The purpose of this study was to determine the meaning of the new creation in the reading of 2 Corinthians 5:17 through the understanding of the BNKP Tobasa congregation and how they interpret the spiritual change in their daily lives. The method used in this study is the reader response criticism method, which emphasizes the active role of the reader or congregation in shaping the understanding of the Bible text. This study involved eight members of the BNKP Tobasa Balige congregation as informants, consisting of various backgrounds and ages. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews to explore how each individual interprets the concept of the new creation as a change that includes the renewal of the heart, mindset, and attitude of life guided by the Holy Spirit. They view the new creation as a process of transformation that brings someone out of an old life full of sin to a new life in Christ. However, even though there is a good theological understanding, it was also found that there is still a gap between understanding and application in daily life. Some congregations have not fully displayed the character and behavior that reflect life as a new creation both in relationships between fellow congregations and in their attitudes towards life of faith. This emphasizes the importance of ongoing formation in the congregation, especially to deepen their understanding of the meaning of the new creation and how it should be realized in real action.

Knowledge and the role of posyandu (integrated service post) cadres are crucial and strategically important in providing health education to the community. According to 2023 data, the coverage of complete basic immunization at posyandu is significantly below the target. Surveys revealed that some cadres have insufficient knowledge and a minimal role in immunization services, such as providing counseling, encouraging, and motivating mothers to immunize their children. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and the role of posyandu cadres in achieving complete basic immunization in the working area of Puskesmas Bahaur Hilir, Pulang Pisau District. Method: This research is a correlational study with a quantitative method using a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique employed was total sampling, with 65 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire, and statistical analysis was performed using the Spearman correlation test. Results: The data analysis revealed a significant relationship between knowledge and the role of cadres, with a significance value (p-value) of 0.000 < 0.05 and a strong correlation coefficient of 0.642. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between knowledge and the role of cadres, with a strong correlation coefficient. Sumerta Kaja Traditional Village is one of the traditional villages in Bali which has quite large tourism potential. The beauty of traditional Balinese spa culture is one of the main attractions for tourists visiting this area. However, in this traditional village there is a group of PKK women who have limited knowledge and skills to develop independent economic businesses. Therefore, spa training for the Sumerta Kaja Traditional Village youth organization is important in order to improve their economic quality. This village has significant tourism potential, but the youth organizations in this traditional village are still unable to utilize this potential optimally. They have limited knowledge and skills in the spa sector, making it difficult for them to be involved in developing the tourism sector in their traditional villages. Apart from that, youth organizations are also a group that has an important role in the family and society. Through spa training, they can be economically empowered and have the opportunity to earn additional income. This will give them pride and increase their role and self-confidence in society.
