Socialization is a very useful thing in raising and conveying positive values to individuals, the socialization process is education through individual understanding and acceptance of the connections that occur in an activity that can provide input and output feedback. Learning from the monetary crisis that occurred in Indonesia in 1997-1998 which was marked by the decline in the joints of the economy caused by the rupiah exchange rate falling or dropping drastically against the dollar exchange rate. In 1998 many big entrepreneurs fell in Indonesia, but MSMEs were still able to survive and even increased in number. In this way, UMKM contribute to supporting the economy of a country so that the existence of UMKM is highly expected in the development and progress of the country's economy and is able to absorb the number of unemployed. In this background, MSMEs can be used as a part in expanding employment opportunities, play a role in the formation of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and increase foreign exchange earnings for the country of Indonesia because its market can reach national to international. Bareng Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency is an agricultural producing village in the form of rice, corn, sugar cane, soybeans, vegetables, chilies and others. The livelihoods of the majority of the population are farmers, self-employed, and partly in the government. UMKM problems often occur due to capital problems and licensing matters, the Business Identification Number (NIB) is the identity of a business license issued by the "Online Single Submission (OSS)" agency, helping to fulfill the legal and administrative aspects of UMKM and providing advantages in funding. Then the socialization and technical guidance was carried out by Group 1, then the output of the socialization was to help UMKM actors in the Village with the method of opening a post at the Village Hall/Village Office and the door to door method or direct permits to the homes of UMKM actors. At the same time creating a logo that is useful in brand equity as trustworthiness with the product name and symbol, providing additional value to a product. The direction of the arrow as a direction for the location has the aim of providing instructions for potential consumers and customers to find homes for UMKM actors to get products or order products.

Digital marketing is a marketing medium that uses the internet as a tool to disseminate information in a wider range without being hindered by time, place and distance. And Instagram is one of the digital media which is still widely used by Indonesians, from teenagers to adults, both for communication media and promotional media. However, most MSMEs actors in the Kedung Baruk sub-district have not been able to make full use of Instagram even though they already have it. So the purpose of holding this training and mentoring is so that MSMEs understand the importance of digital marketing, and optimizing Instagram as a promotional medium. The method used goes through several stages such as providing digital marketing training, providing assistance, and conducting evaluations. The results obtained from the activities that have been carried out are that UMKM actors realize how important digital marketing is, especially on the Instagram platform and Pempek D&G have been able to optimize Instagram as a promotional medium independently.

The use of the internet in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is currently accompanied by technological developments that are experiencing very rapid changes so that the information obtained is quite easy and very fast to get the desired information. The marketing and sales system is no exception, which is growing and consumer demands are increasingly complex. Digital marketing is one of the marketing or promotional media strategies that currently has a major influence on sales. MSMEs Ecoprint Crafts is a production and buying and selling business of ecoprint crafts in Kepanjenlor, Blitar city. In this case, MSMEs players still have problems with the development of business and sales strategies. Through the use of digital marketing, it is hoped that it will be able to help Ecoprint Craft MSMEs actors, as one of the promotional media for developing a business. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. As well as using the mentoring method by carrying out several stages, namely, observation, planning, implementation, and evaluation of each step taken. In the data collection stage on ecoprint craft MSMEs by using direct interviews with ecoprint craft MSMEs owners. From the results of this study it results that by choosing social media as the right promotional media.

The MBKM Thematic Real Work Lecture (KKNT) organized by the East Java "Veteran" National Development University is a form of education by providing learning experiences for students to live in the community outside the campus, which directly together with the community identify potential and handle problems so that they are expected to be able to develop village/regional potential and concoct solutions to existing problems in the village. After observing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the District of Bareng, most of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) do not have brand names on their products. This is a challenge for MBKM Thematic Real Work Lectures (KKNT) how to make Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bareng District have a brand on their products. The introduction of this product brand is useful for the progress of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Bareng District in a modern way so that they are not left behind by other cities. With a work program that organizes branding and digital marketing in Bareng District, it can help Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to expand marketing, provide logos, packaging, and can assist in creating social media and e-commerce.

Ambulu Village is a village in Sumberasih District, Probolinggo Regency which has several MSME actors including potato donut sellers, pastry sellers, food sellers, caterers, and others. This research focuses on the development of product innovation at Barokah 717 SMEs in Ambulu Village. UMKM Barokah 717 is one of the UMKM that produces banana and cassava chips in Ambulu Village, Sumberasih District, Probolinggo Regency which is liked by the local community and becomes souvenirs for tourists who are in Probolinggo. Based on the results of interviews with MSME actors, it was found that their products were sold conventionally so that consumers were only in Ambulu Village and its surroundings. Therefore, it is necessary to design product development starting from packaging, branding, to product innovation so that it can expand market share. The results of this research are also expected to improve the community's economy and advance other MSMEs so that they can innovate in producing a higher quality product and are able to penetrate a wider market.

