This study aims to develop a fuel inventory control system so that it can facilitate monitoring the volume of fuel stock from each bunker ship and can be reported at any time, so that the leadership can estimate the addition of fuel orders to PT. Pertamina for each bunker ship that is adjusted to the incoming fuel request order. If there is a sudden fuel order by the customer, the company can still serve the customer well, so that the fuel stock can be controlled and can be monitored properly at any time. The research method used in the information system monitoring the pump fabrication process is Research and Development (R&D) in this study only until the 6th (sixth) stage and produces the final product in the form of a prototype, so it does not reach the product implementation stage. The six steps are Research and information collecting, Planning, Develop preliminary form of product, Preliminary field testing, Main product revision and Main field testing. This application is made using Macromedia Dream Weaver and MySQL database.

Forecasting is an estimate of future demand based on several forecasting variables based on historical time series or a process of using historical data (past data) that has been owned to use this model and use this model to estimate future conditions.The Ivori mini market SME group is known to be a mini market that sells daily necessities. The goods provided by the ivori mini market are not focused on only one type of goods, but include all types of goods. Ivori mini market often runs out of stock because there is no inventory planning. The main purpose of making this application is to assist employees in determining inventory planning that must be provided next month. While the method used to make this forecast is a single moving average, one of the time series methods in forecasting. Single Moving Average is a forecasting method that is done by collecting a group of observed values, looking for the average value as a forecast for the future period. The result of this forecasting is to predict the number of sales that will occur in the coming month.

Initial efforts to restore the economy and increase the bargaining power of the Village have been carried out by initiating development into a Convection Tourism Village. The steps that have been taken are to carry out an inventory of convection throughout the village and develop a marketplace, the results obtained are that 80 convection businesses have been recorded and an e-commerce web has been created whose address is wisatakonveksi.com, as a follow-up to this effort is to conduct sales process training and socialize the existence of this marketplace.

Management of educational facilities and infrastructure has an important role regarding the quality of educational institutions where consumers can feel that the management of educational facilities and infrastructure has met expectations or exceeded expectations. It is also intended to attract as much interest as possible to the community towards MI Tawakkal and maintain the image and quality of MI Tawakkal Denpasar. The focus of this research is: (1) What is the management strategy for educational facilities and infrastructure at MI Tawakkal Denpasar?, (2) How is consumer satisfaction with education about educational facilities and infrastructure at MI Tawakkal Denpasar?. This study aims to: (1) determine the management strategy of educational facilities and infrastructure at MI Denpasar, (2) determine consumer satisfaction with education about educational facilities and infrastructure at MI Tawakkal Denpasar. The method used is a qualitative method, the data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on this research, it shows that: 1) The management process of school facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of educational services at MI Tawakkal Denpasar starts from planning needs through open meetings with internal and external school parties, procurement with funding sources independently or from the government, inventory recording in the school Asset Book, use of facilities and infrastructure that are quite good and not complicated, periodic and routine maintenance, elimination of facilities that are not suitable for use, monitoring and reporting as evaluation material for the coming year, 2) Consumer satisfaction with education regarding the management of educational facilities and infrastructure in MI Tawakkal Denpasar is quite satisfied because it has quite complete facilities and excellent management of infrastructure.

The purposes of this research were to analyze the sources of cash, to analyze the application of cash, to analyze the liquidity level, and to analyze the effect of source and application of cash on liquidity at the National Logistical Supply Agency of Maumere Branch Office. The results of analysis showed that in the period of 2017-2018, the sources of cash weretaken from the decrease of accounts receivable, inventory of indirect material, the increase of accumulation depreciation of building and machinery, the decrease of sales revenue bank,the increased of account payable, the increase of  accrued expense, the increase of regional division connection, the increase of capital, the decrease of cash. The application of cash in 2017-2018 covered the increase of down payment, merchandise inventory and tax payable. In the period of 2018-2019, the sources of cash were taken from the increase of down payment, the increase of accumulation depreciation of building and machinery, the increase of procurement payable and tax payable, the increase of accrued expense, the increaseof regional division connection. The application of cash in the period of 2018-2019 covered the increase of accounts recerivable, the increase of merchandise inventory and inventory of indirect material, the increase of prepaid expenses, the increase of sales revenue bank, the decrease of account payable, the decrease of profit or loss accumulation, and the increase of cash.Based on the results of this research, it can be conclueded that if the cash of National Logistica Supply Agency increased, the liquidity level would also increase, meanwhile if the cash of National Logistic Supply Agency descreases, the liquidity level will also decrease. Keywords: Source of Cash, Application of Cash, Liquidity

PT Sintas Kurama Perdana is the first formic acid producer in Southeast Asia. Inventory of finished goods is an important component in supporting the company's operational activities through sales activities. This research method uses qualitative methods by gathering various information and data needed to complete the inventory recording report. The procurement records inventory and invoices still using manual, which makes the process of releasing finished goods less effective. In this case so that the process of releasing goods can be done easily and quickly to avoid mistakes that occur in the process of recording and inputting, finished goods inventory using a web-based application.

