Learning media is one of the key components of education which plays an important role in the teaching and learning process. The use of learning media is an important part that requires special attention from teachers in learning activities. There is a need to create learning media that aims to create an orderly, conducive classroom atmosphere and enable effective learning. The aim of the research is to identify teachers' abilities in creating teaching media materials. It is hoped that if teachers have the ability to create teaching material media, the teaching and learning process can run according to plan. This research uses a qualitative method based on library research, the main data sources come from books, magazines and the latest journal articles related to the theme of this research. The results of this research show that the majority of teachers are still not creative in creating learning media, this is indicated by the large number of teachers who still use the lecture method in the learning and teaching process, so that the teaching and learning process seems monotonous in only one direction. So it is hoped that the publication of this article will help encourage teachers to be creative in making interesting learning media even though they are made with simple media.

The use of visual media in berkatekese can increase the effectiveness of learning in the digital era. In this day and age, digital technology has changed the way we learn and teach. This article discusses how visual media such as pictures, videos, animations can increase the absorption of information and the involvement of students in the learning process. Visual media not only enriches the learning experience but also helps teachers to convey material more easily and can be understood by students. In addition, the use of visual media in catechesis can help learning to be more effective in understanding the material and remembering students. The research method used in this article is a qualitative method with the main approach, namely direct observation at school and literature study. The results show that the use of visual media in learning can increase learner engagement and help in understanding learning materials well. Although it has shortcomings, it has benefits in supporting the learning process of Catholic religion in the digital era.

This research was aimed at analyzing the enhancement of students' mathematical reasoning abilities through problem-based learning. The experimental design was pre-post control group design. The research population was all junior high school student of SMP Al-Muhajirin Purwakarta. The research sample was taken randomly, was the class VIII C students as the experimental group who participated in instruction with problem-based learning and the other class VIII D as control group who participated in instruction with conventional learning. Data was collected through test and questionnaires. The statistical analysis used is the Gain test for the results of students' mathematical reasoning ability tests. The analysis of gain score showed that the enhancement of students’ abilities who participated in instruction with problem-based learning was better than those who participated in instruction with conventional learning. Problem-based learning in mathematics lessons shows a positive response which shows that students like the method used.

Learning motivation can be divided into two types, namely intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation comes from within the student's personality which can encourage them to take learning actions. Intrinsic motivation arises based on awareness of certain goals, not just attributes or ceremonies. The findings indicated that the level of intrinsic motivation of the nursing students at Abulyatama University was still low. The low level of motivation led to learning outcomes obtained that were not optimal.  Hence, it was shown that the better the students’ perception regarding intrinsic motivation, the higher their GPA. In other words, their GPA was significantly influenced by their perception about the importance of having intrinsic motivation. This quantitative study was conducted by using a descriptive-correlational method and a cross-sectional design. The population of this study covered 269 nursing students at Abulyatama University. Out of this population, 65 students with GPA < 2.75 were chosen as the samples.  The results of statistical tests using the chi-square tes obtained a value of p=0,032, which means there is a relationship between learning motivation and perception instudents of the nurrsing science study program at Abulyatama University.

This research investigates the prevalent challenges and identifies strategic approaches for effective resource utilization in secondary schools. Through a mixed-methods study involving quantitative analysis and qualitative interviews, the research highlights significant problems such as budget constraints, outdated educational materials, and disparities in resource distribution between urban and rural schools. The study reveals that 75% of surveyed schools encounter difficulties in resource allocation, with urban schools having better access to technology and trained personnel compared to their rural counterparts. Qualitative findings underscore the importance of several strategies to optimize resource usage. Needs-based allocation is identified as a critical approach, with schools that tailor resources to specific needs reporting improvements in student engagement and achievement. The integration of technology, combined with comprehensive teacher training on digital tools, is pivotal in enhancing learning experiences. Moreover, collaboration with the community and local businesses emerges as a valuable source of additional resources and real-world learning opportunities. The establishment of resource-sharing networks among schools is also noted as an effective measure to mitigate the impact of budget constraints and promote a more equitable distribution of materials and expertise. This study contributes to the discourse on educational equity and efficiency, offering actionable insights for policymakers, educators, and administrators. By emphasizing the need for localized solutions, technological equity, and community engagement, the research points towards a more equitable and efficient educational landscape. Future research directions include exploring the longitudinal impacts of these strategies on educational outcomes and the role of policy reforms in supporting resource optimization efforts.

The objective of this research is to devise a personalized recommendation system for a freelancing platform to optimize the freelancer project matching process. This enhancement is intended to improve user experience and increase the success rate of projects. The system will recommend projects to freelancers based on their skills and preferences by employing data analysis and machine learning methodologies. The research methodology adheres to the Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM), incorporating six stages: Business Understanding, Data Understanding, Data Preparation, Modeling, Evaluation, and Deployment. The proposed project employs a hybrid recommendation strategy, integrating Content-Based Filtering through KNearest Neighbors (K-NN) and Cosine Similarity, Collaborative Filtering via Singular Value Decomposition (SVD), and recommendations derived from Word2vec. Evaluation metrics such as precision, recall, F1 score, MAP, and MRR are utilized to assess model performance. The results, including precision scores of 0.80 for KNN and 0.728 for SVD, recall scores of 0.60 for KNN and 0.623 for SVD, and F1 scores of 0.69 for KNN and 0.671 for SVD, as well as a MAP of 0.75 and MRR of 0.80 for Word2vec, demonstrate the efficacy of the hybrid recommendation system in delivering accurate and varied project suggestions to freelancers, with a weighted average ensemble learning model emerging as the most effective solution.

The success of learning can be seen from student learning outcomes. Student learning outcomes can be said to be good if an educator is able to achieve learning goals by creating an active learning atmosphere, students are able to develop their potential starting from religious spirituality, knowledge, personality, intelligence, skills and noble morals that are useful for society, the nation and country. Education can be said to be good if the process, educators, methods and knowledge conveyed can be accepted and absorbed by students which can later be applied again by those students. If you look more carefully, the in learning, the most important method used by the teacher is, because even though the material presented is very interesting, if it is not accompanied by appropriate and adequate methods, the very interesting material will not be conveyed well to the participants. educate. The aims of this research are 1) to find out the application of the lecture method to the learning outcomes of class VII students in Social Sciences subjects at Mts Al Huda Bandung, to find out the advantages and disadvantages of applying lecture method learning to social studies subjects for class VII students at MTs Al Huda Bandung, to find out to what extent are the learning outcomes of class VII students in Social Sciences subjects at Mts Al Huda Bandung. The data collection techniques used are interview techniques, object-related observation techniques and documentation techniques. At the same time, data analysis techniques are used to reduce, present and draw conclusions. The results of the study are as follows: 1) The lecture method can be interpreted as the teacher explaining verbally in front of the students directly with a review of the material presented. 2) Each learning method has its own advantages and disadvantages. 3) The planned learning method is a factor that influence student learning outcomes
