This study aims to elaborate on the determinants of consumer purchasing decisions by emphasizing the role of social media, trust levels, and product quality in the Blibli e-commerce ecosystem in Batam City. The applied methodological framework is based on a descriptive quantitative approach involving 204 respondents with active transaction track records, selected through a purposive sampling technique based on the Jacob Cohen formula to ensure proportionality and validity of sample representation. Empirical data were collected through a structured questionnaire, then processed using comprehensive statistical analysis stages that include instrument validity and reliability testing, classical assumption evaluation, multiple linear regression modeling, and hypothesis testing through partial (t) and simultaneous (F) tests. The analysis results revealed that social media intensity contributed 14.1% to purchasing decisions, trust influenced 36.0%, while product quality influenced 40.4%. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 86.4% indicates that the three exogenous variables simultaneously have substantial explanatory power towards variations in purchasing decisions. The t-test and F-test findings consistently confirm the significant influence of both individual and collective factors, thus confirming that strengthening digital presence, platform credibility, and consistent product quality are strategic foundations in guiding the preferences and purchasing intentions of Blibli consumers in Batam City.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the residential spatial system of the Marori and Mengge ethnic groups in Wasur Village, Merauke, South Papua, in the context of their involvement in the eucalyptus oil industry as a leading tourism product of Wasur National Park. A rationalistic qualitative approach is used with the main theory of behavioral setting to examine the relationship between behavior, local culture, and spatial structure. The results of the study indicate that houses not only function as domestic spaces, but also as places for the production of eucalyptus oil, especially at the packaging stage. The overlapping use of space causes space invasion, changes in function, and the emergence of high spatial flexibility. The space of the house undergoes a temporal functional transformation, adjusting to the intensity of economic activities and cultural rituals of the community. Private, semi-public, and spiritual spaces experience shifting boundaries, which have an impact on social relationship patterns and living comfort. This study also found that social structure, customary values (Boan/marga), and division of customary areas play an important role in the formation of the spatial system. These findings are expected to be an important contribution to the development of residential architecture based on behavior and local wisdom, as well as community-based conservation area management. This study also highlights the urgency of preserving the culture and existence of indigenous tribes amidst the current of modernization and the threat of extinction.

Income inequality remains a fundamental challenge in regional economic development after the implementation of regional autonomy. This study aims to analyze the effect of fiscal decentralization policies, as measured by the variables of Local Government Revenue (LGR) and the Balancing Fund, on income inequality in 14 regencies/cities in West Kalimantan Province. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with panel data for the period 2015–2024. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression with a natural logarithm model. The results of the study show that LGR has a positive and significant influence on income inequality, which indicates that increasing regional fiscal independence actually tends to widen income disparity. Conversely, the Balancing Fund is proven to have a negative and significant effect, confirming its effective role as a redistribution instrument in reducing interregional inequality. Simultaneously, both fiscal instruments have a significant impact on the Gini ratio.

The rapid growth of digital marketplaces has significantly reshaped consumption behavior among university students. Promotional strategies based on scarcity and urgency, such as flash sales, limited-time discounts, and countdown timers, are designed to induce psychological pressure, potentially triggering Fear of Missing Out (FoMO). This study aims to examine the relationship between self-control and FoMO among university students who use digital marketplaces. A quantitative correlational design was employed, involving 70 undergraduate students selected through accidental sampling. Self-control was measured using the Brief Self-Control Scale, while FoMO was assessed using an adapted Online FoMO Scale. Data were analyzed using Pearson’s product-moment correlation after fulfilling normality assumptions. The results revealed a significant negative relationship between self-control and FoMO (r = –0.522, p < .001), indicating that individuals with higher self-control tend to experience lower levels of FoMO in marketplace contexts. These findings highlight the role of self-regulation as a protective factor against emotionally driven consumption behavior. This study contributes to the literature on digital consumer psychology by extending the concept of FoMO beyond social interaction into economic decision-making contexts. Strengthening self-control is therefore essential in helping individuals manage psychological pressure arising from urgency-based marketing strategies.

