The objective of this research is to devise a personalized recommendation system for a freelancing platform to optimize the freelancer project matching process. This enhancement is intended to improve user experience and increase the success rate of projects. The system will recommend projects to freelancers based on their skills and preferences by employing data analysis and machine learning methodologies. The research methodology adheres to the Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM), incorporating six stages: Business Understanding, Data Understanding, Data Preparation, Modeling, Evaluation, and Deployment. The proposed project employs a hybrid recommendation strategy, integrating Content-Based Filtering through KNearest Neighbors (K-NN) and Cosine Similarity, Collaborative Filtering via Singular Value Decomposition (SVD), and recommendations derived from Word2vec. Evaluation metrics such as precision, recall, F1 score, MAP, and MRR are utilized to assess model performance. The results, including precision scores of 0.80 for KNN and 0.728 for SVD, recall scores of 0.60 for KNN and 0.623 for SVD, and F1 scores of 0.69 for KNN and 0.671 for SVD, as well as a MAP of 0.75 and MRR of 0.80 for Word2vec, demonstrate the efficacy of the hybrid recommendation system in delivering accurate and varied project suggestions to freelancers, with a weighted average ensemble learning model emerging as the most effective solution.

Language skills are an important aspect that needs to be considered in children's development because they play a role in their social interaction skills. In general, children usually develop language skills naturally. However, this process may take place differently in children with autism due to disorders in their nervous system. Previous research has revealed variations in the development of autistic children's language skills and the efforts that can be made to help improve their language skills. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the language development of children with autism and analyse the efforts that have been made to improve their language skills through a systematic review. The search method used four electronic databases, namely Sinta, Semantic Scholar, Crossref, and Google Scholar, following the PRISMA Protocol (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) for the 2019-2024 publication period. From a total of 54 articles identified, 15 articles met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results showed that autistic children tend to experience barriers in language development, especially in the early stages of development. These barriers vary between children. Therefore, positive support from the environment, implementation of practical strategies, and various therapies are needed to achieve optimal language skills in autistic children. Every company is obliged to carry out efficiency strategies in every business process in order to continue to exist in today's increasingly fierce competition. This research aims to determine the magnitude of the OEE value and the dominant factors from the six big losses analysis which is used as a proposal for improvements to the cutting machine at PT ABC. The method used is Availability Ratio, Performance Ratio and Rate of Product Quality as basic elements of Overall Equipment Effectiveness and Six Big Losses and analyzed using a fishbone diagram. Calculation results for the period September 2023 to February 2024 obtained an OEE value of 82.58% with the largest contributor to losses being the idling and minor stoppages and Reduce Speed factors. To overcome this, it is necessary to increase skills in identifying and repairing machines, implementing clear standard operating procedures, operator skills in conveying information about machine damage, as well as standard material for parts used by machines.

The aim of this activity is to find out the problems of the complete systematic land registration program at the Gorontalo Regency Land Agency and efforts to resolve them. The method used is law with an empirical approach, which presents data according to field facts which are then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the research show that in land registration through the PTSL program there were problems such as a lawsuit for a certificate from the actual owner, where when the PTSL implementation was completed by the village and land agency and a certificate of ownership was issued to those who applied, it turned out that it was suddenly protested by the community who claimed to be the real owner and this happens especially on land abandoned by the previous owner (abandoned); Low public understanding of land tenure law where not all people understand PTSL procedures, so there is still public distrust in making certificates which are considered complicated and take a long time; There are public perceptions regarding the high cost of obtaining certificates, including concerns that they will be burdened by the increasing tax value; and the lack of human resources, especially skilled personnel in villages and BPN in handling land conflict matters and cases. Efforts to resolve this problem are to maximize socialization to the community regarding the terms and conditions and land registration procedures; clarify the status of the land you wish to certify so that it does not overlap; and re-preparing the land registration quota which is still lacking, meaning there is still land in villages in Gorontalo Regency that cannot be accommodated in the PTSL program, which is adjusted to the existing budget.

Listening skills are very influential on learning success. Successful learning can run well if students are able to capture messages or information related to the teaching material presented by educators or from reading material. Listening as a learning process is carried out in an integrated manner and receives the same attention as other language skills. However, in reality, most of the listening lessons delivered by educators in elementary schools in particular are still often ignored. In the learning process, educators use learning media, namely less innovative learning media in the form of pictures contained in theme books. Educators still use theme books and worksheets as learning resources and media without any other learning media that can attract students' attention. However, the use of this learning media does not attract students' attention and interest in learning because learning seems boring for students. As a result, many students lack concentration in learning and students are less active in the learning process. Therefore, the author uses the Discovery learning method, which is expected to foster concentration and attract students' attention so that students' listening skills can improve as expected.