Inventory is a current asset that has a major role in the accounting cycle. Assyfa Farma Pharmacy is the business of an individual-owned dispensary that is developing in Mranggen District, Demak Regency. The problem faced by Assyfa Farma Pharmacy is that there is no minimum stock of goods because there is no warning that the stock will run out. The number of products that are almost entering the expiration date are on shelves and insecure data storage so that they have a very large risk of data being lost because it is stolen by irresponsible parties. This system will alert the user to the remaining stock of existing goods and the expiration date of the goods. The security of inventory processing data will be guaranteed with a password for users so that anyone cannot access the database. This inventory information system will be built with Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 programming language, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as database and multi user network using FEFO method as goods storage method.

Indopintan Sukses Mandiri is a company engaged in electronic assembly. Accounting information systems have a close relationship with inventory control. In recording the raw materials of PT. Indopintan Sukses Mandiri implements a perpetual recording system, which is a recording of the amount of inventory that is carried out every time there is a transaction. so that the amount of inventory available at any time can be known. The recording of these raw materials is carried out by the bookkeeping department and the warehouse section. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of accounting information systems in internal control of raw material inventory. The research method uses interview and documentation techniques about the role of accounting information systems in internal control of raw material inventory. From the overall research results, the Accounting Information System for raw material inventory at PT. Indopintan Sukses Mandiri has been running quite effectively, seen from the preparation of clear procedures. The procedures for the Accounting Information System have been quite effective because the documents used for transactions have been serially numbered in print. Internal control is still less effective because there are still multiple functions in the reception and storage department.

This research is to find out how self-harm is formed in adolescents and what causes adolescents to do self-harm. This research is a qualitative descriptive approach using a quisiner observation method and a phenomenological study, namely a research strategy where researchers identify human experiences regarding a particular phenomenon. According to the study of phenomenology, it allows researchers to apply and apply their informant and interpersonal skills in conducting research. The data collection technique used in this study was using the SSCT test, SHI Questionnaire (self Harm Inventory), observation, closed interviews via WhatsApp. Self-harm is self-harm behavior defined as a person's behavior to injure oneself in various ways regardless of whether or not there is an intention and desire to die in adolescence. 19 years old who have done self-harm behavior Since the age of 16 years, then the 18-year-old A.A woman has done self-harm since high school at the age of 15 years. . The results showed that the form of self-harm behavior carried out by these teenagers showed behavior of crying in the middle of the night, blaming themselves, feeling empty, scratching, slashing on the surface of the skin, taking drugs randomly of any brand, drinking shampoo, speeding. speeding with a motorbike on the highway likes bloody pictures with a sense of relief, listening to music at a loud volume using the handset until the ears hurt. Factors that cause adolescents to carry out self-harm behavior are disappointment in parents, fear of emotional fathers, disappointment in mothers who do not pay attention, stress when bullied at school to depression caused by lack of ability to control negative emotions that are buried in individuals because some of the problems that occur in adolescents such as the lack of harmony and warmth in family relationships, problems with peers, and bullying.

The inventory system is one of the most important managerial functions, because the majority of companies involve large investments in this aspect, as well as for PT Sango Ceramics Indonesia which uses a lot of inventory in the field of planning and controlling its inventory costs. PT Sango Ceramics Indonesia is a company engaged in the ceramic industry. Problems that often occur so far include the company not determining the frequency of ordering raw materials and storing raw materials, as a result the costs incurred by the company for ordering raw materials are quite high, and the absence of a safety stock to anticipate uncertain inventory needs. The Periodic Review method is a method that can help the process of controlling raw material inventory costs. This method uses an approach to the concept of the number of orders economically used in each period which is a diverse demand. The application of the Periodic Review Method (R, s, s) policy on the inventory system is able to produce a lower total inventory cost, order volume and inventory levels in a balanced manner. . Judging from these problems, the authors need to redesign the stock information system using a computer-based system, namely Microsoft Visual Basic. System design using Qlient Server which consists of input design, system design and procedure, output design fiber. This new system is expected to be able to overcome the weaknesses of the previously used information system.

In writing this research systemin formation, the author uses the Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 application, the research writing method uses the Research and Development (R&D) model, while the stages of this research model go through the stages of observation or interviews with parties related to the data required in writing this thesis, stages of designing the application system, designing specifications, validation test stages, revision of validation until the system passes. The development method used by the author is the prototype method, where the system created will be tailored to the needs of the user, if there is a change in the system it will be repaired until the user is satisfied with the system.

