One of the competencies of teachers is applying information and communication technology in learning. Some problems that exist in society, especially in some schools, are the lack of multimedia-based learning materials in the classroom; learning using conventional methods; and the lack of use of information technology among teachers. Therefore, a workshop on how to create multimedia-based materials was proposed. The purpose of this workshop is to train teachers to build from scratch to multimedia-based teaching materials and train them to use information technology tools optimally. Some of the benefits requested are that teachers can learn new knowledge especially about multimedia; applications made by teachers can be used as initial applications to be used as one of the tools to transfer topics or subjects to their students. This workshop was held for one day from May 15, 2025 joining 20 educators from SMP Advent Kabanjahe. The Simalungun culture, a vital part of the Batak ethnic identity in North Sumatra, is increasingly at risk of marginalization due to the accelerating influence of globalization and national standardization in education. Despite policy allowances for local content (muatan lokal), the incorporation of Simalungun cultural elements into formal schooling remains inconsistent and largely superficial. This study aims to investigate how educational institutions can serve as effective agents of cultural socialization to preserve and transmit Simalungun cultural identity among youth. Employing a qualitative interpretive approach, the research integrates ethnographic observation, in-depth interviews, and discourse analysis of curriculum documents across five Simalungun-majority schools. Data were analyzed using NVivo and interpreted through the lenses of Vygotsky’s sociocultural theory and Bourdieu’s concept of cultural capital. The findings reveal major structural and pedagogical barriers: most teachers lack training in Simalungun traditions, curriculum content is minimal, and student cultural awareness is declining. However, the study also identifies effective practices in schools that involve community elders and use experiential methods, demonstrating improved student engagement and cultural retention. A Cultural Transmission Score (CTS) of 0.46 confirms the limited efficacy of current efforts. The study concludes that formal education systems must move beyond ceremonial inclusion to structural integration of local culture, supported by teacher development and community-school collaboration. These insights offer a scalable framework for strengthening indigenous cultural education in minority contexts.

The complexity of the financial services sector necessitates effective dispute resolution mechanisms. This study analyzes the implementation of financial services dispute mediation by OJK DIY under OJK Regulation No. 1/LAPS-SJK/I/2021 and explores procedural constraints. An empirical juridical method with qualitative approach was employed through in-depth interviews with OJK DIY officials and consumers utilizing mediation services, supplemented by secondary data from official documents and related regulations analyzed descriptively. Findings reveal a low mediation success rate of 18.67% from 2,501 complaints in 2023 with an average resolution duration of 10 working days. Primary obstacles include digital gaps in service access, insufficient legal and financial literacy among the public, bargaining power disparities between consumers and financial institutions, and limited program socialization. The research recommends transforming OJK DIY's mediation system through enhanced digital access, strengthened consumer education, equalized bargaining positions, and intensified socialization. This study contributes to developing more efficient and equitable dispute resolution policies and provides strategic recommendations for improving consumer protection in Indonesia's financial services sector.

Inclusive empowerment is a village development approach that emphasizes the active involvement of vulnerable groups—such as women, the elderly, people with disabilities , and the poor—in all stages of planning through to evaluation. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Village-Owned Enterprises ( BUMDes ) program in Daha Utara District, South Kalimantan, in ensuring participation and accessibility for these groups. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews with BUMDes managers and representatives of vulnerable groups. The evaluation was conducted based on William N. Dunn's six policy indicators: effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, fairness, responsiveness , and accuracy. The results show that the BUMDes program has had a limited positive impact on increasing the income of vulnerable groups, but their involvement is still limited, both in terms of participation and physical access. The main challenges include the lack of disability- friendly infrastructure , minimal capacity training, and community resistance due to low program transparency. On the other hand, local cultural support such as mutual cooperation, involvement of traditional leaders, and partnerships with the village government are important supporting factors. This study recommends increasing human resource capacity, strengthening inclusive infrastructure, socialization based on local wisdom, and adaptive digitalization to expand access. With strategic intervention, BUMDes is expected to be able to transform into a driving force for fair, participatory and sustainable village development.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the R1N1 Program as an innovative strategy to improve access and the effectiveness of healthcare services in Surabaya through the integration of healthcare personnel and ambulance facilities in each subdistrict. The program is measured using Everett Rogers' Diffusion of Innovation theory with five main indicators: Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Complexity, Trialability, and Observability. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach, with data collection through in-depth interviews with various stakeholders, such as medical personnel, government officials, and the community. The results show that the R1N1 Program has successfully had a positive impact on improving healthcare access, with an observability rate of 90% and a relative success rate of 80%. The community has directly experienced the benefits of this program, particularly in reducing medical service waiting times. However, challenges remain related to coordination between medical staff and ambulances, as well as the limited understanding of the community regarding operational procedures. In conclusion, while the R1N1 Program has shown significant success, improvements are needed in coordination, socialization, and more stable funding support to ensure the sustainability and expansion of this program throughout Surabaya.

The reform of criminal law in Indonesia through Law No. 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code (KUHP) marks an important paradigm shift in the criminal justice system, especially related to the protection of victims of crimes. So far, the orientation of the Criminal Code of colonial heritage has emphasized more on the perpetrators of crimes, while victims are often positioned passively and marginalized. This article aims to critically examine the extent to which Law No. 1 of 2023 strengthens the rights of victims, both in material and procedural aspects. With a normative juridical approach and an analysis of the new norms in the National Criminal Code, this article finds that a number of provisions, such as the victim's right to restitution, participation in judicial proceedings, and identity protection, reflect a greater recognition of the interests of the victim. However, in practice, there are still implementation challenges, including limitations in the mechanism for the implementation of these rights, as well as potential inequalities in access to justice. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen derivative regulations, socialization, and synergy between law enforcement agencies to ensure that victim protection runs effectively and fairly.

The purpose of this study is to analyze efforts and describe factors that influence the right to vote and obtain accessibility as political rights for people with disabilities by the Karanganyar Regency KPUD in the 2024 Presidential and Vice Presidential Election in Jatipuro District. This study is a qualitative study with a case study approach regarding the phenomenon of low voter turnout for people with disabilities in Jatipuro District. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and supporting documents. The results of this study are efforts to provide voting rights and obtain accessibility for voters with disabilities are carried out by registering as voters, conducting socialization for voters with disabilities, conducting technical guidance for Pantarlih and KPPS, and realizing accessibility through mobile ballot box services. However, these efforts have not been maximized because there are no rules that serve as guidelines in determining the ability to vote, there are limitations in time, budget, and personnel in socialization, the workload of KPPS is quite heavy in a short working time causing psychological pressure that has an impact on fatigue and lack of focus, and the geographical conditions of Jatipuro District which cause several TPSs to not yet be accessible to voters with disabilities.
