In this way researchers take advantage of existing problems by utilizing technology to create an information system. With this application, it is hoped that it will make it easier for students to find boarding houses that match the student's wishes and assist the owner of the boarding house in promoting his boarding house. By making this boarding house application, it is a form of utilizing existing technology so that it can be used anywhere and anytime. By using this extreme programming method, it is software development that gives users access rights to add or change application processes. Service activities are carried out to help MSMEs in the service industry called Kori salon by making Kori salon financial reports, Kori salon financial reports are made irregularly and documented manually every day as part of its business procedures. The inability of Kori salon owners to handle bookkeeping reports is the main cause. To support MSME beauty salon businesses, it is necessary to provide training and assistance in preparing financial reports. The method used in this study is the direct support approach used in this effort to assist partners in compiling financial reports using the Bukuwarung program until it is successfully practiced. It is considered successful when partners are able to distinguish between the two states before and after receiving support. Partners recognize the value of accurately recording financial statements in the books based on the results of their actions. This exercise impacts revenue, expense and income statement accounts as well as knowledge partners and also impacts the financial statements that will be prepared in the coming year.

The Slawi city ring road is a road that connects several villages in the Tegal district, especially the Pangkah and Slawi sub-districts. This road is often passed by heavy vehicles such as trucks and other cars carrying goods, many motorized vehicles also pass on this road, especially students. With the volume of vehicles that are quite dense at certain hours and with minimal maintenance on road conditions, this causes a decrease in the quality of the road surface. With these problems, it is necessary to analyze the condition of road damage at STA 0+000 to STA 1+720. This study aims to determine the type and level of road damage using the Bina Marga 1990 method, determine the percentage value of each damage and calculate the priority order of the road as a reference for determining the repair program for the road. Data collection using the LHR survey is also needed to determine road condition values. Factors that cause road damage are the lack of routine maintenance on the road and the absence of drainage so that a lot of water stagnates during the rainy season which causes road damage to become more severe. The types of damage found on the Slawi City ring road are pothole damage, grain release, fatness and crocodile skin cracks.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of the availability of human resources and work facilities on the performance of firefighters at the Sorong Fire Department. The data used are primary data collected through observation and distribution of questionnaires. To measure these variables, multiple linear regression and the coefficient of determination are used with the help of the IBM SPSS 23 computer application program. Based on the results of the study, it is shown that from the results of the T test, the Sig value for the effect of variable X1 (availability of human resources) on Y (employee performance) is 0.006 <0.05 so it can be concluded that there is no effect of X1 on Y. The Sig value for the effect of variable X2 (work facilities) on Y (Employee Performance) is 0.001 > 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is no effect of X1 on Y. and the results of f test count of 39.749 with a significance level 0.000. The probability is much smaller than the significance level of 0.05 or 5%, so that H0 is accepted. So, it can be concluded that there is no simultaneous influence (together) between the influence of the availability of human resources and work facilities on employee performance at the Sorong City Fire Department (DAMKAR).

Cervical cancer is the most common health problem in women, where special attention is needed to prevent this health problem. One effort that can be done to recognize pre-cancerous lesions early is by conducting an Acetic Acid Visual Inspection (IVA) examination which can reduce the incidence of morbidity and maternal mortality caused by cervical cancer. This IVA examination is very easy and practical to be carried out either by midwives or professional health workers (doctors) who can be obtained at health facilities such as clinics, health centers and hospitals. This study aims to determine the effect of health education on maternal adherence to visual inspection of acetic acid at the Suli Health Center. This research method is analytic with design Quasi Experiment (experiments pseudo), with design one group pretest posttest . The population in this study were all women of childbearing age (WUS) who were in the work area of the Suli Health Center as many as 78 people and the sample in this study were all WUS who were in the work area of the Suli Health Center who had certain characteristics, namely women of childbearing age who had active sexual relations. with the number of samples in this study amounted to 30 people. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling method. This research was processed using a computerized system with the help of the SPSS program. The data analysis method used was statistical test analysis with the Wilcoxon signed ranks test to determine the effect of health education on WUS compliance by conducting an IVA examination where if obtained The p value of this test or p 0.000 <0.05, can be interpreted as significant. Therefore, it is recognized that health education has an impact on WUS adherence to carrying out IVA examinations.

Factors Associated with Completeness of Basic Immunization for Infants at Ulee Kareng Health Center. Basic immunization is a program carried out to protect a person's body from diseases that can be prevented by immunization (PD3I) caused by viruses or bacteria, including tuberculosis, polio, diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, hepatitis B, flu, measles and rubella. Based on data from the Directorate General of Disease Prevention and Management, the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2018, ranks of Aceh Province are the lowest in basic immunization coverage, which is 70%. This study aims to determine the factors associated with completeness of immunization in infants with quantitative analytical methods with a cross sectional design approach (Cut Latitude). The study was conducted in March-July 2021 and obtained as many as 62 samples with the sampling method by accidental sampling. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between mother's knowledge and completeness of infant basic immunization with a p-value of 0.000, there is a relationship between mother's education and completeness of infant basic immunization with p-value of 0.000001, there is a relationship between mother's employment status and completeness of infant basic immunization p-value 0.003, and there is a relationship between family support and completeness of basic infant immunization with a p-value of 0.000. The distance to the place of immunization service does not have a relationship with the completeness of infant immunization with a p-value of 0.054. The efforts of the puskesmas in achieving immunization completeness were scored well by conducting an assessment of planning, implementation and assessment activities using a questionnaire containing 5 questions on planning, 5 questions on implementation and 5 questions on assessment. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the level of knowledge, education, employment status, and family support has a relationship with the status of completeness of infant immunization. The distance to the place of immunization service does not have a relationship with the infant's immunization status. The researcher's suggestion is to do research with a larger sample and add various other variables that have a relationship with the infant's immunization status.