The diversity of Indonesian society, spread across various regions of the archipelago, reflects immense natural and cultural wealth. However, this cultural diversity also has the potential to trigger national disintegration or division due to differences in perspectives, values, and ways of life. This situation indicates that Indonesian society needs to develop an educational system capable of fostering an appreciative attitude toward cultural, religious, and customary differences among ethnic groups. This reality compels Christian Education to assume a strategic role in strengthening existing diversity. This study aims to examine transformative approaches within Christian Education for fostering harmony amidst Indonesia’s diversity. The research employs a qualitative approach through a literature review, particularly focusing on the approaches and implementation of Christian Education within pluralistic societies. The results of the study indicate that the presence of Christian education can make a significant contribution to building a harmonious, diverse society by instilling Christian values such as respect for different lifestyles, rejection of violence and discrimination, and the strengthening of a spirit of unity. Thus, Christian education is expected to serve as an effective means of fostering harmony amidst the diversity of Indonesian society.

Student character building is an important goal in the education system, particularly in Christian Religious Education (CRE) which emphasizes not only cognitive aspects but also the development of moral and spiritual values. However, various character issues such as low discipline, responsibility, and social awareness remain challenges in the school environment. Therefore, a learning strategy is needed that can integrate Biblical values contextually into the educational process. This study aims to analyze learning strategies based on Matthew 11:28–30 in shaping student character at SMP Negeri 1 Moro’o, West Nias Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving Christian Religious Education teachers and students. The results of the study indicate that the values contained in Matthew 11:28–30, such as love, humility, gentleness, and peace of mind, can be implemented through contextual learning strategies, teacher role models, and reflective learning. The implementation of these strategies contributes to student character building, especially in improving attitudes of discipline, responsibility, and concern for others. The novelty of this research lies in the development of a learning strategy framework based on theological analysis of Matthew 11:28–30 which is practically integrated into Christian Religious Education learning to shape students' character.

The role of the ward chairman in the Catholic Church community is very important and strategic for the growth and development of the ecclesiastical community. However, the problem arises that the heads of the environment often accept the responsibility of this position by being forced, burdened and not willing to carry it out. This research aims to make the ward leaders realize that receiving leadership through this position can be very value-added, not only for themselves but also for others they serve. The method chosen is a literature study with the main reference from the leadership model of John C, Maxwell which is integrated with the results of research related to it. Based on the study, it is known that the reflection writing method is an effective strategy because it is able to foster the self-awareness of the Ward Chairs, so that it can increase the level of leadership that provides more value, both for themselves and others. Quantitative research is needed to measure the level of leadership, as well as qualitative research to comprehensively examine the research subjects at each leadership level.

This study aims to qualitatively analyze the impact of order cancellations and customer ratings on the performance, performance, and income of online motorcycle taxi (Gojek) drivers in the Slawi region. The research method used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation of a number of active drivers. The results show that the high rate of order cancellations, both from customers and the system, negatively impacts driver income stability and reduces work time efficiency. Furthermore, customer ratings play a crucial role in determining driver access to orders, incentives, and account sustainability. Drivers with low ratings tend to experience decreased performance due to limited opportunities to receive orders. On the other hand, the pressure to maintain high ratings also affects drivers' psychological state and work strategies. This study concludes that order cancellations and customer ratings are crucial factors that are interrelated in influencing the work quality and welfare of online motorcycle taxi drivers. Therefore, fairer and more transparent platform policies are needed to maintain a balance between customer satisfaction and driver protection.

