The Village health cadres play a vital role in the success of the Posyandu (Integrated Health Service Post) program as the frontline of community-based health services. However, challenges such as limited managerial capacity, insufficient resource support, and lack of continuous mentoring often hinder the effectiveness of the program’s implementation. This article aims to describe the process and outcomes of mentoring village health cadre organizations in improving their program management skills at the Posyandu. The research employs a qualitative approach using content analysis from activity reports, interviews, and field documentation. The results show that structured, participatory, and continuous mentoring significantly enhances cadres’ skills in planning, implementing, and evaluating Posyandu activities. Moreover, mentoring improves cadres’ motivation and sense of responsibility toward program sustainability. Support from village governments, local health centers (puskesmas), and communities plays a crucial role in maintaining the effectiveness of mentoring. Therefore, a collaborative mentoring model is an effective strategy to strengthen the capacity of village health cadres in managing Posyandu programs at the village level.

Patient satisfaction refers to the degree of emotion felt by an individual, arising from an assessment of the quality of medical care received, compared to initial expectations. Suspected dissatisfaction among visitors to the Huta Padang Community Health Center, Asahan Regency, appears to be due to the inadequacy of the primary care facilities provided at the institution. Information gathering was conducted from July to August 2023. This analytical study aimed to measure patient satisfaction with essential health care at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) of the Huta Padang Community Health Center, Asahan Regency. The target group of the study included all polyclinic patients visiting the Saribudolok Community Health Center. Respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique, with a total of 64 participants. The study findings were summarized through a frequency distribution table, followed by statistical data processing via a Chi-square test at a 95% significance level (α = 0.05). This study explores the concept and practical implementation of halal production in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the lens of Islamic economics. Employing a qualitative literature review approach, it synthesizes findings from previous studies on Islamic production theory, halal assurance systems, and the economic role of MSMEs in Indonesia. The analysis reveals that halal production encompasses not only compliance with Islamic jurisprudence but also ethical, environmental, and social dimensions, emphasizing justice, transparency, and sustainability in business operations. For MSMEs, adopting halal production practices can strengthen consumer confidence, improve competitiveness in both domestic and global markets, and contribute to national economic resilience. Nonetheless, challenges persist, including a limited understanding of halal standards among entrepreneurs, high certification costs, and inadequate access to institutional and governmental support. Addressing these issues requires an integrated strategy involving collaboration among policymakers, halal certification authorities, and MSME actors. This study concludes that empowering MSMEs through education, digital innovation, and regulatory reinforcement is vital to achieving a sustainable and inclusive halal economy aligned with the principles of Islamic ethics.

Prenatal exercise plays a vital role in maintaining the physical and mental well-being of pregnant women. This activity helps reduce common discomforts such as back pain, enhances stamina, and strengthens pelvic muscles in preparation for childbirth. However, knowledge among pregnant women regarding safe and effective exercises remains limited. The lack of structured information often leads to uncertainty and discourages participation in physical activities during pregnancy. This condition highlights the need for well-directed and comprehensive physiotherapy education. This community service program was conducted in Building B of the Kedungkandang Community Health Center and involved 15 participants. A holistic approach was employed, combining interactive counseling to convey the theoretical benefits and safety of exercise, group discussions to share experiences, and practical demonstrations. The exercises demonstrated were carefully selected to be simple, safe, and easy to perform independently at home, ensuring continuity beyond the educational sessions. The results indicated a significant improvement in participants’ knowledge, as evidenced by the comparison between pre-test and post-test scores. This improvement reflects the growing awareness among pregnant women of the importance of maintaining fitness through structured and safe physical activity. Continuous education through a community physiotherapy approach is necessary to ensure consistent implementation of prenatal exercise and to support long-term behavioral changes toward better maternal health.

This research is an empirical study that aims to examine the influence of a number of financial indicators on company value in the construction and building subsectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2023 period. The indicators analyzed include profitability, free cash flow (FCF), and leverage. This study uses a purposive sampling approach involving 9 issuers and produces 45 observation data. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression to test the relationship between independent variables and company value as measured by Price to Book Value (PBV). The results of the study show that the performance of Return on Assets (ROA) as well as the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) ratios have a significant effect on increasing the company's value. In contrast, other indicators such as Net Profit Margin (NPM), Free Cash Flow (FCF), and Long-Term Debt to Equity Ratio (LTDtER) did not show a significant influence. These findings indicate that investors prioritize capital utilization efficiency and sound funding structures in assessing the value of a company, compared to free cash flow or net profit margins. This research provides important implications for company management and investors in formulating financial strategies that are oriented towards increasing the company's value in a sustainable manner.

This research examines the effect of current ratio and company size on profit growth in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2015 to 2023. All companies in this sub-sector are the research population, with sample selection using purposive techniques based on certain criteria. A total of 72 observation data were analyzed using a quantitative approach through multiple linear regression. Data were obtained from the annual financial reports that have been officially published. The results of the analysis show that the current ratio does not have a significant effect on profit growth, indicating that the level of liquidity does not always contribute directly to profitability. On the other hand, company size has a significant effect, indicating that a larger operational scale and the availability of adequate resources have a positive impact on profit performance. These findings are expected to be a reference in making corporate financial decisions and considerations for further research in the field of corporate finance.

This study aims to describe the early literacy skills of elementary school students through the use of letter-arranging teaching media based on three main indicators: letter suitability, accuracy in arranging letters into words, and accuracy in combining syllables into words. Early literacy is a crucial foundation for mastering reading and writing skills that influence students’ academic development. However, many lower-grade students still face difficulties in recognizing letters and forming words correctly. To address this, learning media that are concrete, interactive, and suitable for children’s developmental stages are needed. The letter-arranging teaching medium was chosen because it trains basic reading skills through enjoyable play-based activities. This research employed a descriptive quantitative method involving 22 second-grade students. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire consisting of 10 statements, then analyzed using the mean score and response distribution. The results showed an overall mean of 3.39, categorized as very good. The highest indicator was letter suitability and accuracy in forming simple words (mean 3.6), while the lowest was accuracy in combining syllables into complex words (mean 3.1). These findings indicate that the letter-arranging medium effectively strengthens early literacy, particularly in letter recognition and simple word composition, while also improving motivation, confidence, and cooperation.

This study examines the stages of the mangain tradition in marriages between the Toba Batak and Karo ethnic groups in Pintu Angin Village and examines the importance of clans (marga) within the Toba Batak ethnic group. This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study demonstrate that the mangain tradition must be applied to marriages between the Toba Batak and Karo ethnic groups. For the Toba Batak community, clans are a vital identity, and interethnic marriages clearly hold a place within the Toba Batak traditional institution, the Dalihan Na Tolu structure. However, the mangain tradition also serves as a gateway for people outside the Toba Batak ethnic group to join the Toba Batak community. Furthermore, the Pintu Angin Village community supports this tradition as a cultural heritage that must be upheld. The mangain process is also seen as maintaining the dignity of Toba Batak customs and demonstrating mutual respect between ethnic groups.
