The development of information and communication technology has caused the trend of internet use in Indonesia to experience a significant increase. However, the increase in internet use is not accompanied by control over the negative impacts it causes, such as an increase in digital fraud, and the inability to differentiate between information and fake news (Hoax). Hoax is information created by an individual or someone containing false information or the truth cannot be checked. Hoaxes have an impact that can be detrimental to individuals and society. The elderly are one of the parties who are vulnerable to Hoaxes related to health information or digital fraud. Therefore, digital literacy training is needed. Therefore, ASMTB and Mafindo Bandung collaborates with Lembaga Lanjut Usia Indonesia (LLI) (the Bandung City Elderly Institute to organize) digital literacy learning for the elderly. Based on the results of PKM (University Community Service)observations, digital literacy training activities for the elderly are considered very useful for increasing knowledge, digital security awareness, and digital literacy skills for Bandung City LLI (Lembaga Lanjut Usia) members.

Introduction: High blood pressure (hypertension) is an increase in blood pressure in the arteries. Health problems in elderly people are often related to decreased organ function which causes degenerative diseases, including hypertension. This condition needs to be watched out for because it often does not show any special symptoms, so many people are not aware of it and still feel healthy to carry out daily activities. Therefore, hypertension is often referred to as a silent killer.Method: The research method applied in this study is a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-post test design model.Research Results: The average blood pressure before doing elderly exercise (pretest) was 151.94/93.66 mmHg, while after doing elderly exercise (post-test) it was 137.90/87 mmHg. There is a significant effect of elderly exercise on blood pressure in middle-aged hypertensive patients at UPTD Cibeber Health Center. Conclusion: Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that providing elderly exercise has a significant influence on the blood pressure of middle-aged hypertensive patients at the Cibeber Health Center UPTD

The results showed that the average blood pressure in the elderly before murrotal therapy was 150/100 MmHg, after murrotal therapy it showed 130/90 MmHg, while the level of anxiety in the elderly before and after murrotal Qur'an therapy was an average value. P – value or sig value. (2-tailed) 0.000 which means less than p <0.05 using the Paired Simple T - Test Statistical Test which states that the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, therefore there is a significant change between before and after the administration of murrotal therapy. Hypertension is a health problem that often occurs in society. Uncontrolled hypertension can trigger degenerative diseases such as heart disease and kidney failure. One therapy used to lower blood pressure is celery leaf therapy. To determine the effectiveness of celery leaf juice and boiled celery leaves on blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension. This type of quantitative research is a Quasi Experimental design with Two Group pretest – posttest Control Group. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with a sample size of 32 people. The instruments in this study used a tensimeter, stethoscope, and observation sheet. Research results using the Wilxocon test and Mann Whitney U Test showed that the results of the analysis of celery leaf juice had a sig value of systolic ρ↑alue= 0.000≤α 0.05 and diastolic ρ-νalue = 0.000≤0.05. The results of the analysis of boiled celery leaves showed a sig value of systolic ρ-νalue = 0.000≤α 0.05 and ρ-νalue diastolic = 0.000≤0.05, meaning that celery leaf juice and celery leaf decoction are effective for blood pressure in elderly people suffering from hypertension. Cholesterol is a fatty substance that circulates in the body which is produced by the liver and is very important for the body. Excessive cholesterol in the blood will first cause problems in the blood vessels and brain. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of giving dragon fruit juice on total cholesterol levels in the elderly at Posbindu Kebayoran Lama Utara, South Jakarta. The research method used a pre-experimental pre-post-test group design including administration of dragon fruit juice, analysis of measurements of total cholesterol levels before and after the intervention, and analysis of food cholesterol consumption. The Wilcoxon test results were chosen because the data did not meet the normality assumption. The p value resulting from the Wilcoxon test is 0.028, which is smaller than the significance level which is generally set at 0.05. This shows that the difference between total cholesterol levels before and after the intervention is statistically significant. The conclusion from the results of this research that has been carried out can be concluded that there is a significant difference between total cholesterol levels before and after the intervention (p<0.05).

Background: Hypertension is a cardiovascular disease that attacks many elderly people and increases the risk of death. The aging process causes elderly people to decrease their activity, resulting in the emergence of obesity, fat accumulation in blood vessels, and increased blood pressure. Data in the area supported by the Srondol Semarang Community Health Center in 2020 shows that hypertension is in first place on the list of the top 10 diseases there. One intervention that is safe and popular with the elderly and can help control blood pressure in the elderly is gamelan accompaniment exercise because it can increase blood flow and oxygen supply throughout the body, increase the elasticity of blood vessels and provide a relaxing effect. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of gamelan accompaniment to blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension. This research method is a pre-experimental one group pre and post test design and sampling using purposive sampling technique. The population of this study were elderly people who were recorded as suffering from hypertension at the Srondol Semarang Community Health Center. The research instrument used a digital spygmomanometer and video of gamelan accompaniment of exercises. The research stages consist of preparation, implementation and processing of research data. The steps taken at the preparation stage were literature studies, field surveys, discussions with lecturers and experts, developing procedures for implementing gamelan accompaniment exercises, expert reviews, and socializing the implementation of gamelan accompaniment exercises to the elderly and their families. The implementation stage was carried out by collecting data on elderly people registered at the Srondol Semarang Community Health Center, pre and post tests by measuring blood pressure using a spigmomanometer, implementing gamelan accompaniment exercises in accordance with the prepared SOP, observing the implementation of gamelan accompaniment exercises with an observation sheet. Then, at the data processing stage, a test was carried out on the effectiveness of gamelan accompaniment exercises on the blood pressure of elderly people with hypertension. The targeted output is publication in national journals indexed by Sinta and HAKI. The TKT target for implementing this gamelan accompaniment exercise is at level 2. The results of the study show a significant reduction in systolic and diastolic blood pressure (p value 0.0001) with an error level (α) of 0.05, namely from 163.25 mmHg to 146.75 mmHg and from 100 .50 mmHg to 89.25 mmHg. Gamelan accompaniment exercises were concluded to be effective in lowering blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension
