The mass media is one of the most important means of information in human life. The mass media currently playing a role in presenting information to the wider community is television. TvOne Medan Bureau is one of the TV One bureaus in North Sumatra. Precisely in the city of Medan. Through daily observations, TV One focuses on wrapping its various programs in the form of news. The research method used is qualitative research using a descriptive approach so that it emphasizes more on the understanding aspect of a problem. The descriptive approach focuses on the actual problem as it was at the time the research took place. In the pre-production stage, there are several stages, namely field data research, camera, lighting and audio. The production stage of the process of sending signals to various locations simultaneously. This process can be via satellite, radio, television and SNG cars. Lastly, post-production, at this stage the editing process will begin after everything is okay, it will be broadcast every Friday at 10.00 am.

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the management of educational financing in improving facilities and infrastructure at Madrasah Aliyah Darussalam Pematang Duku Age, determining strategies using case studies, this research is a qualitative research that focuses on managing educational financing in improving facilities and infrastructure at Madrasah Aliyah Darussalam The source of this data comes from the school principal, treasurer, deputy head of facilities and infrastructure, committees and technical foundations. Data collection using interviews and documentation of data analysis includes data collection, data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of his research are management of education funding in improving facilities and infrastructure. in the madrasah aliyah daarussalam through three prisoners, namely a) the planning stage. The planning process for education financing in madrasah aliyah daarussalam is good, this is evidenced by holding deliberations in planning education financing once a year and involving all elements of the school, namely the head of the madrasa, data operators, treasurer of the madrasa, representatives of the field madrasah committee and teachers b) Implementation The implementation of financing at the Daarussalam Aliyah Madrasah was not optimal, the implementation was carried out in accordance with the planning that was discussed, but in its implementation there were several sudden needs. so that inevitably the school will reduce or even cut the budget for facilities and infrastructure.

The use of Kolcaba's theory of comfort is easy to apply in the perioperative field and is useful for addressing a variety of patient comfort needs. Fulfillment of holistic comfort through indicators of relief (freedom), ease (calmness), transcendence (happiness). This literature review was carried out by collecting articles and textbooks from databases such as Proquest, Scient Direct, Google Search, Google Scholar. The search was carried out using the keywords "Comfort", "Katherin Kolcaba", "Nurse" and "Perioperative". The selected article focuses on Katharine Kolcaba's practice theory of Comfort in Perioperative Care. The results of the study show that the theory of comfort is very helpful in providing nursing care for perioperative patients, through feeling comfortable facilitating the emergence of synergistic, multidimensional, organismal responses that can influence the healing process. So that the theory of comfort is highly recommended in providing nursing interventions for perioperative patients. Nursing interventions in the four holistic contexts lead to various ways to help patients find relief, serenity or transcendence. Using comfort theory can assist nurses in assessing and identifying patient needs and in providing nursing interventions.

Credit and internet quota have now become the main needs of the community for smartphone users to communicate. As a form of community service, East Java "Veteran" UPN students participated in inviting and educating the UMKM Daivik Cell through utilizing the tiktok platform and joining to become partners of the bangbeli application with the aim of increasing income. The method used uses four stages, namely interviews, socialization, conducting training on the use of social media and the Bangbeli application, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The results obtained by Daivik Cell MSME players are that they know the importance of using tiktok and bangbeli applications which can increase income. In addition, the results of students being able to share existing knowledge by implementing it to UMKM Daivik Cell in developing their abilities in the field of business and marketing.

This research analyzed one of the syntactic fields of study, namely phrases in argumentation texts in class XI textbooks of the Kurikulum Merdeka. Two data will be studied in argumentation texts entitled "Ketahanan Pangan Lokal” and “Ketahanan Pangan pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19". In this study, the researchers limit the analysis of phrase type studies, namely based on word categories in the form of verb and noun phrases. The purpose of this research is to know in depth the research data along with an explanation of the types of phrases based on word categories, namely verb phrases and noun phrases found. In addition, this research is also expected to be valuable as a learning medium, especially in one of the fields of syntactic units, namely about phrases. The research method used a qualitative descriptive methodological approach and theoretical syntax with reading, listening, and recording techniques. In the analysis, it was found that verb phrases based on their position and location were divided into two, namely Coordinative Verb Phrases (FVK) and Subordinative Verb Phrases (FVS). Meanwhile, noun phrases based on their position and location are also divided into two, namely Coordinative Noun Phrases (FNK) and Subordinative Noun Phrases (FNS). To facilitate the analysis and understanding of the reader, the phrase data is presented in the form of a table accompanied by an explanation. This research is important to analyze the phrases in the argumentation text contained in the independent curriculum textbook, this is because the independent curriculum is the latest educational learning system in Indonesia.

