. In an educational organization or school, it cannot be separated from its relationship with learning media or commonly called facilities and infrastructure. Facilities and infrastructure aim as a place to carry out learning activities and increase student learning motivation. Therefore, facilities and infrastructure are very important to advance and develop the productivity of educational institutions. In addition, the management of infrastructure is one of the things that must be considered so that it can help encourage student achievement and achieve the goals of educational organizations. Facilities and infrastructure have a very important urgency to increase student learning productivity. However, the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management in schools does not always go well. There are problems or obstacles that need to be resolved and overcome so as not to interfere with the learning process. Factors that hinder the management of facilities and infrastructure in schools usually arise from internal and external factors. Therefore, school management needs to make various efforts to overcome these obstacles. This study aims to determine the efforts of school management in overcoming barriers to educational infrastructure. From the method used, namely the qualitative method with literature study techniques, it produces an elaboration which shows that school management efforts in overcoming obstacles to facilities and infrastructure are planning, organizing, procuring, inventorying, distributing, maintaining, eliminating, and monitoring and evaluating.    

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) do not understand the importance of accountability, they have not been able to prepare financial reports based on financial accounting standards for micro, small and medium enterprises (SAK EMKM), and the use of digital technology in preparing financial reports has not been properly utilized by business actors. MSMEs. This community service activity aims to increase the perceptions of MSMEs in Cupak Village, Ngusikan District, Jombang Regency, East Java Province regarding the urgency of financial accountability for the business being carried out along with literacy in implementing SAK EMKM using digital, user-friendly accounting media. The method uses lectures, training and mentoring, the objects of community service activities are MSMEs actors in Cupak Village, Ngusikan District, Jombang Regency, East Java Province. The results achieved from this activity are increased understanding of the importance of business accountability and the implementation of financial records in accordance with SAK EMKM with user friendly digital accounting media. The mentoring fund training program makes MSMEs actors in Cupak Jombang understand the importance of accountability, this mentoring program makes MSMEs actors familiar with digital accounting information systems.

The study was set to examine an interpretation of the philosophy of the course and to elevate it with a short story extrapolated value found in the mega best seller on the self-improvement volume volume entitled "Filosofi Teras" by Henry Manampiring. The study is a library study using qualitative descriptive methods. The data-gathering technique in this study is text-reading with the data-analysis techniques using the elective analysis techniques, that is, analyzing, connecting and summarizing the study of philosophy and extrapolic values contained in the short story. The data analysis techniques in this study are based on data selectively, that is, data reduction, data presentation, and deduction drawing. The urgency of research is for readers to understand, possess and implement the values contained in the short story book Filosofi Teras and extrinsic values.

The aims of this study are to analyze the effect of competence of human resources, internal control, use of technology and community participation on village fund accountability. The Kota Intan village community sees a lack of transparency from the village government, causing a sense of community apathy, that the authority for village development is the task of the village government. The population of this study consisted of village heads, village secretaries, BPD, section heads, heads of affairs, and heads of sub-villages and the criteria of research sample worked for at least 1 year with a minimum education of high school or equivalent. There was 83 respondents from 5 villages. The results of this study show that the competence of human resources had a positive but not significant effect on village fund accountability, there was a negative but not significant internal control effect on village fund accountability, there was a positive and significant influence on the use of technology on village fund accountability, and there was a positive but not significant effect community participation variable on accountability of village funds. The result of this study are expected to contribute to development of village fund accountability. While the urgency of this study relate information for the district government and the community so they know the principles of village fund accountability.   Keywords: Village Fund, human resource competency, internal control, community participation, accountability.  

The existence of tourism in Indonesia is one of the main attractions for tourists to visit Indonesia to enjoy the natural beauty of Indonesia's earth. In Indonesia there are many tourist objects that have high selling power besides Borobudur, there is also the Sibolangit nature tourism in, North Sumatra, which is also the focus of the study being studied by researchers. Efforts to build tourism are certainly not only the duty and responsibility of the government, but local governments, village governments, local communities and youth youth organizations must have a high sense of concern and empathy for the existence and development of tourism above. The results in this study indicate that the existence of youth has a very strategic role in the progress or not of a tourist attraction, because youth plays a role in terms of marketing with their abilities and skills in using social media so that the existence of tourist objects becomes increasingly known by many people, especially foreign tourists. The two youths can also be a bastion of security and comfort for visitors and thirdly the involvement of youth in building and developing tourism is also a positive value from an economic perspective which leads to the welfare of the surrounding community. So in a simple conclusion, youth must be involved and involved in the development and construction of tourist objects, especially in Sibolangit tourism in Deli Serdang, North Sumatra.

Cyberloafing behavior is a form of withdrawal deviance in the workplace which is increasingly surfacing along with technological developments. Cyberloafing behavior not only has a positive impact but also has a negative impact on the company. To maximize the positive impact and minimize the negative impact, this research has an urgency to examine predictors that can explain the occurrence of cyberloafing behavior. The study was conducted using employees from various companies in various industries as research samples. The results of this study indicate that cyberloafing behavior is explained by role ambiguity, role conflict and role overload.

The research method used is data collection qualitative method. The strategy and success of planting this church also includes the role of the Holy Spirit in every believer so that they continue to fulfill God's call. Therefore, we need Christian youth who open their hearts to serve God, especially in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.