“UMKM” are one of the indicators that influence domestic economic growth. The increase in “UMKM” has a very positive impact on the domestic or national economy. In the process of increasing “UMKM”, it can be done in various ways, one of which is by providing empowerment and outreach. However, in carrying out these activities it is also required to see and study current economic aspects such as digitalization. Therefore this empowerment and socialization carries the theme of digitalization. The method used in this journal is an initial survey, data collection, analysis, and evaluation of results. From these results it can be seen that “UMKM” get input about the digitization of the economy including product marketing, business logos, product photos, social media platforms and banners.

Strategic management is an important approach in managing an organization to achieve its long-term goals. This involves formulating the vision, mission, and goals of the organization, as well as developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve these goals.SWOT analysis is a tool used in strategic management to identify internal and external factors that affect the performance of an organization or a project.SWOT analysis assists organizations in formulating strategies by considering internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as existing external opportunities and threats.  The application of information technology systems will be beneficial if the application is in accordance with the goals, vision and mission of the organization by establishing business strategies and information technology systems strategies related to SWOT Analysis.The research method used is the SWOT Analysis Technique including IFE, EFE, and TOWS.  The IFE matrix shows that Cafe D'Sruput has strong organizational characteristics internally while the EFE matrix shows the weaknesses of cafe D'Sruput, so that cafe D'Sruput can carry out market development, product development and innovate in developing business at cafe D' Slurp.

This Community Service activity aims to analyze the role of branding in the success of the Rengginang Bu Anik UMKM. The Community Service Activity method used is qualitative, by combining in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and content analysis. The results of Community Service Activities show that branding plays a significant role in building a positive image and reputation for MSMEs and differentiating themselves from competitors. The process of establishing a brand identity, selecting visual elements, logos and packaging that support the brand image, as well as the use of social media and online marketing have a positive impact on the success of MSMEs. Apart from that, an effective communication strategy and the influence of branding on increasing sales and business growth also proved important in the context of Rengginang Bu Anik. However, this Community Service Activity also identified several obstacles faced by MSMEs in implementing branding strategies, such as limited resources and a lack of understanding of the importance of branding. Therefore, solutions and recommendations are provided to overcome these challenges and take advantage of opportunities in developing MSME brands. This Community Service activity provides in-depth insight into the role of branding in the success of MSMEs and can provide practical guidance for other MSMEs in developing their brand.

In the Blitar city there are several MSMEs farming ornamental fish, one of them is Mbah Bendo Koi Farm which is located on Jl. Kapuas No. 92, Kel. Bendo, Kec. Kepanjenkidul. Based on the results of observations and interviews, the obstacles faced by this MSMEs are the lack of business identity branding such as logos that look monotonous, unattractive, and old school. From these obstacles, group 23 helped rebrand Mbah Bendo Koi Farm's logo, apart from that we also helped create social media accounts and their content in the hope of attracting new potential customers and expanding their market in all regions in Indonesia.

Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) is an organization that is oriented towards community empowerment, especially the welfare of housewives. PKK members in the Kauman Village consist of 19 people led by Mrs. Ratna. PKK has several activities including catering and trade. During its activities, the PKK sparked a new idea to make a product as a result of empowering the potential of its members, namely Es Cendol Suji with a weekly turnover of Rp 350.000,-. However, the product does not have a strong identity to be able to compete in the market. From this problem, the author took the initiative to help PKK by providing assistance regarding branding through making a logo as a business identity. The purpose of this activity is to give a new identity to the Es Cendol Suji product which is expected to increase PKK  income turnover so as to create prosperity for all PKK members.

Basically, a marketing communication strategy involves selecting and using various effective communication channels to convey marketing messages to target markets. Re-branding is the process of changing the identity or image of a brand, product or company with the aim of updating, enhancing or changing consumer or public perceptions. Digital marketing is a marketing strategy implemented using digital platforms and the Internet to achieve business goals. The purpose of this community service is to develop and implement a marketing communication strategy for rebranding MSMEs in the Kepanjenkidul Village, Blitar City. The method is carried out through Forum Group Discussions and MSME observations regarding logo design, packaging design and digital marketing strategy assistance. The result of this community service is that MSMEs in the Kepanjenkidul Village area, Kepanjenkidul District, Blitar City feel very enthusiastic about carrying out the re-branding process and assisting digital marketing strategies.

Pemasaran produk melalui sosial media dan e-commerce menjadi salah satu cara yang paling efektif untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar di zaman digital ini. Faktanya, di era teknologi yang semakin canggih ini membuka kesempatan besar bagi para pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk bisa memasarkan produknya hingga ke luar kota, hingga ke luar negeri. Namun, ada banyak UMKM yang belum mengerti bagaimana cara menggunakan sosial media dan e-commerce untuk meningkatkan penjualan mereka. Hal ini terjadi pada beberapa UMKM yang berada di RW XI Semolowaru Indah II, dimana mereka memiliki produk yang berkualitas namun tidak mengerti bagaimana cara yang modern untuk memasarkan produk-produk tersebut. Dengan melihat kasus ini, maka penulis mengadakan pelatihan dan pendampingan digital marketing untuk para UMKM di RW XW Semolowaru Indah II. Metode ini dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu : 1) Pelatihan digital marketing dengan mendatangkan narasumber. 2) Pendampingan door to door digital marketing. Hasil dari pelatihan dan pendampingan ini adalah para pelaku UMKM sudah memiliki instagram pribadi, dan juga beberapa mau untuk mendaftar ke e-commerce, dan mereka juga sudah mengerti tentang bagaimana untuk memasarkan produk melalui sosial media tersebut.

Digital marketing is a marketing activity or promotion of goods or brands using digital media or the internet to quickly attract consumers or potential customers. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. This research focuses on Taso Ndeso MSMEs located in RT 4 RW 12 Sukorejo Village, Blitar City. This is because the Taso Ndeso MSMEs themselves still have not utilized and have not used marketing through digital marketing to promote their products. Digital marketing utilization has becoming the important key of MSMEs “Taso Ndeso” in Sukorejo Village, Blitar City in attempt of increasing their market. By using digital platform like social media and website, MSMEs could reach better market outside their region. By showing their unique and nice products. MSMEs “Taso Ndeso” could attract potential consumer attention and increase their visibility. One of their digital marketing benefit for MSMEs “Taso Ndeso” are their capability for live interaction with customer. By using comment, direct message, and online survey, MSMEs could get precious feedback and understanding what their customer preference and also what their customer needed. By this knowledge MSMEs could fix and increase their products like what their customer needed, make them more competitive in market. Beside of that, digital marketing also have an important role to build great products for MSMEs “Taso Ndeso”. By using interesting visual content and story telling that can build emotions whos watching. MSMEs could convey their value and their unique products to audiens. By differentiate themself from competitor and build strong relationship with their customer. MSMEs “Taso Ndeso” can make their strong identity and  their customer trust with their products in long term.

Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, pemanfaatan media digital seperti sosial media dan e-commerce saat ini dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana branding bagi para pelaku usaha. Dalam menarik perhatian masyarakat untuk meningkatkan minat pembelian terhadap suatu produk, maka visualisasi produk diperlukan sebagai pemancing daya tarik konsumen. Penguatan merek dengan visualisasi produk dapat meningkatkan brand awareness masyarakat terhadap sebuah produk. Objek dalam kegiatan ini adalah UMKM Doyan Jajan yang bergerak di bidang food and beverages berlokasi di Desa Laweyan, Kecamatan Sumberasih, Kabupaten Probolinggo. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu wawancara dan observasi, pembinaan, dan implementasi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperluas pangsa pasar, meningkatkan penjualan dan penciptaan nama merek di benak masyarakat. Dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang kompetitif, pelaku usaha harus melakukan penguatan merek melalui pemanfaatan digital marketing dan visualisasi produk sehingga dapat bersaing dengan usaha serupa. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, UMKM Doyan Jajan mendapatkan pengetahuan baru mengenai branding produk dan digital marketing.

MSMEs play an important role in the Indonesian economy. Therefore, the development and progress of MSMEs is very important. One of the efforts to increase the development of MSMEs is through promotional strategies by creating attractive and innovative marketing content. In addition, MSME players must also be able to utilize social media as an effective and efficient promotion and sales media. Both of these are good strategies, especially in the current digitalization era. However, after conducting a field survey, it was found that MSME players in the Keputih village area did not understand how to create content and utilize social media properly. Therefore, the group 74 KKN-T MBKM UPN "Veteran" East Java conducted training with the theme "Content Development and Social Media Management" as a solution to this problem. This research was conducted using survey and interview methods with a qualitative approach. This training was held on May 20, 2023 at the Keputih Harmony Tourism Market with the target of MSME players in the Keputih Harmony Tourism Market (PWHK) and MSMEs in the Keputih area but outside PWHK. This training produces output in the form of material and hones soft skills skills regarding the creation of interesting and innovative marketing content and how to manage social media to increase sales of MSME products in the Keputih Village area.