The preparation and control of all student-related activities, from their arrival through their departure from a madrasa or educational institution, constitutes student management. When implementing instructional activities at madrasas, student management activities are a crucial component that must be taken into consideration. It has been adopted in the management of students at MTs Lab UINSU, but there are still some students who are not disciplined in respecting the regulations that have been introduced in madrasas, which is causing issues in the management of students. The goal of this study was to learn more about the descriptive qualitative field research approach that MTs Lab UINSU utilizes to supervise its students. It was done to gather data.

Changes in society will continue for as long as people interact with one another. The phenomenon of urbanization is one form of social change. This is because of geographical, biological, economic, and cultural factors, as well as shifts in social norms, influenced social change. Social change cannot be viewed solely from one perspective because it can result in shifts in numerous social society sectors. This indicates that social change will always occur within society as a whole. Naturally, this social change occurs not only as a result of the individuals who wish to change but also as a result of developments in various fields, particularly technology. Based on theories of social change, the author tries to describe the social changes that take place in society. The type research used is field research while the data collection thecnique is carried out by observation and interview. This research was conducted in Sampung village, Sampung district, Ponorogo Regency to know of the reason why people urbaniz and the impact of urbanization on social and environtmental origin. The result of this study concluded that, 1) the reason how people urbanizm because the economic case, geographical, population compesition, ideology, biological,  and new discoveries, 2) the impact of urbanization can improve the economic case and the spread of technology on the other hand it also results in a redaction in agricultural land and social tempest within the family.

Cash receipts are cash received by the company in the form of cash for cash sales, settlement of receivables, and other transactions that can add to the company's cash. CV GAD Production in running its business in the field of event equipment provider rental requires a good cash receipt system. This study aims to determine whether the cash receipts accounting procedures at CV GAD Production have been going well. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results of this study indicate that in general it is quite good but there are still deficiencies. The results of this study are expected to provide input in controlling cash receipts procedures.

Geothermal energy is a renewable energy source that can be used to generate electricity, heat homes and businesses, and provide hot water for industrial processes. The interior of the Earth is hot, and this heat can be transferred to the surface through geological structures such as faults, fractures and sedimentary basins. These structures provide pathways for geothermal fluids to flow, and they can also trap these fluids, creating geothermal reservoirs. The type and size of geological structures that affect geothermal energy can vary depending on the location. For example, in some areas, faults and fractures are the most important structures, while in other areas, sedimentary basins are the most important. The distribution of these structures also plays a role in determining the potential for developing geothermal energy. The study of geological structure is very important to understand the distribution and potential of geothermal energy resources. By understanding how these structures influence the circulation and accumulation of geothermal fluids, we can develop and better manage these resources. This abstract provides a brief overview of the topic of geothermal energy and the role of geological structures in this field. It is intended to provide a starting point for further research and discussion.

The success of a nation is greatly influenced by its young generation. Teachers are the main actors in education in schools. Education is a human effort in order to develop the potential of students to the maximum. In the learning process, there are still many students who have learning difficulties. The focus of this writing discusses learning difficulties in terms of children who are lazy to learn. Teachers as educators must be able to analyze the problems of students who are lazy to learn and find solutions to overcome them. Teachers as educators must be able to analyze the problems of students who are lazy to learn and find solutions to overcome them. The role of the teacher is not only as teaching lessons that have been compiled in the curriculum, but also as a guide, class manager, motivator, facilitator, inspiration, and many other teacher tasks. The cause of students who are lazy to learn is caused by two factors, internal factors (within students) and external factors (outside of students). The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative by making observations and interviews and looking from other articles to support statements that have been found in the field.

Dalam menjalankan usahanya Toko Mukena Murah Jambi sudah menerapkan kinerja baik dalam penjualan, kemudahan pemesanan dan harga wajar. Namun ada fenomena yaitu penjualan Toko Mukena Murah Jambi mengalami penurunan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Toko Mukena Murah Jambi mengimplementasikan jual beli online dropshipping untuk meningkatkan penjualan, mengetahui apa saja faktor penghambat yang tidak meningkatkan penjualan, dan tinjauan Perspektif Ekonomi Islam yang di terapkan dalam jual beli online dropshipping. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan metode kualitatif pengecekan keabsahan data dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitiannya implementasi jual beli dropshipping online di toko Mukena Murah Jambi tidak sepenuhnya meningkatkan penjualan karena salah satunya yaitu owner dan dropshipper mengaku tidak ada diskon atau potongan harga yang ditawarkan kepada dropshippers sehingga kurang diminati dropshipper. Adanya faktor penghambat seperti persaingan antar pedagang, kurangnya manajemen persediaan, tidak bisa membagi tugas karyawan dengan baik. Dari perspektif ekonomi Islam, Toko Mukena Murah Jambi telah memenuhi rukun dan syarat sahnya hukum fikih. Praktek jual beli Mukena Murah Jambi  secara online dengan sistem dropship tidak dilarang syariat Islam, karena barang sudah mendapat izin dari pemilik barang, termasuk akad jual beli salam.