Debt restructuring and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) are legal instruments in the Indonesian bankruptcy system aimed at providing legal protection and maintaining a balance of interests between debtors and creditors. In practice, the PKPU process is not only related to the settlement of debts but also involves business continuity, legal certainty, and the stability of the business world. This research aims to analyze the position and optimization of the role of advocates in debt restructuring and the PKPU process in Indonesia, as well as to examine their role in providing legal protection for both debtors and creditors. The research uses a normative juridical method with a legislative and conceptual approach thru the analysis of Law Number 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and PKPU, Law Number 18 of 2003 concerning Advocates, the Civil Code, as well as various regulations related to the resolution of commercial disputes. The research results show that lawyers hold a strategic position not only as legal representatives in Commercial Courts but also as legal advisors, negotiators, and debt restructuring facilitators who play a role in maintaining the balance of legal protection for the parties involved. The optimization of the role of lawyers is necessary thru the strengthening of professionalism, integrity, business competence, and a business rescue approach so that the PKPU and bankruptcy processes are not misused as tools of business pressure, but rather become means of fair, effective, and legally certain commercial dispute resolution.

Industrial dust exposure is a hazardous work environment that can potentially cause respiratory problems in workers, particularly in industrial sectors with production activities that generate high levels of dust particles. This study aims to examine the relationship between industrial dust exposure and respiratory problems in workers through a systematic review. The method used was a qualitative descriptive literature study of scientific articles from 2021-2026 obtained through Google Scholar based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, then systematically analyzed. The results of the study indicate that most studies found a significant relationship between dust exposure and respiratory problems, especially in work environments with dust levels exceeding the threshold limit (TLV). Common symptoms include coughing, shortness of breath, phlegm production, and decreased lung function. In addition to dust levels, other factors such as duration of exposure, length of service, smoking habits, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) also play a role in increasing the risk. However, several studies showed insignificant results, which are suspected to be influenced by the use of proper PPE and an effective work environment control system. These findings confirm that dust exposure is a significant, multifactorial risk factor, necessitating comprehensive control efforts through a hierarchy of controls, environmental monitoring, and regular health checks to prevent long-term impacts on worker health.

Iced tea is a popular beverage due to its accessibility and affordability. However, poor hygiene and sanitation practices can lead to contamination by pathogenic microorganisms such as Escherichia coli, which can potentially cause foodborne diseases. Sanitation practices, including cleanliness of vendors, equipment, and processing facilities, play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of beverages consumed by the public. The research method used was a quantitative study with an observational analytical design using a cross-sectional approach. Total sampling was used, with 21 iced tea vendors as the sample. The independent variable in this study was sanitation hygiene, while the dependent variable was Escherichia coli bacterial contamination in iced tea. The results of the study conducted on 21 respondents showed that iced tea drink sellers with qualified sanitation hygiene practices with a total of 10 respondents, 8 samples of iced tea drinks were negative for Escherichia Coli and 2 samples of iced tea drinks were positive for Escherichia Coli. While iced tea drink sellers who did not meet the requirements for sanitation hygiene practices were 11 respondents, with 11 samples of iced tea drinks positive for Escherichia Coli bacteria. After being analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 24 Application, a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05) was obtained, so H1 was accepted, it was concluded that there was a relationship between sanitation hygiene and Escherichia Coli bacterial contamination of iced tea drinks. Based on the description above it can be concluded that the low sanitation hygiene practices carried out by iced tea drink sellers can increase the risk of Escherichia Coli bacteria contamination in drinks and will affect the quality and safety of drinks that will be consumed by the public.

Women's involvement in election supervision remains relatively low, despite the significant number of female voters in many regions. This condition indicates a gap between women's electoral participation as voters and their active role in ensuring fair and transparent elections. Therefore, this community service activity aims to increase women's understanding and participation in election supervision through community-based outreach and education programs. The methods used include structured outreach sessions, interactive discussions, question-and-answer forums, and the provision of educational materials related to participatory supervision and the importance of democratic accountability. This activity was carried out in East Lombok Regency with the active involvement of various women's organizations and local community groups. The results showed a noticeable increase in participants' understanding of the importance of election supervision, including their awareness of rights and responsibilities as citizens. In addition, there was a growing commitment among participants to be actively involved in supervision efforts, both individually and collectively. This program is expected to encourage more inclusive, participatory, and equitable election supervision, while also strengthening women's roles in supporting democratic processes at the local level.
