Digital marketing merupakan inovasi dari perkembangan dan kemajuan teknologi. Penerapan digital marketing bertujuan memperluas pemasaran produknya sehingga bisa bersaing di pasaran. Dalam persaingan muncul suatu permasalahan mengenai brand yang masih kurang dikenal dipublik, hal ini terjadi pada sepatu kulit Provillo. Penulis melakukan pengabdian kepada CV Provillo dengan menerapkan digital marketing agar bisa membangun brand awareness di kalangan pengguna media digital. Tujuan pengabdian untuk mengetahui pola pemasaran, mencari strategi, dan menerapkan digital marketing untuk produk sepatu kulit Provillo. Metode pengabdian ini  yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian menjelaskan strategi digital marketing yang tepat untuk sepatu kulit Provillo adalah dengan menerapkan konten digital dan SEO untuk membangun brand awareness.

The digital market has become an important platform for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to promote and market their products. This study aims to explore the application of digital marketing strategies to Misscrip SMEs by Damartrends in expanding market reach and increasing sales of their products. The results of the study show that Damartrends has successfully implemented a digital marketing strategy effectively to market MSME Misscrip products. The implementation of digital marketing involves using social media and websites to expand their reach and increase their brand visibility. In addition, Damartrends also utilizes paid advertising to increase their online visibility.

Saat ini, kita dapat dengan mudah dan cepat mengakses informasi. Salah satu cara yang beragam untuk mendapatkan informasi adalah melalui media sosial. Salah satunya melalui media sosial TikTok. PT. Otak Kanan merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri kreatif. PT Otak Kanan ini belum melakukan brandingnya dengan maksimal melalui media sosial sehingga hal ini kurang membangun brand awarness.Mengamati permasalahan yang didapatkan oleh peneliti dalam lapangan, membuat peneliti melakukan pelaksanaan dalam memberikan solusi melalui pendekatan observasi dan partisipasi aktif. Pendekatan itu dianggap sesuai dengan yang terjadi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pembuatan konten melalui media sosial mampu menjadi alat pemasaran untuk membangun kesadaran merek, kesadaran merek perlu dihadirkan agar perusahaan dapat menjangkau lebih banyak audiens. Dalam hal menjangkau audiens perusahaan harus memahami apa yang menjadi kebutuhan dari audiens, melakukan riset competitor, lalu melakukan analisis media sosial hingga memilih jenis konten yang akan diproduksi. Diharapkan bahwa penelitian ini akan memberikan manfaat atau implikasi berupa peningkatan wawasan, informasi, dan pengetahuan bagi para pihak yang berkepentingan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat mendorong penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai aspek-aspek digital marketing yang belum dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

This study aims to find about: (1) fintech service in the mobile banking-based non-cash payment system (Muamalat-DIN) at Bank Muamalat KCP Lamongan: (2) implementation of fintech in the mobile banking-based non-cash payment system (Muamalat-DIN) at Bank Muamalat KCP Lamongan. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The results of this study are: (1) fintech services in the non-cash payment system in Muamalat-DIN are transfers, QRIS, credit top-ups, internet credit top-ups, electronic money top-ups, google play voucher codes, spotify premium, postpaid credit payments, PLN electricity, Telkom, cable TV, PDAM, IPB campus education payments, airplane tickets, ZISWAF, family takaful, BPJS employment, BPJS health, SAMSAT/SIGNAL, BPJPH, virtual accounts, multi payments, and hijrah pensions (DPLK); (2) the implementation of fintech at Bank Muamalat varies, there are Muamalat-DIN, phone banking, internet banking, MADINA, online share-e debit, and ATMs. The most popular Fintech at Bank Muamalat KCP Lamongan is Muamalat-DIN. In Muamalat-DIN, customers of Bank Muamalat KCP Lamongan often use services in the form of transfer, QRIS, credit top-ups and internet credit top-ups, electronic money top-ups, payment services such as PLN electricity, Telkom, PDAM, ZISWAF, BPJS for employment, BPJS for health, virtual accounts, and hijrah pension (DPLK). This fintech implementation has benefits for banks and customers, the benefit for Bank Muamalat KCP Lamongan is that it will have a wider reach, operational and marketing costs are more economical. And the benefits felt by customers are that transactions are easier, faster, accessible 24 hours because access is via a smartphone, and customers don't need to carry a lot of cash everywhere.

