg of biogas with a volume of methane gas (VGM) 0.11 m3 of biogas for cow dung. and 0.04 m3. The third experiment becomes the basis of future biogas production with energy produced from biogas per day of 716.39 Wh

PKM is one part of the learning process that is applied directly in the community. Which focuses on "Agricultural/Fisheries Technology Management" (Manufacture of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC)). Lembang Mappa' is one of Lembang whose economy lies in the agricultural and plantation sectors. Almost all residents in Lembang Mappa' work as farmers. There is one problem that has not been resolved, namely how to make organic fertilizer whose ingredients are easily available in Lembang Mappa'. The activity of socializing and making liquid organic fertilizer from gamal leaves, rice washing water, brown sugar or granulated sugar, EM4 was carried out three times with socialization to the public about how to make liquid organic fertilizer and its application to plants. After this activity, it is hoped that farmers will be able to make their own liquid organic fertilizer at home, so they can save money on purchasing fertilizer.

Nutmeg (Myristica fragrans) is a spice plant that produces essential oils of economic value. Especially the myristicin compounds contained in nutmeg oil have potential as antioxidants and also anti-aging. The content of nutmeg which shows antifungal activity is flavonoids, saponins and alkaloids. Flavonoids as antifungal compounds work by interfering with the permeability of fungal cell membranes and changing organic components and nutrient transport which ultimately results in toxic effects on fungi. This study aims to determine the chemical content and whether the nutmeg extract can be formulated in cream preparations as well as the results of the physical properties test on the preparation of the nutmeg (Myristica fragrans) ethanol extract of cream. The type of research used in this study was experimental research in the laboratory. Nutmeg (Myristica Fragrans), phytochemical screening test on nutmeg extract, cream preparation formulation, cream physical properties test (organoleptic test, pH test, homogeneity test, cream type test). Nutmeg extraction was carried out using the maceration method using 70% ethanol. The results of phytochemical screening of the ethanol extract of nutmeg (Myristica fragrans) indicated the presence of alkaloids, flavonoids, and saponins. The preparation of cream of ethanol extract of nutmeg (Myristica fragrans) using a Vaseline album base ratio of F1 (10%), F2 (15%) and F3 (20%) had stable physical properties.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Desa Masebewa Kecamatan Paga Kabupaten Sikka ini bertujuan untuk mendorong masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan hijauan kirinyu (Chromolaena Odorata) yang berpotensi untuk meningkatkan kesuburan tanah. Selama ini kirinyu hanya dianggap sebagai tumbuhan pengganggu tanaman budidaya, yang dapat merugikan kegiatan usahatani. Sebaliknya kirinyu mengandungan unsur hara makro dan mikro yang dibutuhkan oleh tanaman untuk dapat bertumbuh dan berproduksi. Pemanfaatan kirinyu sebagai pupuk organic dapat mengurangi penggunaan puun anorganik yang dapat mencemari lingkungan. Untuk itu, telah dilakukan penyuluhan dan praktek pembuatan puuk organik. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Masebewa Kecamatan Paga. Kegiatan ini mendapat dukungan penuh dari apparat Desa, masyarakat dan pemerintah Desa.

Ngasinan Etan Village is one of the villages located in Gebang Village. The livelihood as a small businessman from this village is very possible because of the very strategic location close to the Gebang traditional market and the traditional Pucuk padar. The increase in tofu production in Gebang village has positive and negative impacts, the positive impact is that it has increasingly increased the MSMEs of Gebang village and can improve the welfare of the community. The negative impact is the amount of tofu waste that is released, causing unpleasant odors. The main problem asked by these entrepreneurs is the accumulation of dense waste that often affects the environment which causes air pollution as it is delicious.