Community empowerment programs play an important role in improving community welfare and economic empowerment. One form of this program is the collaboration between LMI and YBM PLN to develop a tempeh chips business in Keniten Village. The purpose of this research is to analyze the results and impact of community empowerment programs. This research was conducted using field research methods or field research. The results of the research show that this community empowerment program has succeeded in providing significant social and economic impacts for the people of Keniten Village. The community experienced an increase in income and economic welfare from the tempeh chips business. As a result, recommendations are made to expand market access, improve technicalities- develop more effective marketing strategies. In conclusion, the collaboration between LMI and YBM PLN in the community empowerment program in Keniten Village has had a positive impact on the development of the tempeh chips business and economic community empowerment.  

This PkM activity was held at Mutiara Indah Elementary School, Kualeu Village, Oinlase District, East Tengah Selatan District, So'e City. The method used is a field survey and library research. The PkM activities carried out were an attempt to "introduce the Free Learning Curriculum for Students at Mutiara Indah Elementary School". The background for organizing this activity, namely: Students at Mutiara Indah Elementary School do not yet understand and apply the Merdeka Curriculum in the learning process. This is because some teachers at Mutiara Indah Elementary School still do not understand in depth about this new curriculum, and some teachers even use K-2013. Referring to this problem, the PkM organizing team offered several ideas in the form of activities, namely: Conducting introductory education on the Free Learning Curriculum at Mutiara Indah Elementary School. This activity includes an explanation of the meaning, function, benefits, and how to apply the Independent Curriculum to learning activities in the classroom and outside the classroom.

This study focuses on intercultural communication barriers of Javanese immigrants to the Minang Tribe Community in Nagari Sungai Pua, Agam Regency. This research is motivatetd by the problem of the obstacles felt by Javanese migrants while living in Nagari Sungai Pua. Intercultural communication barriers for Javanese immigrants in Nagari Sungai Pua, where language and culture are the most important obstacles felt by Javanese migrants. Communications barrieris often arise when there are differencess in background. culturalt background. When communicating, Javanese immigrants find it difficult to understand the language used, so that Javanese immigrants are less intense in socializing with the local community, as well as misunderstandings between Minang people and Javanese immigrants. Misunderstanding of cultural understanding can certainly hinder effective communications. The purpose of this studys was to findd out how the barriers to intercultural communicatiotn of Javaenese immigrants towards the Minang Tribe Society in Nagari Sungai Pua, Agam Regenchy. The tyipe of research used is field researjch swith a descriptive qualitativie approach. The research location isn in Nagari Sungai Pua, Agam Regency. This study used a purposive sampling technique. Sources of data in this study were obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, to analyze the data the authors use data regduction, data presentations, and conclusiconts. This study investigated the usage differences and similarities of adjectives namely beautiful, pretty, and gorgeous through collocational patterns of nouns they modify in the [adjective + noun] construction (Benson, Benson, and Ilson 1986). The collocational patterns were analysed in terms of the semantic field categories using the Concepticon catalogue and of the noun types of the collocates using theory by (Wren and Martin 2000). The data sources were taken from the Corpus of Contemporary American English (COCA) and the analyses adopted the mix-method approach. In terms of their frequencies, beautiful is the most frequent (hence more common) than pretty and gorgeous. beautiful conveys a meaning of aesthetically pleasing, feelings, or thoughts. The highest semantic field categories for the collocate types of  beautiful were “Basic action and Technology” and “Speech and Language”. pretty produced more varied noun collocation than beautiful. pretty conveys meaning of fine looking without being truly beautiful or handsome. “Emotions and Values” and “Possession” were the highest semantic categories of collocates for pretty. Finally, gorgeous attaches more to something that is extremely stunning. The category “Kinship” was very dominant for gorgeous. To conclude, collocational pattern and semantic field can expose the different usage of the three semantically similar adjectives.