The need for a sign system at the Marisa traditional market will make it easier for visitors to get information. Designing a sign system in an attractive, effective, informative and communicative market area will be the right solution. The purpose of the design is to make it easier for visitors to recognize the shopping flow and layout of the Marisa Traditional Market. This study uses a design method with a qualitative approach as a technique in collecting data. The design method is intended to produce a product in the form of a Marisa Traditional Market sign system design. While the qualitative approach is used as a way to find and collect data from the field. The data were then identified and analyzed descriptively using 5 W + 1 H so that it gave birth to a sign system design concept for the Marisa traditional market. Next, the concept is visualized until it becomes the final design in the form of the Marisa Traditional Market sign system

The traditional market is a reflection of the application of a very basic populist economy. Where buying and selling transactions are carried out by the community mostly independently by managing available resources, which include the livestock sector, agriculture, crafts, food, services, and so on. At the Liluwo traditional market there are many sellers of various kinds of needs, ranging from basic household needs, clothing, prepared food and raw materials such as fish and vegetables, to hair cutting services. The facilities at the Liluwo traditional  market are toilets, parking lots, prayer rooms. From the results of observations of researchers in the field, there has not been found a good sign system that helps make it easier for visitors. Some visitors, especially new prospective buyers, experience problems in finding a way/place to sell certain materials. From the problems mentioned above, the researchers plan to design a good sign system for the Liluwo traditional market to make it easier for buyers and sellers to carry out buying and selling activities. Apart from that, with a good sign system, the identity of the Liluwo traditional market will increase and can become an attraction in the eyes of the public.

For this reason, every business needs to pay attention to social media as a very important promotional medium. This research journal aims to prove the importance of optimizing social media marketing for increasing sales conversions carried out at the 'Dapur Mamiku' catering business. The process of increasing sales is carried out by assisting business actors and optimizing social media. The final stage of this research will be an analysis and evaluation of the research that has been done. The results of this study are expected to give a greater impression/reach to potential customers and increase sales conversions for 'Dapur Mamiku' catering products.

Galang District Is One of the Administrative Areas of Batam City Formed Based on Law Number 53 of 1999 Established on October 4, 1999, Galang District Was Effectively Run After the Inauguration of the Galang Sub-District Head by Decree of the Mayor of Batam Number: Kpts 02/III. 2000 March 2, 2000. The area of ​​Galang District is 2,018.5 km2, consisting of 350.8 km2 of land and 1,667.7 km2 of sea, with a total population of 9,025 males and 8,021 females with a total population of 17,046. The Galang District area consists of 32 RWs and 83 RTs. When viewed based on ethnicity, the Galang sub-district area has at least several ethnic groups (ethnicities) inhabiting this area, namely Malays, Javanese, Flores, Buton, Banjar, Batak and other (ethnic) tribes. Sembulang Village is in the Galang District, Batam City, Riau Archipelago Province. The results of surveys or observations, at this location there is still a lack of socialization or counseling regarding the legality of technology-based businesses and marketing in the Kelurahan and RT/RW. The businesses in Galang District range from banana chips, onion chips, cakes to birthday cakes. The implementation of community service is carried out by counseling first and then providing assistance on the practice of the counseling. Availability of experts from Batam University Lecturers, and assistant staff from students, participants (community), local officials so that this Community Service activity is carried out.

Program yang dilakukan di Desa Banjaragung, Kecamatan Bareng, Kabupaten Jombang melakukan pendampingan digitalisasi marketing untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah). UMKM di Desa Banjaragung masih banyak usaha yang kurang memanfaatkan digital marketing yang ada saat ini. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengembangan UMKM Desa Banjaragung, Kecamatan Bareng, Kabupaten Jombang melalui pendampingan digital marketing UMKM. Program pendampingan pembuatan digital marketing berupa pembuatan sosial media seperti Instagram Bisnis dan e- commerce Shopee bagi para UMKM. Dengan pendampingan mengenai digital marketing ini mampu memperluas jangkauan pasar serta meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk yang dipasarkan, sehingga mampu mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan para pelaku UMKM di Desa Banjaragung.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of marketing strategies on consumer purchasing decisions in the Partidol Photocopying Business in Sorong City. This study used a quantitative method with data collection techniques used by distributing questionnaires to consumers as many as 107 people. The processing of the data used in this study is the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression analysis, t test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The tools used are Microsoft Excel and SPSS software. The research results obtained were that there was no partial effect where the researchers compared the t-count values with significant values, so that the results obtained were that marketing strategies did not affect consumer purchasing decisions at the Sorong City Partidol Photo Copy.