Desa Sumberjo sebagai desa wisata yang kaya akan sumber daya alam, pada akhirnya mendorong terbentuknya berbagai macam UMKM. Namun hingga saat ini, pengetahuan pelaku UMKM akan pemanfaatan media sosial dan pemasaran digital masih dinilai kurang. Beberapa UMKM masih menerapkan cara konvensional dalam pemasaran sehingga profit maupun jangkauan pasar yang didapatkan kurang maksimal. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman kepada pelaku UMKM desa Sumberjo tentang tata cara pemasaran digital guna membantu pelaku UMKM dalam meluaskan pasarnya. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui sosialisasi door to door dengan beberapa tahapan metode diantaranya observasi dan wawancara, ceramah dan diskusi, serta demonstrasi dan praktik. Masyarakat perlu dibekali dasar-dasar dan dibekali pengetahuan akan pemanfaatan pemasaran digital agar terwujudnya perkembangan dan peningkatan penjualan serta harapan sebagai desa wisata ramah UMKM dapat direalisasikan.

UMKM is a business that is often found in all corners of Indonesia, including the city of Blitar. In Blitar City itself there are many types of UMKMs engaged in each field. Not a few UMKMs are engaged in the same field and have similar product results. Of course this creates competition. Business actors need to have a strategy so that the UMKMs they have can still develop and not lose many consumers. One way is by making product differentiation. The methods used by the executors are interviews and market surveys to analyze existing problems and conditions. Then brainstorm to find a solution. Cheese meatballs are the final decision made in the implementation of product differentiation at the UMKM Bakso dan Es Campur “Family”.  With this product differentiation, it is hoped that the UMKM concerned will have its own charm compared to its competitors.

UMKM are an important sector to build the community's economy. During the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia, the economic situation of the community has decreased and has become a prolonged problem that must be resolved immediately. During the pandemic, UMKM owners experienced a buyer crisis which resulted in many UMKM players going out of business due to falling income. This happened in Talang Village which was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Digital marketing strategies can be done under any conditions. In Talang Village, Rejoso District, Nganjuk Regency, two UMKM have been registered with the government. One of them is the Opak Gapit Talang UMKM which already has a Business License Number (NIB) but the scope of the sales market is still small. There are several obstacles experienced such as lack of knowledge about digital marketing. With the right strategy will be able to compete with other snack products.

Branding and Digital Marketing can be a new breakthrough for the problems that have been faced by small and medium scale business actors in marketing and introducing their products to potential consumers, especially umkm spikoe who are in the Rungkut Kidul sub-district, Surabaya. Umkm Spikoe actually has enormous potential because of the quality of the products and continuous innovation. However, the obstacle is the lack of knowledge related to branding and digital marketing strategies which hampers the development of these UMKM.These problems were known to researchers after conducting observations and interviews with business owners who gave rise to research and analysis methods related to the problems that have occurred so far. The solutions offered by researchers to business owners are logo and packaging improvements, assistance in creating accounts and social media content, assistance in creating and managing market accounts and offering insight regarding nano influencers and Instagram advertising.With the various alternative solutions we provide, it is hoped that Spikoe business owners will be able to compete and continue to be able to keep up with the times and technology that continues to develop rapidly

Digital marketing is an absolute tool for today's business people, because consumers are more inclined to carry out purchasing activities online, especially after the pandemic. On the other hand, optimizing the use of digital marketing is also an interesting topic in the business world. Considering that currently almost all business units use information technology to support their business operations, even MSMEs are no exception. But unfortunately, not all MSMEs understand the role of digital marketing in reaching potential markets.The use of digital marketing in its development is carried out as an effort to survive amidst the onslaught of increasingly complex business competition. One of the MSMEs that has not adapted to digital marketing is Geprek SS, which is in Rungkut Tengah Village, Surabaya. The purpose of this service activity is to provide assistance to Geprek SS business owners to utilize social media, create content in the form of videography and photography that can support product marketing. The method of implementing this activity is divided into three stages, namely: (1) Identification of problems which analyze what are the obstacles to the MSMEs Ayam Geprek SS and Needs Analysis; (2) Socialization and training to the owner of Ayam Geprek SS regarding the features available on social media and how to use them as digital marketing utilization; (3) Assisting the owner in implementing various explanations at the socialization and training stages so that they can use social media independently. The results of this activity are expected to be the MSMEs Ayam Geprek SS which has implemented digital marketing and is increasingly developing the contents or content in it so that it does not fade the branding of its products, and continues digital marketing and explores more features in social media.
