The term "cloud computing" refers to the delivery of numerous services via the Internet. Because of providers that provide cloud services, users can store files and media on faraway servers and subsequently access the items online. Due to the lack of location requirements, this enables anyone to watch them remotely. This design is currently beginning to be implemented in the sphere of education, particularly in universities. In order to determine the factors influencing the adoption of cloud computing in education, previous academics have employed the technology adoption theory, which is discussed in this study. The purpose of this study, which is a systematic literature review, is to identify and assess knowledge gaps about the factors impacting the adoption of cloud computing in education. To fill in any gaps and add to the body of knowledge already in existence, this study will therefore enhance the information by offering a complete examination of the material that is already available.

This study aims to find out about . What are the legal provisions for determining suspects as pretrial objects in criminal law and b What are the legal implications for re-determination of suspects after being canceled by a pretrial decision. The data collection method in this study was carried out by literature study, which is a way of collecting data by searching and studying library materials (literature, research results, scientific magazines, scientific bulletins, scientific journals, etc.). Legal materials are collected through inventory procedures and identification of laws and regulations, as well as classification and systematization of legal materials according to research problems. Therefore, the data collection technique used in this study was a literature study. The results of the study show that pretrial is a new thing in the life of law enforcement in Indonesia, has a goal to be upheld and protected, namely protecting the rights of suspects at the level of investigation and prosecution or preventing the arbitrariness of law enforcement officials against someone who is undergoing a legal process and To guarantee the protection of human rights and for law enforcers to carry out their duties consistently, the Criminal Procedure Code establishes a new institution called pretrial. Seeing the contents of the decision as referred to in Article 82 paragraph (3) of the Criminal Procedure Code, that there are 3 (three) types of implementation of pretrial decisions: committing certain acts, paying an amount of money and providing rehabilitation. The legal basis for pretrial authority in deciding the suspect's determination is found in the Constitutional Court (MK) decision No. 21/PUU-XII/2014 which states that the determination of the status of a suspect is included in the object of pretrial and also in its ruling that Article 77 of the Criminal Procedure Code is contrary to the 1945 Constitution and does not have binding legal force as long as the pretrial is not interpreted including determination of suspects, searches , and confiscation. Meanwhile, the background to the addition of pretrial authority in deciding the determination of the suspect is that the determination of the suspect's status is the end result of the investigation activities carried out which are none other than the object of pretrial. Criminal acts after the status of the determination of the suspect is declared invalid in the pretrial decision are basically still valid. Examination in pretrial cases is only in the administrative area of the investigative process. Often the Pretrial decision which cancels the determination of the suspect by the investigator, is based.

Uric acid is the end product of purine metabolism which can cause hyperuricemia if levels increase. Hyperuricemia, if left untreated, can cause joint inflammation, pain, and various other health problems. This study aims to evaluate Halu Oleo University students' understanding of gout and its impact on health. Using a quantitative approach and analytical descriptive design, this research involved 50 randomly selected respondents. Examination of uric acid levels is carried out by taking blood samples using the Nesco Multi Check device. The results showed that 70% of respondents had uric acid levels within normal limits, while 30% experienced hyperuricemia, which indicates a potential risk of developing gout. These findings suggest that unbalanced eating patterns, lack of physical activity, and inadequate fluid intake contribute to increased uric acid levels among college students. This research emphasizes the importance of education about healthy eating patterns and an active lifestyle to prevent health problems related to gout.

Backgroud: Indonesia is ranked third highest in cases of infant mortality. One of the causes of IMR is that babies are given breast milk too late. If all babies were fed only breast milk from the time they were born until the age of 6 months it could save 800,000 lives. Based on data from the West Kalimantan Health Office in 2021, the IMR was 8 per 1,000 births, in 2022 it will be 5.2 per 1,000 births. The aim of the research is to analyze the relationship between knowledge about early initiation of breastfeeding and mothers' attitudes towards providing exclusive breastfeeding to pregnant women in the third trimester at RSIA Anugrah. Methods: The research design used in this research is cross sectional with a quantitative approach. The research population was all pregnant women in the third trimester who had an ultrasound examination at RSIA Anugrah in August 2024, totaling 532 respondents. Uric acid is a byproduct of purine metabolism in the body, typically excreted through urine. However, excessive uric acid can lead to the accumulation of crystals in the joints, resulting in gouty arthritis, particularly in individuals of productive age. This article aims to discuss a community service initiative to prevent elevated uric acid levels through routine screenings and education on healthy lifestyles. The initiative employed the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) approach, encompassing counseling, uric acid level examinations, and iterative evaluations, thereby enhancing public awareness of the importance of maintaining normal uric acid levels and understanding healthy lifestyle practices. Education and early detection of uric acid levels can help the community comprehend actionable steps to reduce the risk of long-term health complications.

The national blood demand is estimated to reach around 5.5 million bags per year, while the available blood supply is only around 4.1 million bags. This results in a significant annual blood shortage, approximately 1.4 million bags. The root cause of the main problem of unmet blood needs lies in the lack of public awareness. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase public education and awareness about the importance of blood donation and the high demand for blood. Activities include counseling and blood type testing of the ABO and Rh systems using the slide test method. The examination results show that the most common blood type found in Lampegan Village is type O, while the least common is type B. Almost all of them have Rh-positive blood type, and Rh-negative was found in one resident. Knowing the exact blood type and adopting a healthy lifestyle can help someone become a blood donor. Blood type testing is a persuasive strategy to raise public awareness about the importance of blood types and the benefits of blood donation.

Sports injuries are injuries that occur during training, competition or after exercise. Sports injuries occur due to the inability of tissues (muscles, joints, tendons, skin) and other organs to receive training loads during exercise. Factors that influence the occurrence of injuries, namely individual conditions (age, gender, character, experience, warm-up, posture abnormalities), sports facilities (shape and size of equipment), sports characteristics (type of sport), physical environment (temperature and humidity). If not treated immediately, it can cause cerebral vascular disorders (heat stroke) and immediately do an examination if you experience an injury during exercise, so that you can get fast and proper treatment. On this occasion, lecturers from the Faculty of Health Sciences, Anwar Medika University (UAM) Sidoarjo held counseling activities for vocational students in the Krian Sidoarjo sub-district area. The purpose of this counseling is expected so that later SMK students can play an active role in conveying and implementing the knowledge in this activity to help the community around their place of residence.