The role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in improving community welfare is the focus of this research, which is influenced by the relationship between companies and communities that develop along with the development and civilization of society. This study aims to determine the role of Corporate Social Responsibility for community welfare in its implementation. The activity stages were designed for 1 day, preceded by coordination activities. The CSR program in the economic field for the community around PT Petrokimia Gresik is by distributing Ramadan groceries in 8 villages around PT Petrokimia Gresik, namely Kroman Village, Tlogopojok, Roomo, Lumpur, Sukorame, Karangpoh, Karangturi, and Ngipik.

At every vocational school in Indonesia it aims to prepare students to work in a particular field. One of it is a culinary expertise program where students are required to have good knowledge and skills in preparing, cooking and serving ready-to-eat food as well as being entrepreneurial and competitive in working world. To support student skills so that later they can help produce graduates who are ready to work independently in the culinary field in terms of product marketing, it requires graphic design and content training publication. Training on the use of graphic design platforms and publication content with the Canva application as a supporting medium in increasing sales to students Culinary Vocational is one of the skills needed by students culinary vocational school at SMK Negeri 4 Banjarmasin to grow the soul the entrepreneurs. One of the best Graphic Design and Content Publication Platforms accessible for free and easy to use is the Canva App. So that this training can be received and used by students later, good while still in school or when graduating from school, then for the method training in community service is to utilize the module that directly made using the Canva application and direct practice using Canva via Android or PC that can be used. At this training accompanied by three community service team members and two members from student. It is hoped that there will be training in the use of graphic design platforms and the content of this publication can improve skills and grow the soul entrepreneur students so that they can always compete in the world of work later.

Marriage is a religious call that must be carried out by humans for those who can afford to have a family. Everyone who wants to get married definitely wants smoothness in the procession of the marriage contract and smoothness in their household life. In this case the authors took samples in Wedi Village, Kapas District, Bojonegoro Regency. For some people in Wedi Village, the use of weton calculations in marriage is mandatory.The main question to be answered in this research is: How is the practice of determining the time of marriage in Wedi Village, Kapas District, Bojonegoro Regency, 'Urf Perspective?To answer this question, this research uses a normative juridical approach, where this research is often called doctrinal research, where the data used are secondary data sources. The process starts from the premises in the form of known positive legal norms and ends with the discovery of legal principles which are the starting point for the search for positive legal norms. Or in short, the method of normative juridical approach is an approach that examines secondary data in the field of law that exist as library data. Based on the results of research in the field, the practice of marriage in Wedi Village, Kapas District, Bojonegoro Regency is to use the weton calculation to determine whether the two prospective brides are matched or not. If based on the results of the weton calculation it turns out that they are matched, then the next step is to determine the day, date, month and hour of the contract also using the weton calculation. The factors behind the practice of determining and calculating the time for marriage in Wedi Village, Kapas District, Bojonegoro Regency are the reasons for not violating religious teachings, the reasons for customary calls, reasons for obligations and considerations of neptu, safety reasons, reasons for events that have occurred and reasons for preservation to generations. The custom that has been formed so far turns out to be in accordance with and absorbed by the rules of 'Urf. Thus, this shows that the determination of the wedding day in Wedi Village, Kapas District, Bojonegoro Regency is 'Urf valid.

This service aims to improve lecturer skill and comprehension of the application of instructional approaches in shaping the character of students at the Bandung College of Administrative Sciences in Cibeunying Kidul District, Bandung City. This dedication is motivated by the need for lecturers who are motivated to improve competency and who have the ability to use instructional tactics to shape students' character. The degree of the students' bad character and the lecturers' poor teaching techniques is the dull everyday instructional routine. This service took place on Thursday, June 3, 2023. Field surveys (locations), conversations, information collection, and lecturer observations were initially carried out in order to deliver this service. After that, teachers received training and help with regard to enhancing their competency as lecturers and putting character-development teaching methodologies into practise. The output objectives for this volunteer initiative include scientific publications, online content, YouTube activities, and photo documentation of PKM activities. It is common to use workshops, seminars, and question-and-answersessions. 

Business identity is an important component for business progress. Many micro MSME actors underestimate the existence of a business identity. The existence of a business identity, indirectly the customer's business has a characteristic or differentiator with similar competitors' business products. In addition, having a business identity can indirectly promote and introduce products widely more quickly. During this assistance, micro, small and medium businesses are given knowledge about the importance of business identity and how to have a good and attractive business identity. This mentoring activity lasts for about 4 months and aims to develop micro businesses so that they can progress and develop. This activity was carried out in Jorong Uba, Tilatang Kamang District, the participants consisted of 2 people and 1 mentor who was experienced in their field. This series of mentoring activities will close with practice and creation of business identities for micro, small and medium businesses in Jorong Uba, Tilatang Kamang District.   Keywords:,,,