This community service activity was carried out in Walay Village, Abuki District, Konawe Regency. The purpose of this service activity is to foster a new enthusiasm for entrepreneurship for business actors through digitalization to increase MSMEs. The delivery of the service material that we carry out is divided into three stages, namely preparation, counseling/training and discussion. In the preparation stage we collect data from MSME partners to study the situation and conditions of the partners. The results of the evaluation, MSME business participants in Walay Village were grouped based on the use of digital marketing in doing business, namely: As many as 61.90% or 13 participants in MSME digitization activities, did not really understand the use of digital technology in doing business. and there were 38.10% or 8 participants in the MSME digitization activities who had used marketing methods by accepting orders via digital, in this case social media, where social media is Facebook and WhatsApp

Along with the current technology development, business activities in the culinary field also use technology to run their business. One of them is the use of online food delivery services which is no longer an advantage of a business today but has become a necessity for business owners to compete with other companies. The implementation of this community service aims to facilitate MSMEs to have skills in the use of online food delivery technology, especially using GoFood and Shop Food to market their products. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods by conducting observations and interviews, not only that, this research uses the learning method of practicing using online food delivery technology. The result of this community service is that MSMEs can market their products through GoFood and Shop Food so that the marketing range will be more comprehensive and attract more consumers, which can also increase sales

We can see this with the birth of the Parties before Independence. community’s need for drinking water that is of good quality and safe for consumption as well as in line with the development of free markets and competition in the business word, many business actors have set up refill drinking water depots which must comply wiht the Regulation of the Minister of Indonesia Number 43 of the Year 2014 concening Sanitation Hygiene of Drinking Water Depots. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the Kupang City Health Office in supervising the quality of refill drinking water depots and to find aut the factors that influencer the performance of the Kupang City Health Office. This research is empirical juridikal in nature, namely capturing the legal provisions that apply and what is happening in this case interviews to obtain an overview of data related to research problems. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, namely by choose informants who are considered knowledgeable and trustworthy to be data sources. The results of this study are the influence of tasks and functions of the health office in supervicing drinking water depots, seen from the large number of depots that do not have official business permits. The peformance of the kupang City Health Office in supervising the quality of refill drinking  water depots is not good enough, and there is still a need for improvement in terms of productivity and also the need for member personnel to be equitablein monitoring activities.