The textile and textile products (TPT) industry in Indonesia still has a lot of problems, one of which is the problem of raw materials which are considered to be unable to compete with the same material from importation sources. This requires the company continue to strive to increase productivity and cost efficiency to mitigate the increase in prices of raw materials charged to consumers. One effort that can be done by the company is to improve the efficiency of the cost of raw material inventory. The company must be able to plan and control the company's raw material inventory to support the effectiveness of its raw material costs. By having good planning and control, the company will avoid the problem of excess and lack of raw material inventory in carrying out production activities. This study aims to determine the application of the Justintime system at PT Bintang Baru Sentosa in increasing the efficiency of the company's raw material inventory costs. The type of research is quantitative qualitative research with a case study approach. Data sources obtained from primary data and secondary data. The methods used in this study include: interviews, observation, and documentation studies.The results of the study show that using Justintime in controlling raw material inventories has cost efficiencies of Rp18.418.185,- for 75/72 F DTY and 150/48 F DTY with a cost efficiency level of 75%.  Keyword:Raw Materials, Inventories, Just.intime (JIT), Cost Efficiency

Inventory of goods is one of the tasks of logistics management in a company, namely support in the procurement of goods for the company. In order for this support to be utilized, it is necessary to plan and carry out in an integrated manner, which is interrelated and supports between related elements. CV Sinar Karya Ungaran is a private company which is engaged in the distributor of Electric tools. CV Sinar Karya is located on the road Dabo II / D30 RT6 Nitibuana, Ungaran Regency Semarang Tel. (024) 3584074 - 3584075. This company has a wide enough working area covering Central Java and DIY. Because the working area is quite extensive and the number of processes in and out of goods, the company must be more careful in calculating inventory. In the process of recording and counting inventory at this time the company is still using Microsoft Excel so there are still many obstacles. In the process of recording and counting inventory at this time the company still uses Microsoft Excel. One of the difficulties experienced is the frequent occurrence of errors in making inventory reports. Besides making reports takes longer because there is no computerized database system. With the development of technology, especially in the field of computers, the authors try to create a computer-based inventory program using Visual Basic 6.0. This is expected to help companies in making goods inventory more quickly and accurately.

In all section of inventory management, including inventory management in a hospital, minimize cost and ideal inventory accommodation against demand has always been a primary goal (Varghese, 2012). Nearly a third of the operational success of a hospital is in the field of medical supplies. In its usual way, inventory  management in hospitals using the approach to the demand usage, the characteristics of the item and the estimate of the demand. The model presented in this study accommodates that common approach which use a combination of inventory safety stock limit, Economic Order Quantity, and reorder point in a information system dashboard that capable to provide quick and easy information about the condition of inventory management. The result of the system are used for the hospital pharmaceutical inventory management in integration with the INACBGs  to optimize the inventory performance.

Kaliwungu Dream Building Shop is a business engaged in the sale of building materials and building-producing tools. This trading business sells various materials and tools for building buildings such as sand, cement, nails, paint, hammers and so on. The Dream Building Shop was founded by Mr. Zaenal, whose address is Jalan Raya Sekopek No. 10 Sarirejo Kaliwungu, Kendal Regency. Kaliwungu Dream Building Shop in recording sales transactions, purchases and reports - reports still use the manual method by writing them into a book, this method still requires time which is relatively old and prone to calculation errors, as a result you have to work 2 times or even many times to recalculate transactions that occur. Factors that are generally controlled are human errors that occur in cooking data and storing & maintaining paper-shaped documents, where this is very difficult to overcome. In addition, the process of searching for data or inventory is also less effective and efficient. also affect customers, even though performance according to the store is needed to satisfy customers.

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital intensity, inventory intensity, independent board of commissioners and managerial ownership on the effective tax rate. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2017. The sample selection uses the purposive sampling method. The results of the sample selection obtained a final sample of 75 companies with an analysis unit of 225. The data analysis of this study used descriptive statistical analysis and Structural Analysis Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 22 software. The results showed that inventory intensity had a significant positive effect on ETR, while for intensity capital, independent board of commissioners and managerial ownership, have no significant effect on ETR. The conclusion of this study is that the size of ETR in manufacturing companies is influenced by inventory intensity. Whereas capital intensity, independent board of commissioners and managerial ownership in manufacturing companies cannot influence the size of the ETR value.  Keywords: ETR; capital intensity; inventory intensity; managerial ownership.

YK store is a UKM (small and medium enterprises) whose activities are buying and selling wholesale goods such as oil, spices, noodles, flour, coconut milk, pepper, and others in moderation (wholesale). YK store manager does not have a bookkeeping application system for the process of making financial reports in accordance with financial accounting standards, and there is no support system for merchandise inventory which supports buying and selling transactions. Information systems for managing merchandise needed by companies to determine value according to transactions, for financial statements will use a journal of eternal methods to buy and sell transactions then post them to the ledger and make financial reports for all businesses. The results obtained from this information system can contain reports obtained in accordance with the types and financial statements for business activities

In today's industry competition the use of a technology is very important, including in inventory management. This system is used to enter inventory data into the database so that there are no errors in the report. So that in it often occurs stock report errors in the availability of goods that result in data not being updated, the system that will be created by the author is a system of inventory information that is useful to overcome these problems. This system is also equipped with reports on incoming and outgoing goods data reports, minimum and maximum stock reports, and Web-based stock data reports. With this inventory information system, it is expected to be able to help the existing problems, facilitate data collection, the system built can provide access rights for each user, as well as facilitate the preparation of reports so that the Program is able to handle existing problems.