The widespread use of social media among the public has created a new need, namely the urgency to create space for conducting business activities, causing the platform to turn into a place for communication, interaction, as well as a trading space. Fraud in electronic transactions via social media (Twitter) is a crime that targets the internet, computers and related technology as its target. Based on the position of the case, the fraud that occurs can be classified as a crime of computer-related fraud or a crime to gain personal gain and/or harm others. The handling of fraud cases can be carried out using the legal basis contained in Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions, namely Article 28 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph (2). The use of these two articles is based on the principle of lex specialist derogat legi generali. In addition, if examined using a victimological point of view, victims of fraud cases that occur are included in the category of participating victims where the tendency of victims to be unaware of their attitudes/behaviors in certain circumstances is a reason for someone to act. commit crimes against them. The research method used to answer these problems is normative legal research with a case study approach in the form of legal behavior products.

The results of this study indicate that it is necessary to stipulate an emergency law that regulates matters of governance that due to urgent circumstances need to be regulated immediately.

The method used in this study is literature review with a qualitative approach using analytical techniques in the form of descriptive analysis. As for the research that has been done, the results show that there is a high level of urgency from the variables of HR Quality, Organizational Culture, Knowledge Sharing, and Technology for the Creation of a Learning Organization.

The urgency of analyzing the needs of learning media is very important to analyze the needs of student learning media because there is a possibility that future learning will increase. For this reason, it is important to conduct further research on school policies in meeting student learning needs during the learning process. This study aims to analyze the needs of learning media in biology subjects at SMAN 4 Tanjungpinang. The research method used was descriptive and quantitative analysis with data collection through questionnaires and interviews with biology teachers. The subject of this study was a grade 11 science student of SMAN 4 Tanjungpinang. The results showed that teachers always use learning media in every meeting and with the existence of learning media makes students motivated and not easily bored in the learning process. However, students still need a variety of learning media to support learning needs. This article emphasizes the importance of effective learning through the use of appropriate media and materials.

This journal is written by taking into account the need for good management skills in the formulation of a good education system and how the system works as a bureaucracy. Given how important good management skills are to create a good system, this journal is made by looking at the existing reality of how the system itself is. Good management will create a good education bureaucracy, and a good bureaucracy will also produce a good education management system, and this will have an impact on improving the quality of education. In this day and age, the use of media is very helpful for educators in a certain learning or training, namely as a tool to facilitate the implementation of teaching and learning, which is expected to run effectively to achieve predetermined learning goals. Meanwhile, the purpose of its use is to make it easier for educators to convey information on learning materials that will be conveyed so that they are easy to understand and understand making it interesting to use media for students to be happier in the learning process. So media is an instrument or tool to deliver learning material so that students are able to understand what is conveyed using media tools such as markers, package books or reading, whiteboards, including teachers and the environment is also a medium for implementing information delivery. In learning media, there are media used by teachers, namely visual (media with delivery using something that can be seen by the sense of sight), audio-visual (media with elements of conveying information using sound also contains an element of image, such as video), audio (information delivery using voice messages or closely related to the sense of hearing). Along with the advancement of media technology, it has a variety of tools that make it easier for teachers to learn using current technology media such as: cellphones, computers, laptops, and other applications that are used to obtain other sources of information.

Along with increasingly rapid technological developments, the use of digital literacy in the implementation of education is very much needed, especially in the era of the Covid 19 pandemic which requires all parties involved in the learning process to be skilled in the use of facilities and various platforms that can facilitate all learning activities. Therefore, the urgency in using digital literacy during the educational period during this pandemic is a top priority and a necessity. The purpose of carrying out this literacy study is to determine the urgency of using digital literacy in the implementation of education during the pandemic at SDN 106780 Sei Mencirem. The method used is literature study. The steps taken are identifying, reviewing, evaluating, and interpreting all available research that is relevant with a study of the urgency of digital literacy in the implementation of online education. The results obtained are that digital literacy is needed and a priority that must be developed in education, especially during the pandemic of online-based education, digital literacy in education is no longer just important but has become a necessity.

This study aims to describe and analyze the effect of readiness for change and agile leadership on the dynamic capabilities of SMEs. Furthermore, this study also examines the influence of dynamic capabilities on strengthening the digital ecosystem of SMEs. If SMEs are ready to change and have agile leadership, it will increase their dynamic capabilities. This dynamic capability of SMEs will ultimately improve the lives and long-term sustainability of SMEs in the digital world. This type of research is explanatory research to analyze SMEs’ digital ecosystem improvement. This research uses regression analysis methods and path analysis in managing data. The sampling technique used non-random sampling with a purposive sampling method. Data were collected from 250 SMEs in Central Java through a questionnaire. The results of the study show that readiness for change and agile leadership can increase the dynamic capabilities of SMEs. The increasing dynamic capabilities of SMEs are proven to be able to strengthen the digital ecosystem for SMEs. The results of this study are expected to contribute to SMEs strengthening the growth of the digital economy in Indonesia. The urgency of this research relates to factors that can strengthen the SME digital ecosystem and contribute to improving the economy.

The researcher uses qualitative methods, namely research methods that focus on collecting data through observations of around Bangkalan City regarding several local brands that use Islamic Branding and on the other hand also focuses on conducting interviews and documentation to collect data about the views of Bangkalan religious leaders regarding Islamic Branding and Islamic Branding. existence in Bangkalan city to several religious figures in Bangkalan city. From the results of the study, the researcher stated and concluded that the views of religious leaders in Bangkalan city were divided into three groups. There are those who are aware of and acknowledge the existence of Islamic Branding in Bangkalan city, secondly there are those who are aware of but acknowledge the existence of Islamic Branding in Bangkalan city, third are not aware of and do not acknowledge the existence of Islamic Branding in Bangkalan city.