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational capital on the firm life cycle. The sample used is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2009-2017 period, with a total of 580 observations of data from 116 companies and using a purposive sampling method. This study uses the independent variable organization capital which is proxied by OC/TA and the dependent variable company life cycle which is proxied by the dummy life cycle classification based on cash flow, retained earnings to total assets, and retained earnings to total equity. In addition, the control variables used are company size, market-to-book ratio, leverage, return on equity, company sales growth, capital expenditure, and asset turnover ratio. The analysis technique used is multinomial logistic regression. The results showed that organizational capital has a significant effect on the firm life cycle, where companies with high organizational capital are in the introduction and decline stages, while companies with low organizational capital are in the growth and maturity stages. Development requires quality human resources (HR). This human resource can act as a factor of labor production that can master technology so as to increase economic productivity. To achieve quality human resources requires the formation of human capital (human capital). The formation of this human capital is a way to obtain a number of people who have strong characters who can be used as important capital in development. This character can be in the form of level of expertise and level of community education. The concept of human capital investment that supports economic growth has existed since the days of Adam Smith (1776), Heinrich Von Thunen (1875) and other classical theorists before the 19th century who emphasized the importance of investment. human skills. Schultz (1961) and Deninson (1962) then showed that the development of the education sector with human resources as its core focus has contributed directly to a country's economic growth, through increasing the skills and productive capabilities of the workforce.  These findings and perspectives have stimulated the interest of a number of experts to research the economic value of education (Nurulpaik, 2005). Human capital is a stock of productive abilities and knowledge found in society. Alfred Marshal once said "the most valuable of all capital is that invested in human beings" (Becker, 1975). In this case human capital is a long-term investment in the development of human resources to increase productivity. The importance of human capital is that the knowledge that exists in human resources is the driving base in increasing productivity. Human capital can be distinguished from human resources management, but can also synergize. Human capital views humans more as intangible assets and human resources management views humans as costs or costs that are detrimental to the company. The concept of human capital emerged, due to a shift in the role of human resources. Human capital arises from the idea that humans are assets that have many advantages, namely human capabilities when used and disseminated will not decrease but increase both for the individual concerned and for the organization, humans are able to transform data into meaningful information. The concept of innovation has been continuously developed by a number of experts and institutions in the last 50 years. This is based on Resource Based Theory (Barney, 1991). In the perspective of Resource Based View (RBV), internal resources and the internal environment are the main keys for determining strategies to achieve high performance (Hitt et al., 2011). Resource Based Theory (RBT) focuses on the concept of attributes of excellence that are difficult to imitate as a source of superior performance and competitive advantage (Barney, 1991). Resources based theory is the company's resources as the main driver behind the company's performance and competitiveness. Based on this resources based theory, an organization can be assessed as a collection of physical resources, human resources, and organizational resources (Barney, 1991). Barney (1991) categorizes three types of resources: Physical capital resources (technology, plant and equipment) Human capital capital (training, experience, and insight), and Organizational resource capital (formal structure)

The giveaway activity is a marketing activity carried out by a brand with the aim of attracting market attention, and introducing the brand more broadly to potential customers. By distributing prizes to selected customers. In this activity, several problems emerged, namely the Sukabumi Boutique Store admin felt that it was not objective because the process of determining the winner of the giveaway was only through the picker application on the cellphone, so that the giveaway winners who appeared did not pay attention to certain criteria and requirements. Determination through the picker application is only done by drawing a lot by looking at the name that appears first. Selection like this is considered unfair for customers who already feel they meet all the criteria and requirements but do not win the giveaway. In the implementation of the simulation of determining the winner of the giveaway, a method is needed that can solve these problems. The weighted product method is a ranking method where decisions are made by multiplying to connect attribute ratings. This process begins with inputting alternative data, then continues with the process of inputting several criteria that have been selected, namely, number of transactions, quantity of shopping, total visits, resellers. Honey picking tours have implemented halal labeling and digital marketing for honey products.The purpose of this research first to find out application of halal labeling to consumer buying interest and the second goal is  find out application of halal labeling to consumer buying interest in picking honey tours. This type of research used qualitative research using a descriptive approach. research instruments used by researchers in this research observation, interviews, and documentation.  From the results of the study was found the application of halal labeling in honey picking tours includes process for obtaining halal labeling on packaging. application of digital marketing to consumer buying interest using E-commerce. existence of digital marketing very large positive impact on companies, including increasing sub-sales, saving promotional power, facilitating communication between companies and consumers.

This study aims to determine the effect of technology acceptance on the interests of the millennial generation to invest in the capital market. The adoption of the TAM model was used in this study, with a quantitative descriptive method approach, data collection using a questionnaire with a sample of 135 people based on calculations with the Slovin formula. Data were analyzed using smart partial least square. The results of this study provide answers to the proposed hypothesis in which the variable perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment have a positive and significant effect on the variable of behavioral intention to use, then the variable perceived enjoyment and behavioral intention to use also have a positive and significant effect on variables actual to use, but there is one variable that does not significantly influence the effect of the variable perceived usefulness on the variable actual to use. This research clarifies how the role of technology applied in online stock trading can influence the behavior of the interests of investors in the Indonesian capital market, especially among millennials. This research is expected to be useful for the development of science and for the development of capital markets with a clearer understanding of how the TAM model influences the behavior of millennial generation interests to become investors in the capital market.
